Fh Fh I refrained from leaving a negative review because I was hoping Irina would do the right thing and she never did. It has been 2 months and the situation does not sit well with me which is the reason for my review. Irina was on time and I have nothing negative to say regarding her punctuality. Everything else was awful. No masks were worn during the service and while I believe they were not mandated at the time of the service (2 months ago) considering how close you are to the client it would be ideal considering there is no barrier between the client and worker like most salons have done. My finger was cut and I had a scar for weeks after the appointment. When I showed my family my nails they thought I had painted them myself with an at home kit. I ended up going to another nail salon the day after and getting them redone. Irina used inappropriate language as well. I was more concerned with her feelings than my own because I did not want to hurt her feelings at the time of the appointment so I was polite and left. I later brought the awful language to her attention and she offered me a free service. I advised I did not want a free service given I do not feel comfortable there. No refund was ever offered which I feel is extremely unprofessional given the circumstances. The right thing was not done and I do not want others to go here and experience the same thing it is unfair to future visitors. Edit to respond to the response I received: First, I was encouraged to take off my mask as soon as I walked in so the fact that I had it on was not respected. Second, I did reach out the next day and advised I felt uncomfortable with the language used to refer to me. (Racial comment/joke) I was offered a free service which I turned down because I had already stated I did not feel comfortable there and would not be returning. A REFUND was never offered to me which is what I believe is unprofessional & when I mentioned this incident to my family they were shocked that I was not offered a refund given the cut on my finger, the fact that I had to get my nails redone the next day because they looked like I had painted them myself at home and the insensitive language. I waited to leave a review because I was hoping you would reach back out and do the right thing and you never did. The money was more important to you than making it right and other people should be aware.

Ilene Goldman Irina, the owner, is very professional and respectful of everyone that comes in for her services. She is very accommodating, and her mani/pedis and waxing services are the best around. I would not go anywhere else for these services. The shop is very clean and adheres to state guidelines for the Corona virus. What more can I say? Give her shop a try and find out for yourself.

Ana Cubillos I’ve come here once before for a pedicure that was nice so I came in for a gel mani pedi. Definitely a mistake. Cuticles flooded, sides look messy and jagged, barely cleaned the polish off my skin. My toes were also a mess but you can’t tell as much since the light pink color chosen was pretty much clear, but I’ll own that part. I gave two stars based on the cleanliness of the salon and general customer service.

Sadie Patton Mia was very good. She adjusted to my ticklish feet and was very through with my nail care. The environment was relaxing and calm. Color selection was excellent and the salon was neat and clean. I returned to this salon and got a gel manicure with Zoey and it turned out amazing. Absolutely would recommend

Syleena Jones Very welcoming and sat me down within seconds despite me not having an appointment. They copied the design I wanted exactly like the picture. They also had really cool hand bags that make your hands super soft after everything is done!!!

Kate Underhill Tom and his staff are amazing! I have been coming here for many years and am always impressed with everything! Several months ago I came in looking to do something different with my hair but not entirely sure what to do and Tom suggested a funky short hair style that I love and have been keeping for the past several months. With this style I have been getting multiple complaints about my hair and I always tell them that I get it done by Tom at Appearance Day Spa! The same time that I started getting my hair done with the funky short cut I also started to get my hair colored to a brighter blonde….before that I had only gotten some highlights in my hair…this time I got my hair completely colored; Tom colored my hair himself and made sure that I was comfortable and nothing felt like it was burning or hurt. 100/10! I love coming here to get my hair done! I won’t let anyone but Tom do my hair!!! Tom is the best!!!!!

Shari Mullen My daughter had her hair blown out and curled for a very special event. Sorry to say the curls did not even last until she got home to change into her party clothes. She was quite upset as was I that I spent money for nothing.

Tom knows the latest hair cut & color trends.. Having fine hair -Tom some how works his magic & I always leave satisfied! My husband, son , & friends are now followers of Tom due to his consistency & expertise.. My only regret is not finding him sooner!

M R Saturday, January 18th. Decided to get gel. Later on in the day, the polish started to lift on 3 nails. Was I happy? No, especially since I spent the money and tipped way to much! Not worth it at all. It’s always a rush, rush job.

