Moneta Hai, did my nails. I hope I spelled his name right. He has such the personality. He was joking with me from the minute I sat down. He was very friendly. He did my acrylic nails and pedicure he took his time and did an amazing job. I’m gunna make it my duty to be back in 2 weeks because I deserve it lol!! Ladies take time to make yourself feel amazing!

Nancy Bradt We love VT Nails. Everyone there is so personable and friendly. Hyde is amazing and always does fantastic nail designs. Van assisted my 3year old with her very 1st manicure over the weekend. She was so sweet and patient with her. Her nails came out great. Take a look at the tiny flowers & lady bug designs she did for her in the pictures below. She can’t wait to go back. They are the best.

Morgan Larsen Absolutely LOVE this salon. I did a lot of research before getting my nails done again because I hate wasting time and money on nails. Reviews here looked awesome so I went and first got the rainbow set (done by Lyn) full acrylic set- reasonably priced and got lots of compliments on them !! Today I got a fill from Van(teal set) and I am in love all over again! I recommend anyone to go to this salon !

Angela Dominelli I have been a patron of this salon since its inception. My stylist, Cheryl, knows what she is doing. She can cut my hair full of cowlicks into a short pixie that looks so great. Strangers come up to me all the time to comment on how they love my haircut. Her skills as a colorist are also first rate. My hair color looks like I was born with it. The salon is designed for maximum client comfort. Each person working at the salon has their own room with their own sink. The privacy is great. The reception area of the salon is decorated tastefully by season and the salon always looks beautiful. The salon carries a wide range of hair products and jewelry as well. Lastly, everyone who works at the salon is friendly and caring. Everyone greets you whether you are their client or not. It is a very welcoming place. There are so many wonderful things about this salon. I love going to Vittorio Adamo !

Melissa Liuzzi Recently went in and had my eyebrows tinted and a wax from a girl name, Amy . I went home and looked at my eyebrows. There was still some grays in my eye brows went back asked if she could redo them or give me back a partial of the money she charged me for . She charged me 50 dollars my eyebrows where not waxed right and still had grays ! And I asked her very nicely to please please get me in to fix them or give me a partial payment back, and she said no I am booked all day ,never had this experience before and she will never get my service again I was treated wrong I was so upset never had delt with a situation like this!!!! I went to see a manager because I had asked one of the girls there who is Amy’s manager. I want to speak to a manager about this, and the manager there told me to go home and pluck the grays out!!!! very disappointed with the way I was treated and the service I had experienced ! People are so mean cruel .!!!!

Sarah Lynn Can’t do designs you ask for and she has agreed upon. They end up looking messy/completely different from what you wanted. Often late to her own pre-booked appointments by 30+ minutes. Rude when you want something fixed and she tries to act like it looks fine. Do not recommend.

I’ve been to many places where I have walked out with knicks and cuts on the sides of my fingers. Micheal was very sensitive to my needs and took his time to be sure to ensure that I felt no discomfort. My nails look amazing almost as if I don’t have ANC on at all. Crossing my fingers these hold up as long as I hope they will but I will definitely be back.

Betsy Murray The technician was pleasant and helpful but within 30 minutes of leaving, two of my nails were destroyed just by me driving my car. Obviously not done properly to withstand daily wear. I only have my nails done for special occasions and now I have to clean it all off with no time left to have them done over. Wasted money!

Jessica Moran My daughter and I actually went to a different local salon first, and the staff was so rude and the place was unclean so we just walked out and found Coco Spa and Nails. Wow what a difference!! Cocos was beautiful and bright. The staff was so sweet and accommodating. Greeted with smiles and such politeness! This time was just a pedicure but this will be our permanent go-to from now on!! Was a great experience, 10 out of 10, highly recommend! Thank you Coco!!!

Kamila Lutchman Today was my first time going to Coco Spa & Nails and I have to say that I had an amazing experiences. I’m almost 38 weeks pregnant and I went to get a pedicure done before I going to labor. I got a nice package with a hot stone massage and it was amazing. My nail tech took her time and didn’t rush which I loved. She was wonderful and friendly. She even went out of her way to put my socks and shoes back on for me even though I told her I could do it myself she still went ahead and help. I definitely will be going back.

