Kourtney Mattison I entered as a walk-in and they were able to get me. He did right away even though they were busy. My nail tech was Joey and they were very thorough and efficient. The front desk clerk was also super helpful. We also enjoy going for the children’s pedicure. Staff is always very friendly and inviting every time we are there.

Emily Smith They used to be such a good nail place. Unfortunately, they prioritize money over customer service. I’ve been going to Cooper’s since they’ve opened. A few months ago, they started jumping from customer to customer, not caring about appointments, the time of them or who you asked for. This time, I said something really nicely about it. “If you couldn’t do my nails when I called and asked for who and when, you should have said no and I’d ask for another time.” There was no apology. Nothing. There aren’t many nail places around here, but Cooper’s just isn’t it anymore.

Marianne Bruno The reception staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Easy to get an appointment. Cindy and Anna are both incredibly good at ANC (the service I have most often) and also pedicure. The location is clean easy access and not overpriced. Owners are kind helpful and keep a beautiful place running well. Love this place.

Charlotte Savin So I was proposed to on a hike out here and didn’t have my nails done. I looked around the area and a couple places had some reviews that were pretty bad. I just so happened to stumble upon Lyn Nails. Tom did my nails and he’s a god damn genius. He is EXTREMELY professional- to some he could come off sassy….but don’t be fooled. He’s brilliant, skilled, and a lovely person. He will be doing my nails again in the future

I have been there numerous times, Dan, Tina and Kim all do amazing. Im sure the rest of the staff does also.

Melissa Myers Three of us went for mani/pedis. We all wanted the same treatment and all got something different! The shortest was one hour and the longest was 1 hr 40 mins. Personally, my pedi took the longest! When nearing the end, my toes were stuck to the towel and obviously runined the paint. No massage! Im 9 months pregnant and came for some pampering! The worker did not correct it and ignored it. My manicure was awful! Did not shape my nails, the gel color did no go to my cuticles and doesnt cover the sides of my nails and look like they need to be redone already! He kept pushing the dryer to the edges and hitting my nails too!!! And the top coat dosent go over the edges and already chipped in less than 1 day! I truly believe he thought I havent had my nails done before. No hand massage and was told to do it myself! Truthfully, I was an avid nail customer before Covid-19 so I was fully aware of what to expect! Spoke with manager who chased me out of the store and asked that I come back to have it fixed. Again, 9 months pregnant, hungry, exhausted and live 1 hour away. I wasnt coming back to sit through that again that day or the near future. On top of that, his cell phone rang and he answered it in the midst of his conversation...HIGHLY RUDE!!! Then had the nerve to pat me on the shoulder thinking hes doing the right thing! So disappointed!!!!! Waste of money and time and so much for a relaxing girls day before the birth of my son!

Kelly Schwartz I went in for a gel fill. I have had this service done for years so I know the routine, and what they use (and how much). This tech used so much gel, multiple ones too, and got it all over my skin, they were bulky, and they did the white by hand. All different lengths and looked like a child painted my nails! He didn’t have me wash my hands before polishing them, and they were bumpy all over. I left so angry. I paid n didn’t make a scene cause that’s not who I am. But I will never go back there! I went to a different salon elsewhere right after and had them fixed. Even they were shocked at how they looked.

Starr Decker I was so in love when I first got them done. My first time ever gettin my nails done. French manicure. Later that night I started to notice a tint on my tips. Then next morning the tips were turning brown. Now they are more brown and also in the acrylic. Two days later and this is how they look... I have no clue why this has happened but it sucks. Especially paying $40. Plus a tip! Not happy :(

Crystalean Kilts I am so pleased with my nails, I absolutely love them! My nails for the first time in a long time were not uneven or misshapen!!! I absolutely loved my experience. I got Sam, he was amazing! The shop was really layed back and clean! I ended up going with my friend, neither one of us were disappointed! I’d highly recommend Snappy nail to anyone!!

