Keith Huttemeyer Used to be 5 start , they are over worked and under staffed , appointment wait times in excess of 1 hour, they over book and have no way to meet the time constraints they placed on themselves... do better like you used to.

HORSEMAN I cannot say enough good things about this group and their staff. The only negative I have is, I preferred the old site on Broadway much more, although the parking is better at this new site.
I have always been treated with the utmost care and genuine concern by all the Doctors and staff. And when I call, I get immediate positive results.
I was apprehensive about my longtime medical provider merging with a larger group but so far it has been simply fine. And I like the availability of electronic communication with the facility and the staff via the medical dashboard online, whenever I feel the need to contact them in writing. And I do get very rapid response, if not from my Dr then from one of the staff.
And my personal accolades go to Victor for his absolute professionalism and demonstration of genuine care and concern for the patients needs.

Kristi Tormano Cindy has been taking care of me for years. I had a chronic illness that many doctors in Denver CO couldn’t tell me what it was. I started at Crystal Run Healthcare and got the run around by every doctor I saw from Rock Hill to Newburgh. So not impressed with that place. She is very thorough and sits and talks with you and answers any questions or concerns. She is warm and friendly and a wonderful FNP.

Matthew Lee Went for my Annual wellness exam 2 years
Got charged for a physicians visit twice, the first time I ignored it because new physician, sure whatever, second time though, Im definitely not ignoring it.
They tell you not to ask any other questions other than the ones to do with the annual wellness. So not wanting to be charged for the physicians again because the wellness exam is free with Blue cross blue shield, I didnt, but I was asked if I felt any other pains or anything, so I explained other problems that I might have, but wasnt sure if they were problems.
Apparently they charge you for this. I argued it, told them I asked because the doctor asked, and got the bill cleared, then some weeks maybe months later they charge it to me again.
I come back and ask why, and they give me the exact same reason even though I cleared it up the first time, without giving me any type of proof, because I agreed to be recorded during the examination, so I know they have the records, and if I am wrong and I asked solely on my own accord, then give me proof.
Anyways just going to pay my bill, and not come back here again, terribly frustrating experience with billing.
