Stevens K “Pooleicurn” My mom is a patient of Dr Ryan. She has struggled for many years with lymphoma of the skin that resulted in multiple wounds from scalp to legs. Some of which were very deep, uncomfortable and embarrassing to my mom. We were referred to Dr Ryan after a hospitalization. We are so thankful for the care of her and her staff!!! My Mom’s wounds after just 8 weeks of treatment are nearly fully resolved and should be completely healed in the next couple of weeks. We 100% never thought my mom would have “normal” skin again. Dr. Ryan and her staff have given my mom back her energy and re-newed desire to be more active in the community. They treated her with dignity, respect and caring! Robert Hunter I wish I had something good to say about this place and the only thing I can come with is, this place is great for normal gastro issues. If you visit this place and they discount what you say, and are dismissive, I would recommend a second opinion. I did and low and behold my complaints were not unfounded and thankful I got a second opinion. I based my review on my experience,you may have better or worse experience. Just know if you dont feel comfortable with what they are saying, by all means get a second opinion, it may save your life. Remember your a patient( customer) if you dont like the service go elsewhere, they dont make money if they dont have patients.

Brittany Dr. Kumar and his staff are amazing. Both my son and I have had our tonsils removed in the last year and although painful, had the easiest experience due to his office. All the nurses were so helpful and kind. Dr. Kumar was informative and took his time to explain any questions we had. I would recommend his office to anyone with any ENT needs!

Stephanie Worrell Last year I visited Dr. Kumar and they found a lump on my thyroid. He told me it was possible cancer but he wouldnt know for sure until after it was biopsied. Apparently his wife is the ONLY person who does it and she ONLY works one day a month and is VERY busy. The front desk had "oh well" attitude when they couldnt schedule me for over a month. Zero urgency or care. Fast forward to my most recent experience- CHERYL. This rude woman called and left me a nasty voicemail about apparently having an outstanding balance. I wasnt even allowed to go to my upcoming appointment until I paid it in full. I didnt realize I had a balance and never received a bill. She claims I did. Either way I wasnt offered any options- no care AT ALL and was snarky and rude when I asked anything. No payment plan. No move the appointment. Nothing. I waited for this appointment and now its canceled. I liked Dr. Kumar- but Ill pay my bill and NEVER go back so I dont have to deal with an office staff that couldnt care less about their patents. Cheryl had me shaking in tears because she was so rude to me. Even her voicemail was snarky. She should be let go and should find a job working alone, clearly she shouldnt talk to people for a living.

Tim Shenk While Dr Kumar is great - his office staff, on the the other hand, I am quite dissatisfied with enough to post this neg review. I have been a regular patient of Dr Kumar for at least 12 years now. I have a problem and needed to be seen. Note, I have good insurance via my army retirement TriCare Martins Point and it has always worked np. I owe his office no money. Yet their referral billing woman refused to schedule me claiming my carrier needed to refer me, my carrier said they did not and that my primary care Dr needed to refer me directly... WHICH THEY SAID that they had done several times regarding my illness. Kumar office said they didnt... and reiterated that My TriCare carrier Martins Point needed to refer me via a referall from my primary care. So my primary care sent the referral to Martins Point. Kumar s office said again that Martins Point hadnt sent anything and that Martins Point claimed my primary care had sent them nothing. Meanwhile the months rolled by and I was getting desperate to be seen. I called Martins Point again and they assured me that Kumars Office was enrolled with them and told me to have Kumars Office call them and gave me a number to give them. I went to Kumar s office and very politely gently asked what was going on and to call the number Martins Point gave me to give to them. The referrals billing woman rather roughly told me to sit down while she supposedly called the number. A few minutes later she told me that Martins Point was still waiting on my primary cares referall note. I told her I just spoke with Martins Point that same day earlier and they assured me they didnt require a note referral from my primary care doctor. She then quite roughly told me that no, I did not speak with them that day.... basically calling me a liar. This was p.ain bizarre in a bad way. At that point I left and found another ENT who had zero issues getting me in.