Shannon Kelly My experience with Ryan was great! I hate getting my nails done to be honest! Ryan made it better. He was pleasant, fast and careful all at the same time! He showed that he cared about what my nails looked like and assured I was happy with the outcome. He suggested adding a shiny silver line, even after closing time to make sure I was satisfied. As you can see I decided I like them the way they were. He was def tired after a long day and didn’t have to do that. Thank you! Definitely giving 5 stars after todays visit . My other experiences have always been pleasant as well!

delight bhonda l am satisfied with the service at this spa. i did get annoyed three times at one point when they damaged my cuticles and filed me so bad it was painful for days to wash hands. The other time they made me pay for shaping my nails that were already shaped and the third time the same nail design l was charged more money for the same thing. I always stick to a type of routine with my nails. i did however decide to keep going and see what happens and l am glad l stayed. I just gave 4 star for the times l got annoyed but they actually do a good job! I intend to stay there.

Marika Motley They sat me down for a full set with an unlicensed, 16 year old. She had a necklace that said “2008,” and when I asked her, she said that was the year she was born. YOU HAVE TO BE AT LEAST 17 to apply for a license. I walked out before she finished applying the acrylic it was that bad.

B. Lewis I got my nails done here twice and both times I was overly satisfied! The nail polish is quality polish, service is quick but not rushed, the environment is clean and sanitary. The pedicures even for a basic is thorough. There’s so many gel colors to choose from as well. I love this place! Thank you for exceptional service!

Liv Good Lisa does a really really good job with shaping. I usually get my nails done really long and very pointy. I came in for a fill in for a set of acrylic nails that I had got done at another place. Lisa was able to fix my shape and correct the work from another salon. She was also very nice and very patient. I love her work I’m in the chair as we speak. Not done yet as far as color, but I’ll upload a pic of the shape work she did

Jennifer Riggins I started coming here after I was referred to this salon, first time there, she did exactly what I wanted , 2nd time, same thing and the 3rd time was great! I love finding salons that will do exactly what you need without a problem. They are so accommodating with offering you water. Music playing in the backdrop. It was refreshing. I have recommended this salon to a few of my girlfriends! I always get compliments on my nails! Definitely my new go to place!!

Robert Hufnagel Million Nail Spa. First time visiting. All Chinese both men and women. Very clean nail salon. Clean bathroom. Owen. He was the young man who did my manicure and Pedicure. Great Job! Very nice Man. I did enjoy my visit to Million Nail Spa. I had the basic manicure. I had the Spa pedicure. So relaxing. Owen. Did a very good job. I would recommend. Both to family and friends. Owen. Stefanie Ferguson It is very rare that I leave reviews, but I had to rave about how good this place is. I was in search of a new nail salon and stumbled upon Million Nail Spa so I booked a SNS appointment with Eric. Eric did a phenomenal job on my nails! I have been getting my nails done for years and they have never looked better. Eric is very meticulous and great at what he does. The nail salon is also clean and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Michel It was my 2nd visit , and I will not be back. I paid $93 for a gel mani and basic pedi (which was on the menu for $35) - and of course I tipped - but she knew I was dissatisfied and questioning the price. I was just in need of filing and polish on my fingernails since I dont have much to work with right now after cutting my own nails. It was really not worth the money, and I know it was not supposed to be this expensive since my friend referred me there. Very disappointed. Happy Holidays.

The nail salons near my home are not nearly as good. Here at lucky nail spa 2 I got a deluxe pedicure French tip and full set done both with gel and a design and Michelle did such a wonderful job. It’s very nice inside, clean, spacious, they also offer water etc. they’re very professional but also friendly and it’s a great atmosphere. Very relaxing. The boss is usually in walking around greeting everyone and is very nice as well too. 10/10 would recommend here

Julmarria Jackson While visiting Poughkeepsie, I stopped here to get a pedicure and dip set. The pedicure was nice, although my toe nails were only partially painted on some ties. I gave the nail tech the inspiration pic of what I wanted and asked her if she could do it. She said, "Yes." I was surprised when she dipped most of my nails black because of the design , but shed told me that her clients nails usually last 3-4 weeks. I dont know what she did differently to mine, but they did not last 4 days. I got them done on Thursday, and by the next day, the dip set was lifting from my nails and cracking. With no time to return to the shop and ask them to fix the mess made on my nails, I will have to have them removed and replaced at cost to me. The nails with the design were $69, and the pedicure was $45. So 3 days later, this is what the nails look like. The inspiration picture is also provided.

Jaime Cathcart Was in from out of town, went for a mani and pedi, there was no wait time however my hands and feet look like no one cut any cuticles whatsoever, there is gel polish on my cuticles, you can see skin under the gel polish, my feet look dry and cracked where they didn’t when I went in. It was very rushed I was in the pedicure chair 11 minutes if that to remove polish as well as the pedicure, the manicure was rushed also I spent a total of 40 minutes there for both services, picking a color to processing my payment. There was a few techs and 3 customers so it’s not like they had been busy and people waiting to rush through it. When you say something they get annoyed.

