Marmora Patrick I don’t really do reviews but this place was very, very, very poor. Today, I decided to give this place a chance. However, I genuinely wish I didn’t. This was the worst experience I ever had. The manager so rude , not nice at all. They did not have the several colors that I preferred. She made me pay extra for absolutely nothing, when I already paid extra for powder gel, for a total of $61, they took money off of me for changing the powder gel that THEY were mistaken for and THEY gave me the wrong color but I was punished. Very poor staff, very unprepared to work and VERY unprofessional service. She is a thief and WILL take your money. Do not go to her. And I chooses for their collection but they don’t have for two colors I picked light gold and milk color both of them don’t have !

Ralph Today my daughter went to Kims Pink Nail salon to do her nails for her prom tomorrow. The owner assigned a lady named Wendy to do her nails. When she was done, my daughter noticed the nails were uneven. Some nails look different than the other, and the acrylic was Bumpy and not shaped properly. So we went to the owner and asked him if they could fix them. And he said absolutely no, We was appalled by his answer. We didnt want money back. We just wanted him to make it right and they refused. So we walked out. We went to another nail salon and the nails came out perfect, We will never go back, and we do not recommend this place to do your nails.

Jena Benik I’ve tried for years to give this place the benefit of the doubt due to its convenient location, but my experiences have been nothing short of awful. The worst incident was when they “accidentally” erased my wedding nail appointment—with a pencil—and then claimed I never booked it. That’s beyond frustrating when you’re planning for such an important day. On top of that, they routinely overbook appointments, forcing you to wait 40+ minutes even after youve confirmed a time. I’ve also had several occasions where they canceled appointments last minute, citing that they were “fully booked” when I had already scheduled in advance. Recently, the salon changed ownership and merged with Coco Nails, and it’s clear the quality has taken a significant dive. The talented technicians who made the place worth visiting are all gone, and it seems like the new owner has no regard for customer service or consistency. Save yourself the frustration and aggravation—I strongly advise looking elsewhere. It’s simply not worth it.

L Joseph The lady was nice at first but she kept smudging the polish and said I was moving my fingers in the machine which I wasn’t. I was extra careful and the end product did not look nice bc at least 3 fingers were smudged and polish was not smooth and I knew it’s not worth it for me to ask her to fix it. And she looked a little irritated. The next day, there are little bubbles all Over my nails and I knew it’s not because I was moving my fingers. But the shape is nice.

Katie Angelova Complete disaster. Came here to fill acrylics I had done in Brooklyn (was pressed for time and decided to give this place a chance). The lady assured me she knew what she was doing. Cut my fingers multiple times to the point of drawing blood, cut the nails crooked, didn’t file properly. The gel manicure I paid $40 for peeled, or rather BUBBLED in literally a DAY, leaving me with completely disgusting looking nails for an event. See for yourself and spare yourself the anguish. Don’t come here.

Nicole MaeNg I go here consistently, prices are good, staff is nice, i make appointments and usually never have to wait, I also really like the pedicures too. Gives me a euphoric feeling of when it was 10 years ago getting my nails done. lol i like

Treasure Brooker I came here for the SNS polish and eyebrow services. As the eyebrow service ended, the woman with the dark hair and glasses showed me her work and I noticed that half of my eyebrow is MISSING. When I pointed out the issue, she grabbed the eyebrow brush and brushed my eyebrow back and fourth as if that was going to resolve the problem. When we left the wax room, I spoke to another woman that had copper eyebrows and a copper hair cut bob. The woman who took care of me was laughing while speaking to her in another language. They didn’t seem to have much concern about their mistake and thought that since they chose not to charge me for the eyebrows that it was all resolved. No one apologized, no one seemed to care. Now I have to go home and buy an eyebrow pencil and fill the missing area in for however long. NEVER AGAIN! What an inconvenience. Do better Bebe Nails!

Melanie Baquero The salon is filthy. They do not sanitize their equipment for each client,just spray it with alcohol. They definitely do not know how to give a proper spa pedicure at ALL!! As for rushing a person out and being rude Im all set. #neveragain

Melodie I got a soft Gel Magnetic cat eye effect manicure. The salon is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Sandra is amazing and works very quickly and efficiently, there hasn’t been anyone I’ve gone to on the island that can do a French nail as fast as she did. They have good equipment, I like the steamer they use and the second UV light under the table that makes curing your nails more efficient. Overall, I recommend them!