Sanjay Gami I went to visit Dr. Kumar and he was able to help me immediately. I had severe sinusitis problem and polyps for about 6-7 years. Dr. Kumar thoroughly evaluated my condition and recommended for sinus surgery. I finally decided to have an operation. He is a wonderful surgeon and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth preparation, surgery and follow-up. Now I could breathe very well from my nose and minimize my snoring problem. I am so glad I chose Dr. Kumar and would highly recommend.

Dominique Cataldi I highly recommend Dr. Kumar and all staff at CNY medical. They have a friendly and professional manner through all surgical and check up appts. They take the time to get to know me and put me at ease over any concerns. His thorough care helped me to move through more than one medical concern. I appreciated being able to receive treatment and surgery all in the same office with staff I am familiar with. They were kind and caring when I had post surgery nausea and supported me physically and emotionally to get through that. Id give more stars if I could.

Lori Schlenker My sister myself and my father met with Dr.Saada today and we were all very impressed. The doctor was very intuitive and friendly. Great bed side manner. I loved that he listened and used a transcription to record the visit instead of typing on a lap top the whole time. I appreciate the way he spoke with my father. I think his diagnosis and treatment plan were spot on. He answered all questions and gave my father a lot of great feedback and suggestions. I highly recommend him.

Chelsea K dr saada was one of the most informative and friendly people, ive ever had in a care team. he reviewed my mri with me and listened to all of my questions with concern, and worked with me on a future plan to figure out how to help me function through the pain ive been dealing with for all of a decade. i would give 10 stars if i could.

Nurse was friendly, and Carley Dove was her nurse practitioner. She was friendly, answered all my questions and made sure my daughter was comfortable the whole time. Very happy with them so far. Will be using them next time we need a walk-in appointment. Thank you

Calvin Gordon I have seen several doctors here and have used the walkin service. I havent had an unpleasant experience yet. The receptionists have been very helpful. The doctors are very friendly and professional. I have been given very good health guidance here. The building and parking lots are new, very clean, and organized. I would recommend this clinic. They are improving and adding services since opening this new location in December 2024.

Patricia Hart When I arrived at the new facility I noticed how spacious and clean it was. The staff was wonderful. My appointment was for 8:15, I was called right at 8:15. Jolynn Labouf is great. This is the 3rd time I’ve seen her. She takes her time with you, completely reviews your history and misses nothing. The whole experience was amazing. The new Guthrie walk-in will now be where I go and will definitely direct friends and family to do so as well.

Bev Lacey Upon entering the parking lot, I was given the impression that this healthcare experience would be a postive one. There were plentiful parking spaces, the lot was clean of snow and ice. I was greeted warmly by the young receptionist, where my information was taken. This area was not only welcoming, it was bright as well as clean. I didnt wait long before I was seen by a nurse, then by a MD. I was treated with respect throughout my visit, my health concerns were taken seriously. I will use this facility again, as well as recommend it to friends and family.

Heidi Effinger Staff is lovely, almost zero waiting time, lots of follow-up and help with scheduling labs, etc…, freedom to schedule “sick” appts with a PA if needed. Ashley Barnard has a wonderful bedside manner and listens carefully, Dr. Cunningham very thorough and compentent. The gentleman in the in-house blood lab is kind, professional and gentle. My highest praise goes to the support staff, who are very patient and attentive on phone calls for scheduling, etc… My whole family is seen here by 4 different practitioners.

Allyson Brevetti Three stars is only because I liked my doctor, but getting an appointment is painful. Ive called multiple times and been put on hold forever to the point they forget. Once I arrive the receptionists are so rude. One more than the rest. Dark haired one. Wouldnt even make eye contact with me. Now my doctor left so now I have too. Used to be a friendly place. Not anymore.

USU WorldMusic Stopped by at 5:10 on a Friday, the not very friendly receptionist stated they would be open until 5:30. Nobody was at the front desk, waited over 5 minutes, called out and nobody answered. The waiting room smelled of cigarette smoke, I suspect that someone was in the near by bathroom smoking. Terrible place, no service at all, very poorly run, will never go back.

Wilma McAlister Took granddaughter in. Waited 20 mins. Dr. didnt listen to us at all - in fact, almost acted like she didnt think we knew what we were talking about. She asked where to send script - told her specifics. She sent to wrong drug store.

