Melissa Smith I gave this place another try after more than two years because my usual nail salon was too busy to see me without an appointment, and I was desperate. Got powder gel nails and spa pedicure which seemed ok though the assistant mgr who was providing my service seemed preoccupied and was talking to the other technician the whole pedicure; anyway my nails looked a little thin but I was satisfied until later on not even a week later they started breaking one by one. My regular salon lasts two weeks and much more relaxing atmosphere. So I paid $80 plus tip, another $23 dollars and now my nails are broken. Even my natural nail underneath is broken. Didn’t last a week. Salon was quite dusty like they don’t clean either and lots of clutter. I also have heel calluses like I never had a pedicure. Disappointing ripoff.

yvette seibert Daphne does my nails and they always come out great. Updated review I have been going here for a few years now since Daphne left I havent had a good experience and they overcharge you. I paid $74 for a French tip and 2 fingers had 2 hearts on them i have paid less for more at this location The nail tech was also in a rush I had dried acrylic all over my hands and she kept burning me with the drill a few of the nails look lumpy. Dont think I will be returning to this nail spa

stacie miller I was there today with my mom. The service is outstanding. A gentleman greeted us, opened the door and offered a beverage. The place has elegance with crystal like chandlers and brand new appliances. The wait time was exceptionally good and the sugar scrub pedicure is outstanding. I love how soft my feet are and how my toe nails twinkle. Thank you for your services! We will be back!

Brittany Backhaus *Look at the NEW reviews, DISREGARD the older ones* Wow ! The new owner and the new renovations to this salon were so needed in our area! It looks and smells clean too which is so important for a nail salon to possess’ I’m so happy someone was able to create such a beautiful and welcoming nail salon in our area! My daughter and I were greeted immediately and also offered a refreshment upon arrival which was so pleasant to experience! Our pedicures were great too!

Kaytlyn McGrath Its frustrating that I even have to write this, and honestly, this is my first time taking the time to leave a negative review. I’ve been getting my nails done here for a year, and up until now, I’ve always had a positive experience. However, my regular technician, Eddie, has not been available for the last two visits, so I decided to try someone new. During my first experience with a different technician, my nails turned out very thick. While it wasn’t ideal, I let it slide, as he wasn’t my usual technician. This most recent visit, however, was an extremely unpleasant experience. The technician made my nail beds extremely sore, and despite my repeated requests that he stop because it was painful, he continued to hurt me. My nail beds even started bleeding, which he tried to cover up by wiping it and applying green cleaner, an attempt that struck me as both unprofessional and concerning. To make matters worse, a few of my nails ended up crooked and messy, which I find unacceptable. I will not be returning unless Eddie is available. As someone who also owns a business, I believe its essential to ensure that all staff members are properly trained and held to a high standard. There is simply no reason I should have paid the amount I did for such a poor experience and unsatisfactory results. I hope my next visit will be a more pleasant experience. Just for self awareness of anyone visiting this nail salon his name is Tommy.

Ivie Obi Eddie had been the one making my nails, because he wasn’t around I had to let someone else do it. I had my feet done and was ready for my manicure but because of the language barrier he kept making me change my design. I decide to do something he can do and understood. I was very patient with him but he kept insulting me in his language thinking I wouldn’t understand. I told him the acrylic filling was too thick but he kept on with his work and was still calling me names. He stood up aggressively stomping his feet and called someone else to come take over. I see no reason why I shouldn’t be able voice out, if my nails are bad. All they do is curse costumer when they show dissatisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend him making anyone nails. He’s very unprofessional, impatient and aggressive towards costumers….