Christine D Today was my first time going here. I will honestly say I am very very pleased with the experience i had today. The color selection they have is one of the largest I have ever seen. The girl who did my Pedi was absolutely amazing! Took her time and didnt rush to get me out of the chair like i have had at other places. The gentleman who did my ANC did a amazing job as well and also took his time and was very detailed in making sure my nails came out good. Definitely will be coming back for sure!! Lina did a phenomenal job on my nails,I absolutely love them, she was gentle, thorough and friendly. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and The salon is clean and tidy also. Caroline Gioia My go to nail salon! Super clean, friendly and attentive staff. I see Kevin and he does an amazing job! He pays attention to details and his technique is great. My ANC lasts a solid 3-4 weeks and my nails are healthy.

1 Hour Audio They are unsanitary, they use the same brush to wipe off excess dust on everyone, the same cuticle cutter, they also treat white people better than colored people. I wouldn’t recommend going there if you aren’t white! They do the nails somewhat good but it’s very unsanitary. The past owners were way better.

Amari Stephenson If I could give my pedicure 5 stars and my manicure 1 I would! I absolutely enjoyed my pedicure, the pressure was great and I felt very comfortable which is hard to do at 9 months pregnant lol. My manicure was rushed, the technician was rude, and I’m really unhappy with how they look. I’ve gotten short almond nails before and these look like dog nails. They’re just so ugly and clumpy. He barely sanded anything down. Any time I tried to look at my nails he moved them and would huff and puff like he was annoyed but I was just trying to see if I liked it so I could speak up right then and there. I was also left with some film on my cuticle that I’ve had to peel off. I’m very disappointed because my pedicure was so amazing I had high hopes for my nails and was ultimately let down.

Amelia Trapp In town for a comedy show and wanted a pedicure. Chose this salon based on reviews and they did not disappoint. Deluxe pedicure with a detailed massage on feet and ankles. Im on my feet 24/7 and this was such a treat. Definitely a repeat customer! Thank you, ladies!

There were three entitled snobby college girls getting their nails done on the side of me they were not very nice. Riley Longendyke If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had to wait 20 minutes to even be helped. I picked out a PLAIN blue color for my baby shower nails but it turned out blue with white speckles everywhere. The nail lady’s response was “the color do like that”. Nails are crooked, she cut my fingers and I started bleeding, and then charged me $40 for the worst manicure I’ve had. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I hope vn1 nails reaches out to fix this mistake.

Felicia Wingle Alysia is amazing and so talented! I only go to see her. I always bring her a picture and she ALWAYS delivers. Expect to pay more if you want nails like this but they’re always worth it. I got the pink set done February 1st and I’m writing this review on February 26th and only one nail just started lifting yesterday. She seriously knows what she’s doing! Pay usually $75-$100 plus tip for a full set with gel and designs. They do a discount if you pay cash and they have an ATM on site.

Chae Wright I’m a frequent customer..but today I didn’t have a great experience.. I got a pedicure which turned out very beautiful but i thought the lady that did my toes was gonna do my nails. but I got someone else(the lady all the way in the back in the middle) she was very rude, I had asked for a color base but claimed they didn’t have it knowing they did she just didn’t want to go get the color. I asked for coffin it wasn’t coffin it’s a whole different shape. And when I went to go pay she said “Cash tip or on card” which was very rude because they never ask that question ever…she expected me to tip her…

Briana Lynch ** No chips after a week and a half ** Wonderful first time! I called at 6:30pm (they close at 8) and was told they had time for an acrylic nail removal and manicure. I was greeted when I walked in and immediately started on. We decided to do ANC (dip) nails and I like the color. I usually start picking at my gel nails so I wanted something that wasnt as tempting to remove. Overall, positive experience and I will definitely come back for when I do want my nails done! Very kind staff.

