Sophia Duong I had the pleasure of visiting this salon during my recent trip to NY. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience and my nail tech, Elena, went above and beyond on my dip powder nails. First, they accept last min walk ins which was a life-saver for me since my nails were so outgrown and Im from out of town. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail from Elena. I admit I am quite picky with my nails and she was able to execute the perfect almond shape. The owner of this salon was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Plus I only paid $40 for my dip nails which is a steal for me! Ill be returning to this salon whenever Im in town again and I highly recommend Elena for your dip nails. Only thing that I wish is that they accept tip on card since I dont ever carry cash but thats it. (:

Elizabeth Bonilla Came here two times. The first was on a lunch break when a coworker and I needed our nails done desperately. This was the only salon close enough that can take us quickly. First impression is cute & quaint! Never been to the salon that was in this same location before like the below reviews but I liked the layout & atmosphere personally. Side note: it was just us two there with two nail techs and a guy who is either the owner or just the receptionist... Anyway, right away I seen a familiar face! Luckily my old nail tech was there! She changed locations. She did a great job per usual but tbh was annoying because she kept talking & asking me questions about the old salon I used to meet her at. The guy gave us massages & im not too fond of them anyway but he was really rough to the point my shoulders were hurting way after. The second time, they took us quickly. They really need more techs there as they started to get busy but couldnt accommodate everyone as much as they tried... I dont like that the Chinese lady moved my Spanish lady from finishing my nails. I dont understand why the person I started with couldnt finish. She was doing a job Dont know if Ill be back, well see.

We started going to this location before the new owners took over and have loved it even more since then! It’s affordable, they play movies and the salon is very clean. I suggest making an appointment before walking in. =D

Raquel B I’d give 0 star if it was possible. Not only they completely changed the shape of my nails without asking, they don’t clean their utensils and do a horrible job. I didn’t even wait to let my nails dry cause I’m so upset I’m gonna be removing the polish as soon as I get home! There’s probably another nail tech there that could be better but I’m definitely not coming back to try! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Moriah Ormsby Delia is amazing at what she does .. she pays attention to detail and makes sure your nails come out looking perfect. This is my second time coming to her and she treats your nails as if they are her own. I got acrylic nails and a pedicure and she is very reasonable in price.

Hazel Delia’s nails is amazing! They were super sweet and my pedicure came out amazing. I took my grandma there for her birthday mai-pedi and they were super nice and gave us sparkling cider. Their prices are amazing, especially for how good the pedicure is.

Laura Stlouis I came into this establishment due to the early opening.The appearance and mannerism was nice in the beginning which I appreciated. I went in for a gel fill in on my natural nails which I have been growing for a very very long time. I have been to various locations and have never broken not one of my nail until I came here. Four of my finger nail broke and Im not talking about the tip the broke from the top causing my nails to bleed. It was than I realized that the gel was to thin on the corners causing my natural nails to break and rip from the skin. I went in today to express how unhappy I was about how Ive never had an issue with my nails and how theyve never ever broke that way before. Lets just say the person that did my nails showed little to no interest in my concerns and didnt take an initiative on how to resolve the problem. I originally had an appointment tomorrow but will not be going back.

I’m always a returning customer, but this is the second or even third time that I’ve went to get a manicure and the nail polish and my nails are already chipping. I don’t work a heavy job. I don’t do heavy labor for my nails to be getting this bad. It’s only been one week since I’ve gotten my nails done so this is really unacceptable Anna. She’s a good stylist, but she has been messing up my nails so now it’s really getting aggravating and does not do a good job anymore. It’s like they don’t wanna serve people of color rightly but when it comes to white customers, they’re gonna do whatever they can for their white customers. It’s like if you guys don’t want Black people in there just let us know. This is so degrading Update: I went back to the salon, and they did fix my nails free of charge, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience still wasn’t great. The new set wasn’t done properly either—the shape came out wider than what I originally had, and the attention to detail just wasn’t there. While the staff is nice, the quality of work just doesn’t match up. If you’re looking for a salon that consistently delivers good nails, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Nyack businesses really need to step up because losing customers over basic quality control is not it. The picture with the brown background is the updated one that I got in my nails you don’t even have to zoom in the picture, but you can obviously see that the nails are different shapes and sizes. I don’t have to be a professional to see that.

Chav Landau I went to 5 star for the first time last week. The nail tech that gave me my manicure did a fantastic job, beautiful shape. Unfortunately, unlike any gel mani I’ve ever gotten, the polish started chipping at the edges within days. I did go back this week and got my polish refreshed. It was done well and looks great. I hope it stays on longer and better this time. I do appreciate the customer care they offered when I told them what happened.