Priscilla Kendall UPDATE: I am taking away a star. I got my nails done on Aug 19, so exactly 2 weeks ago, and my gel nails are just falling apart. I attached pictures (mauve colors) where the chipping and peeling is very severe. I have a pretty sedentary life right now (off for the summer) so I haven’t done anything to really mess it up this much. I am very disappointed. The last manicure lasted for a full month before chipping, same as many other places I have gone. Also I would like to note that the manicure itself wasn’t the best, it was lumpy and had uneven spots from the beginning. First Review: So this place is really nice inside and the prices are great! Overall they did a good job with the nails too. I can’t rate 5 stars though for two reasons. 1. They didn’t use a lining in the pedicure tub which isn’t the most hygienic. 2. You can see on the toes and nails that the technician didn’t go all the way to the cuticle- meaning that as it grows it will look older and need to be done sooner.

Arrived with my friend and they started her pedicure 25 minutes prior to mine (sitting together of course) I was than completed in 15 minutes total however due to the running late in starting me I was only able to do the Regular Pedicure on their menu @ $25.00 When I went to pay 4% if a charge (but said you can use the "ATM" they do get a commission on people with drawing funds but needless to say I paid CASH. and she charged me $28.00. They need to change the menu they had you as you sit down. I will no return.

Mikayla Sarmiento First time going there, and I am not one to get my nails done frequently I would give 4.5 stars. I was able to book an appointment and was seen right on time! I got gel tips and nail polish. It was 60 for gel tips and 10 extra for design/shape. I had a photo inspiration and Cindy was amazing and did her best to get the shape and design I asked for. She was very pleasant and so was the person I was greeted by. Nails were not 100% perfect but in this area one of the best sets I have received. Will definitely be back.

Brian did a great job on my pedicure, and it was an all around great experience. Thank you very much for my beautiful set! By the way, the nail set was not very long and still came out this amazing.

I never caught his name, but he did an amazing job! perfect shape and good quality. never a miss coming here 2/3/25 Zen and her artistic capabilities are outstanding. She never disappoints with her designs and efficiency! 12/17/24 Very happy with my new set, Max once again very enjoyable to talk to, remembered my name and what we’d talked about. Highly satisfied and recommended. 8/1/24 Very friendly staff and nice environment. Stopped in randomly off a whim, they took me right in and made me feel welcome. Max was super nice, and did a great job on my gel set. It’s was nice he made a point to get to know me. Definitely will be back soon for a pedicure too!

Trixie Tezz Ive been going to same tech for over 2 years, very satisfied (even referred friends and family). Got my regular gel fill and he plowed the drill into my cuticles twice (2 different fingers). Each time the pain made me pull my hand away as if I were being sliced with a knife. He got angry and upset that I snatched my hand away from pain. Told me that "I have to take it so that he can clean it out". I said "it hurt youre digging to hard n close". He said, "next time you come, find another person". He finished the service with an attitude while talking to his co-workers in an angry tone. He was clearly discussing what happened. At end of service, the fill looked sub par and seemed amaturistic. It was not his best work. He had someone else cash me out while he walked away. No worries about using a new tech, I will find a new nail salon!!

ashia collins Wonderful experience!!! My sister and I were immediately greeted and seated for our pedicures, our nail techs were very in-depth with their service! We were then escorted to our manicures which were beautiful, we serviced by Dianne and Hai, and both were absolutely amazing!! 10 out of 10 service!

Ashly Jones I came in there previously and my pedicure was great but I didn’t really like the shape of my nails the first time around. I went again in hopes that it will be fixed and had a different tech. Hai is great! He took time and shaped my nails the way I preferred. The blue is the 1st time and the red was the second Hai full set with design and pedicure they’re great there.

caitlin taft My pedicure was great and the nail tech was very kind and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately I decided to also get a manicure, no polish just wanted my nails shaped and cuticles worked on. She shaped them well and buffed them but now my cuticles are a wreck. I’ve had this happen when I’ve tried to do my own cuticles but I’ve never had this happen after a professional manicure.

Lindsey Baillargeon Been coming here for over a year now and I will only see Hanna. She is an artist at what she does. I leaving feeling amazing and always get compliments on my nails. Everyone there is so nice and they all do an amazing job.

Robin K Service has gone way downhill. Waited a hour for my nail tech to show up(only waited bc they started prepping my nails & I couldn’t leave with them like that!) Didn’t even come close to the design I asked for & the design was ugly. Yesterday I walked out 40 minutes past my appointment, fed up since I’ve been a client for several years & now this has happened twice. My daughter went in a few weeks ago & they did a horrible job & were rude when she asked them to fix it. Too many nail salons in the area to get bad service

Diana Ferreira Only giving it two stars because the lady who did my pedicure was very good, however the lady who did my UV Gel manicure completely ruined my nails. She excessively filed them on the sides and got to my nail bed. She couldn’t even make a simple design that included tiny flowers because she didn’t know how to do it but failed to tell me that. $60 dollars to the garbage. Will never come back to this place.

