kathleen Thomsen I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this group today was terrible. I wanted to take my elderly mother to the ortho express nearest us, Hopewell. Their website shows hours on Mon and Wed (today is a Mon). The staff informs me that "you cant pay attention to the website, you have to call every morning to find out if the office is open". So Hopewell wasnt open, but Poughkeepsie, another 30 minutes further, was. I make that drive to be told she cant be seen, they can make me an appointment with dates a month away. A month from now? How very express. I would suggest you not believe their website or receptionists information on hours of operation.

Tim Knapp The only issue I had was getting help with my Short term disability paperwork. The receptionists, and doctors were very courteous through the check in, and booking. Dr. Coleman was amazing during the visit, and the cortisone shot was extremely effective for the slight tear in my rotator cuff.
However, when I asked the receptionist who I would need to speak with for my short term disability paperwork, her initial answer was “we don’t do that”.
After assuring her that you did do that (as I had confirmed on the phone at the initial appointment booking) she returned and told me “I have to print the paperwork, and return it”
Returned home, printed the paperwork, only to return, and be told “I’d have to take that to the Poughkeepsie office”.
I drove the paperwork to the Poughkeepsie office, only to be told “I’d have to email the paperwork to the office in which I was seen”
Not only was none of this correct, I NEVER received my paperwork back from the void to which I sent it, and my return time had lapsed.
Luckily, I was able to resubmit my claim through the Hartford, when I had the new orthopedic surgeons office fill the paperwork.
On top of all the problems with the paperwork, Dr. Coleman had done a CT scan, which “didn’t show” the rotator cuff tearing away from the bone on my left shoulder. Granted, it took an MRI, and not a CT scan to see it, but it was disappointing to be given a cortisone shot, and be dismissed.
Not an unpleasant experience, just a very disappointing sum total of effort.

Rossinia Magtibay The people from the reception before and after the check up were very cheerful and polite. The nurse and the xray technician were also very kind and helpful. The doctor (Dr. Ristic) was very nice and kind. I was very nervous when I was told he was going to give my wrist a cortisone shot but he was so great and assured me it was going to be quick and it was. I’m so happy and contented with the great assistance given to me as it was my first time to visit the place.

michele meyer My 17 year old daughter recently saw Dr. Barrick for an ongoing back issue. He was very professional and to the point. He did a thorough examination which included some neurological testing. He explained findings in detail and talked about next steps. We have only had one visit and are waiting for the follow up once diagnostic testing is complete. I feel confident in Dr. Barrick’s assessment and am looking forward to the follow up. The staff was very professional and friendly.
