Anthony Rizzuto This urgent care location is typically acceptable but my experience today was so horrible I will never go back. I had a provider with a terrible attitude that was completely useless to my well being and health. The providers name is Christopher Rowan or Roman (I can’t read the signature which also doesn’t include his title). Absolutely horrible bedside manners and did nothing to help I could’ve stayed home for the assistance I received as my wife and I both are experiencing horrible flu and cold symptoms. His answer was drink fluids and rest if you’re not better in 10 days see your primary doctor. My wife was the patient of this visit and has had breathing issues her entire life. We all know how serious these illnesses have been just an all around sour experience.

Tracy Thompson I had the worst experience today. This isn’t not my first time with the doctor, but it will be my last. I came in today because I was hurt from work. The doctor Christopher Rowan asked me why did I even come in today. Wow I was shocked. He was the nicest person before , but today he couldn’t care less. He stated it would be a waste of time to do an x-ray and after two minutes, he sent me on my way. I filled a complaint, because now I have to go to another urgent care to get proper medical attention. If you’re having a bad day stay home because people lives and well being are affected by his poor decision making.

Larry Davenport I have just moved up here from Long Island its been about one year and a half I chose Middletown Medical Center they are 5 minutes from my house I see Bernice Ziegler she is very helpful my wife and I will see her my wife likes her very much I like her too. Theres never really a long wait there only thing todays visit was a telemed visit I have those once a month for regular visit the only thing is they are never at the time they are promised whenever they say 8:45 a.m. it always ends up being 9:45 or 10:00 a.m. not a big deal as I am retired as my wife is also so I can put up with that otherwise they are very efficient they offer almost every service down there so you dont have to travel here and there to have everything done so I give them a five no problem

Rachel Excellent care always. Kind, compassionate, takes time to explain when you have questions, and makes you feel like a real partner in making your medical decisions. Even when he doesnt need to spend a lot of time with you because its a simple visit, it never feels rushed.

Kujawski Kim Based on his reviews, I called to become a new patient of Dr. Weinstein. My previous provider moved, so I need a new PCP. My previous provider was also Middletown medical, so I figured this would be an easy switch. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Apparently, Dr Weinstein has to review your medical records before he makes a decision to take you on as a patient. In order for him to review your medical records, you have to switch your insurance to him as your pcp, which is ridiculous, considering you may not even be accepted as a patient. I was then told that he is primarily Pediatrics now, which is interesting since the website lists him as a PCP. Nevertheless, he is also booked out over 6 months. So even if you went through the trouble of switching him to your pcp, then waited 4 days for him to review your records, you would still have to wait over 6 months for your first appointment. Honestly, they should just remove him from the website as available PCP providers, because I do not consider this available, or helpful for that matter

River the Dog Dr. Quick and Jess along with other staff members have a long standing history of working with rescue agencies to make life for animals better. I am thankful for immediate attention when one of my critters needs something. Dr. Quick will refer out if he knows that there is a specialist who would be better equipped in some cases. This shows honesty and integrity.

Adam Clark 11/25 - Adopted a 6 yr old dog from SCSPCA Oct 2023, Quality Pet Care did the initial exam after she was found dumped on the side of the road after overbreeding. Lump and masses on 6 spots on her body, supposedly just cysts from what the SPCA told us from your care. Our vet Catskill Vet Serv told us 1 was. Went to a vet we dealt with previously in PA, All 6 are cancerous mass cell tumors, thanks for doing what little you could to get paid. PATHETIC how lazy you are. *****Update 11/26****** Contacted QPC for records of the initial exam, QPC stated possible tumor or fatty cysts, initially, SCAPCA declined investigating them further. Upon further talking with QPC, Daisy was definitely found abandoned in the town of Thompson and brought into QPC for possible parvovirus. Daisy at a later date was rushed to QPC for being lethargic, exploratory surgery was needed, town of Thompson declined paying and wanted to euthanize her, QPC didn’t want to do that and covered the cost of the surgery. Over a yr later she is healthy and happy except the masses we are removing next month with a great reputable vet we dealt with in PA with our other dog. Apologies for the initial review as SCSPCA lied about the masses and gave us the wrong info at adoption. I appreciate all the work today to obtain her records and saving her life.

