Exposing The Hackers Msp wouldnt reccomend. hair was fine. customer service not so much. she repeatedly told me my ends are terrible and bleached too much. ive never bleached my hair once. she proceeded to cut off at least 2 inches when i said a 1/2 inch. i was talking to my mom about something, and she practically came down and yelled at me and said my mom cant do my hair, she can. she told my friends mom that i shouldnt be talking with ‘red daggers’ for nails, and that i was annoying. if you want to be treated poorly, go ahead in.

Michelle DeKleine Jess was my hair dresser for years, she even did everyone’s hair at my wedding! She was amazing but recently over the last year, her services have gone down hill. Be prepared to be double booked, with her going back and forth between you and someone else. Which ends in you being there for hours. It also made me wonder how professional she is, when talking bad about the client as soon as they leave her door, makes you wonder what is being said about you. Jess is great, if you have the time to wait, deal with the craziness that pops in and out of this shop(all random weirdos), and want to hear all the gossip in town. Also you aren’t allowed to cancel at all! Even if it’s 48-24 hours in advance! I was told I should’ve been charged a cancellation fee, which if was told at the time would have paid. Jess does good hair! Don’t get me wrong! If you have time and enjoy a good real life soap opera, this is the shop for you!

I typically get a color and highlights or balyage. Ive been using Nicole for years but Devon is another sure bet, and Lori (the owner) is always there making everyone laugh and working her magic on clients as well. Prices are fair, results are reliably outstanding, its a pleasant experience start to finish. I recommend them constantly when people ask "where do you go for your hair - I love it!"

A. Cee Courtney (I believe is her name - reddish hair in the front) has cut my sons hair twice and he does not love haircuts and is very difficult. She’s extremely patient, understanding and does a great job. My sons hair always comes out looking great despite it being near impossible to do his hair with the crying and moving everywhere. The whole staff is so nice and understanding as well. I definitely recommend them!

Ethan Nelson I used to go to a different salon, but my hairdresser Doreen ended up moving to The Gallery Salon. I followed her because I loved her, but I soon fell in love with the salon as well! The atmosphere is wonderful, everyone there is kind, supportive, and the camaraderie amongst the staff is wonderful. The stylists are talented, well trained, and communicative. Zinnia Cintron The stylists at this salon as extremely talented. I took my twin fifteen year old daughters here for a haircut a few months back and they did a phenomenal job on their hair. Weve had horrible experiences elsewhere so they were scared to have anyone touch their hair. Maria was awesome and the hairstylists were engaging with my daughters and made sure they were happy with the final outcome. They were both extremely pleased with their haircuts and thank goodness were all smiles. Its difficult to find a place to cater to my daughters because one has pin straight hair and the other extremely curly hair but we finally found a place that has hairstylists that can cater to both. We definitely will be back!

So, as most of us do, I google hair salon color me crazy hair studio came up. Michelle was very warm and inviting. She offered for me to come in for a consultation. The consultation was detailed and thorough. They listen to my concerns and my desires, and if I must say they made my dreams come true. It sounds like a fairytale, but for me, it is. Im sure weve all had nightmares at hair salons where the stylist does what they want, and they dont really hear what you want. Michelles skills and expertise color matching my gray hair was so on point. Look at me, I look gorgeous. I have had so many compliments. Ive even been told I look younger with my gray hair. Okay, enough about me. The environment at color me crazy hair studio was warm and inviting. I felt like I was hanging out with friends that Ive known for such a long time. I will know these people for so long into the future because of how well they run their business and how they treated me as their new customer and now friend. K S Disappointed, I wanted an inch off my length no wash no blow dry no layers no bangs just spray down with water and an inch, which is usually around $30-$40. They got me in same time i came in to make an appointment which I will say was amazing. I sat in the chair and the hair dresser said it would be $50, which albeit on the expensive side, I said okay to. She then started trying to sell me other cuts like oh this is uneven or do you want some layers? When I answered no to all of them she said wait let me check the price again and came back and quoted me $65 when nothing about what i wanted changed. Where did the extra $15 come from? $70 is how much I pay for a wash cut and blow dry from my normal salon.

The stylist in the first chair was RUDE and NASTY and tells me I dont have an appt. and that the lady who I made my appt. wiith in person on saturday for a Friday doesnt know anyone that works on a weekday. She doesnt apologize or offer to squeeze me in or even explain nicely there was a mix up. Instead she argues and tells me oh well too bad. I WILL DEFINITELY tell everyone I know never to go there. Just a rude miserable woman she was and no customer service etiquette at all. DONT GO THERE and whoever that blonde in the first chair was should get FIRED!!

Michaela Charter I have been going to Angie’s since I was a kid. I haven’t been in a while and decided to go and get a wash and set. My hair is medium length and my curl pattern is 3b. I was charged $100 yesterday for a trim, wash and set, and a wrap. When I asked why so much, since it should be $75 $80 the most, they couldn’t fully explain to me why, since their English was limited (which is not their fault). What I was able to comprehend is that my wrap was $5 and trim was $5 so that means my wash and set was $90, which did not make sense. I was trying to point out the poster with the prices in which the trim was $10 and a wash and set should be no more than $75 (and that’s if they deemed my hair long, which it’s not), but they couldn’t completely understand me. My hair came out ok, not the best since the trim is uneven and I have some burn spots on my scalp. Overall, I paid $110 (total plus tip) and am disappointed in my experience, since I had higher expectations due to my previous experiences.

Yanira Rodriguez I would had given her a five however I went to get my hair done along with my daughter and her friend and I was happy with her service and wonderful personality However, I wasnt happy or impress with the prices my hair is short right now I got a wash and set it was 50 my hair is short above my shoulders my daughter has shoulder length hair got a wash cut and blow 100 and as for her friend she did wash and set with rollers 60 her hair is below her shoulders length. I then asked why my daughters was so much Angie stated because my Daugther did not do rollers I dont understand why I paid so much for my daughter as for myself and her friend it was what it was but 100 is ridiculous but thanks Angie enjoy your holidays

While I have had many style my hair here, the owner has done mines 4-5 times in the span of several years. & she still remembers how my hair is, & how to do it just right for me, she has even given pointers to other stylists working on my hair in the past. Caramel RedheadNurse I went there twice and they pulled out my edges, and now I have to use an edge oil to grow my edges back. They’re growing back extremely well, but the point is, I didn’t come here for my edges to be snatched out of my head. I don’t like when you walk in there you don’t get the same person doing your braids, unless you specifically ask, if you specifically ask you to be assured, that whomever you want is working that day and not already booked! I will never return

Norah Wanda I went to this salon for Fulani braids. I clearly told the stylist I have thin hair at the top of my head, can you braid in a way to accommodate. She braided the hair so tight with a part down the middle, accentuating the thinnest part of my scalp. The owner watched this happen and said nothing because and I quote “you were already done” I leave in tears and call her to explain that I was unhappy and the owner told me she know the style wasn’t good and that she would redo the hair. I came back a few days later and she braided it in a more flattering way. A week later my hair broke from the roots, because of tension, the hair used, and an extreme lack of expertise. It is rare I write reviews like this, but this is just unacceptable. I went to a salon, in search of professional advice, hair is not my domain. And now I am bald at the top of my head. Just the most traumatic experience.
