Elizabeth Lascheid That time again to get my old car smog checked. This is my first time at Hollywood Auto and I was super pleased. It cost me less than 40 dollars and took them 15 minutes. I was in and out so fast. They were super nice to me and did not try to rip me off as some do to women with an older car and say it need this and that when I know it is fine. I take excellent care of it. I will be back. You will like these guys. Happy New Year.

He took the time to explain the problem with my auto and when the work was done, he explained the repair work to me. I am new in town and had only dealt with one auto shop exclusively (Cazenave Motor Company) and was nervous about going anywhere else. Alexis Torres Excellent service. Quick, honest, and transparent work by the entire team. Making an appointment and checking in was hassle free. After dropping my car off they quickly assessed the concern I mentioned about my brakes making noise and sent a quote over for me to review. They answered all my questions and diagnosed the issue. They completed the brake work, and an oil change I requested the day of. I was able to pick up my car without any delays later on that day. Paul was a huge help to me and was transparent with his recommendations to solve the issue. He was also more than willing to take another look at my car to discuss any other concerns I was unsure about.
