Renee VanRiper Dr.Zagieboylo has given me the greatest of care. She really has listened to my needs and has made sure to accommodate them. She got my feeding tube changed so my life could be more comfortable. I cant say enough good things about her. She is the best and I would recommend her to anyone.

Kevin Kresen Dr. Z is an excellent doctor shes very attentive at listening as well as the physical part of the examination. Ive been looking for a new PCP for a while and finally I found her doctor Z. Just to note the staff is always friendly in courteous and your person that draws blood at 5th Avenue Owego she is excellent as well I get a bunch of blood work done from time to time over the years and she has been very professional courteous attentive and kind. I would have to give 5th Avenue in Owego Lourdes and a have a good day

Dave Hunter A very professional operation from start to finish. A comfortable waiting room, smooth check in process and skilled medical staff. Dr. Orrell is top notch and Canadas loss is our gain here in Owego. The doctor has great people/soft skills and brings empathy to her practice. She always follows up in a timely manner and is always open to questions.

Maya Kuratomi This clinic is great. They always get me fixed up, have same day appointments. Bend the rules for special circumstances. I saw Jill for the first time and thought she was knowledgeable and compassionate and she made a good plan for my healing.

RF Strait MD.Aranda is such a wonderful, polite,caring, compassionate, has empathy, professional, friendly, very knowledgeable with great bed-side-manners. Doctor Aranda was my Primary Care when he was a Lourdes Primary Care on East Main St, Endicott. Hes such an amazing Doctor that when he left Lourdes to Guthrie I had to follow him. My mom had said once that if you ever had a family doctor that you liked and trusted then make sure you stayed with that Doctor. Funny thing is, I introduced mom to Doctor Aranda and she switched to him. I highly recommend Doctor Aranda.

Kathy Johnson The nurse Tina was very nice and pleasant. The only complaint I had, it was to cool in their office.

Rachael Monday I first met him during a medical emergency that was found on a scheduled surgery. He quite literally saved my life. Not only that after I was discharged I was having issues. I went back to the er. He was not on call but got notified I was there and came in and did another emergency surgery on me, when he didn’t need to be. He has amazing bed side, and now he does all my surgeries

Susan N Gave me post-op instructions that, if followed, would have been very dangerous. (Glad I got a second opinion). Also the NASTIEST doctor I have ever encountered. If there were a zero-star rating, that’s what I’d give him.

Connie Foley I was able to get right in receptionist was very friendly. The nurse was nice and did her good very well. The NP acted like I was wasting his time What he told me to do I was already doing I dont think he was in the room for more than 5 minutes it was a waste of my time and money. I was very disappointed,

Cassie C I had to take my son to the walk-in and the staff there were so friendly and kind. We got right in and I just feel the care was incredible. They took the time to listen and were amazing to my 5 month old baby who gave them lots of smiles! Deidre the nurse and Jess K the provider were so friendly and seemed to really care. Anytime I need to go to the walk-in it will be the Owego office!

Angela Shugars This place used to be a good walk in to go to, it no longer is. I went there, they didn’t test me for anything the “doctor” or nurse practitioner or whoever he was, was rude, didn’t listen to my lungs or anything, dismissed me quickly, I went to my primary care a few days later and am on several medications now because my sickness only got worse, I have pneumonia and a fever rash all over my body, also I have Multiple Sclerosis so I have no immune system so my sickness was very real and very bad, which got much worse because this walk in did not even attempt to help. Waste of time and money.

They were willing to listen to my concerns about my health issue and very attentive to my needs. The staff went above and beyond to help me step by step with working with my insurance for my prescriptions and follow-up care. This walk-in is excellent with overall care for patients needs.

Sheila McLaughlin I work in the medical field and totally understand being busy and short staffed. However having to wait for over an hour and half to be seen is ridiculous. This after being ask to wait in my car because of my symptoms. I again understand precaution and all but thanks for letting everyone in the entire office know my business. Hello hippa law apply at all. Finally get called to come in and put in a room for over half an hour. Start to think I have been forgot so I pock my head out of the door and a NOT so friendly nurse says can I help you. Me, yeah just getting concerned that I was forgotten being I have been in here for half an hour. Rude NURE well we only have one doctor and she is seeing people in order. Um afraid not sence I literally saw people that arrived after me being discharged when I was lead in the backdoor. Funny with in minutes I am finally seenby the doctor and find out I probabely have the flu and swellon sinus. Um so a sinus infection. Total amount time spent with doctor maybe 5 minutes. Now here I sit again waiting to be tested. Not even a minute later me being so luckyget the rude nurse to test me for the flu. Finally done after almost 2 hrs. Not what anyone that is not feeling well wants to do. Hopefully now that guthrie owns Lourdes they can get a handle on this place. People who are sick and not feeling well do not want nor should they have to spend 2 hours in a walkin clinic to be treated rudely.

Amy Babcock Called the health department (after calling DEC ) about 2 sick squirrels….was automatically told not a health risk to humans. Well …. What about my pets ? Wild animals do carry diseases that can be passed to humans and other animals and nobody seems to care.