Dlonra Chelle I used to be a patron of Snappy Nails under the previous owners. I haven’t been there for maybe 8 months or so. I received a gift certificate for them and went for a pedi today. I had Amie and she did an amazing job. She was very polite, friendly and really put great effort into the pedicure. I have been to other salons where the staff seem like you are putting them out and they rush through and do sloppy work and it isn’t enjoyable. I am extremely happy with the service and highly recommend going to this salon.

Destinee Brinig I went in today to get a manicure and Sam was the one to do it for me. He did a great job and my nails look gorgeous, very nice place and will definitely be coming back in the future. Their prices are also really good!!

Erin Komon I decided to try Snappy Nails based on its positive reviews, as I was dissatisfied with my previous nail salon. I am extremely happy that I gave them a chance - the experience was SOOO much better! Sam did a fantastic job on my nails from start to finish, and was extremely detail-oriented. I really appreciated not being switched around from nail tech to nail tech throughout the appointment (which was the normal practice at my prior salon, and did not result in consistent quality at all). Sam was highly communicative and truly listened to what I wanted - I trust him and his work. Definitely will be returning.

Momma French First time going. Walked in with my daughter and sister on a Friday night around 6pm. 2 of us were seated immediately. The other sat next to us. They were very funny, kind, knowledgeable. This may be our new forever place!

Samantha Dylewski After 13 years of not having my nails done I decided to call Annie’s nails to see if they had an opening for Thursday feb 22nd, she said yes to be there at 7. Me and my mother in law got a full set and my daughter got her nails painted, the woman did my nails and her husband did my daughters and mother in laws, she took hours to do them which was completely ok with me because I thought she was doing a good job that is until I got home and actually looked at them and realized all My nails were uneven not the same length at all, it drove me insane to the point I couldn’t sleep that night, the next morning/afternoon I went back with my mother in law to see if they could fix them and they all asked me what was wrong so I told them even tho I didn’t wanna say it out loud while they had other clients they kept asking so I told them my nails are all un even and I hadn’t realized it till I got home the prior night, she told me to sit down and had some young guy shave them Down to absolutely nothing there was no length to them after this the tips were all slanted and he left them sharp! When I sat down and looked at them all I could do was wish I never got them done in the first place, I wanted to cry it was that bad so instead of causing a scene I sat and waited for my ride and left, after telling them what was wrong they didn’t speak to me or my mother in law they kept their heads down talking amongst themselves probably about me! I paid 155$ for mine my mother in law and daughters to be done on top of the 30$ tip they didn’t truly try fixing the issue they rushed and made it worse and then didn’t even offer to compensate me any money back, Friday after leaving Annie’s nails I went to a place called snappy nails in sgf he told took one look and said I didn’t need to even explain he could see the issue, he asked if I went back to have them fixed I told him yea but they made them worse. He then told me to come back at 5pm and he would take them Off and so them over for me which is what happened I’ll post photos below of Annie’s nails and snappys nails thankfully snappys nails had the same color purple but did not have the same glitter so I went for a more iridescent silver glitter instead of the silver with the purple tint! I have messaged Annie’s nails and they will not respond. I do not recommend going to Annie’s nails unless u have her husband do ur nails he’s great and extremely funny! It’s so unfortunate it had to come to me doing this but when I’m being ignored when I Message them they leave me no choice! She did me wrong and didn’t even wanna compensate me anything when I had to pay to have them taken off and redone on top of gas there and back and to the new nail salon is just crazy to me she could have compensated me for just my nails and I wouldn’t have had to do this! Asherah Anat NEVER GOING BACK. We went as a special splurge for my daughters birthday. I found the experience unpleasant because of the attitude which was "How fast can I get them out of here?" No one was waiting. We entered in a good mood, and I left feeling crummy. I think the guy realized he wasnt being nice and said "Happy Birthday" to my daughter three times at the end, but it didnt make up for a lousy experience. Really sorry I gave him a good tip. I will never return.