Karissa SB I was really excited to get my first Russian manicure but I left with three nails bleeding and all my cuticles cut up. My pedicure was ok at least, but my friend noticed that the lady wasnt using the machine and heard her lady repeatedly tell her to use it to which she seemed to ignore. It wasnt until my friend spoke up and told my lady that I wanted to use the machine for my pedicure, in which she replied and said "oh okay." The lady who did my nails was Lisa. Id like to come back to another person as there were clear favorites in the salon. Pic is my right hand a day later featuring 2/3 bleeding nails.

Yuliya Vasilyeva Yesterday I did my gel pedicure in Tatyana beauty spa. It was terrible. The nail polish went all over the foot it was not properly applied. My 10 year old daughter can paint my nails better than the ladies the work there. Please do not go there, don’t spend your money for this. It’s just a waist of time and money. It’s horrible!!!!! Haydee Correa I used to go here for bikini waxes. One day I noticed a couple of the Asian men who work there standing inside the store. They disappeared after I asked for a wax. As I was looking up at the false ceiling, waiting to get my wax done, I saw one of the ceiling tiles diagonally across from where I was lying down being removed and one of the men I had previously seen outside of the store poked his head through the ceiling in an attempt to catch a glance of my lady parts! DISGUSTING! When I noticed him, I quickly got up and told the woman who was supposed to do my wax. She didnt understand or acted like she didnt. When the man saw I had noticed him, he quickly stuck his head back up into the ceiling and replaced the tile. Luckily, the lady had not started yet. I told her what I had observed. She acted like she didnt understand English. I left. I shouldve called the police. God knows how many times that peeping Tom has done that to unsuspecting female customers! DO NOT GO THERE FOR WAXES!!!

They keep their obviously unsterile tools in a dirty plasticplastic basket ..... get.worse..... they dont know what they are doing ... its like a fungus one stoo shop..... never go here!have no idto do pedicures.... no massage... shitty paint job. Jamie Lopez Ask for Anne! Shes the best! She is always on point! And they go the extra mile on the pedi even on the regular pedis on the extra $10.00 pedi OMGosh your feet look brand new, and they have massage chairs. You go anywhere else they dont massage your feet/legs just slap in some lotions on your feet and thats it. At AAA nails they go the extra mile on pedi, and your nails!

Sarah Perez 50 dollars for a gel manicure/pedicure and they literally spend no time doing anything. When it comes to scrubbing your foot they use hand soap and tell you if you want more to pay another 25 for a spa pedicure or 5 for callus remover even if you dont have calluses and just wanted a decent scrub. Hands down worst salon Ive ever been to.

Kaylin Cust I’m here today and I have been refused service by the owner or whoever he was because I just LOOKED at the shape of my nails, he told me I’m a “problem” because I wanted him to do my nails properly. I will never come here again and I recommend anyone to spend your money elsewhere. Very rude and I am appalled.

Marina Shrayman Love this place! All of the ladies are great but Fabby & Maya are exceptional, they both do an amazing manicure & pedicure. No matter how many people are waiting, they will always take their time with the current client and not rush through like other salons tend to do. My cuticles are awful and they grow like weeds, both ladies clean them up to perfection even though it probably takes an extra 5-10 minutes. The pedicure is my favorite, they use an AMAZING sugar scrub that feels delicious during the massage!! Walk-ins are welcome but I would suggest making an appointment. Thank you Magic Nail for always making my hands & feet look like a million bucks!

Berthaa Bee When I tell you dirty!!!! equipment I was just shocked . when I was getting a pedicure tool that she used on the lady. Too seat over All she did is wiped them down with water from the tub. she took those towels that she wiped the ladies feet with and she wiped down the seat with it cross. I was so scared never ever go back there. nothing was sanitized nothing. They honestly needed an inspector to go in there. I don’t know how these people stay open.

Elina Gerts I got a pedi from Anna and mani from another lady whose name I didn’t catch. I was in a rush and they were able to accommodate me and do mani and pedi at the same time. I needed powder nails removed and this was done very skillfully. They were very quick and very professional. They were very detail oriented and the place seemed very clean.

