Lara Manti Salon is beautiful and clean! Very high end, professional stylists who know how to care for your hair and skin. Andrea is a superb colorist. I have so many compliments on my hair color and style. She is super nice and is passionate about her work. Highly recommended!! I also highly recommend Crown Salon for your next blowout. The chairs are massage chairs along with amazing scalp massage. Gregory is also awesome!

Megan Volz Amazing salon highly recommend! Haircuts & up-do’s for weddings are fabulous. They have a talented, warm and caring staff. They also have facials / professional makeup appointments. I got a facial when my skin was acting up and my skin was fixed as if I went to the dermatologist! Jess for facial / makeup and Kendall for hair is who I went to!

Brittney Engelmann The moment Brittany sat me down she cared not only about what I wanted, but educated me on my hair type, how the color would pull, maintenance for the future, etc. I hadn’t had my hair colored in over ten years and she made me feel so comfortable. I knew she was really listening to what my hair vision was/what my concerns were. I showed her a few inspiration photos and, to be honest, my hair far exceeded those photos. I love it so much I cried when Brittany was done. I highly recommend reaching out to her for all of your hair needs. She is fantastic. 10/10 will always recommend.

Megan Christy The salon is nice and so are the people; however, theyre the type of place that does whatever they want to your hair. I walked out with my hair looking absolutely nothing like the picture that I had showed. My hair is WAY too short and she didnt cut any layers, its just blah. Plus I have curly hair, so I have to straighten it (which is terrible for my hair and I cant blow it out the way she did, Im not a hair stylist) otherwise its about an inch shorter and it looks so weird. Not to mention that its extremely overpriced; $60 for a 10 minute hair cut?! Ridiculous. Not returning.

Hilary Oreschnick I have fine thin hair and always wanted long thick hair. I went to see a few people about hair extensions and eventually found Kerri at The Strand. The reason I chose to have she knows so much about what she does and genuinely cares she is doing what is best for your hair. Instead of talking me into lots of extensions, she suggested because my hair is so fine I try two bags to begin with and see how my hair is with extensions. I was much happier with that. Kerri put in Great Lengths Hair Extensions for me yesterday and also gave me a new cut that made my hair look thicker and showed me how to style it. I love my thicker hair and it is a wonderful color. Ill keep going back now.

Cheryl Sovern I see Kerri Tanner and I cannot profess enough how great she is. She is very thorough about her cut and her color. She is really big on additional training and it shows in her knowledge of cuts, colors and products. In addition, she is fantastic with hair extensions. I had some put in last year and I had so many compliments on how great my hair looked (no one knew that I had extensions)! The salon itself is immaculate which tells customers a lot about the salon and those that work there! I would highly recommend The Strand (and Kerri Tanner in particular).

Christine Vasiliau I work out of town and have limited availability. My appointment was scheduled - and confirmed - for Saturday, 4/8/23. I was texted in the middle of the week that day & time was already booked (not sure why the online booking tool made it appear open). We rescheduled for Saturday, 4/15/23. Got a text at 8:00 am that the puppy was sick and she would keep me posted. Unprofessional and not acceptable. NEXT!!!

Jess Carney This place is an absolute 5 star one stop shop for self care! Katie who does the facials in the back is top notch. I wasnt sure what to fully expect and not only did she explain every single step and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. She combined treatments and holistic procedures to make the best experience. It was by far the best facial I have ever gotten. The table I laid on was the most comfortable table Ive ever laid on. The room was perfect with the best music and smells to relax to. Dry skin? Gone! Stressed? Gone! She couldnt have made me feel more like I belonged there and I was completely safe and able to fully relax. I then moved to the hair salon to get my hair cut where Andrea helped me get a walk-in spot and then was able to give me a hair cut that I couldnt quite explain in words and continued to communicate with me what she was doing and why, to give me the best hair cut. These girls at LUXE absolutely blew it out of the water and not only got a new client but will get referrals from me often!

John Oakes Was in Saratoga recently for a girls weekend and had the most wonderful facial from Katie !!! Wow, what a wonderful experience. Katie was so professional and so knowledgeable. Dan Piacente Started going here in October 2018 and will continue to do so. Went in for a walk-in and they were able to take me right away. Erin is wonderful and does a great job with doing everything you ask for. Plus, she will rinse off all the excess hair, after the cut. Highly recommended!

