connie goldsmith The best place I have ever come too. I am from the city originally and have never found a nail technician to shape exactly how I want / be able to do the designs but this place did. Great price for what I got. Talked the whole time and it was clean and beautiful inside. Honestly if I could rate it higher I would. I will be coming back

She does her best to make sure you are comfortable during your service. I recently tried the head spa treatment with her and loved it! It was very relaxing and my hair felt very clean and refreshed afterwards

Susan Nichols I have been trying to use a gift card for a year at this place. Its always packed and SLOW moving. Tried to call for an appointment and they said they dont take appointments. After a year of trying and not wanting to wait 2 hours I took a morning off from work and got there right when they open and there were 5 people already waiting. Took an hour and 15 minutes for me to wait and then get a regular manicure. Couldnt even stay for the pedicure because it was freezing in there (no heat and its 2 degrees out today) and I didnt want to burn anymore time off from work to sit there. You would think they are so busy because its great right??? Nope. I let my nails dry for 10 minutes and they still smudged a half hour later in my car because the polish was old. My nails dont look any better (actually worse) than if I did it myself. Oh...and I cant tell you how many people came in that HAD APPOINTMENTS. Save yourself the frustration and lack of price list so you get a nice surprise at the end.

However, the cuticle trim on the pedicure was extremely painful, with some cuticle trimming extending well past where it should have, causing bleeding and pain. Polish job was excellent. Not sure if I’ll give them another chance because of the cuticle trimming

Christen Cappon First of all the gentleman doing my nails had his eyes closed and snored the entire time. Strangest experience ever. I left with gel polish all over my fingertips. So of course everything started to peel. Less than 24 hours I have entire gel polish that peeled completely off of 2 nails. Never saw any disinfectant when using cuticle clippers or files. Do not recommend.

Alyssa Leggett Staff was polite and awesome, my nails just didnt come out that great, chintzy to the max and lots of bubbles. For the turnout and price Ill unfortunately be looking elsewhere to get my nails done.

Kelly Korb Best place to get your nails done. They use quality nail polish. I can go three weeks no with no chipping or breakage. They are always pleasant and dont keep you waiting.

Katelynn Bartlett Never have I ever gotten gel nail polish and it chipped not even within two weeks. Do not waste your money. Also the man who did my friend’s feet was super rough on her and kept hurting her even though she told him to stop.

Sydney Bennett I came in asking for an acrylic removal. I got my nails done a week ago at a different salon that I did not appreciate and I start school tomorrow where nails are not allowed. I wish I knew the name of the man who did my nail removal because he was the best nail tech I have ever had. Extremely gentle, asked me frequently if anything hurt, which nothing ever did. He sanded off the old nails and soaked them and did not rip them off like I have had done in the past by other salons. Extremely impressed!

Kati Garcia Terrible, terrible, terrible! I gave 1 star because the super sweet lady that did my pedicure was so nice. I opted for a dip manicure and regular polish pedicure. The manicure was anything but… Took a total of 15 minutes to do and never did any of the manicure things (cuticle care, etc.). Basically put dip powder on and that’s it, however, the powder was left all over my fingers (never bothered to clean it up). The pedicure was ok. Not sure I will ever come back.

When I first called to make appointments for 4 people, they were extremely nice and respectful on the phone but once we walked in the mood changed. We came in for full sets/polish and pedicures. We walked in and were rushed to the chairs, we sat down and they began to rush us to pick what we wanted since not picking the 45 or 50$ service they seems to dropped the ball they cut are nails down to nothing and cut our skin since cutting the nails down they decided to paint the skin above the nails they where not gentle at all with our feet the polish was two different colors And low quality products After are toes where we on our way to do our nails next and the two people who did the other girls toes sat down to do the nails while talking crap about us refusing the rest of our service on our feet When trying to discus why where where upset we where told that we where wrong for how we felt and the prices where not going to change then raised his voice and said “ so your not going to pay” never once did we say where not going to pay we where trying to figure another form of payment since on the website they said they had contactless payment which they did not have The overall experience was a 0-10 we where new to the area and this was one of the highest recommended places and we are just so disappointed to spend almost 200$ for 4 people to get there toes done and not be satisfied for not three people ended up with a low quality manicure