Was unable to get the full pedicure since I cut my foot the evening before, but the salon was very accommodating and replaced my polish until my foot heals. ANC was great. My manicurist was knowledgeable, gentle, extremely polite and sociable. Salon is very well maintained. Clean, organized and very comfortable. Pedicure massage chairs are a must try. Olivia Huffman needed a nail appointment at the last minute and I was looking for a nail technician who specializes in hard gel. I prefer hard gel because I have a habit of biting my nails, and I find it convenient to get refills instead of having to remove everything. Moreover, I believe acrylic nails contain toxic chemicals that I want to avoid. Fortunately, the nail technicians at Golden Nails were able to fit me in within 48 hours of my call and they were very professional. I opted for a painted pedicure and soft gel on top of my hard gel with tips for my short and challenging nails. Im not great at picking colors, but the staff was very patient with me and helped me choose colors that matched both my toes and fingers. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Golden Nails to anyone.

Nae Nae Horrible service. My friend and I went on my birthday to get just our nails done. The guy that did mine rushed. He was putting the design on the wrong finger and when I told him I wanted the design only on both my middle fingers he ignored me and continued to put it on my ring fingers. When we left and I got a good look at my nails they were all crooked and a few were thicker than the rest. My friends nails were crooked also and they started falling off two days later. I will NEVER go back to them.

My nails have held up for almost 3 weeks so it is time for a fill! **update** I go here as my regular nail salon and it is worth the drive. I get liquid UV gel and just love how they are done. I like to get designs and they always try to do what I am looking for. I can honestly say they have been amazing with my nails and very accommodating with my disability. Highly recommend them and do recommend appointments for prompt service.

Nikita Choksi Went here this morning with a friend for a simple gel nail manicure. Walked in and was immediately greeted and they had availability so it worked out and we agreed to sit. As we were trying to pick our colors out the ladies literally stood in front of us and were rushing us to choose our colors, whatever, they may have had appointments and we were walk-ins, I get it but still annoying. Once we finally sat down after choosing our colors, it took the ladies 10 minutes to at least find the color in their cabinet, and came back with the wrong color for me and couldn’t even find my friends color. Both women instead of doing a traditional gel, soak off immediately used the nail grinder and filed our nails paper thin and painful. Color was rushed and has multiple air bubbles, the filing is all crooked even after i pointed it out multiple times politely, two nails have already broke and another two have chipped polish. Would not recommend to anyone.

Keira Van Woert Salon if overall dirty and quality of nails is terrible. I do not feel relaxed when i go to the salon due to all the yelling from the employees. i went less than 2 weeks ago and my nails are cracked and when one broke off it took off half of my real nail. I was not doing anything that would cause a good quality strong nail to break. this is something that has never happened to me before. on top of this, my nails were $85 and it was $15 extra for a small nail art. i will not be going back.

Emily English I went today with a friend for walk-in gel manicures and they immediately took us. When we selected colors they couldn’t find mine anywhere and tried to give my friend the wrong color (blood red in place of lilac). My nails were the healthiest and longest they’ve been in years. I do home manicures about once a week, but wanted to do something special with my friend. They filed both of our nails so thin mine have been bending back all day and my friend already had two break. I appreciate them getting us in immediately, but I’m going to have to cut my nails all the way down and completely regrow them, which will take weeks. $36 I wish I saved.

Susana Nguyen Walk ins are available. I came around 6 pm and it was not crowded. More nail technicians than customers. Theyre not very talkative, which is fine with me. Im there to get my nails done, not hold a conversation. Service was friendly. They also offer a complimentary light massage. I was looking for a place to do nails while I was in town that had decent reviews. My technician was fine, but did miss some sides of my nails when doing gel manicure. She did shape my nails fine to my liking and did extra coats cause I had asked. Hopefully my gel manicure will last more than 2 weeks - we will see. Nail salon has a big open space. 3/5/17- Just to give an update at least 3 weeks later my gel manicure is still in good condition. Only minor chips but nothing majorly has peeled off. I have had worse chips before from other nail salons. Overall my manicurist did a good job!

