Christina Hulme I had my first ever colonoscopy this morning with Dr, Zucchiatti. I followed my prep list from his office and was completely prepared and ready to get this done ! Everyone involved was amazing. Everyone. The Dr spoke with me a few mins after the procedure. He didn’t make me wait and he was very pleasant. He did tell me that I did great with my prep… 9 out of 9 . Gold star for me ! Id recommend him and his office staff any day, all day long. Julius Corcimiglia Dr. Zucchiatti came in and took care of my gallbladder removal. He is extremely efficient in handling off information and a very easy medical professional to talk to. WCCH in rural western NY is very fortunate to have his services. Thank you.

Vincent Furia Very professional Doctor. He did my Bi-Lateral Inguinal Hernias at UMMC and has done three colonoscopies. The Nurses and Anesthesiologists have also been very professional and polite during these procedures. He found an issue in my Small to Large Intestines and is currently treating me for that. I go back in December 2022 for a follow-up colonoscopy and anticipate being treated by him again. I highly recommend Dr. Zucchiatti for any General Surgery.

Lloyd Hotchkiss Dr. Zucchiatti was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly examine me and answer all of my questions before and after the surgery. The surgery took place without any complications and the experience in general was very good. Would absolutely go back to Dr. Zucchiatti in the future.

Susan Fuller I highly recommend this urgent care. Dr. Germain is very caring and shows extreme compassion. I have never experienced this from any other urgent care or even a doctor. He gives his personal cell number if you are in need of his care after hours. In my case, I was so thankful for that. Each day I received a follow up call from Dr. Germain or his secretary regarding my recovery. Thank you so much Dr. Germain!

richard rosen To the person who complained about the time she waited: Do you want medical service fast OR do you want it good. Good medical attention is hard to come by. Only people with good ethic would understand. Hope youre not in the "medical field" too long since it doesnt sound like you give patients the time they deserve. Also, did you have an appt or were you a walk in? Hmmm, so entitled. Also, read the other reviews. You must feel so lonely. Dr Germain is not flipping burgers, sweetie.

Christina H The doctor is a very nice man, but I think its time for him to retire. I walked in with me and my five-year-old daughter because she was sick with a cough and a runny nose and needed a doctors note to return to school. After saying many times how beautiful my daughter was, he diagnosed her with strep throat which she didnt have. I got a second opinion and it turns out she had RSV. Not to mention he had a dog laying in the doctors office. Not a very good experience I would much rather go to the Urgent Care in Batavia

Ashley Vogt Disappointing. Working out of town so unable to see a primary doctor. Called at 11:00 to see if they were open, was told they were. Get there at 11:15 and then told they close at 11:30 and refused to see me for a sinus infection I’ve been struggling with for almost 3 weeks. Thanks.

Dani Hopson Hi! I hope you are reading this review so that way you know not to come here if you have the choice. I came here on August 3rd at around 8:30. I rolled my ankle really badly and didn’t know if it was a fracture, broken, or sprained. When I got there, they checked me in and the receptionist’s were really nice to me which I appreciate. Now, I know it’s a hospital, specifically it’s an ER that I went to. I know there is other patients there and things can be backed up and there also may not be a lot of doctors, nurses, and etc there. They did inform me that getting a X-ray may take long because they are backed up. But as soon as I got checked in, they took me for an X-ray. Here’s the bad part of my experience. It took them three hours to tell me I just had a sprain. I kept getting passed off to different people throughout those three hours. Also, I’m young. I’m 18, so I really do get it that there is other people to attend to. But three hours? Not only did I get passed on to 4 different people, me and my partner saw those same 4 different people walking around in the halls, talking, eating, being on their phones. That is really upsetting and kinda unprofessional. Every single time I saw someone, they asked me “You haven’t gotten your results yet?” Obviously not if I’m still sitting here in a wheelchair at 11 at night. The last person who saw us had finally told me my results. But unfortunately, she had an attitude when my partner had asked why I kept getting passed on. That’s unprofessional. We got out at 11:30ish. I also saw another review saying to never come at night which I 100% agree with. It really wouldn’t have been a problem if it was an hour or an hour and a half but, three hours?? That’s ridiculous. The entire time I felt like I was overlooked and wasn’t important. I may have not been dying, but I was in a lot of pain. I will never ever consider about coming here and I hope you consider the same thing.

Joy Ridge I had outpatient surgery performed on 06/11/20. The staff was absolutely fantastic in every department! Everyone was very kind, efficient, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The hospital was clean and far exceeded all state standards. My doctor, Dr. Paul Mason was truly amazing! Thank you Warsaw Community Hospital for a far above standard of care experience :)

Logan Wheeler I was born in this hospital and have gone back a number of times since. I wouldnt say its a great experience because...Its hospital but I would recommend.
