Madina Dzhunusova Really impressed with this place! Coming here since summer, staff is friendly, and the salon is clean and well-kept. This time i went for Christmas inspired red nails, Aitana took her time and really paid attention to detail. They have a good selection of colors, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of work. Definitely my go-to spot for nails from now on!

Hanna Rohani I’ve gotten two high quality manicures and a pedicure from Inga’s salon and couldn’t be happier with the results. Both Amulanga and Inga herself take great care and attention to detail. The salon is clean and selection of polishes is vast. I am so happy to have found this salon which will be my new go to place!

Elizabet Volynska Inga’s attention to detail keeps my manicure looking fresh for a month if not more. She makes sure that my hands are sanitized (which is very important) I also like that all of her equipment is sanitized and seal wrapped. The price of $75 is well worth the quality work she does.

When I wrote on Instagram to make an appointment, they kindly found a convenient time for me, responded quickly and I did not have to ask questions, because they already thought of it for you and provided all the necessary information. Aikol Gaparova A wonderful manicure by Aytana! I had wanted this color and shape for so long, and the master did an excellent job! The manicure lasted for 3 weeks without any chipping, it could have lasted even longer, but I decided to change the design. Overall, I highly recommend Aytana!

sümeyye kabasakal The staff did a great job on my nails. Its the reason I always come here. Some of my nails were broken and short, but I wanted to protect them with the length of my other nails. They did extensionion and the result is perfect. They always help me with color whenever Im confused. They are understanding and patient, they are very good at their jobs, I would definitely recommend you to go there!

Davia Murray I was once a regular at Ten Ten Nail Salon, but after my last visit, I will never go back. The staff was racist, discriminatory, and shared completely inappropriate comments about my hair. They asked if it was real, tried to touch it, and all stopped their work to inspect me as if I was an animal at a zoo. Completely uncomfortable and judgmental environment. The establishment is empty for a reason.

Marhe Bel After a whole month with my nails looking brand new, I can genuinely say I had the most amazing nail experience at Why Not Nails, and I have to say, I’m beyond impressed! Unlike other nail salons, they use the RUSSIAN manicure technique, and the difference is night and day. My nails have never looked this clean, precise, and FLAWLESS. The attention to detail is on another level. The WHY NOT NAILS Team is incredibly professional and talented. You can tell they truly care about their work and making sure every client leaves happy. If you’re looking to take your nail care seriously while delivering stunning results, this place is IT! I’m definitely coming back!!!!

Elena Ten I had a wonderful experience at WhyNotNails with their Russian Smart pedicure! The salon is incredibly clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, even offering coffee and tea right when I arrived. also tried their new Foil Pedicure technique, which was perfect for me! Instead of using a thick gel, they apply a super-thin foil layer that feels so natural—I hardly notice it on my nails. Since I go to the gym often and wear sneakers, thick gel layers can get uncomfortable as my nails grow, but with this foil, I don’t have that problem at all. The end result was stunning - my nails look like they belong in a Pinterest photo, absolutely perfect! The attention to detail and skill of the technician made all the difference. If youre looking for a top-notch pedicure in a relaxed and friendly environment, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!

Aleksandra Fenik I’m a regular here and needless to say I really like this place! The girls are all very good and professional. The salon esthetic is very pleasant and welcoming. The Tea/Coffee offer at the beginning of the appointment is a very nice touch! The appointment time accommodation is very good and easy. As for the main topic, the NAILS, they do an amazing Russian Gel Manicure and they have great quality polishes and so many colors to choose from, love it! Overall this place is good, not cheap, but it’s worth it for the quality you get. P.S. If there’s ever any issue with the manicure they are always very accommodating to get it fixed for you, good job ladies!

Rachel D This is the only salon I’ll go to!. All of the file bits are sterilized, the nail files are one time use. Rita is my tech, she does an amazing job on my nails every time. The salon is clean, and quiet. They offer coffee/tea before your appoinment starts. All my appoinment have started on time. Making appointments are simple aswell. I love it here!