Kailey Williams Got my nails done for hoco here. The nails were cricked and the lines on my French tips were not even. She dug my nail beds up and they were bright pink after. Not only that, the paint chipped a couple days after! There was also a little blood from her digging up my nail bed.

serenity weaver i went in to get my nails done the other day and they looked perfectly fine, they did a good job and were all very nice but i got home and then a little while later at night my nail was chipping and the polish was coming off. ive never ever had this happen at all when getting my nails done. its only a tiny piece but still there is no way i can fix them now. they had good service and were nice but my nail is chipped and i cant fix it unless i paint the nail myself. i still love my nails and they look great i just wish it didnt chip off.

SuperMultisunshine This place is great! I got my nails done by Jessica/Hong, she goes by either name and I’ve never been any happier with the results. She was also able to treat my ingrown nail like it was so easy. I’ve never had anyone take such good care of my nails and its health like her. The environment was really nice and therapeutic, such lovely ladies that genuinely want to be your friend. I can’t wait to go back for a fill. I would totally recommend booking with Jessica!

Db3 I felt my pedicure was rushed which I dont understand because there wasnt any other customers. It was indeed a painful pedicure and my toe nail was clipped so short it made my nail bleed.

Diva Glam The woman with the short hair filed my toenails too short after repeating not to anymore. Painful pedicure! Big toenail that had a natural tip is now a nub where you can see under the nail bed. Painful pedicure! Great massage! No tip.

Froggie Puff The lady that was doing my nails had so much attitude towards me and her coworkers. My cuticles were cut all wrong and I had to go to another salon to get my nails redone. DONT recommend.

Christin Bluto Was super friendly and nice, but the worst pedicure Ive had. My nails were barley cut and still needed to be cut when I got home, of course made the polish look not the best. Got the spa pedicure and the guy barley scrub/rub my feet/legs, it was like he was not even trying to put anything into it. I use more force to put lotion on myself that he did with the whole thing. For the price i paid i wont be going back there.

adriana pfister I’m not sure of the name of the nail tech who worked on my nails this evening, I’ve gone here before and had pleasant experiences but this time very much not so. The male doing my nails was very sloppy, and had to constantly have others come over to check his work and comment on it. In fact one other nail tech said it was “ok” not good, not great, just ok. Additionally my left thumbnail is crooked compared to the right thumb nail. The artist was very unsure of himself and I’m not satisfied with the service.

Ashley Lu Such a lovely nail salon. From the moment you walk in, it looks very aesthetically pleasing and clean. There is a big wall of colors to choose from broken down by category of nails you are looking to get. As you are seated with the nail tech someone comes and offers you complimentary coffee/tea which is super nice. (Bellinis and Mimosas during the weekend!) I usually go for a clean look with UV Gel. And my tech absolutely killed it! She really took her time and made sure it was the shape and length I wanted. We decided on a neutral color with some chrome. Its so cute and I have gotten many comments on them. I will be back :) Highly recommended this spot.

TLOsasa I do not normally frequent nail salons but I have gotten mani pedis a few times. This shop is clean and well organized. Shout out to Tony for helping me fix up my pedicure I ruined an hour later. For $50, the service and quality was exceptional. Thank you to the cuties who helped with drinks, lotioning and front desk :D

Alondra Espino 2.5 rounded to 3*** because the ambience is great and nail techs were sort of nice. I think I’m over this place. I’ve been going for hard gel (uv) since May because I was recommended and my experience started off ok. My nails looked best when Mimi did them (of course she no longer works there). My experiences with the other nail techs (mainly the males) were terrible. My pedicure with one of the males one time lasted 10 minutes, literally. I just constantly felt rushed everytime I sat down (except with Mimi) and the work was pretty average. It’s time to look for a new place. My last appointment was for removal of hard gel and just a clean manicure (no polish) and I still had to pay $36????? I didn’t even get a color. The whole appointment lasted 15 minutes. I’ll be on the hunt for a new salon for sure. If anyone knows where Mimi went please let me know

Angela Ball Glad I found this place that’s so close to home. They always do a good job and the atmosphere and vibe is nice. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. On Saturdays it’s busy so it can feel a little rushed. Any other day of the week I’ve gone they really take their time and it’s very relaxed.