Joyce Burk Dr. Salomon is very attentive and concerned about her patients. She always listens to everything I say, not necessarily just what I am there to see her about that particular day. She cares about the overall health and how your life affects your health.

Heather VerSchneider I requested a second opinion from Dr. Salomon. She ignored everything I said and then responded that "at some point we have to trust the tests". Right, because the tests arent fallible, and the doctors arent fallible, apparently only Im fallible. By the way, the tests show lesions all over my body, including organs and bones, but since she doesnt know whats causing it, she and her cohorts are blaming me and say that "I just need some physical therapy". Dr. Salomon barely listened to my concerns and promptly dismissed them all, no examination, no tests. She is a bully. She uses her position of power to discredit patients and is one of the most irrational and unethical providers Ive ever met. Do not trust Dr. Salomon with your or your families lives!!!!

Tonilynn Egbowon I was really disappointed because I went there for treatment. They did do a urine, but they gave me really no solution to my problem. I don’t like the way they do their swabs. They tell you to do it instead of them doing it as they are the professionals not the patient. Plus, there were people that came in way after me and yet I was the last one left in that clinic last night Which they just made me sit around and be in pain I think I was better off going to Ithaca hospital. I would’ve gotten at least a solution to my problem.

Jerri Duane Of course they get busy and Ive been in there for Urgent Care reasons and have never had a problem. I do all my CAT scans and MRIs there as well and everyone in that building are friendly, and they make me feel like they really care.

He is also refusing to take new patients and went back on his word to have me as a patient. This man is breaking the Hippocratic Oath. I guess you could say hes a hypocrite. He cannot be trusted.

Placido Corpora I am 83.6 yrs old. and lost my primary care doctor. Both doctors Digiovanna and Bionnti have refused to accept me. (Due to over population of patients) Dont have a lot of time to find a good doctor in the Cortland NY area. Would appreciate it if they would reconsider their decision!

Shannon King This office should not still be open. I use the word "open" loosely as they usually have maybe one provider working. This has been going on for years! If your child is a patient here plan on going to urgent care for everything. So incredibly sad what a poorly run dysfunctional disaster this place became after Dr. Zarzrcki left. Doctors do not want to invest their time here. Theres a big new building thats in construction on West Rd. to sit empty. Such a waste.

Brian Strough Very concerned parent because of this mess of a doctors office. Had a plan in place for my newborn son with his pediatrician and after a simple weight check and gaining half of a pound an unknown doctor walks in doesn’t introduce herself and checks my sons body and blood pressure. Proceeded to report to CPS failure to thrive even though he gained weight and her recommendations were proven irresponsible by other medical staff. Extremely disappointed in the lack of organization amongst the staff as well. He has since been switched to a reliable and caring physician where this is not constant attitude from office staff and medical personnel.

Bryn Carr Doctors leave frequently so hard to have a consistent provider. But for my 3 healthy low-maintenance kids it is a good option for physicals, paperwork etc. they are accommodating about appointments and the providers are friendly and helpful.

B. D (JuicyLove93) Only gotten worse, stopped using them 3yrs ago cause the doctor would leave and come back in and forget who I was in that short time. Decided to try again now that hes gone and nothing has changed. Appointment reminders have the wrong times according to the desk, scripts arent being processed to the pharmacy, place is a joke!

David Porter Took our 13 month for her Flu vaccine. She got sick the day before so we figured she would not receive the shot but we would still take her to get looked at. Our appointment was at 9am and there were very few cars in the parking lot and nobody in the waiting room. We were told the doctor was too busy to look at her. We asked if he could come look anyway. They brought back at nurse who told us our daughter looks fine, even though she had a nasty cough and a fever, and she could still receive the flu shot. We obviously declined and as we left we saw the doctor having casual conversation. No reason he couldn’t have taken 5 minutes to look at her. That night my daughter spiked a 104.2 fever. We got her looked at by someone else who said she is obviously sick and in need of antibiotics. After 2 doses of antibiotics my daughter was already looking much better. Take your child to Family Health Network in Cortland if you want your kids to die.
