Their communication is excellent! They even got me in contact with a tow service to get my vehicle safely to their shop. Timeliness on everything was exceptional. I highly recommend Freeman Auto Service to all! I have already gone back to receive more service, and will continue to come back!! Beyond grateful for this hard working team.

5 /5 Shannon Metoyer: I have been attempting to rectify the issue with my back tail light for 3 years, during which time it was taken to the dealership on two separate occasions. Despite being charged a fee and assured that the problem was resolved, the issue recurred within a few weeks on one occasion and merely a day later on the other. A year later, we discovered Freeman Auto Service, where the problem was accurately diagnosed and poor workmanship from the previous company was identified. The issues were subsequently rectified. I highly recommend their services, particularly for women or individuals with limited knowledge of automobiles, as they demonstrate professionalism and a strong work ethic, ensuring that the job is done correctly.

Everyone I talked to was super nice, and they took my car in the same day I called. Communication was great — they kept us updated and explained everything clearly. Made a stressful situation way easier. Definitely recommend! Will definitely be going back for anything my car needs.
