Francesca When I was in college at Syracuse University, I used to come here all the time. All the woman who work here are super kind. The owner (I forget her name) is fun and very talented. They do amazing acrylics and lashes. Its also a very quaint and charming atmosphere.

Cheyenne Rainford I recently came here for the first time and will definitely be returning. The spa is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood inside a gorgeous house with the spa on the first floor and the owners living space on the second. The spa itself is clean and offers a chic, modern atmosphere. Its obvious that a lot of time, care, and love has gone into this place. When I entered, I was promptly greeted and invited to take a seat to wait for my manicure appointment. While waiting, I had a lovely chat with another client who couldnt say enough positive things about the spa. She said shes a regular who comes in every 2 weeks. During my appointment, all the staff were very kind and professional. They took the time to help me better understand what services I would need to achieve my desired results. I dont know much about nail design or which types of manicures are best for certain things, so their consideration was greatly appreciated. I never felt that I was being condescended to for my lack of knowledge. We decided on a full set of acrylic nails, with the "glam" add-on, filed to an almond shape. 2 nails on each hand have glitter over the color; and the white nails have chrome powder layered over them for a slight holographic effect. The cost for this manicure was $90. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner while she worked on my nails. Shes so sweet and funny, and really made the experience so much better for me. I cant speak to the other services offered here, as Ive only had a manicure so far, but I do know that I will not be going anywhere else for nail services. Fresh has got my complete confidence and, therefore, my business!

Melquea Smith Yep. This is the place to be when you need personal, intimate service. One of my biggest hang-ups is walking into a salon and finding it packed with people. The staff would get people in and out like the next number at the deli line. Im so happy to say this place is so much different! I felt completely relaxed during my first ever massage. My masseuse had fantastic communication, she asked me questions, told me what to expect, and checked in to make sure her pressure was good throughout our session. I really appreciated that. I feel like a limp fettuccine noodle - which is a great thing, and Im making moves to have this be a quarterly thing. Im happy to be supporting a Black Owned business and Ill be making regular trips here from now on!

Anj E This was my first time at Fresh nail lounge and Spa I received a gift certificate from my daughter. I want yesterday for a 80min massage and was thrilled by this little hidden gem on the Northeast side of Syracuse. I was greeted by Tia a wonderful young lady with great customer service skills. I then was greeted by Loretta my Masseuse she was a wonderful lady who explained what she would be doing and made you feel welcomed. I left there ready to tackle the day. Thank you ladies for an amazing day of self-care.

Casey Jones Found my new nail salon! I moved to the area a couple of years ago and have finally found the best place in Liverpool. Great prices also! Jen was super friendly, as well as the other staff. She did an IMMACULATE job! The attention to detail was insane. The staff also helped me pick out the perfect red to show off my engagement ring for the holidays and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden at all, they were more than happy to help. 10/10!!

Peanutt Not only did she NOT remove my mothers old manicure before starting, but less than a week in they started chipping, and only a few days later they look completely awful. Looks aside, the fact that she didnt remove the old manicure first infuriates me.

chantell morales This place is the worst place i ever been to. ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here , they rushed doing my nails an feet ! The picture I post is my nails only 1 day old an the gel polish is already chipping off , she did a horrible job on my feet she didn’t even scrap the back , I basically paid 30$ for her to cut an polish my toes which she did a horrible job at that to , my appointment was at 6 so I guess they close at 7 so they was rushing trying to get me out of there but I spent 95$ for nothing everything looks sooooo ugly ! I’m very upset.

Vanisha Glen Before arriving I called and asked if there were any availability she stated yes to come right now. When I arrived she was confused and I explained I called she had me wash my hands. I sat down and a nail tech called me over. I told her I wanted short acrylic nails and she told me to sit over to another station. Another lady came and started my nails when I showed her what I wanted she preceded to get up and leave me there then a third woman came over and had me come over to her station. I asked why I kept going back and forth between stations. No one had an answer for me. Finally a third woman did my nails. They were not very welcoming at all and gave off rude vibes. I will not recommend them at all. Very discriminating. I will give 0 stars if that was available