Amarillys Cruz Well I use to love this place, with Loki and thought he is great and he works fast. Well, too fast. First time was great but the last time I went he did a full set in 35 minutes. Simple french. But he didn’t push back my cuticles or clean them at all. Even in buffering he didn’t even have me wash my hands so I had specs under the gel polish he put on OVER my cuticles so by the next day the edges were lifting. I get the text messages asking about my visit and I shared my concern. I don’t know what’s the point of asking because it’s not like they respond. Sucks to pay and not be happy. Especially when like me, you don’t have the luxury to afford this all the time but I needed it because my nails were messed up. To then be disappointed.

Oz My first time visiting this nail salon today has completely exceeded my expectations! Everyone was warm and welcoming, the interior is beautiful, and everything was immaculate. My children came along with me and the staff was so kind and accommodating. Jenny did an AMAZING job, she gave me an honest recommendation that I really appreciated and ultimately my nails are beautiful - you can tell she really cares. Pedicure was also a great experience! Any negative review must be from a busy weekend day, but where isnt it busy on a Saturday? I will definitely be back!

The salon is huge and it is always beautifully clean. I always make an appointment and my gel infill appointment always starts within 5 minutes of me arriving. They give fantastic advice and I am so happy I found them.

The Truth Hurts I was there for over 3 hours! Nails were rushed looked horrible ruined my mothers day! There all Dominicans and as soon as I said Im Puerto Rican there attitudes changes started to cut my tips like I asked and then stopped after cutting off only 4 then burnt my hair lied to my face and then did it again and denied it s never again! The nail tech, the only Hispanic one, was rude and seemed miserable. They don’t do a thorough job and they obviously dont want the business. Maybe they only like appointments and not walk ins but other businesses are more deserving of your money.

Its very shocking the high rating they have it must be because of the way they do designs (not sure). My pedicure was horrendous, lady told me to put my feet on the floor to dry. My daughter and I planned a last min mommy daughter day, they took us right away of course because they weren’t to busy at the hour! All the staff and I mean all the ladies were so nice and patient with my daughter (who is 6). My daughter told me the place was fabulous! Lol! I was introduced to a new product which I highly recommend I believe is called “Apex” The owner was there and very much present! She did content check ups to make sure we were happy with the current outcome. She was willing to accommodate anyway she could! I mean truly a wonderful experience. The Nail tech Hanna kept filing my nail even after I told her to stop because she hit skin. The polish job was sloppy so I requested someone else do it and she insisted she would fix it. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I let her but it was the worst mistake because it got worst and when she asked if I was happy with her work I in turn asked her if she was happy with her work and she admitted it wasn’t good and blamed me for making her do it over. I paid and left I was sooo mad. I called from my car to request a refund because I didn’t want to scare away others and the manager was even worst. Didn’t offer to fix it just said I should’ve picked a different color. Horrible service. Never again.

Cattleya A I have mix feelings about this place. As a new customer I’m a bit confused. I booked online and was excited to get my nails done today. The nail tech I got wasnt the nail tech I booked. When I asked for a simple marble design she didnt do it. It was just one color. I asked about adding a butterfly she said it wasnt a part what I order but the person I talk to on the phone yesterday said it was okay. So I assume it wouldn’t been an issue if they added it as an addition. But no just a solid color. I really wanted to have nice nails for my birthday week. The place is different dynamic then what was shown on Instagram. As a new customer I was not 100% satisfied. Other places wouldve done the design that I wanted and just charged extra. Maybe because there rushing. Not only that handling money while doing my nails. I dont know It just wasnt the experience I like.

Sarah Carman Most likely will not be back, A basic UV Gel Fill should not take 2 hours from start to finish to complete. I have been to this location many times and have never had issues however this visit i paid $93.50 to get a UV Gel Fill with french (with one tip replaced). This is the third time I have come to the salon with this situation but I have never paid more than $55, proven by the online booking system that shows your previous trips and receipts.

Kaeleigh Hawley Booked an appointment with Yensy and she did an amazing job! My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. Yensy was meticulous not only with the design I wanted but with properly shaping my acrylic nails. Will definitely be returning when its time for a fill in!

Melanie Scheck Used to come here somewhat frequently…lately the quality of my pedicures has not been great. They come out smudged (I get gel so I’m not the one putting my foot in the UV lamp, the nail tech is) and instead of fixing they let me walk out that way twice now. Was going to give them another try but when I called to make an appointment I’m told I need to do it online (which is fine!) with an attitude. Anytime I’ve made an appointment I feel like I’m being given an attitude. The girls are always on their phones or watching whatever is on the TV. On my last appointment I wasn’t started on until 25 minutes after my scheduled time, which was when they open, while the girl who was going to do my nails folded towels. Won’t be back to this location.