I need to say this so people are aware, because I will NEVER be going back. I went in with my great aunt As usual, and this is about the third time we’re here. It felt a little weird when we walked in, but I called early to ask about availability and they said it was fine. There was only one other customer there, so it was perfect. This was around 3 pm on Sunday. (I want add my great aunt has walking issues so she walks very slow and uses a walker.) Now a lady gets started on her nails and a male gets started on mine. After filing my nails, taking dead skin off etc. before starting to paint my nails he ask can I pay right now? I thought this was odd being that I was here two times prior with my great aunt and I’ve never been asked this. So I say why? Because we are literally the middle of the service. He says because it takes a while for your nails to dry. He repeats can you pay now? I say no, why would it matter if we paid before or after plus WHY WOULD I TIP BEFORE for a nail service???? He then says you know what it’s fine. But it made me feel like he thought we might run off or just not pay. Mind you my great aunt can barely walk, I had to help her sit in the chair. After this encounter I didn’t enjoy the service at all. The rest of the time I felt like this nail shop didn’t really want us here. BUT I still paid for a service that wasn’t done well at all and by people that thought different of my aunt and I. I handled this situation as best as I could but now I ask who would pay in the middle of your service for a nail service and not only that tip as well before? I will add pictures of my nails a two days later, I wish I took pictures the same day, no matter if it was gel or a regular nail polish this is the worst I’ve ever had my nails done. Not only that but my great aunts was completely uneven.

Bobbie Reyes I would not recommend going there if you want your set done properly. And if you are vocal about your set being done properly, I went there three weeks ago The lady that works, there did a set on my nails. They were very lumpy very oddly shaped she broke two of my natural nails, then charged me for a soak off on top of it. I was not satisfied with my nails, so I called after I left and I asked if one of the gentlemen can fix my nails when I came back to get them fixed he placed me with the same lady the nails ended up coming out worse than what it did in the beginning. I said maybe she’s having a bad day went home, two weeks later went back for my refill. When I sat down the lady came to do my nails. She looked at me, realized who I was then called over the gentleman that works there when he started doing my nails they started having a conversation he would look at me look at my nails , I didn’t mind. I understand there’s going to be conversations with employees I get it, but I started noticing that he started burning me purposely and left me with a bunch of wounds around my Nailbeds that ended up becoming infected later on not only did he intentionally start burning me due to me complaining my nails looked utterly ugly and he has done my nails before and they always came out amazing until I complained about the shape and work that was done on my nails previously I would not go back there due to the fact of him intentionally hurting me due to my complaint so I advise you if you want the work done right and you’re going to complain. Be aware he might burn you with the machine multiple times. sad thing is is I’m on blood thinners due to strokes, and I explained that to him and he still kept burning me also at the end of the service he decided to upcharge me $10 with a clear sign on the wall saying a refill was $25 he charged me $35 and I asked him so the prices went up and he was like yeah for you. . Never again here are my nails it’s only been about a week since

Madina The review is for “NA NAIL SPA” not anyone previous to June.. itI recently went to a nail salon for the first time with my sister. Shes been a regular customer there for a couple of years. I ended up spending around $65 for a manicure with a design (I have naturally long nails, so it might cost more for others). I think the quality of service justifies the price. If I lived closer, it would definitely be my go-to place. The staff was really friendly, even though we hadnt made an appointment. And I absolutely love how my nails turned out! My sister got her nails done there too, and shes happy with them as well.

My artist was Kim, Ive only worked with her; been here twice, and both times the service was great (gel mani peit 90$). From the massage to the great accommodating staff. The atmosphere is perfect, a very clean, friendly place. Highly recommend if you are looking for something unique or just want the basics, they can handle it all.

Gabriella Lanaro this is the worst place i’ve ever been to. the guy i had rushed the entire time. he was very aggressive and overall did a horrible job. i wanted these cute nails. just a solid color and a few glitter accent nails but he kept telling me he couldn’t do it. i ended up getting 2 solid colors and it still looks horrible

I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she completely knew what to do. She took her time and was precise. She made sure I was happy with the design. Jacklyn Lawrence I received the Friendly Spa pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was fantastic and relaxing for the most part. However although I watched other clients get fresh and clean new tools, both my pedicure and manicure were done with tools out of a drawer that had clearly been used before. There were even a couple times that my nail tech dropped something on the floor and then just picked it up and kept using it without wiping it off. My gel manicure is very uneven and my nails are all different shapes and lengths. I also watched 2 other clients pay with card no problem, but when I mentioned paying with card I was asked “you don’t have Venmo or cash?” (Note I tipped in cash). I watched other people get really nice manicures with really friendly staff, so I guess it just depends on who you get when you go. I probably won’t be returning.