Mary Hubbs Update: hasnt even been 8 hours Ive washed my hands a few times and already four gems have popped off and Im finding more sloppy paint and trying to peal/cut it away from the edges of my cuticles very painful. Pros: super nice and friendly, the guy did fix my nail shape from the last person who had them messed up and they look alot better shape wise now, and although he didnt know how to do the design I asked for he managed to make shift the leaf pattern with the jewels so that was nice and turned out good. Cons: my cuticles were cut back too far I was getting cut and burned constantly, painting felt rushed and was sloppy there are air bubbles in my nails, plus the tips were not painted so its not a continuous look at the end its just the acrylic and gel showing which I dont like and my under nails were just left dirty. No moisturizer cream or little hand massage afterwards which I feel like is a normal aftercare treatment at most places so I was expecting it but rather he just asked me to go wash my hands and was done. Overall: okay experience the people there are so nice, and my nails are okay to keep for a couple weeks but defiantly not fully satisfied.

C I I spent a huge amount of my morning here at this salon, I’m talking over 2 hours between waiting to get my nails done and then being done. However, I like the way they turned out. Sy did my nails. He was nice and when I said one of my nails wasn’t shaped right, he fixed it no issue and no attitude. He believes the customer is always right which is great when it comes to getting your nails done. In the end, he said “$40 for you because this took so long.” It’s so wonderful to not have to pay more for sitting there forever, but instead that being recognized. My nails turned out nice in the end, worth the $40 I spent.

Cierra Manning I have been wanting to try this place out for a while I called to see how much it would be for a mani and Pedi they literally said I dont know we dont schedule appointments either you just come in and hung up. I didnt ask about a appointment just the prices as I can not find a website for them. I guess Ill take my business some where else.

Carrie Gundersen Amazing! Hadn’t had a pedi in seriously like 2 years. Tina was incredible. Took her time my feet were nasty as you can probably imagine after it being so long. My toes look great, feet and calves feel wonderful! Very reasonable rice for gel pedicure. Will definitely be back!

Ginny Russell I went to Lotus Nails on Monday because my regular nail salon was closed, I was hoping for a good experience because of the good reviews from here. I got completely the opposite. They gave me numerous cuts and they polished my skin, as well as my nails. Needless to say, I wont be back.

Alexandrea Giardino I have been search to a go-to nail salon since moving to Syracuse out of state, and I have found it! The whole team is so incredibly nice and welcoming. I have seen 3 different people for pedis and manis and they all had incredible attention to detail! I brought in a picture of fun nails I saw on instagram and they had no problem replicating the design! Throughout the appointment they continued to make sure I like the colors/design and how it was turning out which I feel like has not been my experience at salons in the past, it was SO appreciated. I cannot wait to find another fun design to try next!

Jlynn My new go to!!! Ive tried a few places and was dedicated to a particular newer salon for about 5 months, but they were very impersonal and unfriendly. I called it quits after they kept rescheduling on me and put me with a different tech than I specifically scheduled for bc they were overbooked and he did an awful job and argued with me when i asked him to fix spots where he completely missed. Im SO GLAD I found Lotus!!! Scheduling was super easy!! They took me right away when I got in for it (no 30 min waits even with an appt like the other place), and were SO friendly!!! They struck up conversation with me and the lady next to me for a majority of the time, and were happy to do anything to make my experience as amazing as possible. They also were priced about $10-15 lower than the other place!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lotus!!! Thank you SO much!!

She is absolutely amazing at what she does!! My acrylic nails are always beyond beautiful!! She’s quick, timely and very creative! I’ve gotten many designs that she has come up with on her own as well as designs I’ve brought to her to replicate. She never disappoints and I’m always amazed at her quality of work! Zoraida Diaz Horrible. They scraped me with their nail buffer and thought it was funny. My scrape looked infected and they didn’t want to do anything about it. My nail is swollen and I will never go there again. The women does nails quickly which is why I got scraped in the first place.

Kimberlee Roberts I absolutely love this nail salon. Everyone there is so welcoming and kind. They have a cute set-up here and are always able to work with my schedule. I always ask for Anthony here because he does great work and is such a kind person! I started coming here when I first moved to the area and they made me feel right at home and I always look forward to coming in and seeing everyone.

Jennifer O They did a good job and fair price. My only dislike is that it was harder to communicate as they left some old gel on before applying new. I had to clip off excess hanging gel from the sides of my nail. Id go back here though.

Maurice Brown My friend went to them to have one style done to her nails. The style on the left from Instagram. She was assured that the shop owner knew how to do this. It took her two hours to do them she messed up twice and tried to charge my friend extra for her mistake.