Valerie Masterson I just love Keri at Shear Cuts. I came to her with dry damaged hair and she has done her magic and now my hair is healthy and great! I have color and hi-lights done ever 6 weeks and my hair looks and feels great ! She does a great job and would highly recommend her!

Sarah Lajeunesse I have been a customer back when Sorella was Bella Nani in Ballston Spa. The new building is really nice inside and very clean. Kylie does an amazing job with my hair every time I go, and her blow outs are fantastic. (She also does fantastic ombré and brilliant colors if you are looking for that.) I would recommend them for a relaxing experience.

danielle schimpf I recently had Kylie do a color correction and cut after I had dyed my hair blue during quarantine. She did a FANTASTIC job! She’s super talented. This was also my first time at Sorella and I loved it! Great salon, will definitely go back.

Julie Austin The very first time I had my hair done here was just a couple days before my wedding to refresh my color and get a cut. My hair came out so beautiful. I just very recently had 12 inches cut to donate and Chrissy did an absolutely amazing job on my cut! I am not usually a fan of my hair shorter but this cut feels great and is so easy to style. I am truly loving it. The atmosphere at Classical Concepts is also really relaxing. They have a great selection of products to purchase to incorporate into your self-care routines. I highly recommend services at Classical Concepts without any hesitation.

Shannon Enders I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair cut and color! Kayla did an amazing job. She took time to consult with me and really understand exactly the color I asked for and cut I wanted, which is a stacked inverted bob and it looks fantastic! She also got the exact color I asked for based on a photo. I would highly recommend going to kayla.

Fatima Alhosani Cait was my stylist and to say the least she was amazing. First and foremost, she took utmost care of me and really understood my culture! Which is something I rarely see anywhere. I am a Muslim, so, I am not allowed to show my hair to men. Hence she put barriers around the chair where she was doing my haircut. While cleaning my hair, she put a piece of cloth so nobody can see my hair as well. I have travelled multiple times, and in most occasions, nobody agrees to accommodate me in mixed gender saloons but this is my first time! Definitely will come visit soon :D Update: went again for a hair treatment and eyebrow trimming; they did a perfect job and an A+ for putting down the curtains to do my hair because of my cultural restriction :)

Patty Barile Rachel is the absolute BEST! If you are looking for a professional who knows her stuff, takes her time to make everything right, and brings out the best in your hair look no further. Rachel really cares to do things right and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From haircut to deep conditioning and root retouch, I couldn’t ask for better. I am so grateful to have found her. Best ever!

Brittany Plano Kayla is absolutely amazing! We worked together several years ago so when I had a bad experience at another salon, she was the first one I called. She is extremely knowledgeable about color, products, and so much more! I have never been disappointed! Super easy to talk to and supportive of any inspiration picture I bring in! I cannot recommend her enough!

K McClarren I see Kasey for facials pretty regularly.. she is AMAZING and I cannot recommend her enough! I trust her completely and always get whatever treatment she recommends. We are working on lightening some acne scarring and smoothing my skin, and she has made the biggest/best difference! Oh and as a bonus, she gives the BEST facial massages!!!!

Stephanie Lall Complexions Spa is amazing! This place is just so Serene and tranquil. I went here for the first time this year for a massage and a Japanese forest bath. I must say th lockers are super clean and theres a lot of amenities provided. You get your own robe and towel wrap and slippers. The staff are very nice and they do know their job. My massage was so relaxing in the beautiful candle lit room and soft spa music. Theres free tea, snacks and water. My steam bath was so amazing and Ive never experienced anything like it before. I will definitely go back here

K I This is my first time and WOW! Diane and Angel have exceeded way beyond my expectations. Diane finished my manicure. She referred me to Angel last minute for a hydro facial so she did a last minute add on and split my appointment. Angel was very professional and sweet. She explained the whole procedure and brought my skin back to life! Im very impressed that with any service from complexions Spa for beauty you are welcome to use their sauna, steam room or relaxation room that overlooks congress park. Another thing that sparked my attention was the wide variety of amenities and services they offer. I’m overall very impressed! As soon as Angel was done with my facial I was brought back to Diane and she did my pedicure which both manicure and pedicure turned out beautiful! I walked out of Complexions Spa feeling gorgeous!

Jaimie Briceno Brought my mom here for a birthday surprise for her and I was so happy with everything. The staff from the receptionist to the massage therapist are so friendly and accommodating. This was her first massage since a spinal surgery in January and I was a bit worried- but she was in perfect hands (literally!) She raved about her massage therapist Marina and my therapist McKenzie was amazing as well. I frequently visit the Albany location for treatments but we will absolutely be back to Saratoga as well.

