All costs were delivered over the phone up front before they began service, and I received an extremely detailed complimentary inspection. The results of the inspection were also discussed over the phone before any additional service was done on my car.
In addition to that, everyone I spoke to from the time I made my appointment to the time I picked my car up was very friendly and addressed every question and concern I had. This is the only repair shop I’ve been to that I truly trust.