Eddie Harlan With so many high-volume nail salons in Rockland, it can be hard to decide where to go. Victoria sets its self apart in my opinion, with not only its size, but quality. I only get manicures and their staff pays excellent attention to detail. I appreciate the time they take to do a genuinely professional job in shaping my natural nails. Being a guy it can be awkward going to a salon. This business is a pleasant, no pressure, judgement free zone. I always highly recommend Victoria to my friends, family and colleagues.

It’s a large salon, so I never have to wait if I come as a walk-in. It’s very clean and they recently even did more updates for renovation. What they have that no other salon offers is chair massage! The staff is always accommodating to me. I recently received Chrome manicure and I love it! I recommend this local nail salon.

Michelle I never got a SHORT acrylic set for almost $100 before lol. Service was okay & they took off extra $10 because lady told me my set would be $35. Turns out when checking out it was $30 extra, how much are the MEDIUM lengthy nails then lol. They def just made a number up but first & last time sorry. My other spot only charged $60 but wanted to try this spot out & they proved me right to stick with my other spot smh.

Jesslyn Zenke Clean, nice salon and they take walk ins. I went for a gel manicure and I had chips and my nails cracked not even a full week later. I decided to go back and try dip nail. The lady cut my nails horribly and ripped my skin apart while cleaning the nails. She offered to put clear coat on my nails while my index and ring finger were still bleeding. I dont plan to be back here again.

Abigale Frabasile Just went here for the first time and I think this will be my new nail spot! Ive been to four different salons since January and this place is the cleanest, and nicest place Ive been to. I had to get my acrylics soaked off, and I got a gel powder manicure. They took such good care of my nails, I didnt feel rushed or anything! Even the gentleman at the register while checking out was so kind. They were so mindful about being clean I have to bring this up again because Ive never seen a salon that did the things they did here. I would 100% recommend, and I will definitely be coming back!

Yelena Milshtein I would like to share my experience. My nails came out fine, but for the price of $80 I expected a nicer look and a better service. The lady who did it was rude to the point that I felt very uncomfortable at the end. She was constantly twisting and turning my hands to the point where my wrists were hurting. She also kept filing so hard that my fingers started to bleed and began to complain that it was my skin’s fault. She never apologized for that. I even mentioned to her that my skin was sensitive. Then, I pointed out the the nail’s shape was uneven and she claimed it was because my fingers were uneven. Throughout the service, she kept mumbling. I don’t usually mind, but when I gave her the tip she mumbled again and I heard her say “cheap.” Definitely will not be coming back here.

Julia Brooks I recently visited this salon to have my powder gel polish removed. I did not have any tips underneath. The manicurist took off more than half the width of my actual nails which are very strong and hard. Within a week all of my nails painfully broke low down on my fingers, which was not just ugly but extremely painful as well. While I understand that accidents can happen, I would advise caution, especially when it comes to gel or powder nail removal at this salon. Joli Valdes Unless you’re going to Maria or Rosa, expect to have subpar service. I came in recently to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The spa pedicure was wonderful and the woman doing it took her time. Unfortunately I didn’t relax while I was getting my pedicure because my manicure was awful. I showed the woman (Sun Lang Mei is the name of the woman. I only know bc I looked at her license on the wall) what I wanted she said it was no problem. Clearly it was an issue because she kept looking at the reference photo and then my nails and had no idea where to start. I suggested 2 layers of the lighter color as a base and the darker purple on top to give the marble effect but she ended up doing one thin patchy base layer and then add the purple on top. She said it was going to be a $20 up charge because it was more work (a regular gel is $28. She didn’t even remove my old polish off my nails as seen in the photos) but again all I got was one thin uneven base layer and two small pats of the darker color. I tried to say I was unhappy but she just kept saying “so cute” or “so pretty”. I was in her chair maybe 35 minutes and 10 of that was her trying to figure out how to do my nails. When it was time to pay the gentleman (not sure he is the other owner or the woman who did my nails is the owner) got offended when I voiced my issues. I’ve had mixed experiences here but this is the final mail in the coffin for me not to come back.

Devin Brown After trying two different nail salons, these guys were able to accommodate my walk-in. I recommend calling anywhere first especially when trying to get in on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and accommodating! If I am in the area again and need some nail salon services, I will definitely check availability here first.

The nail tech I had was Lucy and she really took her time to make sure all my nails were even before painting them. The owner was friendly and welcoming and even gave me a freebie gift of cuticle oil since it was my first time going.

Karen Fruman New Spa Nails is by far the best nail salon around. The nail technicians are very careful and strive to make each nail perfect. The staff is courteous and warm and do the most beautiful and long lasting manicures and pedicures!

