Timbo LeClerc Small town business that has a small town experience. The store itself has a very comprehensive amount of hardware to help you get your projects done. All the workers are hard working and do their best to help you with your HVAC needs. Would definitely recommend.

Clayton Williams I like mom & pop stores! Vail hardware is a great little hardware shop with a great selection, I have to say. I break a lot of stuff so if I need some glass cut or some custom duct work made. I go to Vail in Little valley. Always nice to me & there happy to help. If I dont have to go to a "Big Box Store" Im happy! People Supporting People!

David Ruszkowski This company installed a furnace in the spring of 2013, later that year in the fall the furnace was not working. They showed up to fix the problem, troubleshooted it and then charged me $89.00 without advising me of the fees before doing the work. You would think that if a company installs a furnace that they would offer a certain period where they support the product. Watch this company they will pull out hidden charges like this one. On the original job they also left behind lots of garbage like pop cans, etc. in my basement.

Duane Perkins Good old fashion hardware. Have a lot of items and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Bench Rider Im from Cleveland and have a cabin nearby. These guys are great. They have a great inventory and are very helpful in getting you out the door quickly. They even deliver larger orders. Plus, they are dog friendly.

John Bronneberg The guys helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Even offered advice for what I was working on. Didnt waist my time trying to sell me stuff I didnt need.

Shawn DeHos THE BEST day spa I have ever been to and the BEST massage I have ever had. The staff from checking in with the receptionist, my masseuse, and the rest of the staff I encountered are second to none. Everyone was extremely accommodating, kind and professional. I recommend them 1000% and surely will be using their services regularly. I cant wait to make my next appointment!

Alyssa Gluck Please do not expect to receive a massage or a good interaction with the employees here. Our trip to holiday valley was planned months in advance, including a massage for our mom. The day of the massage, actually an hour before, we were informed the appointment was cancelled. Which is ironic, because they ignored their own 24 hour cancellation policy! Emily, the unfortunate owner of this spa, did absolutely nothing to compensate for their mistake, after we drove 6 hours to be here. She was incredibly unhelpful and rude over the phone, and disagreed that it was her responsibly to try to accommodate for her employee calling in sick. We received no compensation, no apologies, only an argument over the phone due to her negative attitude about the situation she needed to handle. The skiing is great, Emily and her spa is not. Beware!

Tricia Mezhir My favorite place to be. I can always count on impeccable service when I’m at the Oasis. The mani pedi is a staple and sure to please, but I highly recommend their facials and massages if you want to leave feeling like a totally pampered person. I highly recommend the Oasis…. you will simply enjoy from the moment you walk in the door.

Aamna Hussain We were looking forward to our duo massages but we were unfortunately disappointed. As someone with over 14 years as a massage therapist I found the massage to be subpar. I will not be coming back for any massage services.

Kelly Merritt I recently went for a spa day with my duaghter, who is getting married, and about 10 other women. The salon itself is clean and beautiful. The technicians were fantastic! The event coordinator or whatever she is calling herself was another story. She was flitting around with importance the whole time, telling us we cant get loud, we had to move our stuff over to half of the waiting room because there were other clients coming, which none ever did. She really made us feel like we were an obstacle she needed to navigate around in her perfect day. I have worked at a salon that hosted many wedding parties and events like this and while she was "polite", she never made us feel welcome, the complete opposite as a matter of fact. This was my first experience in Ellicottville and the spa. And it will be my last at the spa.