Melissa Joy I’ve been going to Lanni at Friendly Nails for about a year now.. I started with ANC and switched to gel.. my nails always last me 2-3 weeks. Lanni always makes time for me (even when I call last minute) she does a quality job and is enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend her!

Kris Devoe Nail tech was very rough with me pulling my arms, filing my finger tips, and squeezing my fingers. He did a mediocre job on my ANC I don’t normally have a problem when I come here, but this gentleman had to have been new or in a bad mood. They just lost a customer.

I can only speak of my experiences I waited at least 29 minutes or more several times even with appointment my friend was turned away because they over booked. They are hit and miss sometimes my nails look great and other times it’s terrible but most importantly is some of the women working there are rude after that last experience I will never go to this salon again despite the convenience of location and being fairly priced I much rather pay 5 dollars more get taken on time, have my nails look great and be appreciated for my business.

Julia Goyette On Friday the 3rd I called the salon, around 645, to ask if they would be able to take me for a basic pedicure- as I knew they closed at 8 and it was cutting it a little close. They had said if I got there soon, then they could take me. I got there at just about 7, and was seated quite quickly which was nice. The woman helping me was initially very sweet, however I noticed her moving very quickly but it was understandable at the time. While using the heel filer, she actually cut the side of my big toe. I didn’t notice at first then she sprayed something and it stung, and I looked down to find a cut/small gouge in my toe. I brushed it off. Then, she rushed to finish my toes (which I had to request a spot be fixed) and brought me over to the waiting area. They did look good when she initially finished! However, it was getting closer to closing- but my toes were no where near dry. She came over to feel them and then came back with plastic wrap, and proceeded to wrap my toes in the plastic wrap. Before doing it, I said “I think they’re going to smudge if you do that, they’re still wet”. She said “it’s okay”. Well, they surely smudged. I told her they smudged and that they really needed to be redone and they were messy and no longer looked good. She said “it’s okay” and came back with more nail polish to cover the areas that smudged. This made them look even more messy as you could see the buildup of the smudged areas underneath the additional layer, also making the amount of polish very thick. I was very disappointed now with how they looked, which I again expressed. I sat back under the dryer, since they were still very wet. She came back with a spray and said “okay you’re good to go”, I told her they were still wet. She said “it’s okay, they’re okay”. She was standing next to me waiting. Also at this time, every employee was standing with their coats on and staring at me waiting. It got to the point where I felt so rushed, uncomfortable and beyond not welcome, that I felt 100% forced to leave. So, I walked out in those paper thin slide ons- on this night that was -2 degrees and had to walk to my car in then since my nails were still in fact very wet. Coming from someone who worked in customer service/retail- I very much understand closing times, but you do not rush a customer nor do you disregard their concern and have then leave completely dissatisfied. Again, I also called ahead to make sure it would be okay as I was considering the later time- and they said yes. I will never be returning here. I was left with smudged toes and numb toes from walking out essentially barefoot. Would recommend looking for further, or if you do decide to try it- avoid going within 2 hours of closing time.

I messed up one of my nails and broke another and they fixed both without problem. Will be going back the minute I have time. Other customers seem happy and familiar.