Leah Moskowitz I went the first time and had rosa do my powder manicure and she was fantastic. So I decided to try them again. I made an appointment and had 1 lady take off my powder and she was so wild that I literally jumped. After my nails were done soaking rosa did my nails. She is great and she does an amazing job. When I asked about trying Matte finish the other lady came rudely and said no you cant try... the guy is much nicer and its not worth dealing with the lady. She isnt nice. (I wanted to try one nail to see if I like it matte). Less than a week later. See second picture. I need to completely redo my nails. Not sure why this is happening but my nails before lasted at least 5 weeks...at least 2 nails are broken and the third is almost broken. So upsetting.

Gettin-jiggy Withit I visited on 10/21/22. I gave it 3 stars because the chairs need to be replaced as the are very very worn! Also if they are going to play the TV they should select a program that wont incite the customer. So National geo or house hunter, anything neutral. Not fox or CNN or the local liberal news thats for sure. Other than that, my pedicure was very good, the leg massage was ok . You lose something when you try to massage with plastic gloves on. The price was average and the personnel were friendly. Its a good location because its a store front with ample parking and Handicap accessible.

Yanira Santos My gel nails didn’t even last 3 days. They just broke off each day doing every day things. So embarrassing. Gel toes didn’t even last a week. I have never had gel peel off so easily. Overpriced and will not be going again. I don’t believe their sterilization techniques are the best either. Wanted to love them - because they are close and the people were nice. But quality is subpar. Will be going to my previous salon.

Angelica Szypula Staff is very nice but unfortunately they don’t know what they are doing. My nails look awful. I did the soak off gel manicure, polish was applied unevenly and touched my cuticles which basically means it will peel off in the matter of days. Also, they don’t sterilize the tools the only use the blue light which doesn’t sterilize completely.

Lauren Tucker Nail Club feels top notch professional as soon you walk in. This made me feel very comfortable The staff are wonderful in helping you figure out what nail colors you might want to try. The manicures and pedicure are of high quality. I highly recommend this place.

I don’t mind traveling 30min to go every 15 days to get it done but I could easily stay a month without a visit. The prices are reasonable and the place is nice and clean.

Frankie L. Very spacious and clean. I tried to give this spot a chance since it’s conveniently located within the Nanuet Shops. My first experience I was treated unprofessional by the owner after one of nail techs did a slop design. The owner was rude and made it seem like it was my fault for asking to do the two nail designs over. The second experience, the owner was once again unprofessional and rude. This was after using simple nail polish that was not of quality. This seems to be her track record as I over heard her in say to another customer (who also voiced their concern) “customers are not always right.” Highly unprofessional and would not recommend this salon.

Zeynep Neda I was completely dissatisfied with this business. The person who did my pedicure neither cut my nails evenly, applied the polish properly, nor cleaned them well. It was a terrible experience. They told me to pick a polish, and I did, but then they said I’d have to pay an extra $3 for it because of the brand OPI. I get a pedicure every month and have been to many nail salons, but I’ve never heard of such a thing. One nail is long, the other is short. The polish was applied halfway, leaving parts of my nails without any polish. It looks awful. On top of that, they asked for a tip for this service. Both my time and money were wasted.

Liliya Savich This is a new nail salon that just recently opened up at Shops at Nanuet next to White House Black Market. Very spacious inside, great for a bridal party or girls day out. Everything is new and clean (large tv screen). Lots of color and design choices for gels and acrylics. My daughter and I got gel ombre french manicures done together on our natural nails and we loved them. Attention to detail. I had a shorter nail that was broken and the nail technician extended it for me to match the others. The polish is solid- nice and hard and sturdy- you can tell it wont chip soon. They have a promotion going on since they are new, and if you pay cash, you get a discount. Will try a pedicure next time!

Sophia K I have been a costumer for a long time and every single time I get serviced I always make sure to leave a tip. Whether my service was excellent or not I know the etiquette of tipping my nail tech. But what I don’t like is to be FORCED to leave a tip. A tip is totally up to a client if they’d like to tip or not. It’s not mandatory. Only here at Eden’s is only mandatory. I felt beyond embarrassed when Carol the owner put my daughter in an awkward position of tipping her tech. As I’m watching Homy daughter tell her I apologise I don’t have cash on me but when I come in next time I’ll give it to him. She stood there like no you just tip him. I couldn’t believe I was witnessing this. I then called her after to explain to her I tipped the guy that did her manicure but will take care of her pedicure guy when I come back. She said no you only tipped him $10. She then said i have to protect my staff and make sure they make money. I’m sorry is that your customers duty or yours as an owner? I have never experienced this kind of embarrassment. They will not be seeing me or my family after this.

Betty Diaz Went there for my first time Thursday for a gel manicure . The way I was greeted What do you want ? Rude…nail polish was dry lady had to put in the towel warmer . Of course Thursday night my nails were shipped. Went Saturday morning . Greeted What do you want? Again Rude…. I was the only person being greeted like that. Everyone Else ,Hello. Tim Great nail salon and massage spot. Cyndi gives great massages, whether its 15 minutes or 1 hour she does an incredible job. Mani-pedi are quick and well done. They have competitive prices and the employees are hard workers. My family and I come here frequently and we definitely recommend you give them a try.