Victoria Nowak I have been going to Lanny for YEARS. When I first came to this shop, she treated me like she knew me my entire life. She made me feel very comfortable. The level of service is phenomenal and she does an amazing job!! Prices are affordable. Ever since then, I have never looked back. Her and her husband work together in this shop, and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. This shop is by appointment mostly, so I would recommend calling first. As a result, this creates an exclusive experience. Classy Nails is an absolute hidden gem.

Jennie DiGuardia Not only did they refuse to do the gel extensions that I had scheduled and insist on putting on tips, they did a horrible job and they all popped off just as I knew they would within a week! They then charged me $50 more than they listed on their website, and when I stated that, their response was that the website had an old price. Unacceptable. The pedicure was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received.

Julie Highest quality gel manicure I’ve ever had. Consistently fantastic every single time. There is a reason you have to have an appt here it’s never walk in. All the manicurists are great some are better/faster at art than others but overall the best nail salon I’ve ever been to and will continue to go back.

Kelly Csengeto The first manicure I had was pretty good. This one was OK but the massage was horrible. And when I asked about it, they said that they don’t do it at all without an additional charge. But the tiny bit they did actually hurt my shoulders because her nails were digging in. And the hand massage was just flopping lotion on my hands. But they didn’t ask me if I wanted a massage . they just didn’t care. So I’m not impressed with this place anymore. The customer service didn’t seem to matter.

Keva Hewitt This nail salon does up to date nail trends considering that most other nail salons in weschester county are quite basic and dont offer trendy nail styles. However, the women are significantly rude! Their customer service is terrible. They are lazy and dont like to do slightly intricate designs. They try to convince you to do something more "simple". Let me not forget to mention, I fully believe that your price is your price and we should go else where if we cant afford the service. But they charge an extra $4 for apres & queen brand nail polish. They charge $5 to shape the nail every single time you go and they charge $10 to change your nail from square to almond, oval, coffin etc. How can you justify charging separately for shaping the nail when shaping the nail is a part of the service? You cant get a manicure without shaping the nails. Its like charging extra for cutting the cuticle. Its not an extra service!!!!! Nail time is almost like spa time. Its a time for women to get done up while relaxing and enjoying being pampered. It never feels like that here because their customer service is so bad and they make it very obvious that they are talking about you in their language because they do gestures like shake their heads and throw up their hands as though body language is not also a language. I would not recommend them. Id recommend going to the Bronx or jersey.

Angela Romeo Very nice experience! Back in July i had to get both of my big toenails removed due to an infection from another nail salon. The podiatrist said it will take a year or more for the nail to fully grow out. My feet now became a big insecurity bc of this. After some research online i booked with the nail concierge. It was my first time going to her. I Had two toenail reconstructions and a pedicure. I look like myself again and feel so much better about my feet. Every time i look down at them i smile.

The Certification Center I walked in on Monday -9/16 at around 4:00pm- And i asked if any one was available for just a plain manicure?. And the receptionist said yes we do!!.so they gave me lovely Maria-right away ... she knew exactly what to do!!. she clipped and rounded my nails & cleaned all the dead skin & then filed to follow with buffing the nails to look natural. as Im seating thinking she was done...i got up & of course Maria said Im not done!!. This is the first time Ive seen someone do 3 three step!!.outstanding!!MY GO TO WILL BE MARIA!!!. I CANT WAIT TO HAVE A PEDICURE!!. THANK-YOU!!!. Nicole Vasaturo David takes his time when he does my gel tips and they always look so nice after he does them. Also Frank who does the chair massages is excellent. I suffer from back problems and he helps ease up my muscles when they get tense. Massages are a good price for the quality you get. Also they have a huge gel color selection to choose from. This is my most recent manicure and as you can tell its an absolutely beautiful color. Its definitely a good place to go for manicures and massages. Frank and David are very nice. I recommend them.

