Kat Forge Came in via ambulance due to severe vomiting and got put into a room , the tech I had came in and she was an angel no complaints about her! However the nurse practitioner basically judged me and assumed I was a drug user just because I wasn’t feeling good enough to do bloodwork IN THAT MOMENT because I pass out every time, in which I stated to her “can I just wait a few minutes and see how I feel”. She said to me “okay so i won’t be doing anything or giving you anything not even fluids without bloodwork” and told me I’ll be refusing my own care and then basically told me to just leave because she won’t be doing anything for me. Honestly I felt stereotyped and I’m even considering suing for medical malpractice. Most definitely will never come back here, I’d rather wait 17 hours at vassar, at least care would be provided at some point.

Kathy Foley Im so pleased with the swift, thorough and gentle care I received last week at the ER. Fast tests and treatment for acute diverticulitis. The nursing staff are all excellent caring gentle professionals. 24 hours later I went home to continue treatment. Couldnt ask for better care

Angela Hawsey Stay AWAY FROM COURTNEY ELIZABETH!!!! She was so incredibly rude and unempathetic. She forcefully pulled me down to the bed when i was feeling faint returning from the bathroom( which had blood and poop stuck to the floor) i had to keep my husband on the phone the entirety of our interaction because i felt so uncomfortable. I have a phobia of needles and usually do very well if told when im being punctured, but this woman may as well have been mute. Barging in my room, there was no announcement, not telling me when she was placing my IV, and placed things in my IV with no communication to me as what she was doing. I cried after getting my IV and she yelled at me that if i dont calm down im going to pass out which scared me more and i looked at her and said "please, dont yell at me i have terrible anxiety" she looks at me again and says okay im not YELLING at you im keeping you from passing out. She wasnt, she made me more anxious and uncomfortable. She then left 3 vials of my blood in the room where they couldnt be used, another nurse came in and said ohhh im not sure why these were left here... i said the lady at the counter out there eating her salad is the one that took. This woman, im sure, has a kind heart and is a good person, but COURTNEY ELIZABETH INGRASSIA should not be an er nurse. And considering she just got the job at the hospital back in June, theres no excuse for burnout. She did not fill out any discharge papers for me and pointed to me as i walked out crying, saying that girl just eloped like it was unprovoked. The team also removed all my lab results from my chart and didnt properly fill out my paperwork, leaving out my emergency contact as my husband, didnt even have

Lavender If you want to die, been seen in an emergency at Kingston hospital. It is known FACTS to STAY AWAY from Kingston Hospital throughout the community. I encouraged my elderly mother to move 45 minutes away from me as she would be taken by ambulance to Vassar instead of Kingston Hospital. I am not sure of the exact problem, but STAY AWAY, they will kill you! I know too many people that have died going here from simple health issues!!! STAY AWAY!!!

LJ Ekus We were visiting Kingston for the weekend when my husband had a kidney stone. We were concerned with the reviews but decided to chance it since they were so close to where we were staying. We are so glad we did. While waiting in the waiting room, the Dr came out to speak with us to get a head start on his care. They were on top of things from the very beginning and moved quickly to make him comfortable. Everyone we came in contact with were polite, helpful and caring. My husband ended up spending the night in the hospital on the 5th floor. The great care continued. It is always scary when an emergency happens out of your own area. We extremely happy with the experience and thankful for the great care.
