5 /5 Ricky Lee: I dropped my car off at Summer Grove Auto Care to have them diagnose a frontend rattling noise issue Ive been dealing with for several months. Mavis nor Firestone was able to identify the issue. However, the team at Summer Grove Auto Care did and provided a satisfactory resolution. They are now my new automotive care center. I highly recommend them for all your auto maintenance needs.

5 /5 His Dudeness: These guys were simply amazing; they went above and beyond! My wife and I pull in to Shreveport for the night when a Check Engine light starts blinking on my truck’s dash. I notice ticking from the engine so i think it’s the lifter. The next morning I call Summer Grove and they dispatch a tow service for me. Super! They also tell me it might take a week before they can take a look at it and I should expect to pay lots of money - go figure lol. Anyway, as soon as my truck arrives, a mechanic notices a plug was loose; he plugs it back in, checks codes and test drives it. These guys were simply amazing they even gave me a ride back after I dropped off a Uhaul I was going to use to get back home! You guys are the best. You did us a great service and this was a testament to how honest and “for the consumer” you all are. I hope for nothing but the best for you and wish your shop success in the future. 5 /5 Jeffrey Thornton: Great, honest, hardworking mechanics. Detailed on explaining, in layman terms, so you understand what is needed, with upgrade options with better warranties. With a name you can trust, you feel comfortable doing business. Sometimes you can only do minimum. Other times, you get the extra to help prevent other conjuctioning parts from failing. Always good to have options. Really great to have honesty. Ask for A-Ray, hes a straight shooter and friendly, says what he does, does what he says.