Kerry Lee I came here a few times! Very quick and smooth experience and their service is good! I would say, only come to this place if your design is simple as I think the nail techs aren’t very skilled with intricate details but simple manicures are amazing here! Also great prices

Alisa Cheaper is not always better. I only went here twice. Both times I felt rushed. They don’t care about what you want and made my cuticles bleed both times. The first time they didnt let me pick my color. When I walked in, a woman asked me what color. Next thing you know I am sitting down and she put a bottle of polish on the table. I tried to stop her I asked, "What is this? I dont think I like it." She said lets try it. I didn’t like it and before I knew it one hand was already done. The next time I was looking at the colors and she grabbed my hand and started working. I couldnt keep looking. This is why I didnt like the color. Now my cuticles bled twice. After this I knew I shouldn’t come back.

karina hodan Never get a massage from them. I’m not the one to complain but I had to share this. I came in for a back massage. This lady kept hitting my head with her bracelets. Was rushing and massaging my bones instead of muscle. The next two days I was in pain and couldn’t turn my head. When I called to speak to a manager she refused to listen to me and told me to see a doctor. It’s a horrible customer service. I’m never going back.

Raquel Valentin DISORGANIZED! I came to this salon a couple of times before I really had any issues. It started two weeks ago when I came in to get my nails done. The lady directing everyone around forgot about my friend and I several times. She was also distracted while doing my nails and they came out with lower quality than I expected. Due to all the back and forth I was at the nail salon for FOUR HOURS and ended up with a ticket for being over time. Fast forward to today. I booked an appointment with my friend for 10:30, hoping this would be quick. Instead, I was passed up for several walk-ins. I wasnt seen for an hour. Then, the man at the front started my nails. When I showed him the design I wanted, he told me no and that he had an appointment and I would have to wait. He sent me to the woman beside him. However, my friend was also waiting to be seen by the same woman. It is now 12:12. My friend is finally getting her nails buffed and Im standing here with no polish waiting to be seen. Id be surprised if were not here for another hour and a half. Another four hours wasted. I do feel bad for the techs because they have performed good work on me up until this point. It is due to the techs that Im now giving a lower review. I dont believe the service itself is lacking, but there is absolutely no organization. [The photo posted is of my unpolished nails after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes to get my nails done.] Update: its now 1:07 and my nails are finally done. They offered the gel polish and a design for free. I declined the design because I didnt want to wait longer than I had already done. Total time waiting: 2 hours and 37 minutes. Ashley Cheng Ive never gotten acrylic nails before, but I figured since Im about to go on my Bachelorette, I would give it a try. I was told by many different people who highly recommended this place, and I have to agree. I absolutely love my nails! They also did great for my pedicure, and I loved it, too. I was able to give the nail tech an image of what I wanted, and she copied it perfectly! I highly suggest this place!

Kelly Lau Don’t get a soak off here!!!! I asked for a soak off and I had gotten sat down with this lady that pulled out her METRO CARD and pryed off my nails one by one. I told her to stop cause it hurt too bad and I needed her to do a soak off where she then disappeared for 15 mins. Another lady came by and continued to pry my nails off the rest of my nails. I told her I wanted a soak off and she said no cause I only had a few more to take off. I didnt argue with her again since I assumed it would also save me the money of getting charged a soak off for a few nails. At the end, my nail beds were stripped down paper thin. When she gave me the bill, she charged me for soak off and told me “taking off is the same as soak off” which made no sense cause they used the metro card method to save time and money. I was so over it at this point I paid and left. Definitely not going back!!!

cindy aguilar I have been coming for 3 hard gel refills and got grace today- let me tell you, I never had a faster refill in my life. She rushed like if she was running out of time. She end up hurting my finger with the drill didn’t even say sorry. Got the hard gel all over me. The cat eye color came out nice and I still ended up tipping her. I won’t be coming back here and if I somehow do- she is definitely someone I will remember not to go to. If you’re looking to go here- AVOID GRACE at all times!