Ashley Newkirk My cat midnight is eating the amount of food and brand of food that Dr quick suggested. When I come in for midnights check up and vaccines Dr quick is on my case about her weight being 15 lbs . Shes active and Im definitely going to have to get a DNA test to see if she has any breed in her that would cause her to be a certain weight while on weight management food. Im doing everything I can but apparently to them its not enough. Plus dont domesticated cats get a little bigger near winter but whatever.

Dee Adams Do not go to this doctor. My father was a patient of his for over 20 years. His office is outdated & doesnt have the capability to do anything. My dad visited his office the day before he passed away. My father looked unwell and had lost a lot of weight and instead of calling the ambulance like a logical doctor would, he sent him home with some scripts. My dad passed away the next day. Dr. Garfinkel didnt even call my family to express his condolences or even send flowers despite my family having a long standing relationship with him. Stay away unless you want mediocre care. I regret not having my dad switch providers a long time ago.

Having to take time off of work because I broke 7 ribs A year later my wife makes me an appointment to see a rheumatologist Doc Garfinkel tells me “don’t go they cant help you. I told you there’s nothing wrong with you. “ guess what people !! I was diagnosed with Cancer!! Lost everything I worked 55 years for!!! Don’t trust him!! Second opinion always!!! Double check your statements, habit of billing office extra visits, was never there

I am River Dr. Gill is amazing and timely I’ve been bringing my kids to him for 23 years and he’s so good with kids and always makes sure his diagnosis is correct so my kids can be treated accordingly. I recommend him to anyone who wants a great children’s doctor.

edandstephanie Dr Gill is wonderful unfortunately his staff that answers the phone (Katrina) is rude and does not care about anything. my children have all seen Dr Gill since 2002 from my oldest now i have to change doctors because of Katrinas rude attitude and how she treats my family. Sha Fay Dr Gill is the BEST Pediatrician in Ny, my entire family uses him and when I was younger he was the fill in Dr for my main pediatrician so he has definitely been in practice for a while and knows what he is doing. Update: Nov 2022 I used to like Dr. Gill but now it’s time for him to retire, he’s been a pediatrician for much too long and gives the same diagnosis for just about everything when you’re coming in with a cold or sore throat it’s either diagnosed as asthma or postnasal drip. I’m just glad that I switched my kids to Dr Tashman.

Heathers life I went to Dr Gill starting from 8 years old to 18 and from the minute I went to see him until I left he had Been nothing but amazing to me and my family . He is the best in the area and I literally traveled from Middletown ny to see him every time I was sick and my siblings went to see him also until my mom moved to NC . I Miss Dr Gill to the point I asked him if I could come back to him even after 18 and now at 30 I still miss him and wish he would take adults also because I would still be coming to him for sure . His staff is just as amazing .

We are left waiting over the long weekend for our sons prescription Because the doctors never sent it to our pharmacy.

Izzy Herman Terrible Experience at a Asisa Urgent care Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ The level of incompetence displayed by the staff, the misdiagnosis, mistreatment, and overall mishandling of my 3-year-old sons care have left me appalled. Upon arriving at the urgent care center, my son was seeking immediate medical attention and was very much uncomfortable. However, instead of a comforting environment, we were met with an atmosphere of indifference from the staff. The receptionists seemed far more engrossed in their personal conversations than assisting anxious parents like us. What made the situation worse was a negligent misdiagnosis. The attending physician seemed disinterested and rushed through the examination, failing to ask essential questions or perform a thorough evaluation of my sons symptoms. As a result, the physician gave us medication for my son without confirming that he had strep. We waited for the overnight result but did not receive a phonecall from the office. When we called the next day for the result they claimed they didn’t have it and would call us when they did. We only found out three days after the misdiagnosis and three days of medication that my son did not have strep. Had we been informed earlier, we would not have given our child medication for an ailment he didn’t have. Overall, very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. All the care about is charging the insurance companies do the same make more money!! communication and care of this facility.

