Christian Mortensen Would rate 0 if I could. Went in later (which is my 1st mistake) asked the technician if she was available or if I could make an appointment for another day if they were closed. She said she was free. I asked for a simple cleaning up of my edges and a small trim on the sides. Specifically said dont touch the length on top. She proceeded to take thinning scissors to the top on my head in a quick one handed hacking motion ruining my hair. My hair cut is severely crooked and uneven. Another stylist at a different salon said my hair will take months to be able to be fixed. Ive had to shave my head.

Catherine Moore I have been very pleased with the service I received from Shannon. She was thoughtful as I navigated my first color to cover the grays and gave sound advice. I have been back twice for roots with very consistent results.
Shannon has been cutting my kids hair for more than 10 years. She has always been friendly and kind to them, although she is not afraid to offer her opinion when asked (I find this to be endearing because she is always her authentic self). My kids love Shannon and feel she is very kind. I finally took the plunge and asked her to cut my hair (curly, many trust issues due to that) and she has done a fantastic job. I would recommend Shannon.

We always request Shannon do our cuts and highlights whenever we can.
She is friendly, professional, and patient with all of our children. She has cut my hair many times as well, we always enjoy our conversations with Shannon and her professionalism.