Vi Started going here in May 2021. Very friendly with great customer service, always able to get an appointment, convenient location with parking, great manicure! I go to Heidi who is so nice! What more would you want! Could use some “sprucing up” inside, but I have been to many modern, prettier nail salons with unfriendly staff, poor customer service and manicures that did not last, so I prefer this place much more. Alora Finley Let me start by saying I stoped supporting this business a very long time ago, but decided to give it another try. I had a Regular Pedicure and a Gel Manicure done Monday 3/18/24 with the polish provided by H Nails. I called the next day to make the owner Michelle aware that it began chipping less than 24 hours after my service and some nails did not have top coat on it. Whomever took my call rushed me off the phone. The pedicure was rushed and poorly executed, I should have stoped there my mistake. I returned back Sunday 3/24/24 with my own OPI Polish (I’ve been using for years with no issue). The owner Michelle started to take the original polish off and initially decided that only 6 out of the 9 chipped nails deserved to be fixed. She takes a client and leaves me sitting in the chair for 15+ minutes and says nothing to me. Finally another tech Sarah takes over, immediately takes out the drill to further destroy what little bit of nail I have left after filling to death on the previous visit, my nails are super thin now. She files them with a regular file and it’s now time to paint them. Sarah says to me your polish is cheap and that’s why it chipped so bad, I’m sorry I did not use my own polish the 1st time I used the nail polish that’s available here. OPI is a reputable brand! With the Professional top coat I use I can see every FLAW under the UV LIGHT. There is topcoat going beyond every cuticle, missing polish on the corner and sides of the nails, there’s not enough polish in most places, it’s just a really poor job (I still tipped the tech, because it’s the right thing to do, not to mention the original tech received a healthy tip that wasn’t deserved honestly). I went back in to show the owner and she’s hiding from not only myself but another Customer who came in who’s nails needed to be fixed. The customers hair she claimed to be busy with was being washed by the tech who did my nails the 1st day. The point here is that there is a really awful trend in Rockland county when it comes to certain people and the services we receive in these establishments. I don’t appreciate my pedicure being a rushed 15 minute job and when another person of not my race gets the same service they receive world class service for the same price , I have an issue with this ! Instead of rectifying the issue I was left to leave this not stellar review. Treat people appropriately. I witnessed a few people getting rushed services while I was there. It’s very upsetting. DO BETTER MICHELLE ! (Photos really don’t show the missing paint or the top coat on my skin , these are taken 20 minutes after leaving H Nails.).

Maria Would not go back. I’ve been to this salon 2x and was hoping it would be my go to place, but unfortunately I am extremely disappointed. I thought it was going to be the perfect place to go with my family when I visit every month, because it was close to the house, seemed clean and neither times we had been there, were they busy…Well, now I know why. The first time I got a gel manicure. Selection of colors was awesome, but I wasn’t happy with how my nails turned out. They were thick and uneven, but I figured I would give them another chance and would just make sure to get a different technician. Now, this 2nd time however, I had just gotten my nails done, so instead I decided to book a pedicure…unfortunately, what I received was nothing even close to what I would call a pedicure. Ms. Diva Salon provides Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE service! This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. I don’t know her name, conveniently they don’t have names on them, but she wears glasses. After me, she had another customer, and was sitting at the back nail station on the end. Hopefully that customer had a better experience than I did. During my pedicure, she was more focused on the appointment book and looking around the salon instead of at my toes. She started working on my toes before letting me soak. She cut and filed my one foot before even filling the tub?! She was rushing so much that I even asked her, “Are you rushing because you’re double booked ?”, of course she didn’t respond. Then she kept answering the phone. I find this to be so unacceptable. I’ve seen this in some other salons by me, usually the lower end salons and it’s usually the salon manager or even owner. Regardless of who they are, I always find it to be rude, but at least when I’ve seen that, at those other salons, (1) They are working on the nails (not doing a pedicure) and (2) They actually continue working, filing/polishing/etc.. while taking the calls. They don’t just stop. NOPE, not this lady. This lady was so removed from my toes that she would repeat cutting and filing on the toes she already did…I had to move my toes away and even tell her at what step she was at. She would put the lotions on my leg, but then get back on the phone. At one point she even dropped the phone, and then took a while trying to figure out how to put the phone back together! All the while the lotions and exfoliants were drying and absorbing into my legs before she even attempted to exfoliate or massage my legs. I feel misleading, even calling it a massage because it was so brief, with no pressure and she wasn’t paying attention. You would think, she would at least extended it to give me a good massage instead of just skipping ahead. That is part of the pedicure experience, I wasn’t paying for a polish change. She also never apologized…and of course I was charged full price…for a half-a** job. To top this awful experience, 2 days later the polish on one of my toenails chipped!?! My toenails never chip, especially in the winter. Worst experience!!