Christina Absolutely HORRIBLE!! The man rushed with my gel manicure. It was sloppy and now my nails are showing spots! Not even an hour later, not to mention going out of the lines with my red gel polish. I feel they’re not professionally trained. He took off my gel polish with the drill and hurt a few of my fingers with the drill. He didn’t even brush the table off after drilling my nails, so each of my hands were laying in the dirty dust on the table!! $30 I paid, never will I go back for their services! I even seen him wipe the tools he used on my hands with a white piece of paper towel, and put them back into the plastic blue bag!!! So yea, he didn’t sterilize them!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!! I’ll stick to Graffiti Nails! Much cleaner, friendlier, and take their time…

Jiang Li They are nice people but I personally do not think they are skilled. They recommended me to do powder dip which I did. They are very slow and hurt 3 of my fingers during drilling/filing. Two of them bleed a little. There was no complicated design, just lines and slant french. It has only been a day and I can literally peel off my some of my nails already because the top coat got too much onto my skin which is also connected to my nail. So I spent over 65 dollars for bad job. If it was not for the 20% off it would be even over 65 dollars. I shouldn’t have tipped. AWFUL TERRIBLE.

María C. I went there on Friday as a new client, and they did my manicure and pedicure so quickly. After 7 hours, the nail color started to oxidize, making it turn black, and then chipping started. I will not be going back to that salon at all.

Jennifer Langell This review is a couple weeks late but still important. I have been searching all over Staten Island for a new nail salon because no one does a proper gel manicure anymore. I tried this place. Honestly I don’t think I’ve had a WORSE experience so far. Upon entering, I wasn’t even given the opportunity to have the manicure with the woman I specifically made the appointment with and told to go sit at the first station that opened up. The manicure lasted 18 minutes. I times it. Never in my life! I was beyond disgusted. The filing job was horrendous. I had to keep making her fix the filling, which I don’t like to do. It started to chip a few days later. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT GO HERE!

Sara Rehart I would go back because my tech did a nice job with my nails and the spot is clean and spacious. My only caveat, which happens with all the Asian-owned salons, is they are not out right with their pricing and rush you along. When I was getting rung out, she said she would have to charge me tax for using a card, fine, but she failed to mention the service charge of $2. Also, a new acrylic set is posted as $35 but she failed to mention the $10 uncharge of using gel polish and just went ahead with it. Just be honest and clear re: pricing, you do a good job, and customers will come back.

Christina Valdes I constantly rave about this place to all of my friends and family! The staff is so friendly and the place is extremely clean. I am always very happy with my nails after each appointment. I get UV gel fill-ins and they never break on me. I’ve gone over a month without a fill-in in the past and the nails have stayed on. The designs are always amazing and I highly recommend for you to go there.

Exceptional service and staff.The salon was very clean and they did a fantastic job on my nails! My nail tech took her time and was meticulous and gentle. Ive officially switched nail salons!

Mariam Ibrahim I’m so disappointed, this is what my nails in literally less than 10 days, absolutely awful. This was my first time there too. There is a whole nail that has the gel manicure about to be removed, my gel manicure usually lasts a good few weeks. Also, my cuticles were really badly bruised for like the first 5 days. Absolutely awful and I was hoping to come back again but I won’t be. I can’t believe I paid $80 for this.

Harriet Wow Horrible. Maybe cause I am new to this location but that’s not how you make business if you don’t make customers nails nice and beautiful. I literally had the easiest thing for the lady to do. She was probably the owner since she didn’t have apron on. But it’s gel manicure and regular pedi. My nails on my hand looks so ugly. I am never going back and I wanted to give this location a shot but guess what. I am going somewhere else. And someone even recommended me this location. Would never go back and I hope no one ever goes back to them

Leanne Belgiorno I’ve been coming here since 2020 and it’s the best salon in the area. Bonus: they are currently open on MONDAYS! I consistently leave with amazing nails that are exactly what I asked for. This time Angela spent time perfecting my ombre nails with chrome, while giving me tips and pointers along the way about what she felt was best for my nails. She also did them in a timely manner. Love this place.

