Recently I had an issue they couldn’t reproduce, they gave me some potential diy fixes based on description and didn’t charge me anything despite driving the vehicle multiple times to try and reproduce. They do solid work and are honest, best shop I’ve worked with in Louisiana.

5 /5 Kellie Ashford: I want to called K&M and spoke with Jason. I told him what was going on with my SUV and he listened and told me he didn’t think it was that and told me a much cheaper option that it may be and told me I could schedule an appointment to get it checked out . So I called back and spoke with Mark who scheduled me. Jason greeted me when I came to drop it off and called me that evening to give me an update on the status of car. He called me back the very next day and told me what he thought it was and the cost and told him that was fine. He called me a few hours later and we picked up the car. It ended up being something that was over a $1,100 cheaper than what I thought it was and he told me something else that was going on and gave me the number to call the person they deal with for that issue. The guys here are So friendly and kind and they moved quickly with getting my vehicle fixed so we could have heat. I would definitely recommend!