Deana M I’m so disappointed in this nail salon that was recommended to me. To begin, I was referred to Alina, a nail tech who only does hands. She books through Instagram and so I thoroughly read through her policy, followed the instructions and booked with her for my hands and also informed her of needing a pedicure as well, which we also scheduled. We agree on an appt, to which she then had to change, which was perfectly fine. The appt was booked for a gel hands and feet set. I arrived at 615pm for my 630pm appt, early yes but on time. I then wasn’t seen by Alina until 640pm, even though her policy clearly states to arrive on time. I sit down only to be informed that she can only do my nails and that the salon closes at 7, and another tech cannot do my pedicure as agreed upon booking. Alina supposedly forgot when she rescheduled my 1st appt, despite there being proof of the booking thru Instagram. She did not communicate that with the other nail techs because I could have been booked for an earlier appt. After completing my hands, I was satisfied and did love my set! A few weeks later, I decided to give the salon a 2nd chance. Unfortunately, Alina’s and I availability didn’t match up for another appt, which was fine but we agreed for me to contact the salon directly to book. I spoke with Tina on 6/19 and Tina immediately got me an appt for 6/20 at 6pm, which was perfect. I arrived at 545pm for my appt, and was greeted by a tech already servicing others. I let her know I’m here for my 6pm appt with Tina. The tech informs me that Tina wasn’t in today. I reiterated to the tech that I spoke with Tina directly yesterday and made an appt, and if this is the case, why wasn’t I contacted to either cancel or reschedule if no one else was available. The tech had nothing to say, I then ask who is going to service me since I still have my appt. The tech said “I’m busy”. I looked to Alina, asking her, what’s going on with the poor communication in this salon. All Alina could tell me was that she just found out today she wasn’t going to be here. At no point, did anyone attempt to either address the issue nor was there an apology, surrounding the poor communication. From what I see, the techs work for themselves making their own appt’s and do not communicate with each other. This is exactly why nail techs have such a negative rapport, because they’re only concerned about making money, that they disregard customer service and communication. I do not care to return, hence why I was giving them a try. But this is what you get when aesthetics do not match professionalism.

LeftSacha I was recommended by my friend to get my nails done there since her nails are always fire!!!! So far I have went 3x and my pedicures have lasted at least a month Inbetween visits, the service is great, friendly, can converse with staff & other Customers which is a bonus!!! Im rather extremely picky, designs on every toe, etc...but Tina & her staff always accommodated me. As long as my toes & hands are on point every visit then they have a lifelong customer in me

Cindy Diaz Was going here for years, and I stopped going during covid because the quality was slipping. Decided to give them another shot this summer. Biggest regret . 1st set barely hung on 2 weeks. Gave them another chance, second set barely hung on a week. Only reason this isnt a 1 star, is firstly because I had been going there so long, and they are nice people. Secondly, the did correct the 2nd set and fixed my nails on Thursday 7/25. Well, its Tuesday 7/30 and one of the brand new nails popped off. I was scheduled to go back for a pedicure over this past weekend, and did not go because the shape of these nails are off, they do not match. Its just a mess. Unfortunately will no longer be recommending them to anyone or sending them business.

Tamthwaits Auto1 I have been struggling with finding a good nail salon and I thought I would give Super Nails a try and I’m so glad I did! Nancy who I think is the owner was so busy but made sure she paid attention to every person and ran the place smoothly. I had a broken nail and she paid extra attention to my nail. My daughter went with me and we will definitely be back!

Laurie Lambert Had a ANC with French tips and a Hollywood spa pedicure. Totally awesome experience. The back, foot/leg and hand massage that Paul provided was terrific and the pampering was very much needed. Will totally return for more services and recommend to others!

tempted love This was my third.time.going and im never going back. I had a younger gentlemen do my nails. The very first time I went I had Abby she was awesome. The second time I had the guy who runs the store and he picked up his phone every 2 seconds was very distracted so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. This third and last straw for me I had a younger guy. Didnt have a excuse kept shaking my hands which was hurting me. He sawed my fingers and when I told him it hurt he laughed and was like its ok. Then he made all my nails literally bubbles. I told him I wasnt happy he said we can take them off and Ill redue them but I will charge you half. Excuse me. Im disgusted and feel cheated. Im going somewhere else and they are going to fix them for free cause this is beyond gross. And all 3 times I made the appointments not a walk in.

erica frank The worst gel manicure. He missed several spots, didn’t put it on thick enough and once I got out in the daylight I could see there were bubbles all over my nails. We were in a rush so I couldn’t go back to have him fix it. I will say everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. He just did an awful job on our nails.