Amber Rainbow Quaint and cozy salon. Despite its size it has a very lovely atmosphere. Overall it was pretty quiet and relaxing experience. The hairdressers all seemed very friendly, but my appointment was with Mary. She did an amazing job and was able to achieve exactly what I had asked for. I will absolutely be returning and recommend everyone their way. 10/10

Lily Whelden I hate that I have to write this review. The atmosphere and staff are really great and I do love the space. I heard wonderful things about this place leading up to my appointment. However, I am not happy with how my hair turned out. I told the hairdresser that I wanted bangs and I told her that in the past I have gotten them way too short and that I did not want that to happen and I explicitly asked her not to cut them too short. I told her that the absolute shortest part of the curtain cannot be shorter than the eyebrows and she took that as cut to the length of the eyebrows for everything. My hair does not have curtain bangs, rather it is now normal bangs. I am devastated. I spent 15 minutes outside the salon sobbing and I have to graduate in two months with the most shocking hairstyle of my life and as far as I know there is nothing that can be done but to wait the 6-8 months for them to grow to the actual length I wanted. The only reason I didn’t put a 1 star is because of how nice they were about it, but they just didn’t listen and now I hate the way I look.

Ethan Finkelstein Jaysie and crew are amazing. I moved from NYC and didn’t know anyone who would do a proper razor cut. So I traveled to my salon in NYC for years, then I found Jaysie who was trained by the bumble and bumble gods. My edgy haircuts resumed and life is good again. Now I don’t have to travel to NYC.

Sriraksha B R Mrs. Lynn did a wonderful job. She was gentle, and very involved in the process. I got a shampoo and blow dry at her place and it was a really nice experience. My hair looked amazing and smelt so good.

Sylvia Garcia I have been their patron for years and have never been disappointed. The owners are professional and friendly, and the spa is always clean. I am the patron that will come up with wild color combinations, and they always are able to pull it off for me. Ive also taken a simple color and Jeuje it up. They are always willing to let my free spirit soar. The customers are friendly, and I have had interesting conversations. Coming to the spa is my one indulgence that I give myself. I love the ANC Nails because they last long, and they always look like you just came from the nail salon. I highly recommend Glamour Nails & Spa of North Ballston Spa. You will not be disappointed.

LeighAnn Loftus This was maybe the best manicure experience I’ve ever had. Angie is a true artist and put so much time and care into my nails. Peter did an amazing job on my toes, and they are both lovely people who are really easy to talk to. On top of all this, the space was bright and clean and the prices were amazing!

T M I got my nails painted and my daughter got a full set, they both came out amazing. Definitely will be going back again soon, the woman who helped us was super nice and friendly! Definitely a five star place!

Ashley Dlor I saw all the wonderful reviews and pictures of this salon and was very excited to try a new place. However the gentleman that did my nails was a bit rude and cut my thumb and then glued it with nail glue. I brought a reference picture that I thought was very simple. However what I got was not what I imagined. Almost every nail is crooked and there are different flaws with each. Im very unhappy with my experience! I do not recommend this salon. [Update] It is the next day I have found 7 cuts across all of my fingers from being cut and the nail file.

Dlonra Chelle I have been here on a number of occasions and am unsatisfied. I tend to prefer walk in appts and the majority of times I kept getting the same stylist because of this. This stylist usually sits at the front desk. When I have gone in for a simple bang trim the bangs were uneven. Recently I stupidly went back and another stylist did my hair. Initially I was happy and thought perhaps I could get a good haircut this time. Wrong!! She did not do what I asked which was pretty simple, and she burned my eye lid when she waxed my brows. I was actually embarrassed going out in public after the cut because it was so bad and had to rush home and attempt to fix it. I basically wasted my money on the cut and had to wait for it to grow out a little to go elsewhere to get it fixed. This was the last straw, I will not be back and I do not recommend going there.

James I actually liked my haircut I got and my wifes. But I found it odd my neck was like breaking out in a rash and nobody mentioned to me. I dont know if they hadnt seen it or what since my wife went after me and then we left when I finally realized. My neck just felt really sensible and sore afterwards and I didnt wanna make a scene and complain. Idk if its something they put on my neck or when she was oiling the razor if that got on my neck somehow and caused this. Anyways, Ive never had this happen before during a haircut so thought Id mention since I was kind of alarmed.
