The guys at this shop are so down to earth and extremely helpful. They hooked up their scanner, found the issue, even put the car on the rack to take a closer look finding issues that would be costly and pop up later, and submitted a claim. But even though my policy deferred the claim to a dealership due to a warranty coverage, these guys offered sound advice which lead to my swapping for a more mechanically sound vehicle from the used car company I had purchased from as I was still in the 7 day test drive period.
If you want a mechanic that you can trust, that is extremely knowledgeable, and very eager to genuinely help you, then the guys at National Transmission are who you need to partner with. I am blown away and so very grateful by the help they willingly offered.
