Elk Hunter Excellent new facilty for Family Practice Associates doctors office upstairs and SOS, Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists downstairs. Elevators and stairways available. Plenty of well lighted parking. Access road is a bit confusing as no sign (11-2017) but basically behind Clay Eye Center.

We needed to see a doctor, called the wound care clinic from the start they treated us wonderful right down to having to go to the pharmacy. Everyone made us feel like we were from the area. Evan Bush If you have a wound unhealing or otherwise this is the place to go. They helped me with a wound I had for 6 years. These are the nicest most well taught people. They will treat you with all the respect in the world. If you need the help this is the place for you. Also they work with diffrent financial issues.

Victoria Arthur Dr. Bhopale is an excellent pediatrician and takes good care of all of my children. He is very thorough and attentive. He and his office staff is helpful and friendly. We were fortunate to find such a good pediatrician in Oswego.

Frank Corradino WARNING!!! This guy is BAD NEWS. Dr. Grady diagnosed me with a serious valve issue at Oswego hospital while I was under his care. The next day, I wanted my diagnosis on paper because I didnt understand what he meant by telling me, "my Valve is leaking". So I went back to his office the following day, I asked him to give me a formal diagnosis on paper, he then lied and said he didnt tell me what he said to me and my wife the day before. I immediately fired him and went to upstate for a 2nd opinion rather then a lie because my wife and I new exactly what he said we just didnt know what it meant. He lied to protect the surgeon Dr Lutz that put the undersized valve in my heart because apparently my life is not as important as protecting Dr. Lutzs from legal issues. I then went to an upstate surgeon for a ligitiment 2nd opinion only to get the exact same diagnosis that dr. grady gave me but denied the next day. If your life is of value to you, I suggest you stay clear of Dr. Grady (of Oswego hospital) and Dr. Lutz (of st Josephs hospital, Syracuse NY ). The undersized valve is only the beginning of what Dr. Lutz did to me. I now have an extremely rare lung condition that I incurred from a herniated lung that Dr. Lutz caused from him improperly closing my incision. This herniated lung has become as life threatening as the undersized valve he put into my heart. Lutz also lied when he told me the herniated lung will have no Ill effects to my health and that he has another patient with the same condition, shes fine. Totally not the truth.

Suzanne Taylor I love coming here. The staff are always very kind and I was seeing Dr Beaumont, but he is no longer there. I am now seeing Dr.Grady who is compassionate, and he really cares about his patients well being. I suffer from extreme anxiety ,especially with my heart condition and each time I have had to call the office I have been treated with respect and understanding. That doesnt happen in the past with my experiences,with other places. He is professional and he is on top of my medical conditions. I recommend 100 percent .

Sandy McGillis I love being able to log in on their website to register. It made things quicker. My doctors office didnt have any openings, so it was nice to be able to get an appointment quickly and have my issue taken care of.

Tiana August Took my child here for an illness was told RSV, which that’s fine and all. Had to take him back three days later as primary wasn’t available. I asked for his ears to be checked and was told “there is too much ear wax I can’t look at them” like buddy that’s your job. Was told very rudely that they can’t help with a cold sore. Could have been a tad bit nicer. When said child oxygen was checked it was 88% and they sent us home, next morning I called 911 & got to the children’s hospital and was told his oxygen was 88 and he was admitted. Don’t bring your pet roach here. It might be pregnant.

Adele Blasczienski Took my granddaughter to check her wrist from a fall. Hardly any waiting to be seen. Dr very friendly and funny. Granddaughter had seen him before. Took an X-ray did not show any breaks. Was given a wrist band with instructions. Giggled over what chores she could do by telling her what she could lift. Good medicine with great bedside manner.

Christina Wenham Poor provider service, you’ll have to wait 45 minutes to be given a once over by someone who’s not actually listening to you then when you get a follow up days later they won’t follow up care unless you ‘get seen again’. Getting in with my gp would have been easier and faster than their ‘service’. Better off going to an actual emergency room.