Vladimir Tess Charged me unexpected $25 co pay. When asked about it, secretary got agitated and argumentative, saying things like "we can refund you copay but you may have to pay the whole bill" and "youre supposed to call your insurance company before coming in". Thats not a way to treat a beneficiary. Health care staff is wonderful though.

Lou Belle Dangerously misleading business hours. I went to their urgent care at 7:55 pm on a Saturday with an open bleeding leg wound. The posted hours say 8:00 pm. A woman came to the door, smiled and told me 8 is when they go home. I could see staff getting into their cars. She told me they stop providing health care after 7:30 pm. Unless you get turned away theres no way for a patient to know that. I didnt think posting misleading business hours was something to smile about.

K Thompson If your a POC person, do not get surgery Garnet Health. They will treat you like the bottom of the barrel when it comes to after care. They do not treat their AA clients with respect at all. Received surgery yesterday; and got no after care help at all. Was prescribed medication that the dr than revoked. Contacted multiple people for them to then tell me if I’m in pain return back to the hospital. As a someone who also works in the health field I’ve never seen anyone treated this way. I will be perusing legal actions. Again PEOPLE OF COLOR do not go to this hospital.

Luminita Sirca I used to love this place but my recent experience makes me hate this place and I will never go back! I waited outside so long about an hour while there was nobody inside the waiting room and I waited about 15 minutes inside and I didnt even see a doctor.They send a nurse practitioner to consult me and when she took my blood pressure she squeezed my arm so much it left red marks.I received no Lyme disease blood test or anything else.She wasnt interested in the bump I still had in my ear the day before that had left a mark,my ear infection or any other problems I had .She told me it would be better to get a primary doctor there or I could go to the emergency room.Who wants to go to the emergency room and wait 7 hours? Is this urgent care ? No,just bait and switch!

HORSEMAN I cannot say enough good things about this group and their staff. The only negative I have is, I preferred the old site on Broadway much more, although the parking is better at this new site. I have always been treated with the utmost care and genuine concern by all the Doctors and staff. And when I call, I get immediate positive results. I was apprehensive about my longtime medical provider merging with a larger group but so far it has been simply fine. And I like the availability of electronic communication with the facility and the staff via the medical dashboard online, whenever I feel the need to contact them in writing. And I do get very rapid response, if not from my Dr then from one of the staff. And my personal accolades go to Victor for his absolute professionalism and demonstration of genuine care and concern for the patients needs.

Kristi Tormano Cindy has been taking care of me for years. I had a chronic illness that many doctors in Denver CO couldn’t tell me what it was. I started at Crystal Run Healthcare and got the run around by every doctor I saw from Rock Hill to Newburgh. So not impressed with that place. She is very thorough and sits and talks with you and answers any questions or concerns. She is warm and friendly and a wonderful FNP.

Matthew Lee Went for my Annual wellness exam 2 years Got charged for a physicians visit twice, the first time I ignored it because new physician, sure whatever, second time though, Im definitely not ignoring it. They tell you not to ask any other questions other than the ones to do with the annual wellness. So not wanting to be charged for the physicians again because the wellness exam is free with Blue cross blue shield, I didnt, but I was asked if I felt any other pains or anything, so I explained other problems that I might have, but wasnt sure if they were problems. Apparently they charge you for this. I argued it, told them I asked because the doctor asked, and got the bill cleared, then some weeks maybe months later they charge it to me again. I come back and ask why, and they give me the exact same reason even though I cleared it up the first time, without giving me any type of proof, because I agreed to be recorded during the examination, so I know they have the records, and if I am wrong and I asked solely on my own accord, then give me proof. Anyways just going to pay my bill, and not come back here again, terribly frustrating experience with billing.

Paula LaBruna My dad was born at Good Sam in 1939. This was his main go to place over the years. He had a couple trips to the ER and recent hospitalization in Feb. Always, a positive trip to the ER and always got placed in a room, not hallway . When he was admitted on 3rd floor, staff very friendly, helpful, and rooms clean. This whole team includes the nursing, aides, social worker, PT/OT/Speech, hospitalist, housekeeping, front desk, phlebotomy, food services. Also, I would like to thank the Wound Care Center. The whole team treated my dad so well.