Arta Volaj I never recommend this place to nobody.. because the using chip and old manicure and after 3 days your gel manicure is gone and when you go there for complaining, they ignore the problem of you taking. Some of them workers there do not have an experience, they not speaking English and also, don’t have education. This happened to me for 5 days my gel manicure was done and the repair my nails one time for free after 2 days I had a same problem again with gel manicure and I went there again and when I talk to the guy in the front desk, he said we don’t like to have you anymore for costumer here with all attitude. I would have gladly waited 45 minutes had he expressed some sort of apologetic attitude over the delay but it’s the way they literally didn’t give a fk!!! My goodness, this is exactly why I stopped coming here years ago!!! Bad bad bad service!!!

Carmen R Im extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wonder Nails, particularly with Timmys behavior. As a loyal customer of almost a decade, I was shocked by his disrespect when I called to report issues with my nail polish bubbling and peeling just a day after application. Instead of listening and apologizing, Timmy yelled at me and told me to wait until the end of his shift to fix it. This ruined my plans for a relaxing Friday afternoon after a long workweek. Whats more, the salons cleanliness has declined significantly, with flies present during my visit. Timmys lack of basic respect and professionalism has led me to decide that this will be my last appointment at Wonder Nails. Its unfortunate to see a once-trusted establishment deteriorate in quality and customer service.

Monique Jordan I might have to start looking for a new salon. I’ve been going here for over a decade. Never had a severe bad experience, but after my last visit it might be time for me to go elsewhere. I went in to get a pedicure, scheduled an appointment and everything. It was a hot day so I had on a maxi dress & I brought my laptop to do some work. When I arrived I was immediately seated. The “technician” was in the phone the entire time. I explained to her I want a regular gel pedicure nothing crazy. I did have tot ell her my color choice 3-4 times, which was annoying. A few moments goes by as she’s filing my nails and I feel a burning sensation on my toe. I look down and she cut my skin too deep and caused me to bleed. When I pointed this out to her (because she continued to talk on the phone & continue “filing”) she placed some solution on the wound which burned like crazy and then threw my foot back in the water. She went to get my color and I realized how bad she cut me and based on the angle no matter how i walk I’m rubbing up against the wound. I told her to don’t want color I’m not putting polish on an open wound I want to be done. When I get up I noticed my entire back hem of my dress is soaking wet. The “technician” was careless that not only did she cut me, she couldn’t have asked me to roll up my dress to avoid it getting wet. When I brought this up to the man at the front he offered me a paper towel as if that would miraculously dry my dress. But the kicker is, I still had to pay for the “service” I told the man at the front desk I never want her to do my nails again and frankly I’m never coming back here for pedicures. Not a great service. Days later my toe still isn’t healed and looks like it’s possibly infected.

Chelsea Horrible didn’t even last 3days before chipping! The lady was rude they talk about u In their language salon was full w everyone complaining about appointments but having to wait. They also rush you. The girl next to me had to tell the guy to file her old color off more bc he left it there n she was doin a light color for wedding he acted like he didn’t see what she was saying. Everyone in there was complaining Some lady had her child SCREAMING the entire time and no one said anything like take ur child outside or come back. It was just a nightmare experience n then my nails chipped POWDER DIP on day 3 of them being done $37 for dip and didn’t last 3days !

Xiomara Ortiz It has only been 5 days and there is already i gab between my nails which indicates my nails were never put on right! The guy i had was very aggressive and had a terrible attitude! He was rushing and my nail got messed up and he claimed it was my fault but yet he was the one that messed it up and then had a attitude after. I also showed a picture of the exact design i wanted and he kept asking me what do i want on my thumbs but it was in the picture. Then when he wasn’t me to put my nails in the UV light he just taps my hand and then gets nail polish on the back of my hand when he does that. Also i paid the same price that was my full sets price as my fill when I explained that that’s impossible and then he said no it is and started doing math but it didnt make sense at all . Then tommy did my friends nail and her nail broke 4 days later and her nails are short and she barley touched anything. Its honestly terrible in there they always have you waiting about 45 mins even if u have an appointment it’s ridiculous. We will NOT BE GOING BACK.

Janyll Martinez I love this nail place, I have about a year going here and I love it, every single nail tech does a great job and material use are high quality I can last up to 4 weeks without getting a re-fill on my nails. Great for pedicures too their massage chairs are always in working order, and they sanitize everything before getting started with you. Highly recommend!!!

