Patricia Hess I’ve been going to Ann for a couple months for my eyelashes and have been so happy. They look natural and they last three weeks to a month today. I decided to also try out getting my nails done there. I usually go somewhere else but oh my gosh, I am so happy and my nails look so good. She did not just the top of my nails, but underneath my nails. They don’t look rushed. She even picked out the color and I am thrilled. ! Highly recommend!

Danielle Lipple I was really excited because I heard great things, but when I got home, my fingers were literally raw. The guy who did my nails was so nice and super funny, but he kept telling me that he was still learning. I thought that if that were the case, my nails may not be perfect or I wouldn’t be charged the normal amount, but no. My nails had bubbles, he filed them down so much that my skin was raw and cracked. He was very meticulous, in a good way, but I wasn’t expecting to have my fingers bleed once I got home.

Staci Salvatore I had previously went prior to my last trip and had a relatively easy experience with my pedicure so I didn’t think twice about asking for a certificate for another go. The second experience was something else. The nail technician kept saying me that short nails were impossible so if my nails look bad, it’d would be my fault. Amongst this situation the staff was entirely unprofessional. A verbal fight broke out between the younger employees with one of them expressing anger by shoving one of the wheelie chairs across the the salon. I feel like my nails still haven’t recovered from that experience and that was 10 months ago. The don’t grow past a certain length and they were cracked for a while. The price is not worth the mental anguish or the bad service. At all.

Alicia First time here and had a great experience. Pedicure was done by Kyle, he was gentle and did an awesome job. Summer did my UV get nails full set $60 with 2 ring finger designs for $5 for both. Complimentary back massage in the chair felt great. Her work was very clean and precise. Def would recommend! The entire experience was great and will be coming back here again.

Casey Gallagher Called ahead for a same day appointment on a Saturday. I had no wait when I arrived. Everything was clean and the instruments all came from sterile packaging. I got a dip manicure with tips and my nail artist was meticulous. It was a great experience.

Julia Guest My favorite place EVER. First of all the prices are so affordable for what you get. The best for a student. The artistry is fantastic and I mean breathtaking. I get French tips pretty much every time I go but I like unique ones. Last time I got a double French tip. (Beautiful) this time I got a blue tip (two shades of blue) and flowers on top. Bella took time and made sure every detail was even and the way I wanted. I spent 2 hours here but my nails last over a month and look beautiful. It’s worth the time spent here. They are also very sweet and I love chatting with them each time. I will be back!

Hailee Dorau I’ve been going here for over a year now and I’ve never been disappointed! I rarely ever have an issue but if I do it’s fixed and they’re so polite! It’s my favorite nail salon by far and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. I’ve gotten acrylics with regular polish, gel polish, french tips, different nail shapes and lengths, pedicures, and waxing from here and I’ve never been disappointed! Highly recommend!

Alisa Patterson Happened to see this place and was coming in when I saw appointment only. They got me right in when I called for a pedicure. Very nice and clean here. Good service and relaxing because it’s not hectic and loud.

Chloe poso I LOVE MY NAILS!!! The artist did an amazing job! I called ahead and secured a spot but I believe they take walk-ins. They were very kind and clean and the nail tech did her thing! They told me prices up front and told me the price for every add on. They even give you a shoulder/ back massage. She even helped me find matching colors to the inspo pictures. I really enjoyed my time spent here for my birthday and I will definitely return!

C. B. they wait until i get in the chair to raise the price every single time i go here. ive been here 3 times and the price starts as $65-$75 but always somehow goes up to $85 or $95 for very mediocre service. i asked for very short french tips in the duck nail shape and somehow it was $85. i tip the nail tech(s) every time so i dont know why they price gouge me. i know other people who go here and this does not happen to them. they are scammers. DOES THIS LOOK LIKE $85 TO YOU? i show the picture and say the shape i want as soon as i sit in the chair then they tell me the price ($65) then halfway through, the manager says "actually no itll be $75" then near the end the nail tech is like "oohhh you wanted the french tips?? now its $85." but they saw the picture of the french tips when i walked in. they knew already! and they charged $95 for a fill! so it has nothing to do with shape. a fill should never cost that much. i still tip $10-20 though because im not weird like these people.

Shannon Sylstra I have been going to this salon for a couple of years. When I first started going the service was great. Nails and pedis were amazing. The last year has gone down hill tremendously. I went today for the LAST time. The nail technicians are extremely rude and have done an awful job the last 2 times. I will NOT be going back. Awful pedicure today!

Jennifer Gigliotti After reading these reviews they make it sound as if this establishment is horrible. I have been going to TJ Nails for over a year and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The staff is friendly and the salon is very clean. One time I screwed up 2 of my nails on my pedicure. I went back the next day and was willing to pay for a fix but they fixed both nails and declined to charge me. I am a happy customer and will continue to go back!

Jolene L Ive been going to TJ Nails for years, and have seen the fluctuations from good to bad to good and most recently bad again. They rush through the process, like they are being timed. If Im paying for a spa pedicure I expect more than a quick 4 or 5 minute soak. The callus rub should last more than 30 seconds for each foot. Its disappointing. Tonight my tech was so rushed she kept hurting me with the tools. The tech working on my daughter made her bleed, and then when asked to actually do the callus rub after she touched her heels with it literally for maybe 15 seconds each side, she brought out a grater type tool and still barely touched her. They techs behave like they dont understand and maybe they dont. But there should be a better delivery of service for the prices we pay. And then they seemed shocked when I dont tip well. I still tip, but not as much as I would if the services were actually worthy of a tip.