Zariah Welch I’ve been getting my nails done at Hollywood Nails for over 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Tammy is very professional and amazing at what she does, her new nail tech Linda has been doing my nails my last couple visits and she’s fantastic! I always get compliments on my nails and I refer everyone here. I never have a problem getting an appointment either, Tammy works with my schedule and is very flexible. I won’t ever go to another nail salon!

Tatyana Harrison I visited Ryan’s nail salon from out of town and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere is great and they have a wonderful selection of nail polish colors. The pedicure treatment I received was amazing, and the neck massage was a wonderful bonus. The staff truly cares about their customers and does an excellent job. I will definitely be coming back!

Ana Shqair I went about a month or 2 ago for a whit gel pedicure and I had previous gel on my feet. They put me with an older woman, not sure if it was her first day or if she was new or what was going on. It took her forever. to take off the old gel. Over an hour for just removal of the old color which was crazy to me, no problem. When it came to her doing my pedicure. The white “gel” was a sloppy mess it was all over my cuticles,she did over 7 coats of white polish, it looked like regular polish at the end & it was just a sloppy mess I was so disappointed and they took $5 off. I went back to get my feet done again the next day so I double paid for the ugliest service I have ever had in my life and went to BV nails and spa to fix the ugly mess. Yes it’s more expensive. But the reviews here are deceiving. If you get the older woman. You’re screwed.

Amandaa I really enjoyed my visit here . I was able to walk in, but normally, they recommend making an appointment. Sunny took her time and made sure I liked how my nails looked . I was really impressed with how good my nails came out, but within 2 nails, one nail broke. Within 4 days, two more broke, which has never been an issue for me when getting acrylics. I was hoping theyd last a little longer given I paid $50 plus a tip . Im happy with the service but not very happy with how long the nails lasted

Rachel Wolf I’ve been a faithful customer for almost 3 years and never had an issue until today. I can’t tell you who did the nails but she was horrible. I won’t be going back She made my pointer and middle fingers not the same in the slightest and when I asked about it she said “ the picture had a shadow” and didn’t fix it like I asked several times. When it came to checkout I didn’t get the cash discount which in turn made me pay a 7 dollar surcharge to pay for an extra 3 dollars I shouldn’t have had to pay for. I ended up leaving and immediately going to a different salon to get the nails fixed since the original lady couldn’t manage to do it ( 1st picture is the example I showed, 2nd is the original work. You can clearly see one middle finger is a half French while the other middle finger is a normal French which even if there was a shadow doesn’t make sense to do if every other finger matches with the opposite hand)

Savannah the place looked clean. they use jetted tubs for pedicures so questionable sanitation. pedicure: i usually do my own and have them polished but i just moved across the country and didn’t have time. zero cuticle work was done, i was really surprised. i was a licensed nail for 5 years and i mean, that’s the basis of manicuring - grooming. this is one of the things that helps the polish adhere. i have issues with dead skin build up on my sidewalls and that wasn’t touched at all. i was really disappointed bc idc about the massage, i just want my cuticles done. the polish job wasn’t bad, no cleanup tool used. just fingernails and some flooded cuticles. manicure: i always do a colored acrylic refill. they don’t do acrylic at all. i was going to go somewhere else but i was already at 5 weeks and desperate so i let them do a hard gel refill. she wasn’t bad, she was gentle, didn’t nick me, but they are bumpy in side profile and not very close to the cuticle. the 3rd day looked like 1 week grow out. my top coat is already matte in some areas which shows really bad on the shimmer polish i chose and chipping at the tips; im not harsh on my nails. they’re treated like jewels not tools. i would come back for my nails if i could get the same girl again if i was really needing them done. there’s potential. but i know i have higher expectations and im picky!

Amy Rosario Nu Nails is my go to nail salon. Since I moved to the area, I have tried multiple salons and they have not compared. Joy takes very good care of me. She is attentive to every detail. I keep coming back and leaving a very satisfied customer.

Kelly Oram The employees were okay enough, but we had an appointment for 5 and didnt get sat down til 545. It took 2 hours just to get our nails done, not even our toes. My sister and I wanted gel dip and the lady basically forced us to get this gel x thing. I said no twice, but she kept insisting. Paid an extra 5 dollars. Our nails burned when we put it in the light and they said that was normal. She also basically made fun of the fact that we didnt want tips but we both type for work. Theyre uneven, kinda see through and something Im pretty sure I can do myself. Paid 65 dollars and a 10 dollar tip. Dont go here.