S B I have been going to this shop for over 2 years now. After moving to the area and trying several salons, I decided to make Magical nails my new nail home. I love very intricate nails and Hailey is my nail tech and shes absolutely awesome at what she does. I show her my inspo pics and she delivers each time. Ive never been disappointed here and I always stick to my tech or when shes booked up she refer me to someone as good as her if I cant wait. The prices are affordable and the best in the area. I like the fact that my tech is attentive and she takes pride in her work.

Claudia Perez Customer Service sucks , waited more then 1 hr for some to remove acrylic , when a person took more then 40 mins on a child .They talk more than what they work. i know talking with a client is good customer service, but what can you possibly be talking with a child. Never again ever , very disappointed , will call the owner tomorrow to let her know.

Megs I love coming here! I always have my nails done by Elizabeth. But the last few times i went in for fill ins was done by someone else and she is amazing! I had her do a surprise design and i love it. I received so many compliments! These pictures are two weeks later and the nails and the polish still lookin good!

Shelley Maxi Kerry nails is the worst. I was recommended by a friend to go; as they have had great things to say. I went in for a new full set. I had gel nails on expecting them to take them off the proper way by melting the gel and using aluminum to scrape it off. She proceeded to take them off with an acrylic nail. The gel was flying in my face and she ruined my nail beds. I left with sore finger tips and could not get my services done. If you have gel nails do not go to them to take them off.

Patti C I went to Kerry Nails on a whim today-- just looking to try out a different nail salon for a change. I called ahead and asked about the pricing of the service I wanted (Dip powder manicure- $35) and if they would be able to take me this afternoon. They seem to move quickly, and do take walk-ins but I figured its safer to call ahead. Amy did my dip powder manicure, she was very friendly and gave me a quick shoulder massage afterwards. My nails look great! The salon also seems to be very clean, the metal cuticle tools came from a single use sterile bag. In the past when I had dip powder nails done my nails became weak after a few months of repeated applications. I think this had to do with my former salon using a drill/file. Amy hand filed my nails today which I hope will help with the strength of my nails over time.

Malka Kirsh I have been getting my nails done consistently at Kerry Nail Spa for the past couple of years and was using them for years before then. They always do a great job and accommodate walk ins unless it’s insanely busy. I found them when I was in high school and the couple of times I had to go elsewhere, I wished I had gone to Kerry. The couple of times my nail cracked or got ruined which is very rare, they fixed it free of charge. I’ve used different at the salon and they’ve all been good. They just redid the salon and now it’s even more welcoming and so comfortable. Thank you!

Lowell Coleman I recently had a manicure at this place. I was clearly a rush job. The person who did my nails threw some oil on them and then barely removed one cuticle. The clear polish was messy on two nails. After putting the polish , she said she was finished. I said what about the drying with the little fans or whatever. She looked at me as if I was asking for gold. I then said, " Dont worry about it. " Paid the bill and left no tip. I will never return under any circumstances.

Tatiana Pollard They overly charge you the price says that it’s 33 and they’re charging people 40 for refills when a new set of nails is 40 which DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. How are both services the same amount but they’re different services. One is a refill and two is a new set but both 40? These people are ripping customers off and smiling in your face as they do it.

Michael A Hi there i went on wed i usually go once a month to get a pedicure. I got a spanish girl this time and she sliced my left big toe on the side trying to go to low on the nail started bleeding after everything was done i asked if i can just let my feet soak for a few minutes she goes " Oh my god whats going on here" then i notice she was due for lunch and thats why she was upset. Im debating to go back mmmmm. Just do the pedicure, keep it simple I paid the price for pedi+ left a nice tip whats wrong with letting my feet soak for a few minutes after done? I tried to enjoy a pedicure i was until the slice + attitude + rush away to eat lunch. Should i upload a pic of the slice on left toe? Thinking....

Lili DelaCruz I have gone time nails many times, the first few time my gel manicure was nicely done and lasted about two weeks. I stopped going because I did not like the way a nail technician was painting my nails. The finish did not look clean or professionally done. I decided to give them another try. I called to make an appointment and specifically asked no to book my appointment with the same nail technician that had been my nails because I didn’t like how she did it. I went there and got the same person. Long story short, I ended up getting the same messy manicure. I didn’t want her to feel bad so I have a regular manicure instead of gel. This will the last time going to Time nails!

KoshkinDom Family I feel like I need to write the review to do them justice. Our family has been going to them for 15 years and we love them . Very professional, clean and helpful. There used to be one lady working there who was slower than others , but I haven’t seen her on the last few years . The male tech there (sorry I forgot your name ) is the best , especially if you need a neck massage after a stressful day at work !

