5 /5 sarah slate: As it happens, the serpentine belt in my car also fell apart, and Mister Spencer very easily installed the replacement for us. He was very nice and efficient, he answered all of our questions and explained what the issues were and how to handle then over time. Mister Spencer also diagnosed another issue with the alternator and went above and beyond to help us out replacing it so we could get home. I super duper appreciate mister Spencer coming out in the heat and helping us out, and for a super reasonable repair and service call fee. I will definitely be recommending Bayou Auto to more people in my area. Iām also looking forward to working with this gentleman again.