Kimberly Jensen Samantha does an amazing job! I work with my hands and am constantly washing them, taking a nail brush to my nails, getting them covered in all manner of gunk, and her work stands up to it all! I havent had any chips, peeling, breakage, no problems at all with the gel! In fact, one of my natural nails broke and peeled underneath the product, and the product held together and kept my nails looking perfect even with the non-visible breakage. If you want to grow out your nails, or need a manicure that will stand up to daily wear and tear, absolutely see Samantha. On top of providing a great service and product, she is also delightful as a person, easy to talk to, and just wonderful all around. Booking with her is super easy, and communication on nail art and color ideas is also simple!

Autumn Carpenter Bailee is professional and very accommodating. She always pays such close attention to my cuticles and cares for them in a way I have never experienced. The nail art she is capable of doing is always a bonus, I never leave feeling dissatisfied and I am always eager to see what my next appointment will bring. The salon is very clean and I always feel very comfortable being there. Bailee educated me on BIAB, since using it my natural nails have truly never felt stronger. The length and strength is something I have been yearning for but my natural nails would always break. I love going to Bailee and getting a 10/10 manicure!

Sophia Rowny Bailee is absolutely amazing nail technician. She pays very close attention to detail and makes sure that you have a personal experience in the salon. Bailee cares about you and your nail health. You wouldn’t regret going to her over a typical nail salon!

Lucy M Bailee is simply the BEST! She always does amazing work on my nails, and she does them in a very efficient manner. I typically do one solid BIAB color, and a fill with Bailee usually takes 45 mins to an hour. Her space is always very calming, not to mention clean! Always a great experience!

Amelia Robbins I had a great experience at Tina Nails! Susan did my manicure and the attention to detail was spot on! I love when nail techs take their time shaping, cutting cuticles etc.. I did not feel rushed and the service was cheaper than others in the area for a full set with gel. I absolutely will be coming back!

Tricey K23 I had a great experience when I 1st arrived. I received a pedicure and a full set with gel finishing. It all came up to &130.00 I tip the lady $10.00 and immediately after I tipped her I said thank you. This lady has the audacity to push me out the way and didnt say thank you back. I was so shocked. I couldnt believe that had happened, so I went to the bathroom and came out and said thank you again to just make sure I was not being mistreated. She said, "Go away, goodbye." I left and asked a local person in the parking lot if this establishment was rude to other people. The local person told me not to go there because they are very rude to others as well. Mind you, I was a bit furious at this point, I had to call my mother and husband to calm me down. I went back in to ask for my tip back. Another lady who worked there acted like they didnt speak English and told me to leave. I shouldve couldve wouldve....I wonder should I press charges? Should I retaliate by pushing her back? I just know I would NEVER spend a dime there! Ill let Karma take over.

Emma Coyner I had the best time, I’m always very picky with my nails and they were so kind when I requested this nail set. I had no wait, I sat right away and they got started right away. Halfway through my set I decided I wanted a pedicure as well and they had no problem accommodating my pedi right away either. Great salon, love it!! Prices not bad either

Theresa Delocco Pedicure was fine however when it came to the UV gel set I had offered to schedule the following day and they insisted they had time for the girl rushed through my nails, was incredibly upset upon being asked to fix a concave apex stating "its fine" ... the rest of them were awful but not as bad (shown I photos) and one broke literally 36 hours after them being done ... I am beyond disgusted, this was a Mothers day gift as I normally do my own nails and now Ive spent over $100 on a set my 7year old could have done !