Jisha Mathew Took my little girl in for the first time to get her ready for her last year in junior high. One of her friends recommended Soso… and she was anything but! Lol! She was meticulous, gentle, and professional, and my daughter’s nails came out looking exactly like picture she showed … just how she wanted it. Shayna Skillings First, let me tell you that I am very picky and have never done my nails outside of Manhattan. I was up here visiting my family and was in need of a manicure so I figured I’d take the chance. Soso did an amazing job I’m honestly thinking about making this my regular nail salon. She was gentle, kind, she even asked me if the white on my French manicure was too thick or too thin! I appreciated her taking her time and answering all of my questions since it was my first time here and I wanted to be sure I was getting the same quality work that I usually do. This nail salon exceeded my expectations and it’s honestly a hidden gem. My hands look amazing from any angle! I’m going to attach pictures so you can see for yourself.

giovanna provenzano My new go to salon. Went off a recommendation and I was not disappointed. JON did a wonderful job with my fill & nail art and took his time. I didnt feel rushed, communication was easy, and everyone was very friendly. I will continue to use their services going forward.

Kris Fo I went here because I used to go when I lived nearby, and my regular place is on vacation. First, they soaked off my almond shaped tips with powder completely, then charged me extra to put back on the tips they took off, and more again to make them almond. She glued almost every tip onto my skin, then sliced the skin in SIX different places filing them. Almost every nail has excess material underneath. The pedicure I got was a little better, but she cut one of my toenails at a diagonal, and my 2 pinkie toe she cut and made two sharp edges on each nail. Worst nail experience I’ve ever had.

Graciela Torres I got acrylic french tips for $53, which is a fair price but there were a few things that turned me off about this place. The guy that was doing my nails was rushing through the whole process and cut one of my nails shorter than all the rest. I asked him to make them coffin-shaped after noticing that he had filed them to be square, but I ended up with blocky square nails at the end of it. I came in with a Pinterest inspired picture with a small lipstick design on the ring finger which wasn’t super intricate. Three of the employees attempted to recreate the design to no avail, so I just told them to leave it as regular french tips. I noticed that their workstation and tools were kind of dirty, and that goes for the whole place in general. When I got home I managed to fix the nails myself by filing them down, but I shouldn’t have had to do that after paying them and clearly asking them to make them coffin-shaped. I don’t think I’ll be going back there, the nails ended up nice after I fixed them but if you want good quality for the price, I would suggest that you go to another nail salon. Alyssa Villielm I’ve gone here a few times and usually they’re spot on, but today was awful. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted but chose a different color that I love and told him I just wanted the exact picture with this color and almond nails. My nails are short square, glossy and the nail art looks nothing like the picture.

Allie Sprauer Ive been here several times. Service has been okay at best, not great. My friend went today and had the most awful experience. She asked for a design on her nails, nothing crazy (pictures will be added). Instead of telling her it was not a design that they would be able to do, they made her sit there and re-do the design over and over again while she sat in the chair crying. She left, after they made her pay full price, in tears with an atrocious manicure. It looks awful and now has to be re-done somewhere else. It is completely okay if a design or request is too difficult, but to make someone sit there while you butcher it over and over again and then make them full price for shoddy work is disgusting behavior.

Emily Sweat My daughter and I went for manicures and pedicures today, Jolie and Jenny were amazing. They were so sweet and talented. The designs they did on our nails were beautiful. They both worked with care and skill. You can tell they take pride in their work. We will definitely be back!

Kristen Popolizio The salon is clean and well-kept. Gel removal is done carefully to protect the nails, and I always leave with beautiful manicures and pedicures from all the nail techs. Sinthia, in particular, did an exceptional job on this manicure!

K D Clean salon with a very terrible customer service attitude. They truly act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. I have been coming here about a year . Yesterday I saw Jenny who I have not seen before. I had a spa pedicure scheduled and had a gel manicure which was done there and has been flaking off and my nails chipping so I asked if they were able to just soak them off while I got my pedicure. I didn’t even need a new manicure. I also added if not, when can I come back? I was not demanding it was a question and they agreed to do it. I don’t know if this set Jenny off or what but I was treated so poorly throughout. She didn’t help me in or out of the chair with the gloves on my hands and she didn’t help me sit at the dryer while I had wet hands and feet. The customer next to me did. At the end of the appt I felt unwelcome, disrespected and like I was done a huge favor. But I was paying the $80+ dollars that I was charged and still expected to leave a tip. Hilarious.