Stephanie France I was seen and everyone seemed so nice, really awesome service. I was told they were going to send my script over to my pharmacy. So I wait about a good hour and a half and call over and my medicine isnt there so I call over to well now and the girl who answered the phone was a snot and was so rude and said " Ill call over OK" hung up in my ear. So professional right? So I wait again and my meds again not there, so I call back over there and this time the girl who answered all I can say is I know your name because you told me when you answered the phone,and Ill be speaking to your boss. You dont speak to people the way you did me just because its almost close time.

He also made sure to fit the follow up appointments into my crazy schedule. He was very professional, friendly, funny, patient and knowledgeable. Mark Wade I dont understand why there are any negative reviews for Dr. Padma Rams. all the staff are professional and care about you. Yes, there is the occasional, tired office worker. They also have never messed up my billing, like other medical facilties, so Im fairly certain the office personnel are actually working and busy all day. Dr. Ram has a high degree of professionalism. She deserves a lot of respect for starting a practice in a difficult industry and location. She continues her practice, even through the tough times. Im sure she doesnt have to stay in this north eastern climate, most of us only like living here 4-6 months of the year, but have to stay all year, because thats life. We need good doctors to stay around here. All the RNs are amazing and she clearly hand picks her staff, you cant go wrong with anybody, they all care about the patients. Im sure they help hundreds of patients a month and the care I get from my visits, is always thorough and not just in and out, like most big hospitals Adult Practices. Whomever I see, takes their time to answer any questions or concerns and they are very good about referrals. Some days are slow, but thats the price I pay, for quality care. Apologies for the long review, I just want our communitys good doctors, RNs and support staff to be recognized, for their service and if youre reading this, you are probably looking for a high quality physician and want a complete picture of why I give them a five star rating. The Convenient Care and General Practice are another local business, that we need. I really care about making this part of New York, a better place for everyone. A+ healthcare is one of the foundations of our community and is hard to come by. If your able to get into her clinic, youre fortunate, anyone Ive recommended to try and get into her practice, says they arent accepting new patients, as of the time I wrote this. Someone thats complaining and giving the place a bad rating, is probably just salty from one negative experience, but thats just my opinion, but dont let that turn you away. Give them a chance, the staff are all great people and will help in providing their expertise in health care and keep you up to date with your yearly physical. Randy Dorval One star for the billing department. Been going there for 6 plus years and have an issue with one or two medical invoices every year. 5 stars though for the medical staff ( nurses/docters) , not so much on the billing side.

I Ryc It was first visit for my hisband and myself and it was absolutely fantastic. Doctor Newell is super caring, thorough and very professional. We laughed, we talked about everything, we started some investigations which other doctors never even suggested. She diagnosed serious condition on very first visit and we can start treatment in early stage. Really wonderful doctor!!

Elizabeth Doviak Dr. Newell, in my opinion, has totally dropped the ball as far as my husbands care is concerned. Without going into the details, she did not KNOW BASIC FACTS about my husband as her patient. We will be finding a new physician as soon as possible. My husband has stated, from day one, that he doesnt care for her. I told him to give her a chance. I now feel the same.

C. B Dr. Christina has been caring for me for almost 20 years and my two daughters. My son started with her and switched to Dr. Matt. We moved to Deity ten years ago, and I travel back for her. She listens to me, came to the hospital to meet my daughters when they were born, worked through one of my children’s complicated communication and anxiety disorders, and was calling experts at night when my other daughter’s bloodwork came back with results that needed to be addressed. She’s direct and to the point. I’ve never met a better doctor.

Meredith Williams My whole family receives their care here. I always feel like family when we have our appointments. The care I have received as well as my family is above and beyond. You feel respected and listened to. The treatments are explained and feel prioritized. Any questions that arise can be answered with the on call staff quickly and efficiently. Again you will feel respected and valued.

Richard Stevens I had been going to this office for years, I really liked my doctor. My doctor had left this office and I was asked about scheduling an appointment. My next annual checkup wasnt due for at least 7 months. I was weighing my options new office or new doctor same office, I requested a form in case I wanted my files transferred. A week later I got a letter telling me that if I dont schedule an appointment they would drop me, and no form to request files to be transferred. Again, not due for an annual checkup for almost 7 months.
