Nae First time ever going here and will always come back to see Joelle! She was so sweet, took her time, and explained everything she was doing. The outcome of my hair was STUNNING!! Not to mention the owner of the salon was very sweet to everyone who walked in and knew all the clients by name. As a first but not last time client that itself speaks so much. Stephanie A great salon if you like to be ignored, talked over, and subtly criticized. Not for those looking for a relaxing experience. Jennifer can’t seem to help herself from complaining about the same things every appointment, she is never positive or happy and is exhausting to be around. She makes inappropriate comments and forces her beliefs down your throat and if you don’t agree with everything she says and does she refuses to see you as a client. I have never experienced such an unprofessional person in my life.

Justin Foltz I got a brush stuck in my daughters hair. They did an excellent job of removing it! They even stayed after hours to help. Very nice people and cozy environment.

Mark Bajorek Matt was fast and expert. He gave me the old fashioned mens cut thats hard to find nowadays. Today another old-fashioned expert haircut. I enjoyed looking at the photos and memorabilia on the walls. Parking is easy in their adjacent lot.

Craig Silva While camping in the Lockport area, I realized I needed a haircut. After a quick search on Google Maps, I stumbled upon Sanitary Barbershop and decided to give it a shot. Im so glad I did. This place is a true old-school barbershop, complete with a vintage cash register that adds to its charm. The haircut was fantastic—exactly what I asked for: a high fade with zero on the sides and back, and a trim on top. What really impressed me was the nifty vacuum system attached to the clippers, which meant no stray hairs or mess. The price was just as impressive as the cut itself. I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality haircut at a great value.

Ari Cozzo Amy, who does eye lashes extensions is incredible. I walked in there (for the first time) with my extensions glued together from another tech. Amy came in on her day off (after removing the old ones for me) to do an amazing set. I cannot believe the difference in both appearance and feel. I will never go to anyone else. Shes is meticulous, clean and very talented. Oh, and Im 4 days out from having my baby. I will never forget her doing this for me.

Jennifer N I went here for a cut and color with Amy. It was my first time. She did such a wonderful job!!! She took a lot of time with me and listened to what I wanted. The color is exactly what I wanted. She also did an amazing job with the cut. Plus she makes you feel so comfortable and has a warm presence about her. It’s been a couple of weeks and I couldn’t be happier with my hair. It’s really hard to find a great hair stylist. I definitely found one.

jamie supps I’ve been to Dulce Salon twice to get my hair done by Rachel. Let me tell you she is the best!!!!!! She is incredibly talented and will give you exactly what you’re looking for. You show her a picture of what you want and she will basically copy and paste it onto your head. She’s incredibly sweet, and it’s always a pleasure talking to her. About the salon itself, it’s got a great vibe with welcoming decor. Very clean and comfortable to be in there especially if you’ll be there a few hours. All staff are very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this salon! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The interior is beautifully decorated and clean. They have so many products to choose from for color and care, and everyone is so helpful. From product knowledge to taking the time to answer your questions, helping to make decisions, but also making sure to actually listen to what you want. I wait for him to notice me, he does I wave and signal that the door is locked he then turns around and watches tv at 5:05 I left! I guess maybe he doesn’t like Native Americans but hell my money is green too!

Been in business over 50 years and going strong. No more waiting in line, appointment only provides for a relaxed visit where you and Sandy can enjoy yourselves and catchup like its yesterday. Humorous, knowledgeable and highly skilled, Sandy tailors each cut to fit his clients perfectly. The neck shave finish with a straight blade feels great and keeps you looking sharp. I first came to Sandys after years of bad experiences at Supercuts and various sub par barbers while living away at school. Its been 7 years now and counting!

Suzanne is still my go to for coloring/cutting/styling my hair. She gives tips on how to maintain the hair style she does so I can replicate it(not as well as her, but I try). She does an awesome job and Ive received many compliments. The atmosphere of the shop is relaxed.

Nora Hoodmaker Decided to do the big chop and Jenel made me confident in my decision by making sure it was what I wanted before it was all gone. She asked questions to know exactly what I wanted and was able to produce just that! She made me completely comfortable with saying goodbye to 6 inches and I trusted she would make my hair look amazing. Ive gotten so many complements that I cant wait to go back to Jenel to see what other amazing things she can do with my hair.

Rosmeri Shallenberger Took some friends and self here for color/haircuts. Whats not to love about here?? The environment was very clean and comfortable like being at home. Personally I cant stand silly hows the weather conversations but that wasnt the case with Libby. Prices were actually less then we expected (vs supercuts etc) and her timing was reasonable as well. Well be coming back highly recommend to anyone.

Libby, the owner, made me feel right at home like an old friend visiting. Lu Morrison I should known better to not to try ever AGAIN go to hair salons in niagara falls ...Im very disappointed, and Yes Im very picky when comes to my hair, I take a very good care of my hair, Its very hard to find a great hair dresser here,maybe theres one somewhere near me but still havent found. Btw, charged me 35 dollars to cut my hair dry so no wast of shampoo, water or anything else, total I spent to have my hair cut, 40 dollars with cheap...Never again.