Aileen I went here to get UV tips put on for my sisters wedding. They are expensive but I thought that they would come out nice. It came out awful. None are the same shape the French is different on every nail. She cut me several times. A week later one came off, the one that was sticking up. I paid 110 plus tip for them to last a week and Im not rough on them.

Elaines Paleotastic Kitchen The salon is very clean, but there is an attitude like they’re doing you a favor - it’s quite an unpleasant experience. The massage part of the pedicure was excellent, but my nail technician cut me quite badly. She did apologize and put alcohol on it, which stung a lot, but worse is that was a month ago and it still stings and still hurts! One month later…that’s quite a wound she inflicted on me, and I paid over $80 for the privilege. I won’t be going back

Demetri Vrachopoulos Clean, all modern state of the art pedicure chairs, and friendly staff. What’s not to love?? I go whenever I need a little pampering and Sage never disappoints!

Shannon Thomas I’ve been going to Luxe since 2021 and solely schedule my appointments with Bo. He’s great! It’s one of the only places I’ve been to in the area that does acrylic well and doesn’t try to talk you into dip powder. I just show Bo a picture of what I want usually and he does it without a problem. It’s nice feeling like I don’t have to explain the design or anything.

Emelia To begin, Im a very picky person when it comes to my nails. Nearly every place Ive been to fell short in terms of technique and detail. Even the slightest imperfection will drive me insane. I went to Luxe once and never bothered going anywhere else. Bo is my personal favorite nail tech and delivers exactly what Im looking for every time. The precision he has is unmatched. LOVE me a deep cut french. People compliment me on my nails every day and I always send them here. The best nail salon in the 845 hands down. Be sure to make your appointments ahead of time! The schedule gets quite packed in here and for good reason.

Rose Rabadi I came in this morning and was given a sloppy and rushed job on my powder nails. First off, she was handling my nails roughly and not paying attention to detail. Going to the salon to get your nails done is meant to be a relaxing and pampering experience but the nail technicians treated their business like an assembly line. My nails on one hand are much longer than the other hand, and to fix this for me she simply trimmed ONE of the nails on the longer hand...now it is uneven in more than one way. My nails are not nearly symmetrical. Next they waxed my eyebrows and made them uneven, did not trim them, and did not apply a cooling lotion afterward. Their cheap wax also made me break out which never happens to me. Regardless of how busy, the quality of service should NOT change because the price I pay does not change. I shouldn’t have tipped but I did 5 dollars, and she made it clear she was not pleased with that. They are rude in general as well and I will be telling my family to not go there again.

Raquel Giber The best salon in all dutchess county. I moved here a year ago from the city so i was looking for a salon that was up to par and by far this slaon exceeded my expectations. They do exactly what i want. I get the perfect shape that I look for and all the nail techs are all friendly. Its super clean and i enjoy going there everytime!! And the best part is that theyre opened 7 days. And the massages that you get!!!

Ashley Deyo Jason did my pedicure and manicure. He took his time and did a great job. They are exactly what I wanted. He and the rest of the staff were all very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and made recommendations for what I should do based on my nails. The only thing that I disliked was that they convinced me to get the gel manicure and pedicure, and said they would do exactly what I wanted.....but never told me how much extra that would be until everything was done and they gave me my total. I ended up spending a lot more than I had expected. As long as they last a really long time, itll be worth it. It just caught me off guard, and I probably wouldnt have agreed to the gels if I had known the bill would be sooo expensive.

Malorie First of all they’re more expensive for less. I got a callous removal pedicure with 5 minute massage for $32 when other salons do callus remover for $25-30 with ten minute massages. The guy doing my pedicure cut the back of my foot badly making it bleed a lot, did not apologize or anything just wiped the blood off with a paper towel and didn’t use antibiotic ointment or offer a bandaid. Two weeks later it’s still not healed. Only went here because of convenient location probably not going back

Stacey Malles Came in for the first time less then 2 weeks ago for a new set with gel. One nail popped off within the first week, 6 others are lifting!!! Will never come back. My old place my fills would last 4-5 weeks. What a waste of my money!!!!