Arianna Sciascia I am very pleased with my experience here. Very calm, relaxing atmosphere and the ladies are very nice. They took me in as a walk in with welcome arms and took care of me like I was a regular. The lady did my nails with precision and they came out great. After she did my nails, she gave me a 2 minute back massage and a hot towel hand massage. I have never experienced that before in any nail salon and just by that, I will now strictly come here. Prices are also very reasonable. Best nail salon in Syracuse!

Mark Erlebacher Very nice nail salon. The service and quality is excellent. So far after a few visits I really havent had to wait. The hours they are open are very good and they are happy to have your business and you can feel that. Convenient location and plenty of parking in Dewitt, NY.

Cynthia Williams It wasn’t good. I had Lucy as my nail tech and she didn’t do a great job. It was my first time getting my nails done too. Firstly, she didn’t listen to me when I said that I wanted my nails super short because I wasn’t used to nails. She gave me a length that I knew I wouldn’t really be able to handle or function with. When she filed my nails she went so far into my cuticle to the point where I bled. And then she flooded my cuticle over the open wounds with acrylic. Also she left the acrylic looking lumpy and uneven. And then instead of just giving me what I wanted, which was a pretty simple style, she kept making suggestions and kept pushing them. She had charged $100 before she started the nails, so I’m pretty sure she was trying to make up for the price she put for them. If you’re gonna go to Fashion Nails, at least don’t go to Lucy

Jennifer O Zero stars. I would not come back here if it was the last nail salon in the area. I had gel on my nails and needed.It removed and the sanding burned so bad I Said that it hurt and They kept going. I said I wanted Regular nail polish and they Gave me Gel. After I said that she continued With the same nail polish in the container. They did not do a vase coat. They were not going to cut my nails or cuticles unless I asked. They used a cuticle cutter to cut my nails. The polish job is sloppy and uneven. There is polish under and around they didnt clean .My nails are not cut even either. There was a girl getting her service done before me and she looked to me as she was leaving And said that she would never come back. I asked if I could wash my hands after and they said no. This was a terrible experience And I do not recommend anyone ever comes here. I only came here because they were the only place Open due to holiday.

Jennifer Alexander I have just started getting my nails done and I was going to a place my friend would too but I need something closer to my house so I went and tried out fashion nails. Honestly it looks like a hole in the wall, It is so small and not very up-to-date looking but I decided to give it a try because it doesnt matter what it looks like what matters are the people working there! I wanted the dip powder and they had it but they didnt have very many colors to choose from but they did have it. My two middle fingers had broken and she asked me if I want it all my nails the same length and I said yes. I just started getting my nails done and my other salon would have just chopped all my fingers so theyre all the same length but Sophia introduced me to nail extension on my two fingers that broke so I could keep my length, I was very happy for that! When she put my new color on she asked me if I liked it before she went ahead and did the rest. I wanted to try ombre with glitter and after one nail she kept asking me if I liked it and told me to tell the truth because she could quickly get rid of it if I didnt like it, I didnt like it and she got rid of it for me! My only problem and it is something that would keep me from coming back is no matter how hard I tried she kept yelling at me to relax my hands and I was relaxing! She would grab at them and pull them and tell me to relax and it was really bothersome and I really liked the place, so that kind of sucks! I guess people dont like going there because of the old owners but these are new owners and I would definitely recommend giving it a try! Sophia was very nice, very accommodating, she was easy to talk to and she wants to please you and make your nails perfect for you!

Over the years they added 2 new employees Brian and his wife and they too do a good job. I don’t trust anyone else but them when it comes to my nails, feet and eyebrows.

Rain On Your Parade I got this gel set less than 24 hrs ago (19 hrs) and 2 nails have fully came off and the paint job is horrible. I asked her to fix it and she instantly tried to cover it so she knows how crazy it looked. Im coming in tomorrow for a full refund because this is the second issue I’ve had at this salon.

Taqaneessa Desmond I came in as a walk in for a gel x removal and despite my natural nails being a quarter of an inch longer than in the last photo and requesting to keep them long, I got my nails gouged and burned and sawed off. There is still a ton of product on my nails despite coming in for a removal. My nails are uneven and bulky on the edges and I didn’t even get the entire nail covered in polish.

