jim l I have been using their services for several Years now..,. These have included a complete new engine install, New 4wd Axle replacement, Brakes, and a Starter amongst other reg maintenance items such as AC Recharge and Oil changes on my Chevy Suburban Z71. The service was both Friendly, Understanding and Extremely Well priced. I will always return here as they really go the extra mile to make sure I am completely HAPPY. Besides the fact that they are a Local Neighborhood Business. Please ignore the Competitors Troll account Negative Posts on here as I find that such a Sad Tactic.If your business was a good one you wouldnt need to make fake accounts. Would give 10 Stars if I could. Jimmy L

Gabrielle Musacchio As a first time customer, I was impressed with the swiftness and ease of scheduling services, follow-up with work analysis, pricing, and timeliness of work! It is not often places are extremely efficient, honest, and reasonable, (and do good work!). The customer service was fantastic; Charlie and George were not only kind and personable, but also very knowledgeable. Charlie was great at walking through service analysis, pricing, as well as triage for urgent concerns. Given the work needed, prices were reasonable and completed same day! I will definitely return to this auto shop for any additional services and recommend this place, especially if you work with Charlie or George!

Sara McGovern I had such a great experience here. They were very communicative and transparent, and really nice about answering all of my questions. The work on my car was done quickly and well, the car looks great, and everyone there was awesome. Cant recommend enough.

Alyssa Hayden I’ve been taking our van to North Park Auto for years, and I’ve always appreciated their work and reasonable prices. A word about their honesty: I had taken our van to get an oil change at a place that rhymes with Liffy Jube. Liffy Jube insisted my rear breaks needed to be changed immediately, and obviously offered to do them for me. I didn’t have time then (and generally don’t trust Liffy Jube for more than oil changes), and wanted to see what North Park quoted. I called North Park and their quote was comparable. After I dropped my car off at North Park, North Park called after looking at my van and said my breaks were fine, and didn’t need work after all, saving me hundreds in unnecessary maintenance. Needless to say, I’ll probably start taking my van to North Park for oil changes now too on principle.

Nathan Sheets My family and I were traveling through Chicago to meet friends on the Northside when our minivan began to overheat. We quickly found Quick and Fair, and pulled in. Deia quickly greeted us, diagnosed the issue and began the repair (which was simple, thankfully). Even though he/they were swamped, he took time to be careful with our vehicle (which was wonderful given our two small children were in the car, and it was one of the hottest days of the year). We were back on the road within an hour and he only charged for an hour of labor. We were extremely grateful. I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood, and will tell friends at the U. of Chicago to seek them out as well. Thank you!

They are great at communicating, and I love that they send pictures of any issues theyre recommended addressing so you can see it before deciding if youd like them to fix it. Also as a woman, Ive also always felt respected there. I highly recommend!

The Blaq Method I called Alberto about my renegade earlier this week. He was able to get me in immediately. He was able to figure out the issue and fix it within 72 hours. ( I had been to 3 previous locations that could not resolve the problem.) He was very nice and informative. He even showed me what needed to be fixed and why. I highly recommend them.