Chelsea Parker Yesterday I got a $50 gel manicure here and had a very disappointing experience, which this was also my first time getting my nails done ever. If you look it up, gel manicures are only supposed to take 1-1.5 hours, but mine took 2.5. My friend had a nice lady who only took half the time of which my nails took. However, the man who did my nails clearly did not care or know what he was doing. He nicked me and I bled 4 separate times, 2 of which he did not apologize for, and 1 of which he did not disinfect. He was rude, he hardly said anything to me, and scoffed at me and my friend more times than I can count. Obviously I cannot read his mind, so whenever I didn’t immediately put my hands in the position he wanted them to be in, he would scoff and roll his eyes in frustration then yank them. Like I was the one wasting HIS time? When one of the wounds he gave me bled and the blood spread down my nail which got in his way, he again scoffed and rolled his eyes out of frustration because he needed to take a second to sit back and clean it with a paper towel. Also, he used one of the nail clippers on the table to lodge and clean out under one of his own nails, which was gross, but you want to know what’s even grosser? He then used the same clippers on my nails without cleaning them. In fact, I’m not sure that they cleaned any of the supplies. The nails are a bit smaller than my own. And here’s the best part, 5 hours later one of the nails clear coat layers started peeling! Needles to say my friend and I will not be coming back to this establishment. Yeah they’re cute, but not worth the $50.

ken parker Was going there about 2 or 3 years but wont go after my experience today. Water was much too hot and burnt my toes. I can understand that miscalculations can happen My pedicure was rushed through. When the lady asked me how it went I politely said "fine". She then said "you are lying". What a great way to treat a customer, She should be reprimanded, Bye Bye! In response to your response the pedicure was rushed. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Usually a half hour so steps were either rushed or skipped. As for confusion issues due to language difficulties ,that is NO excuse. If you run a business employees should be fit to communicate. Employee clearly said "I lied" about how I felt about the pedicure. Not sure how that can be interpreted any other way. Bye Bye!

Justine Lombardo You GOTTA see Tony. Ive been searching high and low since my last guy Jack (from Pink Lady as well) moved far away. Ive tried every place around here, multiple nail techs. I have a complaint EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I saw Tony, and while he took a while to get around to me the first time, he did an absolutely flawless job. I had not a single complaint. Which is, as previously stated, RARE. Im so happy and grateful to have him. I hope he never leaves. But that seems to be the pattern so who knows?

Colleen Connolly I went to pink lady salon today to have old acrylic removed and put acrylic overlay clear over my natural nails. Once that was removed i was there for over two and a half hours and all they did was take the old acrylic off and mess up my natural nails. The lady left me sitting there for 45 minutes in the chair while she forgot about me to go tend to her child in the back. Worst job Ive ever had. Ive been there in the past and had a not so good experience in the past but this topped it all. I will never go back there. My nails look horrible. My nails were very long and she filed them to barely nothing ripping them apart.

Hailey Wilbur I went there about a week ago and they did really good! The acrylic nails I got were thin they could have been thicker but only having them for about a week a nail broke off and I don’t use my hands harshly at all. I feel like if the acrylic was a lot thicker it wouldn’t break. I also asked for gel nail polish but I got regular nail polish instead but I still liked the nails and they came out great. I’m not sure what your guys policy is about a nail breaking off within a week of getting them done. There is a before when I first for them done and then a week after I got them done.

Natalie Cody These are just some of my nails from the months that i’ve been going here. I get an acrylic fill every time i go and it takes them about 35 minutes and every time i love my nails. I was recommended by a friend to go here and was hesitant at first but every time im more than pleased. Anyone that does your nails will make sure that you love them when you leave. PLUS they just got a new system where it sends you text message reminders of your appointments and you get special offers after a certain amount of visits! Highly recommend!

SHIREEN BOGUE I’ve known this family for over 10 years and followed them when they left Guilderland. I drove an hour every other Saturday. Danny has been doing my nails for over 13 years and he never disappoints. He’s quick and it always come out amazing. I love Tim and Lynn and Ma and Trudy. The whole place is just a wonder vibe. I would go nowhere else!

Mandy Cook I gave going there for about 2 years now. They are amazing, very accommodating. I bring my child with me and they even do her nails for me. I’ve never had an issue with them. They’re always very friendly and outgoing very happy with their service. Never had anything happened to my nails. They do a great job.