Shayna B My nails are so lumpy and the shape is terrible, it’s not even straight. I asked her for shorter square nails and she refused it by saying that they are already short. And they are all crooked. Understandly the salon was busy, but I sat for over 45 minutes and the guy assured me that he would let someone good to do my nails, I guess just to borrow more time. He let me sat at the table and I waited another 15 minutes until the lady, who sit behind him, can take me over. She did horrible job on my simple square nails for almost $70. She was so rushing and over charged me for very short and not be able to shape it squarely. Never comeback here again.

The workers are very hardworking and time efficient, they do their best to fit every customer into their schedule and are overall very accommodating despite having such a busy schedule. Alex is incredibly skilled and does a very nice job even throughout helping others, Lilys nails is a warm environment with friendly people, I appreciate the lovely job you guys always do for me and anyone I recommend this establishment to! Fati Gomez I have been coming here for almost a year and as of late, the services and the quality of the services have deteriorated. I usually spend between $110 to $140 on just a pedicure, but the last time I went, I was charged for a french gel pedicure with rhinestones $130. I was way overcharged. Also, my big toes were infected with fungus, 2 weeks after the services, I took the gel off my toes and my big toe nails had fungus growth all the way to mid toe nail. I dont walk around anywhere barefoot or use showers that may cause this so I know I got it from here. Either their pedicure tools are not properly disinfected or the acrylic or gel are infected with fungus. I lost half of my toe nail. I posted the pictures. I am so sad and upset since my feet being nice and pedicured is a big thing for me and now who knows how long I will have to wait for my toe nails to grow back. Not only that, but my shoes, im going to have to throw them out because I dont want the fungus lingering around and re infecting my toe nails. This is very disheartening. I will never go back. Most expensive pedicure Ive ever gotten.

Malaysia Thomas I called in asked if they had room for two pedicures and a fill and full set they set up the pedi chairs in had me sitting so long in the water before they even started my pedicure then I sat a half hour to get my nails done when they finally started the lady used a nail to take the mails I had on off omg painful then they cut my hands up in charged me 160 which I have no problem pay but two days later my nails fell off I came back at 11 here it is 5pm in I still haven’t gotten my nails fixed yet I will never come here again on top of all that I had to go to the atm because the card machine didn’t work waist of time go somewhere else

S S Sloppy, rude, painful. Male technician glued extensions to my skin and left clumps of gel under my nails. While applying the extensions he kept bumping the underside of the long, freshly glued ones. He didn’t understand when I tried to explain he was hurting me. Instead, I asked him to cut them short enough to be out of his way while he worked. He mocked me and seemed to suggest I’d never had tips before and didn’t understand the process. The technician didn’t file the sides of the tips all the way to the base which left a sharp, weird-looking shape. When I checked out I tried to show the manager the clumps of gel under my nails and he told me it would wash off. I appreciate that the manager seems to read and respond to negative reviews, but I do not want to have to come back to the spa to have my nails fixed. I live 45 minutes away. I wish he’d listened to me when I was there.

Dria Hector I rate it 1 star solely for the atmosphere, Because the technician had no clue how to help me accomplish my natural nail goal. My NATURAL nails were long and she cut them too short, proceeded to do a cat eye without a magnet which isn’t how it works. Redid nail color and put it on too thick and my nails are different lengths it somehow it ended up on my skin of my foot from the pedi she gave me. It’s the worst experience I’ve had yet.

Extremely well ventilated (I’m very sensitive to smell, and often avoid getting my nails done for this reason). Simple online booking and ample parking. They have lots of optional add-ons for pedicure, but the base price is very reasonable. If you want a treat, spring for the hot stone massage!

Prolific Strategies I recently visited apple nails for a nail service, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. During the service, I found the nail technician to be rushed and inattentive. They seemed disinterested in providing quality care and paid little attention to detail. My nails were left uneven and poorly painted, with smudges and streaks evident. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I expected better service and professionalism from apple nails.