Jory F The cardiac Care my husband received was excellent. His discharge from this hospital caused us so much problems. Its not even funny. Lavina the nurse we had at discharge was an awful human being. When being discharged with a lot of medication, its important to understand what they are for and when they should be taken. When I asked her she told me that she already told my husband. Very rude and quite condescending. Calling me hun. No respect at all for him or for me Well guess what? I am his caretaker and I need to know all the information as well. All of his prescriptions, and there are many were called in to a pharmacy we have never used and have no relationship with and have no insurance coverage for pills that cost $800 a piece They knew that he has veterans insurance and it had to be called into the VA and they said they werent able to do that. Lazy. Straight out of the hospital he had to get in the car with his heart condition and go to the VA in Manhattan to get the pills that he needed. Great stress to have after getting out of the hospital.Here we are 2 months later. Still trying to straighten out the mess that she made. I did receive a call from Mary the head of nursing and told her what was going on and she said she would have someone get back to me and I never heard another word. We went back to the hospital for a follow-up with the urologist and he did the same exact thing calling yet another Rx to the same pharmacy. I will also mention that they ignored his diabetic diet, until I started yelling. I had to go to the desk at least three times to remind them. So with that being said, I have to give them two stars only because the cardiology team was so good. I did find one nice woman a nurse who led me to the recovery area that nobody else seemed to know where it was. Believe it or not, he gets better attention at the VA than he did at Good Samaritan hospital

Melissa R Do NOT see Dr Park. RUN FROM HIM. My father was brought in. When I asked if they could do a head MRI because he had been showing signs of a stroke or some other neuro issue, he told me he had other patients that were more sick than him that he had to attend to. That night my father went into distress, went on a ventilator and I never got to speak to him again. He died a month later. The staff were not attentive and we had him transferred to another hospital on a ventilator. The day of the transfer request a staff member went behind my mother’s back and called me to get me to try to talk my mother out of her decision to transfer. How dare they! Unfortunately he never recovered and he passed away. After speaking to a family friend she said she had in her mother’s file to not let Dr Park touch her. She had bad experiences as well. I will never go to a Rockland hospital. If you MUST go there, stay away from Dr Park.

Jennifer Coticchia I was born at this hospital 50 years ago. I have NEVER had a more horrible experience in an ER than I did on 12/26/24. We were visiting family for the holidays from Northern Virginia just outside Washington, DC. My daughter had a 10 day post op hemorrhage from a tonsillectomy and Good Sam was the closest ER with an ENT on call. We were completely ignored by the ER nurse. She never ONCE asked how my daughter was doing. She couldn’t get an IV in to save her life and when she did get one in she pulled it out grabbing the papers and labels to throw in the garbage. She was so negligent I’m pursuing a lawyer. We were never hooked up to a blood pressure machine or heart monitor. My daughter needed to use the restroom, she was on the brink of passing out and this nurse just said ‘ “yeah it’s the 2nd door on the left.” I took her to avoid a mess and she passed out on the way back. THEN, we were taken seriously. Code “H” (hemorrhage). Blood pressure so low and heart rate super high. Finally other staff came in to help and both me and my daughter said we don’t want to see that nurse ever again. I will NEVER advise my family in NY to go to this ER. I’m so grateful for our INOVA healthcare system in VA. AND I called the number provided to talk to a patient advocate- 845.450.5029. This is a hospital in Kingston, NY. This is not Good Samaritan Hospital. What a joke. Shame on you.

Joan Obrien I came to the Good Samaritan ER with pain swallowing and a possible GI bleed. It was later determined that I did have a bleed and would need an endoscopy. I was admitted and stayed for two nights. During my time in the hospital I was treated with utmost professionalism and courtesy. The physicians, nursing staff and hospital staff in general were beyond respectful and attentive to my needs. I recieved the appropriate medical care and no longer have pain swallowing and the bleed has resolved. I highly recommend this hospital!