DAVID ZHENG Fabulous experience! Took my girl to get the nail art last week, the workers were so kind, professional, and were very polite. The whole environment felt very comfortable and clean! It was one of the best experience and the best nail salon in the Albany region!!! I will definitely come back again.

Kellehh Daly This nail salon is by far the best in the capital region as a whole. TQ and Tammy are amazing. My acrylics normally last me 4 weeks, the shape of my nails are always on point, and the designs are beautifully done. I refuse to go anywhere else and I never will.

River Bailey me and my mom went to get our nails done together, and it was our first time there and a walk-in. they were speedy with getting both of out sets done and took their time to be precise with nail art, and gave exactly, if not better, what we asked for. only downside was the pricing. $100 for a full set and one hand. still definitely worth it, will be going back! 10/10

Anita Cutter Ive been going there now for about four months. For the most part anyone that does my nails is younger and they have done a great job. My last time was a week ago nails done by older woman, and she was so distracted with what was going on to worry about doing a half ass job on my nails. In one week one of my nails fill gas chipped off and on two nails my nail polish is chipping. After painting my nails she ran off into ealmart and I sat there looking for someone to fix me. I am returning there to have these fixed however Ill not allow that older woman to touch my hands.

Miss Devilina Very rude customer service. I went in today to just wax my eyebrows. I had to sit and wait over 15 minutes. Which was fine, I didn’t mind. The lady waxed my eyebrows and I went to the register to pay. I pulled out my credit card and handed it to her. She asked me why I didn’t have cash. Told me to make sure next time to bring cash. I’ve been waxing my eyebrows here for years now and have always paid with a card. Then she asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said yes. I signed it then she took it and never gave it to me. I said thank you and she walked away with an attitude and ignored me. Very rude for no reason. Will not be returning. Don’t know since when paying with cash is a problem. Guess she wanted me to pay with cash because she wanted a tip, which there was no way she was even getting one after that experience.

Lisa Sindoni I have brought my daughter here twice now to get nails done. We havent had to wait, and the same woman did her nails both times. She had specific colors and designs requested, and all was done perfectly.

Monique Stamps I went to get a basic fill-in and French tip. It came out to $33. I wasnt asked if I wanted them cut down, what base coat for the French tip (pink, clear etc) usual routine with a french tip. My nails started lifting 2 days later. I was told that the polish used was gel but I always get gel polish at my regular salon and I know for a fact he used regular polish and charged me for Gel but I did not want to argue and I could tell it would be one. Save yourself the time and money.

Audrey Matern I am a little sad that the service is not up to the those of the past owners. i just got a pedicure and manicure first he cut my toe nails before the foot sock foot scrubbing was fair but he did not get the back of my heels or ankles as I have had in the past toe trimming was good but my nails should have I believe trimmed. Leg and foot massage was less then a minute per leg I expected at least an 3 minute massage per leg covering the whole leg to just below the knee he did not massage the back of my legs at all another service I have received from TU in the past. Manicure was 3 star again it would have been more but his work station was dirty he did clean it but waited several minuted to finishes what work he was doing on my hands then he brought a hot cloth spread it on my hands for maybe 3 seconds again to shot a time then he us the cloth to clean the work area then gave me a at tops a 10 ssecond hand massage again to shot a time. after 20 minutes under the fans I put on my shoes left a $2 tip it would have been more but I did feel the service was lacking

Mizz Q First, they still use the razor during pedicures. Thats illegal. Their work is below average at best. Their prices are high for no reason. They should be ashamed and Im reporting them to the state. Never, ever go here. Theyre disgusting. Oh and when they screw up on your services, they make it seem like youre wrong for wasting your money. They kick you out instead of fixing the issue or refunding your money. I posted a photo of their work AFTER a $35 pedicure. It looks exactly the same as they did before. Im so disgusted. Im reporting to everyone who I can. They dont need to be in service. I will be reporting them to the licensing board and anyone else I can report them to. Ugh!

Melanie Groah Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I’ll note that I have been here twice before and had lovely other employees take care of me. Not today! The most rude person I have ever had did my nails. I believe she was at station 4. She was very hard handling my hands, she cut my finger which made it bleed, didn’t even apologize, pushed my hands away to dry each time. Wouldn’t talk to me at all when I only spoke to her twice nicely. I 12/10 do not recommend ever stepping foot in this place. I will never go back here. I am a very kind person and have never felt so poorly about a self care service. Do better!!!