Tina Khuro I’ve been coming here for a few months without any issues, but after seeing how customers are treated when the staff does a poor job, I feel compelled to share my experience. This business doesn’t respect its customers’ time—nail techs leave without informing clients who are already seated and waiting. Just last week, I had my nails done poorly, and they broke in less than a week. When I returned for a refund or a full new set, they refused. On top of that, they even took an extra $5 from my tip without my consent, splitting it between the two people who did my pedicure and manicure. This kind of behavior is both unprofessional and unethical. I’d rather pay a little more elsewhere for better service.

Arlie Globio I’ve been to other nail salons and finally found my favorite spot. Judy is the real treasure in the nail salon. She puts her heart into her work and really takes good care of your nails. Prices are really affordable it didnt even cost me over a hundred for a full set acrylic manicure and gel pedicure. Will always come back here

Frances Mamiye First time there for a manicure and the nail technician did a number on my finger. She was pulling harshly on cuticles and caused it to bleed and burn.

Polina Kitasova longer for them to finish. Powder gel should not take longer than 2 hours and I was there for 2 and a half. Second time I went, I had to wait a while, again. I finally get seated, I tell the woman I want powder gel, and I told her twice, and she ended doing a completely other thing. She kept cutting the nail after I showed her my preferred length, making them shorter than I wanted. The nails ended up looking terrible, the shaping was extremely crooked, the nails were going outwards, theres a literal dent in the nails, they were all uneven, and the worst part, they are fragile. After barely 3 days of having them on, one of the nails started to chip and then it broke and fell off. I call them asking to get it fixed, and she told me to come in 15 minutes. I came in 10, and was waiting for an hour to get one nail fixed. I sit down, she gives me powder gel as I requested, finally, and it ended up looking completely different than all my other ones. This nail salon does not care how your nails end up looking. They try fitting in as much people as they can just to make money because thats all they seem to care about. Do not go here unless you want to be stressed out while having atrocious nails.

P Lue Decent place to get a manicure and pedicure for an adorable price. I wish they would get liners for their pedicure stations to make it a little more sanitary. They have acrylic dividers at each station. Masks are mandatory. I would try to go at a less crowded time next time since it is a small place so having more than 6 people in there can seem a little crowded. My nail tech was nice and did a nice job on my hands and feet.

Natalya Pigulskaya Always a great experience here. The only place I go to for a pedicure. In the summertime, I come much more frequently for a regular pedicure and in the colder months, I come about every 2 months for a gel Pedicure.

Lucia Di Just tried this place last minute without an appointment. I go often for foot massages but I was very impressed with the massage technique by Nilda. Although this is a nail salon the massage was better than other massage places. Thanks Nilda

Alisia Gough I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure.. I was very impressed by the place when first walking in, staff was really nice and helpful.. I really liked the place in general and how they offered massages.. only thing I didn’t like was my nail job, I usually go to all about nails which is great but I haven’t been able to get in there this week because They have been busy and I haven’t been able to make appts that far in advanced because I’ve also been busy.. so I tried this place, it’s not terrible, just not as careful with my gel polish as I’m used to and just rushed and sloppy, so of course it’s going to bother me seeing this hardened gel in the creases of my nails/cuticles even though nobody else can really notice, oh and she also barely cut off any of my cuticles??I got my pedicure first and then my manicure and then a twenty minute back massage so my toes def had more than enough time to dry but my big toes completely were empty of nail polish by the time I got home.. I don’t think that’s anybody’s fault really, but just weird how that’s never happened to me before.. and I get my nails done ALOT. Maybe the lady I got was just in experienced because I wanted French at first but told her to just leave the base color once I saw how bad the French was.. just seems overhyped because of the nice place I was expecting at the least the same level of skill of where I usually go, which isn’t physically as nice as this shop, but the nail techs are so good at what they do.. this was kind of disappointing.. I will say the massage was pretty good though :)

Anna Lizarov I go there to get my pedicure done because it is cheaper than everywhere else in the area, and they do a great job. However, I noticed that some staff dont wash hands after using the restroom, which is a serious health violation.

