Hell did not talk to me like I had no idea what was going on I highly recommend them. I will always use FixCar.

5 /5 John Clark: I had a problem with my vehicle while driving home from work. I stopped by an advanced auto to see what I should do and was recommended to go to fix car across the street. When I walked in the owner immediately greeted me and walked me outside to my vehicle to discuss the problem then even though they appeared to be busy, he took my car into the shop. Just a couple of minutes later my car came out and the owner came and told me all I needed to know. When I asked how much I owed he said just come back sometime and get an oil change or something. I was so impressed I brought my wife’s Car in a couple days later and I was there less than 20 minutes and the oil change was considerably less than other places she’s taken it. The staff was wonderful and we will be back. This is the kind of old school customer service that I haven’t seen for years… if you own a car in Baton Rouge. Check them out.