C D “Daffodil” WONDERFUL! The experience I had here was A++. The staff are amazing at their job. Their attention to detail with my pedicure and manicure made my visit very enjoyable! Please try their SPA Pedicure package. My feet never felt so soft. I cant remember the lady who did it but she was amazing and did not rush! Angelia (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who completed my manicure dip powder was very insightful about nail care and gave me pointers on how to have longer, stronger nails!! Yuri Kim Second time coming back here with my mom. We had a great first experience and was excited to be back. However, our experience this time was drastically different than the first time. When we arrived for our gel manicure appointments, the employee who spoke with us was visibly annoyed that we were only getting gel manicure and not pedicure as well which I thought was very strange. She then only offered one small ring of color choices which we were confused since last time we were offered multiple rings and colors. When we asked about this, she seemed very annoyed that we had asked and grudgingly went to grab more colors. These continuous actions and attitude that we were unwelcome there made the rest of our time very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Our whole gel manicure was so rushed and proper steps were not taken. After buffing our nails, the tech did not wipe off our nails with alcohol prior and immediately started layering the manicure on top of dusty nails. The whole process for a gel manicure took 20 minutes. My nails at the end had bubbles everywhere and uneven layers that you could clearly see. Saddened to have experienced this and wish we had gone elsewhere.

Autumn Gabrielle I’m not certain which lovely lady took care of my nails, but I truly enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and quality of supplies were all exceptional. As soon as I sat down, I was offered the choice between UV gel and gel X, both of which I know well. I’ve always wanted to try UV gel, so I decided to go for it, and I’m thrilled with the results. I will definitely be coming back. While it is a bit on the expensive side, the experience is worth it! Thank you once more!

A P They do good work & the decor is very nice, plus they have snacks which is cool, but the main woman is moody & unfriendly. She messed up my nails, then refused to fix them, even with me offering to come back when less busy. If you catch her in a bad mood, she is extremely impatient & youll end up disappointed with the results. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a pleasant experience, so the negativity is just not worth it. All the other girls seem pretty nice. Theyre also on the expensive side, at least $20-$30 more than others for UV gel.

Igor Yadgarov Great spa with lovely staff. They do meticulous work for good prices. Jenny takes care of me and she’s great. I don’t know why there are not more good reviews on here. They are always packed with customers (who should be leaving positive reviews as well). The problem is, people tend to leave a review only when something goes wrong.

Hannah Lee I love here! I’ve been coming here for a LONG time and I’ve never had any issues. I just wanted to share these really cute nails I got recently here. I was a bit nervous because I knew my nail design request was a bit more high maintenance. But to my relief,the manager and the workers were so encouraging. They thought my nail design idea was cute. I love the new renovations they did to the store too. Edit: I’ve had this manicure for 3 weeks and IT WONT BUDGE. I’ve actually never had a gel manicure stay this long. I’m a person who uses their hands a lot so I excepted for my manicure to start peeling. But so far no sign of any imperfections!

I don’t mind paying for and tipping for quality but when your gel chips IN LESS THAN A WEEK, this is not it. Also pedicure smudged on the way home after technician failed to inspect closely for dryness, wrap, oil or take any measures at all. Regret the money I spent and will not return. Manager scheduled a re-do appointment very nicely—will update. Update: the salon manager was as lovely as could be about this and brought me in to re-do the manicure. Betty’s work is on par with the service at the fanciest NYC beauty salons, giving that super clean cuticle look, lovely shaping, careful nail preparation and dine thin coats of polish. Will go back and ask for her for sure.

Because the care and attention to detail during my manicure. The expresso coffee they offer as a compliment is so lovely too. A G I got an acrylic fill-in with gel on top it was $125. I’m just saying after 48 hours it’s not supposed to look like this… It’s unfortunate but I just wanna make sure that none of you ladies waste your time attend this place. TRASH