Headhunter Do not go to This nail salon, they completely ruined my girlfriends nails, completely damaged the nailbeds, caused bleeding and the nail bed is completely ruined, her whole nail is currently coming off while bleeding. They tried to charge us EXTRA money just to fix their mess up,

Sandy I went in because the nail salon I usually go to has been too expensive lately. I guess you get what you pay for because from the start she was rough on my hands and seemed as though she didn’t have much for experience. The shapes aren’t that great and the end result looked nothing like the picture. The picture I showed her and has open is the one on the top and my hand is the one on the bottom. Not to mention they had all of these add on charges for having previous ANC removed and the shape, color everything. They advertise $28 acrylic full set and it ended up being a total of $58 not including tip.

Lisa Murphy If I could give ZERO stars I would. My appointment was at 2. I was seen at 3. My "deluxe pedicure" lasted 7 minutes and my feet look horrible! Used a color I didnt pick and when I said something became visibly upset. My nails looked TERRIBLE - crooked and the worst paint job Ive ever seen. Still paid the $80 because I dont like to cause a scene. Then spent another $55 to have them fixed. Will never go back and DO NOT recommend.

Cheryl Slater I have had my nails done at many different salons in various states and this is the first time I have ever written a negative review. My nails look horrible! I had a complete set put on by Ann. The shape is the worst I have ever seen and not uniform from nail to nail. When I shared the shape was not right and definitely not uniform, Ann caused a loud scene saying she could take the nails off and I could go somewhere else. If I could give no star I would! The paint and the thickness of the nail are unacceptable. I paid $73 and will go to another Salon after vacation to have them fixed!

Kayla White I had an amazing experience at Posh Nails! My mother-in-law and I both got the spa paraffin pedicure, and it was perfection from start to finish. The nail tech (Kitty) was incredibly kind, attentive, and made great conversation throughout. She checked in to make sure the massage pressure was comfortable, which I really appreciated. As someone who’s four months pregnant with my second child, it felt so nice to be pampered and treated like the center of attention. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, everything was spotless, and the whole experience felt luxurious. She even made sure I got to the drying station okay.

Kayla Smith I just moved to the area a few months ago and was looking for a forever nail place. I’m giving 4 stars because the first time I went I had an and c done, the woman who did my nails was pretty rough with my cuticle and it did get infected shortly after. I gave them another chance and I’m so happy I did! Tony did my nails and he’s now my go to. It doesn’t feel rushed, he takes his time and it shows in the work. It’s a pretty and clean nail salon that I always look forward to my appointments for some me time. I recommend for sure!

Liz Knezovich 3 hours for anc. Hands are cut and nails are damaged. One woman ran out upset, others waited hours too. Sprinkled and dipped for ANC nails. Only supposed to dip nails. Very nice staff, but not trained. My nails hurt so bad. Got them done Friday 14th of June and my nails look so bad. Please train better. Charged more than what the sign outside says. Scared to go back and get them “fixed.” Go to hi nails.

Rebecca Burgess Went in with a broken nail and I was in a rush to get to the airport, they told me they could fix it and instead of taking the whole nail off they glued a tip to the end of my UV Gel and filled it in, well the nail is broken 2 days later. Now Im out of town with a broken nail. Never again!

Michelle Ballard My daughters and I have been to Sean nails several times and have never been disappointed! They having amazing customer service and take their time with every customer no matter how busy they are. Mya daughters get anc and they have never had an issue. I get gel and have never had an issue. The nail salon over all of clean and well maintained.

Kara Stanton Update: This is now my go to nail salon! I’ve been back multiple times since; love these nails and the quality is always amazing! I recently went to Ketty twice for the first time. The first night I went with my friend and got a basic pedicure, which turned out great and relaxing. The next day I went back to get ANC nails. The woman that worked on my nails did an excellent job! I asked for a candy corn design (a double ombré which isn’t often asked for) and, it took her a few times to get it right, but I loved and appreciated that she didn’t stop trying until it was perfect! Very pretty and it was a great experience. I will come back and I recommend!

