Great Shaggy Debi is a great stylist and works well with young kids. She came recommended for cutting my two-year oldest curly hair. She didnt force him to sit in a chair, especially when he got scared, and worked around his uneasiness to deliver a great haircut. After multiple trips back he now sits in my lap with a cape draped over us and allows Debi to cut his hair without fidgeting.

Destiny Love 24k! Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! Tricia is my hair stylist and shes amazing. Ive gotten highlights, red, burgundy, purple, back to brown- each time I walk out looking and feeling my best. I couldnt recommend this hair salon enough. You couldnt go wrong with any of the hairstylists, they all do amazing work!

Rebecca Janowski I was so excited to see they were open on a Saturday afternoon. They got me in for a cut quickly. They were reasonably priced, informative, professional and very nice. I will be happy to return for another cut!

Rhiannon Evans Trish was my hairstylist for over two years when I was living in Syracuse and she has been cutting a lot of my families hair since I was little! Now that she has her own business (which is where I went for the two years) she always made me feel super comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted and always made sure I left happy. Her business is clean, bright, and comfortable and her other stylists are always friendly as well! Trish is great at doing both natural and fun bright things too! I highly recommend 24K! Jessica Bonner By far the best appointment I’ve ever had. I had sally do a color correction and a trim and o my god I look fantastic!!! I’ve never been happier and I got so many compliments. I feel like a new person. It came out better than I had hoped. Now can we talk about the decor?! My god it’s beautiful. The second I stepped off the elevator I was in awe the colors the lights, the glitter, the way everybody has their own creative spin on their space. The staff was all so welcoming and friendly. I have a trip coming up and I was very afraid but wanted to get a Brazilian. I could not have had a better experience than my experience with Karin. She made sure that I felt calm and relaxed throughout by speaking to me the entire time and she was kind enough to switch areas at a reasonable pace. She also consistently used a moisturizer or oil of some kind that seemed to assist. You can tell that she is truly an expert and having an expert do this for you makes a world of the difference. Mary Anne Barth Maria Clemente has been my hairdresser for years. I traveled from Camillus to Eastwood until she move to Lyncourt last year. It is worth the trip. Betty Lou Hands down the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere and aesthetic made me feel like I was in the right place. I have a few quirks that can make hair appointments a little challenging—like needing to close my eyes because I can’t see without my glasses, or getting tense due to sensory sensitivities during washes, cuts, and blow-dries. But not once did I feel awkward or out of place here. The stylists are kind, professional, and incredibly talented, and the whole experience was beyond welcoming. If you’re looking for a salon where you can relax, be yourself, and have fun with color, I highly recommend this place!

She also does eyebrow threading. This is a rare skill. As it’s so precise. This salon is so worth a visit! (Easy parking and on bus line.)

Ive been getting short haircuts for the last several years but decided to try a longer shag cut, and Heather worked with me to figure out what would best fit my hair texture and length. I was nervous going to a new place as a nonbinary person who didnt want a super feminine cut, but I felt listened to and accepted here. Definitely coming back!

AM Michael was excellent. He is a kind and caring person who has been an expert at his work for a long time now. He sat down to ask me what I was looking for and actually listened to my needs (low maintenance, simple, etc). He was very comforting when washing my hair and then finished the cut (correcting issues from a previous cut) efficiently. However, I was lucky to also to be treated to stories of all the work hes done advocating for our local LGBTQ community over the decades through Friends of Dorothy, literally saving lives and helping others die with the dignity they deserved. Also, the salon is beautiful.

Rowan Bush I booked with Heather and holy cow, she is the best. Not only is she skilled and professional, but very welcoming and easy to talk to. I nearly cried after my first cut with her because it was one of the best, most affirming cuts I’ve had in a long time. If you are looking for a masculine cut, I highly recommend Heather!

petra absolutely ADORABLE atmosphere, cozy decor and a lovely seating area and super clean. michael took my reference photo and made it fit my hair texture and the shape of my head perfectly, and hes an absolute sweetheart!

Em Spencer I just moved to the area for school and was looking for a new stylist. I went to another shop before this and was not happy with my experience. I contacted Heather at Hairanoia and she got back with me quickly, and was even able to work me in two days before my scheduled appointment to fix my hair. She is a magician with clippers and a pair of scissors!! I am so happy with how my hair turned out and it was overall an incredibly positive experience. Its safe to say I have found my new stylist! I would also recommend this shop for LGBTQ+ clients-- its an affirming and kind space :)

I have very thick hair. My second experience was for a spiral perm! Its very difficult to find an experienced hairdresser. Although Grace is young she did a fantastic job!!! I had these services 5 weeks apart.

She is talented and so are all the people who work there. They ask you what you’d like to drink when you walk in and give you slippers in winter. Avalon Diaz After not having gone to a salon in over 10+ years, I had my hair done by Stephanie, she is AMAZING. I had a really awful color from years of black box dye which is notoriously very unforgiving and difficult to change/remove. Stephanie did a color removal process and also colored my hair a gorgeous light brown color. She spent 10 HOURS! with me, working tirelessly to get me to the color I was looking for. She is extremely thorough and you can tell she genuinely cares about her client and her quality of work! She is a true ARTIST! Thank you Stephanie!!!

From the 1st call right to the end, it was amazing. They asked me all the right questions and put me with Amber. Let me tell you, Amber is amazing. Caballero My hair was brunette, almost waist length, and I wanted to get above the shoulder cut and make it blonde. Kate did such an amazing job. I showed her a reference photo of the haircut I wanted and she matched it exactly as it was. She was very friendly throughout the entire process, super informative of all my questions (since I dont get my hair done very often), an overall was a pleasure to work with. I recommend her services to anybody looking to get a haircut and dye at this salon.

Carmela Garcia Terrible short haircut, I asked for cute side bangs and not a lot of layers and my hair is layered like crazy in the front , it wont go up into a ponytail and the layers in the front is just a huge chunk of shorter hair Very nice lady but was obviously rushed because she did not give me time to look at it in the end
