5 /5 Felicia Bell: They always provide great customer service! I called in and spoke with David and inquired about the sale on 4 tires. He assisted me with pricing of different tires and was very helpful. It’s always nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and have brief conversations. When I brought my car in I met Brandon for the very first time in person. I had only spoken to him on the phone several times over the years. His customer service was excellent! He was very personable and professional. I decided to replace only two tires, as the other two were not that worn. He provided me with valuable information about my tire locks and actually showed me what he was talking about. I learned a lot. I appreciate good service, and that’s one of the main reasons that I am and have been a long time customer of Firestone! Keep up the great work!! The staff at Shreveport-Barksdale are like family to me!

They explained the needed services clearly and gave a transparent quote. The services are always prompt and efficient! Mike Huffman and staff at Firestone have my continued business and I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service! Will be returning for all recommended service needs.

5 /5 Jennifer Dumas: The guys here are wonderful! The work they do is wonderful. I know I have said this before in previous reviews, but as a woman who knows just enough about my truck but not enough about what needs to be fixed- I totally trust these guys. I NEVER feel taken advantage of because I’m a woman. Yes, it may take a little longer than you would like- but they take pride in their work and do it right- something you rarely see these days! Please go by and see David and his crew- especially if you are a woman. Be prepared to wait- but it is totally worth it- I promise! Never ever will I go back to the dealership- because they take such good care of me here!

5 /5 Michael Giddens: I recently visited Firestone on Shreveport Barksdale Hwy for an oil change. Mike Huffman was extremely helpful. They said there were several cars ahead but worked through them quickly and I was out much faster than expected. I will be returning.