Ariana Laila Been here a couple of times and today was my last. I made an appointment for 3pm under the agreement of one person doing my mani and pedi only to get there and find out she will no longer be doing my pedicure and passed me off to someone else I had no prior experience with. She didn’t finish the other persons nails until after 4pm then she spent another almost hour and a half for a basic fill and one color polish. I showed her a picture multiple times only for her to still ask if I wanted something completely opposite. Very disappointed in the shape of my nails it was nothing of what I asked for. Very disorganized, too slow and doesn’t meet the clients expectations. Waste of half my day

I came in not 100% sure what it was I wanted done but Belissa (probably spelt her name wrong) already had photos for me to look through so that I could get some inspiration. I really like the design we came up with. She really took her time and created a real work of art.

Rina Goog I ve been going here for pedicure for more than a year. All employees do a very decent job (not that Ive tried something fancy...). My favorite girl is Ann, she does exactly what I ask for, no attitude attached!...:)

Marzena J-a I had uv gel done. Paid $57. One nail fell off the next day and the technician didnt have time to fix it. I was told by one of them that they were done right and it was "normal" that it fell off.

Inna Sarah I have been going to this place for over 6 years. Always request Beliza. She is thorough, clean, pleasant, and welcoming. She knows how i like my nails to do be and helps to find design that works for me as well, when i want change. Enjoy her work. This last halloween, she created amazing nails for dark theme halloween. If anyone is looking for an amazing nail/wax/designs etc person, she is it.

Василиса Р Charged 34 $ for regular gel manicure, I went there for the first time, asked them for gel 5 dif colors for each nail, so wasn’t aware that the price was for manicure and pedicure , which I was asked during the manicure what I want for my toes, and I figured that the price was for both, but eventually they anyway charged me 34 just for manicure saying that it is because of 5 dif colores(which doesn’t make a sense) , no design, no sparkles, nothing , just a gel, RIP OFF, will never come back !!!that on the picture cost 34$

Pia Bhatti I have never felt so humiliated. They treated us like we were going to steal there $2 polishes. Maybe they dont have a lot of Pakistani & African American customers. They served 2 women that came in minutes after we were there and had made our presence known. They also stopped in the middle of doing our nails and made us pay before completing. Then when done one of the guys watched us until we left and sat down as soon as we left. Since when did foreigners racial profile citizens. Im very offended. Wish I could give -2 stars. And the nails aint even hitting, Ive seen better...............

Stephanie Hernandez I wish I could go back and not get anything done. I paid almost 100$ for a mani pedi both gel and within a week they have both peeled off. The point of gel is for it to last longer. I would have paid for a regular mani pedi if it was gonna be this cheap. On top of that the nail tech injured my finger by clipping a piece of my cuticle off and when I asked her to not use that anymore she continued to use it. I had to ask several times for her to not use the cuticle clipper. Don’t waste your money here.

J Rivera So the salon is nice and so are the technicians but as you can see my cuticles didnt get any attention. I got an sns manicure. For the price i would have expected more, i didnt get a hand massage either.

sigal israeli I went inside this nail salon and quinne the girl start talking bad about me in a different language, and I ask her nicely not to speck in a different language because I feel like she talking bad about me then I ask her to file my nails Squre and round on the corner , she make all of them round , and was so not unprofessional with me , I tell her all my nails look crooked . And not nice . She didnot really care . And left the table . Never come back there again . And also not recommended to anyone .

Angela Marie First time at Colome and it was a great experience. I saw yoyobaby and she was amazing. Friendly, nice and didn’t rush. She did a great powder dip extension and pedicure was fabulous. The salon is also very clean, nice decor and calming. Would highly recommend!