Britnee King Everything started off great. She removed my ingrown nails and did so magnificently. I asked for a natural base (light pink) but see through so you could still see my natural nail. They apparently didn’t have that so they chose something else for me (I didn’t know that until I looked down and she was nearly done setting my gel pedi. I told her I didn’t like it and wanted clear if they couldn’t achieve what I had shown them. That’s where everything took a turn. She filed off that pasty, solid bubblegum pink they decided to use and dug her fingernails into the underneath of my toes. I told her it hurt and she stopped. She grabbed my legs to move them in a rough and rude manor. I asked if she was still going to do the Mickey design on each toe and to be honest I don’t think anyone told her about that when she sat down to do my toes. So I inquired when she would do it. When I tell you she rolled her eyes and made an absolute body roll and sighed… I was embarrassed and pissed off. Next we go to do my nails. I had 3 pictures to do a collaborated theme. I asked for multi colored Mickey shapes 5 colors, a Mickey balloon and a veins Mickey head shape that was just bigger. She made the biggest issue of this. Again, sighed and rolled eyes. Then told me to pick one design. The last 5 pics are the results of my visit.

Gunn Ghjn The only place I use to get my nails done, is at Ketty! They have waxing, pedicures, manicures, from just polish to the works. They have it all and can do it all. Best yet, theyve seen it all, so bring them your worst and walk out feeling your best! The only reason I do not go anymore is because you van find yourself waiting anywhere for 15 minutes to an hour even if you have an appointment because they take too many walk ins.

Francesca Palma The guy who did my nails (I didn’t get his name) did an amazing job. He did the perfect coffin shape and he was patient. He was asking me the whole time if I liked what he was doing to my nails, and even tested the color on my one nail and when I didn’t like it he removed it and was super nice and tested another color for me. Very sweet and would recommend coming here. I’ve been to other salons in the area and this place is much better.

Hanna Riley I got my nails done and went in expecting them to do the design. The couldn’t do it so we switched it up. I went from a much more detailed plaid design to snow flakes and gems. I also got a pedicure for 35$. This all came to 140 which is rather expensive for a set of nails and design I didn’t want to begin with.

Emily Racine I loved this nail spot. Ive tried others before and they dont compare. They helped me pick out colors and asked me multiple times throughout the manicure if I liked it and I really appreciated it. I think they did a lovely job and the lady I had was so fast too! I usually hate getting my nails done cause its so awkward and quiet but they made it a much more friendly environment. Will definitely be back!

Lorrie Whiting Been going to Hi Nails for over a year now I usually see Jennifer. She does an amazing job if you bring in a photo she always helps you with the colors to make that photo happen. Usually make appointment to guarantee my time, but they do walk-ins. She has never disappointed me. I definitely recommend giving the salon a try.

They always do the shape I want, they always have a great attitude and the tv shows that they play help pass the time! Not long waits and they don’t overbook! I was in and out in less than an hour! Ive never liked a salon enough to come back regularly but this salon is great! been here twice, got complex korean manicure designs both times and they came out amazing! prices are great and I couldn’t be happier. Ann Matrazzo Paid 55 d for the worst mani pedi I have ever gotten....I just wanted a regular mani pedi and expected to get juet that which normally is siak feet...clip toenails ...file ..a foot scrub w pumis and paint nails.. mani ..soak hands ..cuticles ..clip nails ...file and maybe lotion massage and paint...the woman who idk bcuz she did not say...asked me repeatedly what do you want? ??? I said repeatedly ...I want a mani pedi ...and she just looked at me ...I could not relax and enjoy which is the usual expected outcome especially when you are paying over fifty dollars...she had no energy in her hands ...and did a less than even acceptable job...just went thru some motions...I complained as she kept asking me what to do ?? To owner and she did nothing....Then the woman got the 55 d which was robbery....and proceeded to ask me how much her tip was going to be...she had not even done the manicure....I said you dont get a tip until you are done...she got no tip btw I couldnt believe she actually asked me to tip her 10d. Idk if shes a sweatshop worker that really didnt know what was going on or what...but the whole thing was creepy and indictive of the horrible greed going on in this world right now...like never before. Dont go here...