Tanya Brutsky Will never come back here again. The day after getting my nails done they peeled right off. I went back the next day to get them corrected. The gentleman was kind and was honest and let me know the woman that did my nails did not dry properly. He then asked me why I got regular gel. I explained to him that the woman who did them told me that the French tip design I wanted could not be done with dip like I have previously done elsewhere. I didn’t argue and just trusted that she was gonna do a good job and take care of my nails. Nope. That was a lie. The gentleman told me that she was wrong and that I could have done dip powder. He fixed the nails and I went on my way happy at first. He was kind and was honest. But then another three days go by and my nail chipped and they started peeling again. I am not happy at all. I gave my nails a break from getting them done for 9 months and came in with very healthy strong nails. Seeing them break and chip just shocked me. I have NEVER experienced this with my nails at all. Will not be returning. Not pictured, I also brought my boyfriend’s daughter with me and her nails all peeled off the next day. Hers were also regular gel done by a different nail tech than myself. I felt so bad because she was so excited to have her nails done since she usually does not get them done. Beyond disappointed

Allison Confer 6 years I’ve been going to Passion. I’ve never had a single complaint. I love the nail techs, the atmosphere, and just everything overall. Huy and his wife do an amazing job on my nails! I’ve never felt rushed or not listened to.

It was dark silent and awkward.. two gel polish changes and a fill $95!! Never paid so much anywhere in my life…

Tracy Marie My daughter and I went in for pedicures and both had a glitter nail polish. I had a great pedicure but the people switched when it was time to paint my nails. At least 4 of my toes were only 3/4 painted. I pointed it out and felt like the owner was a little annoyed but it was after closing so I said it was ok when he said he could paint over it. The part that bothers me most is that both my daughter and I were told that our nails were dry...I asked if he was sure and he said yes. I put on my socks and shoes and went home, took them off ten minutes later and my socks were stuck to my toenails. The polish was wet enough that it was on the insides of my socks. My daughter had worn slides but she too had polish wipe right off before we got home. I’m so disappointed...we have no time to get our nails redone before going away on a family trip in a few hours. We definitely won’t be going back to Ten Nails, I just wasted $60:(

Kristie Morris Horrible. Took me over 2 hours to get a fill. The girl that did my sisters nails looked like she was about 16 years old and she ruined them and had to have another lady completely redo them. If you look on the wall there are only 2 nail certifications, yet theres always more than 2 people working. This leads me to believe half of them are not even certified. Wouldnt recommend it.

Keyshia First and last time ever going. Accident went to the wrong place (not realizing) I called a place and made an appt for 3pm. When I walked in I said I had an appt at 3pm & they just said ok. Asked what I wanted, so showed the man he said it was fine & they would be able to do it. I get my feet done first & tell them just scrub them good because it’s been awhile haha but they were not smooth when I left unfortunately. I let it go cause it’s winter no big deal. I showed them the nail design multiple times because I wanted pink toes to match but they just kept bringing different colors to try & I finally just agreed on the last one because I just wanted my nails done & get out of there. It was a very uncomfortable situation the whole time, when she was emptying the tub my feet were in she took the liner out & had me keep my feet in there while the water was still in it (never had that done any where else.. ever) . After my feet I go to the table to get my nails done. Again show what I want, the lady was being so rude steady telling me to pick a color. I said I didn’t want a color at all. I wanted pick powder not the white. Another lady getting loud with me insisting on me to pick a color. Again made it very clear I’m not trying to be difficult but I DO NOT WANT A COLOR I WANT PINK SO POWDER. So they sit there and talk about me in my face. The tech couldn’t actually do what I wanted so I settled for French tips but even then she struggled. Overall it was just a very bad experience & yes I did not tip her because they were so rude, couldn’t do what I asked & talked about me the whole time they stood around the lady. I will not return or refer anybody to this location. I only got my nails done in Oneida because my tech was on vacation. I normally go all the way to New Hartford. Will not go any where else again. Even if it’s last minute. As someone who’s been getting nails done for years this just isn’t it for me. Photo of what they look like vs what I wanted. Only design was wanted no gems.

Your shop was already well populated with regular customers when I arrived, and I think you actually left your lunch in a break room to attend to me. . . You sat me right away and got to work. No wait. So pleasant to me. Really nice vibe in the shop. It was warm on a snowy day and ALL of your customers looked happy around me with their nail techs. Smiling happy people. I will move my nail "stuff" over here. I like it .

She took her time and did not rush, she made sure my nails were going to stay on and listened when i asked questions. I love how they came out
