Anonymous ?? Would give zero if possible, I came to the ER with my grandfather due to heart problems and falling and have been waiting for 2 hours so far. I understand that other people are here for help as well but we came when there was 1 person waiting to be picked up and 2 needed to be seen. People have been discharged and people who just got here have been brought in, staff is rude and seems they have no clue what is going on. Would not recommend bringing a loved one here especially if you’re not ready to buy a coffin.

Marcy Mawn I will share.. my mother was transported 3/6/25 at 11 a.m. got here by 11:30 shes in so much pain unable to even walk and still at 4 p.m. she has still not been seen or had any tests that were ordered. Nurses say Im not the nurse taking care of her. Ok so exactly where is the nurse that is supposedly taking care of her. This place is a joke. Word of advice DO Not bring your family here for emergency care.

Chris Lohr Avoid this death trap at all costs! Fell off a ladder and had a tibia plateau fracture and a clean break of the fibula. They made me sit 9 hours in the waiting room before taking x-rays. Once they did and how serious the injury was, they promptly called me an ambulance for transportation to a competent hospital!

Brandon Emley I want to be very clear. THIS RATING IS FOR THE PHYSICAL THERAPY DEPARTMENT ONLY!! The hospital and ER are definitely a ZERO score!! They can barely keep you alive, if they dont misdiagnose you. Justin and the staff at outpatient rehab are amazing!!

Lisa Silva On Christmas day, my uncle was taken to olean general hospital with altered mental status. He had been there a week tomorrow , we still know nothing. My aunt gets called to please be there early because extensive heart tests and mental tests done. She spends the whole day there, never sees a doctor and nothing tested on my uncle. I drive a hour to get there and when she asks questions she literally gets yelled at that they dont know anything and he is fine. OK, well went in yesterday and he was fully clothe in his street clothes, dragged a chair and sitting by the nurses station, mind you, he pulled out his ivs and had not a single person noticed. My aunt saying she needed help with him, again, not a sole helped her. Today I went with her, he was very agitated when we got there and we were asking for information on what is happening with him. Again it was like we were from outerspace. And told they know nothing. Its been a week, my aunt can barely walk with back issues and heart issues of her own. I will be making a report . Very very discouraged