Alex Kuzma Very good experience with this salon! And a specially with Lucero. I do my SNS nails for the past 7 years, and she is the best nail specialist. My nails last 4 weeks with no cracks. 100% recommended. Updated 07-27-24 Unfortunately, I changed my reviews to 3 starts. This salon is under a new management and my nail tech, Lusero, left the place. Tried someone else and was not satisfied. My white color SNS powder turned yellow in 5 days. Didn’t cracked, but looked so fake. Three stars because of pedicure, it was done ok. Looking again for a new place. ☹️

Rebecca O This place is under new management, figured I give them a try again. I was referred by a good friend she got her nails done by Bobby they look great. I needed a pedicure and Bobby was wasn’t there but, I received a spa pedicure from them for 55 dollars. Not including tip. It didn’t include gel polish or removal of the previous gel pedicure. In the end my feet was not smooth and my toes looked better before I got there. Also, they charge $10 dollars to soak off dip powder or acrylic tips or $5 dollars to have them roughly take it off your fingers. I can understand there’s a charge, but the process to soak off or take off was not much different then what I experience in the past. They still roughly use a mechanical file just with acetone, which they don’t even allow adequate time for a proper removal. I will not be going there again. I do not recommend. I understand why they are never busy. The service, the ambience or quality of work does not match the price board. Also, trying to get a relaxing spa pedicure there with a gym upstairs is not relaxing. You can hear them slam weights constantly that also a reason why I gave this place a 1 star. Because, no!

Jenifer Cortes Staff takes their time and do a good job on pedicures. Its a clean place and the staff makes sure they are cleaning their tools and using new products so there is no cross contamination. Linda always does a great job on my toes

Luisa Paulino The place is clean the people are very attentive and accommodating, I requested the deluxe pedi and also manicure , the pedi was amazing the lady did some good scrubbing and massages, that cost 40 dollars I truly don’t know if that is pricey or not , but the manicure didn’t feel like mani at all, all she she did was file my nails and apply the color , next day one of them was coming off which it was messed up cuz I felt like she was rushing( got it fix for free) , two days later another one is coming off. I will give them another try and see how it goes.

Letica Fox Thomas Great experience calm friendly environment. They gave good estimate of the wait time which I liked. I had the gel power done and they removed my old set and put on a new. They did not charge me for Tue removal which I thought sad classy. Next to a nice Chinese restaurant that was very clean where I ate while waiting. Bring cash to pay so you save a few bucks.

A R I was recommended to go to Hana nails by a good friend of mine who regularly goes to joy. Upon my arrival to the salon I was seated 20 mins after my appointment time with a different woman who wasnt joy, They didn’t ask me or tell me if this was ok, they just sat me down with her and I’m thinking that this is Joy. I don’t know the woman’s name who did my nails but all I know is I will never return it was the worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life and I’ve been doing my nails for about eight years. Not only was she rude she kept answering her phone every five minutes she filed down my nails so much that my cuticles were raw, and what normally takes me two hours took 1. I left that Salon with crooked nails. It was so bad to the point where I did an about face when I left & asked them to redo these because I couldn’t leave the salon with the way my nails looked, They sent me back with the same girl who messed up my nails and she made them even more crooked than the first time. They charged me $85 and all they could tell me was they were sorry, they even called my cellphone to apologize again. But they still kept my money!! Now a week later my nail broke if I’m paying $85 for my nails they should last more than a week. I will never return to this establishment and I will never recommend this place to anybody, everybody should avoid this place by all means.

Aneta Bernard They did not even touch my cuticles. I had to do them at home myself. The layer of a nail polish was so thick it chipped off 2 days after the service. Today, 2 days before Christmas instead of cooking and packing presents I have to redo my nails.

Korrect Pat I feel like every time I come in they repeat themselves about three times when I ask for gel nail polish . Additionally they continue to repeat the prices. I feel like when a new person of color walks in for service they are treated differently. It honestly makes me feel uncomfortable. I only tried this place out because it isn’t far from my job. However going to get pampered her isn’t it .

Jaclyn Lavoro Every one at this place is great! They do their best to keep you from waiting but they do honor appointments. They have a big color selection for both gel and regular polish. They have many options of spa pedicures to choose from also. I have recently moved and still come to this salon for my gel manicures.

Victoria Valdes Officially never going back to this location after my experience with Ada. Not only was she extremely rough and made for an unenjoyable and painful powder gel manicure, but my sister had gone to her for a pedicure and then had gotten a bad toe infection in her big toe afterwards. The powder gel I just got is so thick, lumpy, and crooked. She raced through the entire process, so much so that the brush applicator FLEW out of her hand TWICE onto the floor and she had to sanitize it before use again. I had been coming here for several months but now never, ever going back. I am so unhappy with the service, as is my sister.