Gregory Laubacker Josh has been cutting my hair for about 9 years now. Throughout the years, I have not had a single time where he has inconvenienced me. When you schedule an appointment, you can bet he will be ready at the specified time. You can sit back and relax in the chair knowing you have a true professional cutting your hair. You can tell its his passion. He is very fast and efficient and you can feel it. I have a very difficult haircut due to having thin and thick hair in various areas and because of the shape of my head. My haircuts have been on point since day one. There is no other barber I will go to.

Josie Panepinto I absolutely love this salon. I took my daughter here to get her hair styled for her 4th birthday and her hairdresser (Hillary) made it a day to remember. She let her pick out her own hair tinsel colors, as many as she wanted, and even made her own hair glitter so she felt special. The owner was also there and together they made the place a great atmosphere. We chatted while my daughter was getting her services done, and both of them did everything they could to make her day extra special. I would recommend this salon to anyone, Im getting all my services done here from now on. Definitely love this place.

Taylor Williams Evan is absolutely amazing!! He really takes his time and walks you through every step of the process. This was my first balayage so having the process explained made it much more comfortable. He was gentle while teasing and brushing, and overall really enjoyable to be around! I got my hair done yesterday and have already had so many compliments.

Corii Bacon There have been multiple occasions I have gone to the salon during their posted business hours for them to be closed. There have been 3 seperate times I have had a question and left my name and number only for them to never call back despite promising to. Incredibly dissapointed.

Allison Clark THIS WAS FROM 2019!!!! i just wanted to preface that because idk if the woman that did this still works there or not. but… i think the photo speaks for itself. i’m a natural brunette and asked for a blonde balayage. i had never dyed my hair prior to this. i found out when i went back in to get a refund for butchering my hair this badly that it was the manager at the time that did my hair. feel free to zoom in:) hopefully they fired her.

Margaret Burton No personality or customer service at all. She cut my hair dry, no idea why, and I left there COVERED in hair. It was all over my face, she said nothing. I had to go straight home to shower and wash my clothes to get the hair off. Waste of money.

Kurt Vogt Usually very quick in and out, a good quality haircut. I know many chain haircutting places can be questionable, but this place has a great staff and theyre good. My son and I usually get haircuts here, we get standard fades and trims. Takes about 15 mins total.

Thomas Fuest I absolutely love this location! Hannah is absolutely fantastic and always does a stellar job. I highly recommend that you give them a try. It’s the best Great Clips location in Western New York!

T Gray Unfortunately this location always does the worst with my services and after today I wont be returning. For the same thing Ive been charged three different prices each time Ive come in. A quick trim for my outgrown undercut with no shaping around my neck or ears that takes less than 5 minutes. The last lady who did it had me in the chair for less than two minutes, was very rough about it, and then proceeded to charge me $21. Every other location I have gone to, it is $8 in the year Ive gone to Great Clips. The only time I have been properly charged at this location in the three times Ive been was when a worker from out of town was covering a shift.

Kayden Hao Old lady wearing purple lipstick completely destroyed my hair she stabbed the back of my neck and burned multiple bald spots on my sides and completely destroyed my top, both left and right hair lines she went a half inch into the top of my hair, it was like a horror movie moving my hand through my hair and seeing all the hair I have desperately tried to grow come out at FULL length and I look like Im receding one side. I literally ran out having a panic attack and I will NEVER be going to a hair salon ever again. I will be going to corporate services because I have never had anything like this happen to me and it should NEVER happen.

Joyce Hagen Worst haircut I have ever had! Im 82 and she had me skinned and then a shelf and spiked! What the hell was she thinking? Also put on smelly spray that I had to wash out when I got home. I did not get her name because I had recent cataract surgery and am not seeing very clearly. Ive been there before and had good cuts. When my son notices and says how bad it is, it is BAD!

Walter _Wipe Place is pretty good the one stylist is absolutely fantastic I think her name was Hannah. She does a good job super nice person, will Be comming back only when she is there.

Sandra Freeman I took my son for a haircut at the Lockport location at 11 am, no wait. Two stylists were working, and one other customer was in for a haircut. The other customer was a repeat customer from an assisted living facility and had her care taker present. I cant put onto words how genuine and kind these ladies were to everyone. We had such a positive experience. They have excellent customer service skills, and worked very well together. Ruth gave my teenage son the best hair cut!! He loved it!

Mary Mendetta I recently had the worst haircut of my life and was desperate for someone to fix it. Amanda L. did an absolutely amazing job! She not only corrected the botched cut but also gave me a style that I love. Her skill and attention to detail are top-notch. Im so impressed with her work that Ive decided to go to Amanda for all of my haircuts from now on. Highly recommend her if youre looking for a talented and reliable stylist!

I am a stylist who has been out of the field for a few years but plan on getting back into the game. I recently had a personal hair issue and went in for advice and came out with new knowledge and the help I needed. The manager, Andrea, was so kind and helpful and didnt make me feel like an idiot like some other places have in the past.
