The staff is professional and on time!! They are also very knowledgeable about current trends designs and techniques. My nails are exquisite to the point where Ive become accustomed to getting compliments. My gel set lasts for 3-4 weeks and the manicurists care not only for your nails but also your hands. Five stars truly arent enough.

She takes meticulous care to ensure my nails look perfect every time. Even after three weeks, my nails remain in great condition, but I still visit regularly to manage cuticle growth. I’ve struggled with a bad habit of biting my nails, but Anna’s strong gel overlays have kept my nails intact. Additionally, despite using hard gel, the nails come out with a natural and comfortable thickness, unlike other places where I’ve felt like I was wearing thick plastic on my fingertips. Original review: I have seen Slava before but I am in Boston so I can only come when Im in New York. Her attention to detail is absolutely unmatched when it comes to gel manicures. I have trouble with brittle nails and lifting so I got above and beyond the signature gel to get the hard/strong gel manicure and it will last me at least 4 weeks. I was coming in with quite grown out nails and we went back to a natural length so she checked in with me at every step in the process. I knew vaguely what color I wanted (a dark navy) and she put a few different colors on my nails to sample before we landed on the right one for me. Unlike other fast paced nail salons where their goal is to rush you out to get the most customers within an hour, this place is meticulous about every detail of your nails. I haven’t had that much time dedicated to the cleaning and shaping of my cuticles EVER. My nail bed shape was perfectly formed, flipped in every direction to get the best gel x shape and the design was impeccable. Also the salon itself reminds me more of a tattoo parlor where it’s focused more on the art and overall high attention to detail. Will be going back again!!

Angeles jimenez Best facial in NYC!!! Candice was gentle but the facial was very effective. I got a hydrating facial and it left my skin smooth, plump, and rejuvenated. The dermaplane was very gentle and left my skin like a babies bottom. The atmosphere was very relaxing I couldn’t help but drift off to sleep. Candice was very thorough and addressed all of my skin concerns and suggested amazing products to help me in my skin care journey! I will be back and I recommend everyone gets a facial here. Alleys Reel I received the same time pedicure and manicure which is amazing for a busy Mom like myself. I thought I would feel overstimulated but I definitely didn’t. The ladies were super diligent and accommodating which I appreciate. My feet feel brand new and I couldn’t be happier about that because I work standing up all day. My nails and cuticles are super clean looking but the hard gel application is a little thick looking. Even though they’re thicker than I expected they look like press ons, in a good way. But I hope it last! I will be back!

I had the nails on my left hand bitten down to ugly little stubs; not only did she clean up the mess of hangnails and dry cuticles, but also skillfully used dual forms to build hard gel extensions to match the length of the natural nails on my right hand.
