The hair stylist who was cutting my hair, The way she was holding trimmer and Scissor I am confident enough to say that she was new and I don’t want to take a chance with her and asked her if another hair stylist can cut my hair.
Another stylist started cutting my hair but with made face. when my hair cut was about to finish, she started teaching me the manners lesson and said you should not change stylist middle of the hair cut. That’s extremely rude behavior from them by not allowing me to change the stylist.
No objection for the first hair stylist though, I’m sure she will get better at hair cut. But extremely bad behavior by another hairstylist because I just asked to change hairstylist.

Nithin Km I am a regular customer of great clips for the last three years. But today I got a very bad experience at great clips location at Van Rensselaer location in Albany 12144. Time I entered is 6.50 Pm Friday 27 Sep.
I entered the saloon 10 mts before closing, I know I am late, so I asked them that is it ok to cut my hair at this time and they said its fine.
But I can see from the employees face that they are not happy. And when one employee started cutting my hair, he/she is doing it very roughly , banging my hair very hard. So I stopped and asked to do slowly, and they answered You know what is the time now, very aggressively ?.
So I said, that is why I asked, is it ok to cut now when I entered, you should have said this upfront, if not able to do it today instead of banging my hair and messing it up.
He/she was very angry and cut my hair at the worst, I somehow managed to get out of the saloon. My hair cut is a mess now and tomorrow I need to go to any other place to cut it properly. I am very upset about this experience. I never had this kind of experience in life. We are paying for the haircut and it seems from his/her face that he/she is doing it free of cost.
Please take necessary action against such kind of employees otherwise Great clips will loose the reputation. Anyways I decided not to come back here anymore iny life.

Abhinaya Bhattarai Never reviewed them even I had bad experiences many times in the past because I understand that mistake happens. But today, my stylist TINA said “you gave us bad review and said will never come back, SMILING”. I said I didn’t but she insisted. I said ok so giving my review now to make her statement right.
Not going back for sure and not recommending anyone unless I see their old manager Mckenzie back.

Elizabeth Laurange Last time I was in with my son, I had an excellent experience with his hair cut. He’s only two and she was wonderful with him and took her time with his haircut. However today, I was extremely disappointed. I had a woman named Sue who stunk like cigarettes, and she missed a TON of hair. It’s so uneven, choppy and scraggly. It’s really unfortunate I won’t be back, because I can’t even remember the women’s name who did my sons hair and she’s the only reason I’d come back.