My lashes were always semi long but blonde and hard to see without a lot of mascara. I also hate dealing with lash glue and putting on falsies. I love my lash extensions so much. Christina Tartaglia I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Slow. Messy. Painful. Everybody was very rude. When they were filing the gel off my nails with the machine, they went too aggressively and filed past the polish and actually filed my nail. They were using a very sharp tip. It was hurting me when they did it. It was making my nail peel and flake. My nail bed was very bumpy when they were done. Then when they went to put on the polish, they put it on very haphazardly. The polish did not go all the way to the bottom of my nails, and did not go to the sides. It was asymmetric and a streaky. There were blank spots, and the polish line was not smooth or flesh with my skin. When I asked them, if they could try cleaning it up, they told me it would be straightened out on the second coat. Once the second coat was put on the same problem existed. I asked them if they could be more careful in making sure to include the edges, and they told me that they were unable to get the sides of my nails given the shape of my nail bed. I have never been told this before. There is more polish on my skin than where I wanted it. The edges are look very unfinished. It was as if they were brushing everything I told them off. The patron next to me also told them it was hurting her when they were doing her manicure. They told her that they were going to pick the shape of her nail and would not accommodate her requests.

LilLady Dawgz Just moved here and needed to find a nail salon and was blessed to find this place. Besides it being absolutely beautiful, clean, neat and organized. The service was amazing along with being so friendly and the outcome on our nails was above and beyond what we expected and even wanted. Also the prices are very reasonable for the great service. All together a wonderful experience and we will be making this our go to nail salon from now on.

B. A. Collins Ford UPDATE TO TERRIBLE MANICURE: Dont go here, youll be very disappointed in wasting your time and money. 3 days in to a "professional" manicure, all of my nails are chipped!! And I have not been washing pots and pans or scrubbing floors. Stay clear of this place. Its all glitz and glitter without the substance. Original review: Terrible manicure. Firstly, they didnt have a color near what I wanted. Secondly, the polish I finally agreed to must have been too thick or she put it on too thick because it rippled within an hr. Two days later another nail had a big scrape in the polish. Not happy at all. I had the "spa" pedicure and while Im happy with the results, it wasnt much of a "spa" effect. Ive had regular pedicures that were way better than this. She was not into actually giving a "spa" pedicure. She was not especially friendly and was totally disengaged. Oh, and she got a very nice tip and I had to stand there when checking out to get her attention for her to acknowledge receipt of the tip. I will not be returning. The place looks "luxury", but dont expect that kind of expertise or the luxury experience.

Margaret Ristoff Color on sample did not match what was on my nails. Tech tried ripping my old dip nails off with a nail trimmer type gadget then she used a fake long nail (that she found in her drawer) to try and pry under. She did stop when I said that would damage my nail bed and that I needed the acetone to remove them. When I said color not same off by a lot she painted over the 3 nails that she already did instead of removing it.

The guy asked if he could cut them I said yes not realizing he would cut my nails down as far as he could. I was so upset after realizing my long beautiful nails were now nub. Haley Clark I have never gotten a worse manicure in my whole life. The whole time the nail tech, Anna, was picking at my skin and hurting me. I proceeded to say ouch multiple times and she continued, even when I asked her to stop. She cut two of my fingers, as well. All of my nails are beyond uneven they are different shapes and lengths. There is blue nail polish all around my fingers. This was a terrible experience and I will not return. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

Nayah Justina It always seems like a good idea, but then I quickly remember why I don’t go back! The service is just poor and rushed. Today, the man was so aggressive! I came for a manicure and to get a gift card for a family member, but DID NOT get the gift card. Idk what happened to this place, but it’s not the same. Left with polish on my skin and all. Nothing about this visit was pleasant, not even the massage at the end. That’s was the one thing going for them and it was done with absolutely no care. Not relaxing at all. Overall bill was $165…not including the tip. I tipped each person for their service $20 went to the lady with the magic hands…$2 for the horrible mani and $2 for the rushed pedi. The mani and pedi were so rushed it left me with excessive amounts of nail polish on each toe and chomped up cuticles. Fast fwd it’s time to pay. Again, I tipped each one for their time and service as I see fit. These two young ladies really tried to bully me for more money!!! Asking me if that’s all I was going to pay! Worst experience ever!!

The sweet lady that did my mani and pedi was so gentle, and helped fix my super thin nails that were messed up from somewhere else. She helped me pick colors and was very gentle with my nail beds. The prices are great, the massages are so good as well. The dogs are also a huge plus! Will be going back for sure. (No pics of my pedi bc i don’t give out feet pics for free lol)

E I went in for a spa manicure and pedicure. As far as the pedicure..The woman seemed to take a long time, so I thought she was doing a good job. When I got home and looked at my toenails there were basically puddles of polish along the edges, and the paint has strange shadowing in it. Lots of dry skin still on my toes and feet. But the manicure looks okay.

madi christiansen Holly Nails was a great place to get my nails done! The staff was so lovely and quick. I went with three friends, and we all finished within a little more than an hour. The salon was empty, and it felt comforting. I also loved the tv shows playing above the manicure; they kept me entertained. My friends did Acrylics, Chrome Nails, and French tips, and I did a Gel manicure and pedicure. Recommend.

