Vicki Darnell-Segatto The Motorcycle Riders Course at SIU is definitely a must to do. Even a seasoned rider can benefit alot from this course. The instructors are patient and coach you the whole time.

Anthony It’s sadly a shell of its former self. The town has gone completely downhill (along with student enrollment). Most of the best bars and restaurants closed shop, (apparently you can’t hang out at spillway anymore), sports teams and their conferences have gone down hill, it’s sad. It is an amazing school (or was 15 years ago) with a mostly modern and beautiful campus. I saw one review saying its campus is not nice..not sure what they are smoking as it’s hands down the most beautiful campus in the state, as you pass through woods and by lakes going from classes. The campus has updated a lot too in recent years. One of the biggest and best rec centers in the country.. if you like to hit the gym Hopefully things turn around

Kim Bauer It was a wonderful experience being able to have your professor actually teach the class as opposed to a TA. If you ever had any problems or questions they were available to discuss it with you and to help you through your concerns.

Vipila Bathvar I have visited this university because my husband studied there. It was very nice experience for me. EIU has a welcoming campus environment and a vibrant student life with various organizations and activities. While it may not be as large or well-known as some other universities, it has a solid reputation for its education programs, business school, and the sciences. The campus is also noted for its affordability and strong community feel.

Zachary Samples Eastern Illinois University truly is my home away from home. The faculty truly care about the students. You are not just an ID number. The faculty know your name, and they teach in small class sizes across the board. Plus campus is safe and very vibrant! Overall, it is a great university with a strong emphasis on small class sizes and close interactions with faculty members beginning your freshman year. I am so glad that I chose to attend EIU!

anthony (Tony) Really great care for my Pups bone cancer treatment. Cost was way better than private clinics, and they actually diagnosed it properly which private clinic failed to do. Doctors and nurses were very helpful, recommend them for especially my Chicago friends to help save money on treatments and surgeries.

karla cooper I am not sure how they got away with doing it but look at the reviews closely. The reviews are YEARS old. I had the unfortunate experience of having to take my little guy to this place less than a year ago and the staff at front desk is awful, customer service is non existent, and after Hours they did nothing. I wouldnt take a stray to this place! Its such a disappointment that the U OF I would have such a dismal facility. Ask around the local community even Many of the local Vets will tell you how awful it is. I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE!

Derek Tarter Cant stand the staff or anything with this place. Never and i mean never take ur animal here to get treatment. I was recommended by my vet for blood work and see why my dog had 0 white blood cells. Will never come back. Also had a friend bring his cat for emergency care and they took very poor care his cat and then tried to charge for stuff they didnt even do. I will always tell ppl to go somewhere else!

Derek Tucker Most professors are fantastic; however, some are lacking. The College of Business has received and maintained the highest level of business accreditation. The College of Business also has excellent classrooms and a fantastic online program. Companies actively recruit SIU business graduates.

Rachel Yang Favorite dining place at UIUC! Field of Greens is located the basement of Lincoln Res Hall. It offers a wide variety of vegetarian options including customized sandwiches, stri-fried station, and even smoothie bar! I was so impressed by the quality and taste of the food. It’s definitely better than other dining halls on campus. In addition, the environment is quiet and clean. I can see muse keep coming back to Field of Greens!

mike bee If it were not for the Department of Radio, Television, and Digital Media faculty I would have never tried to get into Graduate school. Their words of encouragement during a rough time allowed me to keep trying and I ultimately received a Masters Degree with Honors. I believe this school program is the best option in the College of Arts and Media at SIUC.