Tay Sen First time here and will never be coming back. My friend and I made a last minute appointment, and were able to get in, which was nice. However, the service was horrible. My friend got her nails done and everyone who was working was rotating to do her nails because they were having difficulty. When my friend said she did not like the design, one of the male staff members walked away yelling and another woman had to take over. Our appointment was at 12:30 and she was scheduled for a fill, and it took 2 hours. One of the other staff members also tried popping her wart on her finger after she expressed that it hurt and she did not want them doing so. For me, I had a similar issue, just not a complete staff rotation. I was getting nails for my friends funeral, and wanted a tiny heart. She was struggling to do the heart and I started feeling bad for being picky, so I settled for a heart on each pinky, which were different sizes, not centered on my nail, one is at the top of my nail, and the other is in the middle. I also found it disgusting that there is a fly trap inside of the place that looks like it hasn’t been replaced in months. Both me and my friends nails together were over $100, and completely sloppy. I would not recommend this place as it is a waste of money, and the staff is extremely disrespectful.

Maria I I have gone to multiple places here in Poughkeepsie. I thought this place was so good but actually turns out. I just developed a fungus under all of the acrylic that they put on me. I will never go there again and some photos to show you. You can clearly see that I just pulled all the acrylic off my nails… I cannot believe the way my thumb looks right now….How embarrassing to go to work and you’re nail looks like that…. Very disgusted… I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. I have not once had my now look like that. It’s absolutely disgusting. Feeling to have my finger look like that and I have to go to work and it still look like that disgusting.

Lee Li I always get my nails done here, and the service is absolutely exquisite! I love the clean environment, and the lady who did my nails was extremely precise down to every detail. She was gentle with my sensitive nails. The gel nails have never chipped off before. I cannot recommend this place enough to everyone.

Ms Green I came here for a manicure. I had the worst experience involving horrible customer service. I was also asked to pay while my nails were still drying. The polish of course came off while trying to pay by request from the employee and was forced to leave and go elsewhere to get my polishing removed and redone. Theresa Travers I never write reviews but..My daughter had a full set of acrylic nails done at simply nails and they looked terrible. Every nail was a different shape. Some were crooked and different lengths. I ended up taking her somewhere else to have them reshape them. It has been a week and they are already falling off. Wasted money I would never recommend.

Jaysha Monroe last week when i called and asked for a full set with gel color and linda stated she usually takes appointments only but i could come in 30 mins. as this was my first time here, i was so excited. She attempted to do the style that i requested via an instagram photo. Linda did work quickly because i was bodywearing my newborn but was a little rough. When it came up the top coat we had to do it about three rounds because there were air bubbles each time. overall the shop is clean and she is friendly but the quality of my nails turned out pretty bad. its been one week and my nails look like they have been on for a month. probably wont be returning. i paid $54 for the below (full acyrlic set with gel color and hand drawn design) picture of what i requested is also included.

Roberta Schmitt The owner and her brother are the techs. The brother did a fair job on my pedi but did not remove any callouses as requested. The owner did my mani and FILED THE TOP OF MY NAILS, WEAKENING AND SPLITTING THEM!!!!! I was having a standard regular mani, not a gel or powder one. Now my nails are weak and still splitting. I do NOT recommend this salon at all!!!!!

Victoria Stark Great service. I really wanted to love it here…but, my nails came out lumpy, misshapen, and started breaking after 3 days. The tips were applied poorly, lifting and separating from my nails. I am genuinely embarrassed to show my hands due to how bad they look. I should have spoken up before leaving.

Amanda Frederick I left a 5 star review a week ago as I was generally impressed with my nails. I get the dip powder and thought it was going well until I saw the end result. They look awful and I don’t even know how to describe it. I didn’t ask for money back and still tipped 20% because I was there for almost 2 hours and felt bad, but much later I’m regretting doing that. My nails are not flat, they were cut/filed much more than I asked, and overall the manicure is awful. I won’t be returning unfortunately

They took me in and Ada gave me the most magnificent nails I have ever had :) its powder and then gel manicure, per her advice which I welcomed! The polish doesnt give the thick look, very close to natural look. Omg, if I didnt live 1 hr away, I would have gone there every time!!

Shainna Belocura My first and LAST time coming to this nail salon. I went in to get ANC dip powder and wanted a dark maroon color. The guy brought out a bright red and said if he put 2 coats on it, it will look dark. I disagreed, but went with it because I thought maybe they didn’t have maroon even though I did point out the color on their nail color options. When he was done, this was how my nails looked. My fingers were red and the skin on the sides of my nails were also red. I asked if they could clean up the sides and he said if he did that, it would take away the shiny-ness. Like what?!? So you’re just gonna leave it looking like this?? The other workers came over to look at my nails. The one lady tried to explain to me that it’s okay and that it would go away if I just washed my hands…. Clearly it didn’t go away. She also said I should have picked a lighter color for my nails…. As if it was my fault for choosing red. I’ve always had dark nail colors done in the past from other nail salons and I’ve never had this problem before. I paid $38 for their service and left crying in the car. This was a terrible experience for me. I will not return here.