Sydney Trost 24 Save your money!! My nails completely decayed after 2 days and this is powder. The lady doing my nails put on 10 layers of activator coat and clearly didnt know what she was doing. It also took 3 hours to do and the lady burnt my skin with one of her tools. I will not be going back and do not suggest any one reading this does either.

A Graham I’m not usually one to put out reviews unless I feel strongly about a location. I’ve been to this salon twice and both times, my experiences were less than adequate. I got a regular gel manicure the first time and within days, it was starting to peel. I didn’t bother going back just due to scheduling issues. I went back today for a gel manicure with a design and the staff was confused even though I had referenced pictures. I was told that stickers could be an alternative. I indicated I wanted to keep an almond shape but bring the length of my nails down. The shape was not ideal after the first two shapings and I pointed it out. To add, I was bleeding from the rough drill and cuticle removal process. Overall, I am not content with this location and will not be returning. It also seems as if they over charge. A gel manicure is listed for $36 with card but I was charged $60 for a simple gel with two fingers with stickers. Seems unfair in some sense.

Stephanie Binjour I am giving the salon two stars because the pedicure was great. The technician took their time and was through. Now, here is where it took a turn. I wanted a regular manicure but had gel on my hand so I needed it removed. The removal process started off with the technician having the machine on too high and cutting my finger. I should have exited stage left, but I continued with the manicure. My hands soaked while I was getting my pedicure and it burned because i had a fresh cut. After my pedicure, the technician barely removed the gel on my hand. There was still orange paint on my fingers from the gel manicure, my nails were not evenly buffed and the shape was HORRIFIC. Every nail was a different shape and was bumpy. I started drying my nails but just got up and left (after getting my $5 back for the cost of the gel removal that did not occur) because I was going to go home to remove the unacceptable paint job.

Jennifer Corradino Let me start by saying that I have been going to Miracle Nails for YEARS now. My last experience will be my last because of how poorly I was treated. I got a pedicure and a full set on Monday September 23rd. I paid $155 plus a tip for this service. I knew my nails were going to be too long for me in the long run, but I was heading to a wedding and thought it was a fun change. On Sunday September 29th when we got home from the weekend away - I knew I needed the nails reshaped/shortened as I have toddlers and long nails simply arent feasible. I explained this when I walked in. Mina was very taken back by this. She sat me down and began to file/cut them for me. She stopped and told me this would cost me $20. She did not need to repaint my nails, she did not need to fill them... This was simply cutting my nails and making sure they werent sharp (which they were). I did agree to pay this because I didnt see the board and I truly needed them cut. A basic manicure is $25. Why was I paying $20 to have my nails cut when a nail trim on their board is less than half that cost? I paid over $155 6 days prior! I thanked her for helping me and she ignored me moving back to another customer. Today... Three of my nails popped off. It has been less than 2 weeks of having them on. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. But to go back and feel shamed while asking for them to be fixed simply isnt worth the time.

A. McCullough It is illegal to demand that customers pay for a service before it is provided. This was my first visit, and the Asian woman and man here were not friendly. I was asked what I wanted and given a mask and pointed to a seat. When the woman was ready, she was very curt. She barked out orders to me, telling me to move up more as she pointed to a sign that said that I must pay in advance. Then, she continued to rant that their shop has been there 50 years, which is a lie since I am a native of Syracuse, and everyone has always paid in advance. Then, she put her hands on her hip to let me know that my eyebrows would not be done until I paid! Since I was pressed for time, I paid. She then said thin or medium? I answered medium, and she preceded to wax, tweeze, and cut my eyebrows to her satisfaction. Then, she put her hands on her hips again and said, Im done. Then, she pointed to a full length mirror on the wall and told me that I could look at my eyebrows there. Though she did a good job, I will never go back. Again, its illegal to demand full payment before a service is provided. Had I not been satisfied, there would have been no recourse for me. Plus, the woman was so rude, I wouldnt have felt comfortable asking her to fix anything, as I know the request would have been met with an even worse attitude.

