5 /5 Michael Baldwin: Super good people. I was having issues with my truck a/c. No shops around were able to get me in for a couple of days. Luckily the sweet lady at the dealership referred me to Bass automotive. They were waiting on me when I arrived. They treated me EXCELLENT! There are still great people in this world. I can’t thank the folks over at Bass enough. Next time I’m coming thru Louisiana I will stop by just to see them. Thank you all again.

5 /5 Dan Copp: I was driving to Baton Rouge from Thibodaux the other day when the dreaded "Check Engine" light popped on. Everyone knows the gut punch that can make, especially so close to the holidays. My wife searched for a car repair shop near my place of work and found Bass Automotive. Im glad she did! The folks who work there are some of the friendliest and most helpful you will find in Baton Rouge. Not only did they fix my car but provided me a ride to my job. This was a courtesy they didnt have to do but offered because theyre just those kinds of people. Warm, friendly and actually care about their customers. I cant recommend Bass Automotive enough! If my "Check Engine" light ever comes on again, I can rest easy because I know my car will be in good hands!
