Francesca When I was in college at Syracuse University, I used to come here all the time. All the woman who work here are super kind. The owner (I forget her name) is fun and very talented. They do amazing acrylics and lashes. Its also a very quaint and charming atmosphere.

Cheyenne Rainford I recently came here for the first time and will definitely be returning. The spa is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood inside a gorgeous house with the spa on the first floor and the owners living space on the second. The spa itself is clean and offers a chic, modern atmosphere. Its obvious that a lot of time, care, and love has gone into this place. When I entered, I was promptly greeted and invited to take a seat to wait for my manicure appointment. While waiting, I had a lovely chat with another client who couldnt say enough positive things about the spa. She said shes a regular who comes in every 2 weeks. During my appointment, all the staff were very kind and professional. They took the time to help me better understand what services I would need to achieve my desired results. I dont know much about nail design or which types of manicures are best for certain things, so their consideration was greatly appreciated. I never felt that I was being condescended to for my lack of knowledge. We decided on a full set of acrylic nails, with the "glam" add-on, filed to an almond shape. 2 nails on each hand have glitter over the color; and the white nails have chrome powder layered over them for a slight holographic effect. The cost for this manicure was $90. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner while she worked on my nails. Shes so sweet and funny, and really made the experience so much better for me. I cant speak to the other services offered here, as Ive only had a manicure so far, but I do know that I will not be going anywhere else for nail services. Fresh has got my complete confidence and, therefore, my business!

Melquea Smith Yep. This is the place to be when you need personal, intimate service. One of my biggest hang-ups is walking into a salon and finding it packed with people. The staff would get people in and out like the next number at the deli line. Im so happy to say this place is so much different! I felt completely relaxed during my first ever massage. My masseuse had fantastic communication, she asked me questions, told me what to expect, and checked in to make sure her pressure was good throughout our session. I really appreciated that. I feel like a limp fettuccine noodle - which is a great thing, and Im making moves to have this be a quarterly thing. Im happy to be supporting a Black Owned business and Ill be making regular trips here from now on!

Anj E This was my first time at Fresh nail lounge and Spa I received a gift certificate from my daughter. I want yesterday for a 80min massage and was thrilled by this little hidden gem on the Northeast side of Syracuse. I was greeted by Tia a wonderful young lady with great customer service skills. I then was greeted by Loretta my Masseuse she was a wonderful lady who explained what she would be doing and made you feel welcomed. I left there ready to tackle the day. Thank you ladies for an amazing day of self-care.

Tonia Torrence The staff at Fresh Nail Lounge and Spa are always professional! I have received multiple services including massages, pedicures, facials and body waxing. I have been more than satisfied with each service. See you again soon ladies!

Savannah the place looked clean. they use jetted tubs for pedicures so questionable sanitation. pedicure: i usually do my own and have them polished but i just moved across the country and didn’t have time. zero cuticle work was done, i was really surprised. i was a licensed nail for 5 years and i mean, that’s the basis of manicuring - grooming. this is one of the things that helps the polish adhere. i have issues with dead skin build up on my sidewalls and that wasn’t touched at all. i was really disappointed bc idc about the massage, i just want my cuticles done. the polish job wasn’t bad, no cleanup tool used. just fingernails and some flooded cuticles. manicure: i always do a colored acrylic refill. they don’t do acrylic at all. i was going to go somewhere else but i was already at 5 weeks and desperate so i let them do a hard gel refill. she wasn’t bad, she was gentle, didn’t nick me, but they are bumpy in side profile and not very close to the cuticle. the 3rd day looked like 1 week grow out. my top coat is already matte in some areas which shows really bad on the shimmer polish i chose and chipping at the tips; im not harsh on my nails. they’re treated like jewels not tools. i would come back for my nails if i could get the same girl again if i was really needing them done. there’s potential. but i know i have higher expectations and im picky!

Amy Rosario Nu Nails is my go to nail salon. Since I moved to the area, I have tried multiple salons and they have not compared. Joy takes very good care of me. She is attentive to every detail. I keep coming back and leaving a very satisfied customer.

Kelly Oram The employees were okay enough, but we had an appointment for 5 and didnt get sat down til 545. It took 2 hours just to get our nails done, not even our toes. My sister and I wanted gel dip and the lady basically forced us to get this gel x thing. I said no twice, but she kept insisting. Paid an extra 5 dollars. Our nails burned when we put it in the light and they said that was normal. She also basically made fun of the fact that we didnt want tips but we both type for work. Theyre uneven, kinda see through and something Im pretty sure I can do myself. Paid 65 dollars and a 10 dollar tip. Dont go here.

Arianna Sciascia I am very pleased with my experience here. Very calm, relaxing atmosphere and the ladies are very nice. They took me in as a walk in with welcome arms and took care of me like I was a regular. The lady did my nails with precision and they came out great. After she did my nails, she gave me a 2 minute back massage and a hot towel hand massage. I have never experienced that before in any nail salon and just by that, I will now strictly come here. Prices are also very reasonable. Best nail salon in Syracuse!