Rachelle Trudel These are the worst nails I’ve ever had. They’re like clogs on my fingers. I asked for rounded, got rounded almonds. They’re thick at the ends. Never touched my cuticles, didn’t fill the nail to the cuticle and I have gaps on the sides. Not to mention, they’re very crooked. Will never be back.

Starlet Lebrun Went for date night pedicures. Charged more than was told it would be and she just said its ok when I asked her about it. Nails are not straight and one has a weird build up at the cuticle for some reason. And my husband has the same not straight and one is jagged and sharp. Also she didnt like the fact he was getting a glitter polish. Kept telling me they were out of that color. We were having fun and nail polish isnt forever. Alex Mandarino This place will try and scam you, they did not clean under my nails and did not cut my cuticles, and had me pay for the full service which does include that. I got a full set of acrylics. The guy asked me after he finished my nails if I wanted to get a manicure and for them to cut my cuticles etc for extra. I told him that they do that before the nails are done and that it is normally included in the service. He lied to my face and tried to scam me and said "no a diffrent person do that" implying that he just does the nails but a manicure is extra. I paid $57 dollars. Just trying to be honest since this nail salon is not. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. Where they will include the manicure and the full set for the price they listed. I asked my friend who goes there regularly and she said that they do the manicure with the full set for $54. Wish I new better! Dont let yourself get scammed like I did.

shakeria thomas Customer service at this salon has gone to hell.. Especially from one of the ones that use to be the best Ms. Ivy. At first I took her slick comments as a language barrier but I realized she is just flat out disrespectful and rude. I had been requesting services from her most of 2024. I always get the same services spa pedicure and nail service. I also think that I tip pretty decent each time. We never talk much but she always looking around and seems annoyed so this particular day I tried to make conversation with her. This is when she let me know she didn’t like that I request her for my service by telling me everyone in the salon does great work and I can go to anyone. This was the last time Ms Ivy did a service for me because I stopped requesting her. I went to the salon to get the same service by a different tech afterwards and it looked horrible. On yesterday I went to the salon to get a pedicure. The manager gave me a tech i wasn’t familiar with and i requested a spa pedicure . The treatment is my usual and I’m very familiar with the process. I felt like she was not doing my pedicure the way it was supposed to be done. I saw Ivy and asked if she can help her and just hunched her shoulders at me waved her hand like l don’t care and walked to the back. Ivy really hurt my feelings, I am not sure why she treated me this way. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager never came. My nail tech ended up doing my pedicure right but my paint job looks horrible. I pray that that the women in this salon find peace in all that they are going through. I was a faithful client and I tip well even when the services were not all that great. You guys should be a little more appreciative and grateful to the community that gives you business.

R.N. H. This is a terrific salon. They consistently do a beautiful job with my manicures and pedicures, and I have had several different technicians. Their work is polished, meticulous, and so beautiful. In addition, they are friendly, courteous and professional. I always look forward to my appointments and always walk out happy!

Amiyah Cummings This place is horrible I went to go get a French tip with a nude color pink and he did white on my nails. They look nothing like the picture I showed. I paid 130 for 2 sets when the board says $35 for a full set.

joneisha whipple Horrible with nails , only good for feet and eyebrows. Went here for years and always leave disappointed. Highly do not recommend.

Claraines Peralta Jennifer did an amazing job. She took her time for the gel manicure and pedicure and left my feet and hands feeling relaxed. Out of all the nail places Ive tried in both watertown and syracuse, this one is definitely the one to go to. There was zero wait time, and I love how my nails came out.

Arika Selmon I got my nails done here yesterday for my birthday and the lady was horrible. (Older, thin, short lady at 1st desk in the middle row to the right of the register.) She cut me a bunch of time with the drill. My fingers still hurt and burn every time I wash them. Then she had glue or product resin ( not sure what it was. Just know it was coming off) all over my fingers. I’m still peeling it off. The shape was horrible not what I asked for and made my hands look horrible, plus they are not even straight on my fingers. She charged me $65 even though she knew she did it wrong she knew she cut up my fingers, she knew I still had glue or whatever it was on my hands, and she knew I was unhappy. Of course I did not tip and will not be back. I wish I had checked reviews ahead of time. They have 2 stars for a reason.

angela davis Less than a week after having a full acrylic set done, five nails popped completely off like press on nails. Staff was very rude when I went to get the nails re-done. Did an absolutely terrible job at replacing one of the nails. Will never spend another dollar here!
