They explained where to park our pick-up truck & trailer. They understood our need to get back on the highway. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the coolant system on my 2012 Audi Quattro. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Shawn went above and beyond—keeping me informed every step of the way and making sure I understood the repairs. The labor rates were very reasonable, and he even found me the best possible price on parts, which I really appreciated. Everyone on the staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I voiced some other concerns after picking up the vehicle and a technician drove the vehicle with me and then rode with me while I drove the vehicle for reassurance. This place has always provided excellent service!