Skyler Rae This salon experience was incredible. I do not want anyone else touching my nails anymore lol. Vincent was efficient and accurate. He got me in and out quickly but also making sure my nails were beautifully done. Everyone was polite, and smiley. It was affordable as well.

Teresa Brunner Boyfriend is working up here for a few week so I gave this place a try weeks ago when he first came here. Got a gel manicure set in purple which was a really nice color and the staff was friendly. But sadly when I went home two days later it started to peel. I came back up after going to a different closer to my home cause I was in need of a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was amazing the best part. I didn’t get the ladies name who did my pedicure but she was the best! I decided to get the dip powder manicure.. this is where I went wrong. I’ve been getting dip powder manicures for years so I know when it’s done wrong. This set was completely done wrong. There was holes! where the top coat was sinking because the powder layers underneath weren’t properly done. When I told them this the got mad. Rather letting me explain they blamed it on the nail color. So they filed off the top coat and the first layer. It happened again! After explaining this to them they continued to blame the color and everything else. The nail tech said that she couldn’t see it! When the lighting changed and I had to point it out. The right thing to do was to removed the set and place a new set. Not yell at me on what was to be done. Also not a fan of the shot talking in another language. You guys didn’t realize I speak your language. Worse part is it settled again and it’s still messed up. Have to go pay and get a new set. What a waste of time. 2 stars only because the pedicure lady was amazing.

rae i’m unsure about this place. a friend of mine and i had gone because she’s been going for years and rave about them every time. we had made an appointment for 2:00 and had to wait for 20 minutes to even be sat. daniel was the man who did my nails, and he was very rude to me. he also tried to charge me $5 extra for longer nails, which isn’t listed anywhere. when i asked to cut my nails shorter, he threw all of his things down while sighing and rolling his eyes at me. he threw my hands around after he was done with them, and was overall very hostile towards me. these came out to $70. i will be going back again because of how highly my friend talks about them but be wary.

Tanika you The owner who did my nails for my full set charged me the same price plus $10 more for a fill when I came back. I told her she did my nails for my full set and she tried to lie about the price. She even charged me more than what’s posted on her pricing board and she claims it’s the price is wrong. ON TOP OF THAT I hated my nails and she claims she has been in business for a very long time. WORST SERVICE NEVER AGAIN Update. 3 days later my nail paint is chipping. She never used gel polish. Now you can see my French tip underneath which she painted over. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WORK. A complete RIP OFF

Tiffany Perez Since moving from NYC to Poughkeepsie,"Classic Elegance Nail Spa" has been my go-to nail salon. I recently went in to do my nails for my birthday. They had a new tech do my nails and to be honest, and I told him I was a tad nervous with having the "new guy" do my nails. But man "Hai" (my nail tech") did such a great job. We got to talking while he did my nails, and he told me he just recently moved from NYC. So, if youre looking for someone who knows more than the classic designs and you want something new, hes ready for the challenge. So  Im recommending Hai if you get your nails done here.

Marissa Barrett I waited an hour to get nails done which was not the problem I just walked in so I had no problem waiting but once it was my turn they rushed and took no time to do my nails and she was rushing so bad she cut my cuticle so much that I wouldn’t stop bleeding and she put the oil stuff on it after I got my cut and touched my cut with the oil container and DIDNT CLEAN IT AFTER! It was painful and still is. Won’t be going back there.

Kristen Barton Unfortunately this has become a common occurance and seeing a lack in the quality of their work. This is right after I left the salon with a Gel manicure, uneven gel on my cuticles and the entire nail not even covered with polish on most fingers. RUSHED, NO attention to detail and ZERO PRIDE taken in the final product. I have been going here on and off for over 15 years. In recent years, much more infrequently due to receiving service like this. Unfortunately, this was my last visit as paying $35 +tip is like throwing my money in the garbage.

A B Went here recently and got a $65 pedicure. It is very clean and I had little to no wait time on a Wednesday afternoon. While the pedicure itself was great, I did not find this place client friendly. Staff member providing the service did not crack a smile not even once. When she was done, she walked me over to the dryers and left me there. I had to check myself several times to see if my toes were dry. After a while, I took the toe separators off myself and crossed my fingers hoping they were dry. Paid and left.

Nicole Used to love this place but lately it has not been great. Made an appt. for my nails only to come in and be told I had to wait a half hour. The one technician was rude and chopped my nails down to nothing. Then she had an attitude when I asked her if the instruments she was using were clean because I never saw her open a new pouch which is typically done during the manicure. Their quality of work has gone down and prices have just gone up.