Nirel Escalante Came here for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was good all though to my disappointment the massage chair didnt work and didnt recline, so I was a little uncomfortable. The lady who did my manicure seemed all over the place and was not focused on my nails. She was talking on her personal cell phone at least 3 times as well while she was doing my nails. She seemed very frustrated because she messed up 3 of my nails for rushing and not giving enough time for them to dry before massaging my hands. She kept muttering under her breath and it was very obvious that she just wanted to get it over with. When everything was done, she said jokingly "next time do gel instead, powder too hard" (i did sns powder). Looking at the finished product, it came out decent even though several of my nails are messed up (scratches and dents) I could rant on about so many other things (She was not careful with filing my nails, wasnt always paying attention to what she was doing, unorganized, and kept taking breaks from me to do other things like cashier, answering phones and including her cellphone). She ended up rushing more towards the end because she had a client who was here for her and was not done with me yet. Everything in total was 55 for a pedicure and sns manicure which did not seem worth it honestly. Im sure that this place isnt bad however if i ever do come back i will make sure to avoid that lady.

Amanda Briggs I go to Nail and Spa story exclusively for Michelle. She always does an amazing job no matter what inspo I show her. My nails last for weeks no chipping or breaking. I get a gel set.

jee ra I walked in and had color gel. I loved my nails done by Mireya. All staff are kind and welcoming. Very clean and great ambience. Ceci, the owner of the salon, knows very well what everyone needs and caters with great care.

Geniffer Captain I have been coming here for manicures for a year and a half. I am beyond more than satisfied. At Nail and Spa Story, the customer is Queen. They do fabulous work and they stand behind their work. The staff are friendly and very competent on their craft. I highly recommend Nail and Spa Story. If you are not happy with were you are going now, give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Isabella Padiz Walked-in on a Monday afternoon. Very quiet and probably only one other customer in the salon. Was sat down immediately and my boyfriend sat on the side. Michelle did my nails. I asked for a soak-off ($8) and regular manicure ($15). Very pleased with the end result despite my grown-out acrylics not actually being soaked off. Michelle cut and pried them off and then filed and buffed the surface. Im not really sure why this place received bad reviews. My cuticles were cut and my nails were cleaned on BOTH sides nail before painting. Manicure consisted of a base coat, two color coats, a top coat, and "quick-dry." Super clean looking in-person and in pictures. I was charged exactly the amount she quoted in the beginning and paid in cash. Love how it turned out and I would definitely come back here for Michelles work.

Nicole Link Pedicure was great. The place is very clean However, I got UV gel fill ins yesterday and she Didn’t go to the cuticle so my nails already look grown out I’ll be lucky if I even get two weeks out of this. Which is very disappointing for $60 just for my fingernails

Sunnie Hn Went to this Salon for a Brazilian wax, which includes all genital area! (mentioned on google too), picture attached. I also request for half upper legs...as mentioned on their website, pics attached, I should have been charged $90.00. However, once I went to pay. I was told that the butt area was not included in the Brazilian wax and my hair was too much (loudly infront of all other clients; which it wasnt) so they charged me more! Making my total $150.00 plus tip. I tried to reason with them but the lady incharge wasnt bothered when i asked her what in paying another $60.00 for? Do not recommend at all...

Mona Awad I finally gave in to the nail craze after a 15 year ( at the very least) hiatus. This salon is a 3 minute walk from home so I said hey, Why not? Well. I went on a Sunday an hour before closing after debating it for hours. I dealt with Lily, but I was greeted warmly by all. Lily was quick, precise, and attentive to my requests. I showed her a picture and she gave me exactly that. I did a classic coffin nail set and I’m OBSESSED! One day later I broke a nail (not what you’re thinking- it was admittedly my fault completely) I walked right over for the repair. She noticed a few self inflicted blemishes (cutting salad and accidentally cutting the corners of my nails with the knife) and filed them down and repainted them. When it came time to pay she laughed at me and said no charge. But if you break one more we charge next time lol. It’s the little things, ya know? I was super Pleased with the service and warmth. 10 out of 10. Worth every penny