Romary Herrera Went to get my eyebrows done here when it was maybe my 6th time coming and the lady, Ruby was so distracted with her phone call she clearly made my eyebrows uneven and then acts clueless about it. Then gets annoyed that I’m asking other customers and another employee if they look okay and both of which said one is bigger than the other. Than she going to say that’s how my eyebrows are lol. Truly unprofessional and deserves zero stars. The nails however are pretty good alongwith selective employee attitudes so one star is okay. After a bunch and back and forth this was the best this lady could do. Very unpleasant with this visit. Have to try going to another lady once again. Really unlucky with my eyebrows as you can see. I’m about to start traveling back to the heights for better results. This was convenient as I work very close so I didn’t need to go out of my way. Let’s bring back A+ quality service for the money charged. Mind you this was $12.

Joanne Boursiquot AVOID KELLY AT ALL COSTS! I went to Kelly on 11/1 to fix a nail she poorly did last week Tuesday (10/22). Though my nails were weak due to the tips from long wear, the nail broke in the middle after just a week and a day, causing bleeding and pain. I waited for over an hour before she came to ask what I wanted. I told her that my nail had broken and I needed a new one. When she asked if I wanted it repaired, I said no, I needed a completely new nail since it was hanging. She then asked if I wanted a fill-in, which didn’t make sense because I had just gotten my nails done the previous week. When I calmly tried to explain, she told me to “calm down,” even though I wasn’t upset. Her attitude was aggressive, and I was shocked because I was simply explaining what had happened. I let her proceed, but she continued blaming me, saying my nail broke because my nails were weak. I just agreed to end the conversation. Then, she applied a clear gel top coat to my left hand without asking, and when I questioned if she was going to do the other hand, she said yes. After finishing, she mentioned there would be a charge for the gel top coat but that she wouldn’t charge me this time. She also lectured me about getting fill-ins more often and told me I should go to another technician. I responded with “okay” because she isn’t my regular tech, and she was the only one available. Her work was horrible: she over-filed my cuticle twice , creating a painful scab, all while being distracted and talking. I was never planning to go back to her anyway. She is rude, disrespectful, and a terrible nail technician. I can’t wait to get this awful set removed! I will be warning my family and friends about this embarrassing experience.

Ann Marie I was hoping around different nail salons until I found Cindy. She gives exceptional service and quality work. I love that you make an appointment, I never have to wait and I am never rushed. The salon used a lot more eco friendly product and stays away from harsh chemicals. But still has a massive selection of colors. Cindy is experienced and creative. I love coming to do my nails and would absolutely recommend it.

I love how my nails come out, Cindy pays great attention to detail, and the cost is very fair. Super clean and hygienic salon, good atmosphere, just an overall enjoyable experience here.

Alyssa Huang I recommend her to all my friends! Cindy is a passionate and ethical nail tech who takes the time to properly do your nails. Cindy is respectful and offers her artistic opinion when asked, and will challenge herself to be creative with her nail art. She takes walk ins, but I recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. Also, she only offers gel, no acrylics!

Hamidjanova Mahinur (Maya) I really liked this place and will definitely go back my two things are to always make an appointment and save up before hand. Cindy did my nails and they turned out amazing! I did French nails with a glitter line on top and she told me everything she thought about my nails and about my reference picture. She was very helpful. I paid about $96(including tax and tip) without I believe it was 85$(for fake nails + gel + design).

Emily Tang I have a great experience each time I go to Cindy. She goes off a picture I show her but adds her own flair. The price is very reasonable for the work she delivers. One time, my nails lasted over a month without lifting! The nail salon is also one of the cleanest I have ever been.

Ксения Five stars is not enough. More like five thousand. Best experience and work I have ever gotten done at any nail salon in my entire life. I have high expectations when it comes to nail technicians and they exceeded mine. All the atmosphere was so inviting and all CLEAN so it’s very important for me. All of the staff is attentive and friendly, and the salon itself is immaculate and bright.Helen is my go to for my pedicures and Noya always does an impeccable UV Gel manicure.I look forward to getting my nails done here as the atmosphere is not only relaxing, but the staff makes it fun...always have a good laugh with the girls!