Although at times there is comunication barriers we always make a way to understand each other. I am so thankful that the lord guided me to her because she definitely has miracle hands. Unskilled at hair care, unprofessional, and most importantly- they did not adhere to safety protocols!!! * They are putting clients safety at risk* The stylist, Yolanda, NEVER had on a mask or gloves, and did not clean between clients!!!! I was never consulted on how I wanted my hair styled because she talked on her phone throughout the entire service, even at one point briefly leaving the salon to go outside. I will not ever return to this salon and I do not recommend them.

Natasha Baker I came here after waiting 3 hours for a relaxer at Yajairas and seeing others getting serviced before me that came in after me. I was seated and serviced immediately when I walked into the salon, which is greatly appreciated on such a sunny Saturday. The environment is calm and clean. I dont speak Spanish but I could tell the music was Gospel, I loved it! Its the same owner of both salons but Jasmines is less busy and my time is valuable.

They use wayyyy too much heat they get damaged my daughters entire hair…… they charged me 50 for my daughters wash and set and didn’t even put her under the dryer…. Tha Jw Lulu They are all good and professional I go to this girl who is soo good and I always want her to do my nails, she does anything you want her to do with any nail shape. Both me and my mom go here for over 8+ years . The owners are great people i recommend them to all my family and friends and lots of my family go to them because they love my nails and my moms and they keep asking us where we go .. you spent depending on what you ask for I always ask for extra that’s why it gets up to 90 but the images down didn’t cause much maybe 50-60 and it’s UV Gel of course..

I recently got my nails done here and although I was happy with the outcome someone needs to address Vincent. He is a problem. He was yelling in English and his language about me I guess. I had my young daughter get her nails done but afterward she kept wanting to hang near me and he was not happy at all. I read other reviews where that say he screams at customers and employees. This is not the okay. There was another woman in the salon with me shocked at how he was behaving. We even discussed it. Nail pro has officially lost my business.

Nicholas Cheung I dont know why people keep saying the owner yells at his customers it is not true he is a nice hard working owner helped me with my nails. Was kind. However it does seem like he has a lot of stress. Very kind and helpful tho.

Jasmine Washburn A bit disappointed. I’ve went to Nail Pro maybe 5 times in the last year. I usually get the older man and he does a great job my nails last 2-3 weeks and he is great at designs. Recently I got my nails done and they started popping off very easily the next day. I grabbed my blanket and the nail tip popped off the nails. After 3 days all of the tips were broken. It seemed that the lady did a poor job gluing on the tip of the nail, the acrylic was too weak to hold the nails together and did a poor job to file my nails. For some reason I could tell it was not right when she did them but I trusted her. Now I know to trust myself more.

(The pic is my 2 week update)I got my nails done here I asked for French tip, I didn’t like the way it was coming out so after a few attempts I asked for a solid color the nails were lumpy. They passed me around from person to person and tried to stop doing my nails mid service because I didn’t like how each nail looked completely different in size (the French tip). I DONT RECOMMEND.

Mary Nkamany I shouldve listened to the 1 stars. For beginners, Im an out-of-town guest so perhaps different nail places have their way of removing dipping powder. However, Ive never encountered an establishment that uses an emory board on a natural nail. Three of my long natural nails were broken in the blink of an eye after the nail tech left my nails to soak for over 20 minutes. After breaking my nails, I declined further service and was charged $12 for dipping powder removal (... done poorly btw as evidenced by provided photos). I cannot recommend this place, but Happy New Years to all!

Nancy Pelesz I never write reviews however I was so disappointed I felt I had to share my experience. I had gone to Tracy’s from the very start. Wonderful. I haven’t been since Covid and was so excited. My service and end result was absolutely horrible. My toe was clipped and bleeding and the technician said nothing and ignored the situation. Nails weren’t shaped, polish application looks like a child put it on. Very unfriendly environment and most importantly not clean. I understand that Tracy doesn’t come in anymore and with her being gone the place has gone down. Therefore my suggestion is to read the current reviews because that’s what you are getting. There are plenty of nail salons; do your homework I don’t want anyone to be as disappointed as I am.

Kris Renihan I have been a customer for approx 15 years. They have always done great work and I have always been pleased. My husband often purchases gift certificates for me and unfortunately, my certificate expired due to my son having two surgeries in 2022. They would NOT honor my expired certificate!!!!!!! I could understand if it was several years old…. but expired by 3 months??? Will NOT be going back as they lack integrity. Clearly willing to take my money ($50.00) but refused to understand my extenuating circumstances and refused to honor my certificate. Extremely disappointing!