Lindsey Wait This place is the best! I was running around after work and didn’t end up getting here until 7:25. They were more than willing to take me for my acrylic fill even thought they close at 8. The owner stayed just to have me as their client. She did not rush, she was kind and she has her work down to a science. More than pleased with the results. Many colors to choose from and very affordable as well. I will be coming back!

DEMETREHA BEBERAGGI Do not I repeat do not go here for service especially with Nancy chair 4. She is very rude and all over the place. She did a horrible job and when ask can she fix she refused and said no honey this good work. Now tell me is this good work ? Then had the nerves to beg for a tip. I left and went to Lavender nails on union Street in Schenectady they need the department of health to check that place as well yuck they do not sterilize nothing. Nancy is a horrible person and needs to be fired asap. My little sister that’s 8 years old could have did a better job

Jojo Wilson I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one I have to..the one talked lady who did my nails was absolutely terrible. She didn’t speak any English ANY Or at least was ignoring me, but she had her nail bit on way too high. She kept burning me With the nail file, all of my fingers are cut and she left my nails super super chunky. BUT What good I do have to say about this whole experience is that the older gentleman heard me complaining and he personally re did them for me and he made them look very very good. There is a shorter lady there and her work is absolutely amazing!

Maria Justiniano Dont even barther spending your money here.They are horrible The first time I went here. They charged me $55 for a full set, 2 of my nail were crooked. I returned 2 weeks later for a fill. The same chunky woman that does not speak English did my nails again. I told her my nails were lifting & she put acrylic right over the lifted parts instead of snipping off the lifted parts. She cut me twice once with the file and then my cuticle because she was sanding too close and didnt even say sorry. When I was done, We want to the counter & She punched in the amount i owed her on a calculator and turned it to show me how much I had to give her. She charged me $43 for just a fill & polish. I go to Walmart & they only charge $35. I complained to them about the price, but they ignored all ignored me and acted like the didnt know what I was saying. Im sure that one of them understands English.. well 2 of my nails came off 3 days later. I will not be going back to this place. They need to learn English so they can learn to speak to their customers and understand what their customers want. There prices dont match the board on their wall. I rather spend $80 at a place that does a fantastic job.

kayle wilson I’m not too sure what is wrong with the people who run this business… I swear I felt like it was not even real life!!! I cannot believe how this experience for me and my two kids just went … Came in today for an appointment I made.. 3 full sets. Over the phone I asked them how much it was going to cost, they said $40 each set. Once we got there the staff was incredibly rude.. did not say a single word besides sit when we walked in. Sat down and just waited till they waved me over alone as my two kids sat to the side. One guy started to prep me. I noticed how disgusting and unsanitary everything was. Immediately felt like this is not going to be good. (It was my first time ever here.) and I’m not one to crack code but it was just gross. I could not believe it. The one guy starts my nails, then switch with another guy, who then SWITCHES again to another guy… I was SO confused.. but whatever. Had my one kid go up finally like 20 minutes later. Lady was super rough and rude with her. Left cuts all over her cuticles.. was pulling her hands even though she was just sitting there… this lady was being so rude I almost got up to say something. My next kid went over and the guy was being super weird to her. Halfway through all of a sudden you could hear someone in the back CRYING FOR HELP!!!!! EXCUSE ME?!?! The man stopped half way on my second child … LOOKED ST HER AND SAID “PAY NOW” to which my kids were like ummm?? And called for me. The man looked at me and then sat back down and painted her nails. Listen… idk what this place is on… but absolutely will never go here again… ON the board it says $40 full set and they kept telling me $47???? I was so confused and felt like I was about to be on a prank tv show. This isn’t even all of it!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

vidya rupnarine waste of time. sat here for over an hour whilst all the other employees sat around and the only lady to do brows is doing nails. only wanted my brows done. but when i come to do nails same lady would get up in the middle of doing my nails to do lashes or brows.