Mark Erlebacher Very nice nail salon. The service and quality is excellent. So far after a few visits I really havent had to wait. The hours they are open are very good and they are happy to have your business and you can feel that. Convenient location and plenty of parking in Dewitt, NY.

mary bokuniewicz I have been a customer of Trina’s New Image nail salon for the past three years. I have received both the traditional and the spa pedicures. Both pedicures are soothing but I suggest treating yourself to a spa experience. The foot massage is so relaxing and pure joy. I highly recommend this treatment. Trini is so lovely. She always greets you with a big smile and hello. You’ll be very comfortable in her company. Love this salon!!

The owner was so nice, friendly, and personable and made sure I was comfortable from the very start:) She was extremely attentive to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations!

Goli Ziolek Came in from out of town because my nails were absolutely destroyed from a tech back at home. She took the time to look each nail over and give it the right attention it needed. Prices were reasonable and I felt taken care of!

Ginny Russell I went to Lotus Nails on Monday because my regular nail salon was closed, I was hoping for a good experience because of the good reviews from here. I got completely the opposite. They gave me numerous cuts and they polished my skin, as well as my nails. Needless to say, I wont be back.

Alexandrea Giardino I have been search to a go-to nail salon since moving to Syracuse out of state, and I have found it! The whole team is so incredibly nice and welcoming. I have seen 3 different people for pedis and manis and they all had incredible attention to detail! I brought in a picture of fun nails I saw on instagram and they had no problem replicating the design! Throughout the appointment they continued to make sure I like the colors/design and how it was turning out which I feel like has not been my experience at salons in the past, it was SO appreciated. I cannot wait to find another fun design to try next!

Jlynn My new go to!!! Ive tried a few places and was dedicated to a particular newer salon for about 5 months, but they were very impersonal and unfriendly. I called it quits after they kept rescheduling on me and put me with a different tech than I specifically scheduled for bc they were overbooked and he did an awful job and argued with me when i asked him to fix spots where he completely missed. Im SO GLAD I found Lotus!!! Scheduling was super easy!! They took me right away when I got in for it (no 30 min waits even with an appt like the other place), and were SO friendly!!! They struck up conversation with me and the lady next to me for a majority of the time, and were happy to do anything to make my experience as amazing as possible. They also were priced about $10-15 lower than the other place!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lotus!!! Thank you SO much!!

Jennifer Alexander Its the first nail salon I ever went to and they were very nice to me! They werent mad when I took so so so long to pick out a nail color, lol Im very undecisive! I love how my nails look when I leave there!

Brianna Wasik Cheap but not worth it. It was my first time going here and u was excited to get my nails done because my natural nails have been very long and strong. The guy asked if he could cut them I said yes not realizing he would cut my nails down as far as he could. I was so upset after realizing my long beautiful nails were now nub. I would’ve chosen my long unpainted nails over these painted nubs any day. I’m not going back. I can’t even itch myself with these nails because I have no nail.

Haley Clark I have never gotten a worse manicure in my whole life. The whole time the nail tech, Anna, was picking at my skin and hurting me. I proceeded to say ouch multiple times and she continued, even when I asked her to stop. She cut two of my fingers, as well. All of my nails are beyond uneven they are different shapes and lengths. There is blue nail polish all around my fingers. This was a terrible experience and I will not return. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

Nayah Justina It always seems like a good idea, but then I quickly remember why I don’t go back! The service is just poor and rushed. Today, the man was so aggressive! I came for a manicure and to get a gift card for a family member, but DID NOT get the gift card. Idk what happened to this place, but it’s not the same. Left with polish on my skin and all. Nothing about this visit was pleasant, not even the massage at the end. That’s was the one thing going for them and it was done with absolutely no care. Not relaxing at all. If you want your nails done, but can’t afford to tip, this is your place. Poor poor experience once again. I’m writing this review to remind myself not to go again and find a different backup spot. Dissatisfied.

Genevieve McCormack I came here with my grandma and sister and we got gel manicures and spa pedicures. The man who did my nails paid great attention to detail. There was also a massage at the end of the manicure that felt amazing. I also got the green tea pedicure which included hot stones and a 10 minute massage. 10/10 recommend

Rachel Ive been looking for a new salon since the place I usually go is always booked. I drive by this salon all of the time and Im glad I gave it a try. I dont know the name of the woman who did my mani and pedi, but she was very sweet and did a great job, the attention to detail was something Ive never experienced at any other salon. The salon is very clean as well.

Michelle M My first visit here & it was 5 star service! Gel manicure & nail art. On a whim, I asked for the NY Yankees logo because Im going to a game this wknd. I love it! Staff very kind & the customer I sat next to was cool too. Definitely will be going back!