Sarah Sebastiano if i could give no stars i would. i’ve been coming to blooming nails for quite a while now. I came in and got a spa pedicure (which felt very rushed and not relaxing at all) as well as a fill in on my acrylics. it has only been a week and 5 nails have already popped off and 2 of them damaged my natural nails ripping part of my natural nail off. The gel polish was also completely chipped on my toes. My thumb has absolutely no polish on it what so ever, the gel completely peeled off. The lady who did my nails completely rushed the whole process and did not allow my nails to dry long enough. it was a very poor job. I called and explained the situation to let them know that because of your worker my natural nail is now very much damaged and in pain because again i’m missing part of my natural nail. I asked for a refund or even a store credit they wouldn’t even give me that. So i spent over $100 just for my nails to come off within a week, have my natural nails damaged? no. They most definitely do not stand behind their work. Don’t even waste your time coming here.

Julie L Came in for the first time for a gel pedicure on Friday. Besides the fact that nail tech was rough, my gel pedicure was OFF on most of my toe nails by Tuesday of next week. Paid $68 for not even a week of gel pedicure which usually lasts me 3 + weeks. Do not recommend this place.

Danielle Delgado Y Nails? Y did I go there? The place seems to have changed staff since the last time I went there. I asked for a Brazilian and a mani / pedi. They ignored the fact that I asked for a Brazilian, did my mani / pedi. Got nail polish all over my hands, didnt ensure that my hands werent dusty from the nail filing, didnt forewarn me that they were putting lotion on my hands. Got lotion all over my wedding rings (which Im still getting out), I asked them to take the nail polish off my hands and she didnt get it all and she knew it. My nail polish has bumps in it now so I know its going to peel and its the gel one too. Ive got bubbles in my polish and sloppy edges.They didnt check if my toenail polish was dry. They handed me my bill and basically told me to pay. I didnt bother reminding them that I asked for the Brazilian wax because they were so unfriendly. And definitely unprofessional. Im not going back. I dont recommend anymore.

Danielle Naismith Horrible, horrible, horrible. I went there and got a gel manicure and it chipped two times. Sorry but for 50$ my nail shouldn’t be chipping a day later. Second time I went back, one took off all my nails, I thought maybe receptionist said to do them over because they kept chipping. The manager or whoever she is, screamed at her, then yelled at me for not telling her. Manager (wasn’t wearing a name tag) Proceeded to do my nails very aggressively using terms, whatever and let’s go. Did my French white very poorly, and then when I go to leave silently, she came at me. I am very dissatisfied and suggest everyone take their business elsewhere. Greenhill nails is a few doors down and I will now be trying them because I hear they have wonderful customer service.

Kat Step I have been going here for over a year. Came in last week. I got two extra services- one to fix a broken nail and a treatment. Usually I am charged $55~ for a basic gel pedicure no extras. This time I was charged $70 at first. The manicurist said it was due to the two extra services and because I got French (strange) I paid. She ended up chasing me out because she “forgot” to charge me for something. Total came out to $80! I had tipped them well (20%) To be honest the price was very shocking to me. So I share this information with my friends who also go here. Just to find out they charge them $45 for basic gel pedicure (they are white) Obviously POC is not welcomed here which is sad because I have been nothing but kind and engaging when I come in. Only one young girl is kind to me the other women ignore me for the most part and still do a nice service( which is all I care for) If you are black do not go here. They will overcharge you and you would never know because prices are not listed in clear view. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed coming here but I will go where I am treated fairly!

Allison Orisino Had an appointment today for a gel manicure and pedicure. I dont get my nails done often so I wasnt sure about what I wanted or what to get. Everyone was so patient and kind and helped me every step of the way. Nails look fantastic and you could tell they are very familiar with all different techniques and designs. Pedicure was done with extreme care and they prepped my nails so well before the polish. Everyone was so polite and pleasant. Would recommend this salon to everyone.

Tamara Tahlov LOVE this place. Ive been to many nail salons throughout Staten Island, and this one is by far the best. The nail techs really care about your nails and you personally. Jenny does an amazing job on my toes, always making sure that each toe looks amazing and has no discomfort. Sandy does my powder dip nails and does a stupendous job each time. Highly recommend making an appointment as they are very busy.
