5 /5 Matt Burnett: After repeated issues with my mechanic I had used for years, I brought 2 vehicles here that were badly overdue for maintenance; both vehicles at about 130k miles. AC work and several scheduled maintenances on one; brakes, transmission service, rear suspension replacement, brake light issues, wiper motor issues on the other + the engine “didn’t sound right" after I had the intake manifold replaced by my former mechanic... I didn’t know how else to explain the noise. Turns out, the other mechanic had cross-threaded my EGR tube. These guys were quick, excellent at diagnosing and sorting out all the issues with both vehicles (Chevy Sonic and Lincoln Town car). Very reasonable pricing for the amount of work they did; I didn’t feel taken advantage of. They’re nice, their place is clean, only issue is that sometimes they get busy and can’t answer the phone. Hard to find a good mechanic these days. These guys earned my trust.

5 /5 Ashley McDade: I cannot praise Bertinots enough! I will forever recommend them to everyone! My car WOULD NOT START when I brought it in for repairs. I brought it to another auto repair shop and was told I needed a whole new engine, costing $7,300. My vehicle is 10 years old (very low mileage) so, of course, this was not ideal. Someone recommended to try Bertinots. They were able to run the diagnostic the day I brought my car in and it was fixed by the end of the next day! I was informed of the issues and told it absolutely did NOT need a new engine. They spent time testing every issue to be sure the repairs were taken care of and explained every step. My car runs great and multiple repairs were done. The cost was only $1,028. For a vehicle not starting and an engine replacement recommendation, I never imagined the cost would go from $7,000 to $1,000! I have not had a single issue since and my car runs great. Attention to detail was obvious and customers best interest was very appreciated.