Mary Hubbs Update: hasnt even been 8 hours Ive washed my hands a few times and already four gems have popped off and Im finding more sloppy paint and trying to peal/cut it away from the edges of my cuticles very painful. Pros: super nice and friendly, the guy did fix my nail shape from the last person who had them messed up and they look alot better shape wise now, and although he didnt know how to do the design I asked for he managed to make shift the leaf pattern with the jewels so that was nice and turned out good. Cons: my cuticles were cut back too far I was getting cut and burned constantly, painting felt rushed and was sloppy there are air bubbles in my nails, plus the tips were not painted so its not a continuous look at the end its just the acrylic and gel showing which I dont like and my under nails were just left dirty. No moisturizer cream or little hand massage afterwards which I feel like is a normal aftercare treatment at most places so I was expecting it but rather he just asked me to go wash my hands and was done. Overall: okay experience the people there are so nice, and my nails are okay to keep for a couple weeks but defiantly not fully satisfied.

C I I spent a huge amount of my morning here at this salon, I’m talking over 2 hours between waiting to get my nails done and then being done. However, I like the way they turned out. Sy did my nails. He was nice and when I said one of my nails wasn’t shaped right, he fixed it no issue and no attitude. He believes the customer is always right which is great when it comes to getting your nails done. In the end, he said “$40 for you because this took so long.” It’s so wonderful to not have to pay more for sitting there forever, but instead that being recognized. My nails turned out nice in the end, worth the $40 I spent.

Cierra Manning I have been wanting to try this place out for a while I called to see how much it would be for a mani and Pedi they literally said I dont know we dont schedule appointments either you just come in and hung up. I didnt ask about a appointment just the prices as I can not find a website for them. I guess Ill take my business some where else.

Carrie Gundersen Amazing! Hadn’t had a pedi in seriously like 2 years. Tina was incredible. Took her time my feet were nasty as you can probably imagine after it being so long. My toes look great, feet and calves feel wonderful! Very reasonable rice for gel pedicure. Will definitely be back!

Rachel Jewett My time was amazing! I loved the set up and how nice the people were. I was seated right away and the girl got right to work, I didn’t get the girls name but I loved her work! I had a great visit and definitely come again.

Rain On Your Parade I got this gel set less than 24 hrs ago (19 hrs) and 2 nails have fully came off and the paint job is horrible. I asked her to fix it and she instantly tried to cover it so she knows how crazy it looked. Im coming in tomorrow for a full refund because this is the second issue I’ve had at this salon.

Taqaneessa Desmond I came in as a walk in for a gel x removal and despite my natural nails being a quarter of an inch longer than in the last photo and requesting to keep them long, I got my nails gouged and burned and sawed off. There is still a ton of product on my nails despite coming in for a removal. My nails are uneven and bulky on the edges and I didn’t even get the entire nail covered in polish.

Shayna B My nails are so lumpy and the shape is terrible, it’s not even straight. I asked her for shorter square nails and she refused it by saying that they are already short. And they are all crooked. Understandly the salon was busy, but I sat for over 45 minutes and the guy assured me that he would let someone good to do my nails, I guess just to borrow more time. He let me sat at the table and I waited another 15 minutes until the lady, who sit behind him, can take me over. She did horrible job on my simple square nails for almost $70. She was so rushing and over charged me for very short and not be able to shape it squarely. Never comeback here again.

Iliyah Jefferson I always have a great time at Lily’s Nails. The workers are very hardworking and time efficient, they do their best to fit every customer into their schedule and are overall very accommodating despite having such a busy schedule. Alex is incredibly skilled and does a very nice job even throughout helping others, Lilys nails is a warm environment with friendly people, I appreciate the lovely job you guys always do for me and anyone I recommend this establishment to! Ellen Palmquist My daughter and I had a great experience - full set w/gel French - Jason was super meticulous! Reg gel with Bette was also fantastic! My nails are so weak in general so she offered to do a second base coat. Loved the extra care! They both took their time with us and in general that was the vibe.

Mia Moore Trish was my nail technician and she was AMAZING! For starters- I was just a walk-in, yet she accommodated me and even stayed PAST CLOSING to finish me! Her attention to detail was impeccable! I let her pick my design- & I couldnt be happier w/the result! I will DEFINITELY be returning!

Vikki Melonz My daughter and I were looking for a new nail salon and this was one had a lot of good reviews, so we decided to try it out. It was very clean. I love the design they did on my daughter both times. My only problem was they kept calling to change my appointment time. I made it for 12pm then they called to change 4pm then they call again to change it but I was already on my way so I had to wait even though I had made an appointment.

Samantha B They really do live up to the name. The online booking service allows you to enter in everything you’re looking to get done so it can more accurately reserve the right amount of time. I asked for something pretty different and they accommodated me so well. Q was amazing with her attention to detail, she was sweet, and talked through how she was going to do the design. I don’t get my nails done often but I think this is going to be my go-to from now on.