She was new and had a bad attitude, rush my pedicure, they use this flimsy cheap equipment that cannot clean your foot properly, and then act like she was doing me a favor. When I went to get my manicure by the next tech ( first chair on the left when you enter ) act like $5 tip wasn’t good enough, just bad Customer Service haven’t went back since.

Donna DeRosa 3 hours for a mani she kept leaving g me to take care of payments. Had gel manicure the gel came off within a week worst place ever.. and also notice there prices change depending on customer.

Coetzy Martinez First time here they shove me to queens husband he was rough does not talk didnt wash my hands no hand massage the acrylic is super thick did not clean cuticle and when he did was not fresh out the sterilization bag, he push my cuticle back with his own nail which was dirty French nails look like white out no shinny gloss I can go on the girl who did pedicure in my daughter was talking Spanish that my daughter has big feet!!!serviced sucks

Lucille Young Ive gone to Queenies for years. Then stop going for a couple years Let my nails rest, And went back a few months ago my nail pack is NINA I highly recommend her she does a great job and very kind And very gentle.

Marabelle I took my daughter for a fill in. The husband did her nails, and was quick but he did not send her to wash her hands. She had the dusting all over her hands. First Red flag! Then he painted her nails so sloppy on top of that.. she had bubbles and of course the sand from the filing. I asked him to fix it and he said it was fine. He never came back to clean her hands. He went to two other people. She had paint all over her fingers. Once she was dry I paid and left. NEVER AGAIN!

Linda Langwiser First time in, my nails came out great in my opinion though the service was lacking in conversation besides when he needed to ask about the nails themselves. I also got really light headed as the salon is poorly ventilated despite all the vents on the ceiling with a pungent smell of nail polish and remover fumes. I usually only get my nails done when visiting New York and this is the best nail salon I’ve been to thus far for the actual nail job, worst when it came to conversation and ventilation. Would have definitely given 5 stars if those two things were resolved.

She was very sweet and did such a beautiful job that I am posting a pic of my piggies for everyone to see. Sunny and Tomas sold the business to Lee about a month ago and Lee has already made significant improvements. We will be back!

Sandra Leiser I have been going to Nails Plus for nearly two years now. Everyone there is friendly and efficient, but also listens to what you want in your services. I usually call ahead - even just 10-15 minutes ahead of time - and I have never waited more than 5 minutes once I arrived (and even that is rare!). I have consistently gone there for UV Gel manicures and they do a great job. I can usually get my manicures to last 2.5-3 weeks. If you’re looking for a place to get in and out but with attention to details, I recommend them. Routinely get pedicures and eyebrow waxing as well and have no complaints!

M I asked for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. A bit after I sit down the man starts cutting recklessly big bits of my toe nails off very un evenly. I thought filing would fix the un even shapes but no, he spent 2 seconds filing. When I went to go get the manicure also done by the same man he was cutting my cuticles and cut into the side of my fingers near the nail making two of them bleed. He spent 40 minutes and rushed the entire process and proceeded to charge me $60. My birthday is right around the corner and there is no time to get them re done, and now they are super short and differently shaped as well. If you think about going here, don’t go if you want your nails to look even somewhat good for a special occasion because mine look like they were done by an 8 year old. Hopefully this and the many other 1 star reviews will help convince you not to waste your time or money here.

Kerry Holt I had such a good experience at Nail Plus! The owner informed me that he has recently taken over the business. I got a gel pedicure and French chrome acrylic. They were very detailed and took their time. Will definitely be going back.

Marren Elizabeth I’ve been going here my entire life! It’s fantastic building relationships with the staff. My nails also turn out great without it taking a ridiculous amount of time. Love it here! The new owner has also made significant improvements and it so awesome!

Bri V If you dont mind your nails appearing to be done by your high school daughter, then good for it. Product and nail polish still crushed on skin. I go hoping that this time outcome will be different, but its not. I leave with regret and money wasted. Not to mention, products are cheap. Nails will chip one week later.

Norma Gottlieb Women who work here are skilled and pleasant. They are very helpful and polite. They honor their appointment times, but also service walk-ins. Their prices are reasonable. A good place to come for manicures and pedicures.

Michele Caterino The lady who did my pedicure was rude, rough, seemed annoyed by the pain she was causing me, and was talking about me in Spanish to another worker. Extremely rude! Her leg message was a simple touch of the leg. Zero effort. Very uncomfortable and I will not be returning!

Meri P I dont usually give reviews. I mostly do it when the place was really really good or really really bad! This place is clean and looks good. It has good prices. Ive been there like 3 times but my sister has been there like 3 years. The Hispanic ladies are very nice! Ana and Maria are great! However, Ella (the owner and the lady that does the hair is very rude and mean!) My sister was having her nails done and Ella told the girl that was doing my sisters nails to stop and wash the hair of a customer that just walked in! She didnt even say excuse me or Im sorry for the inconvenience! NOTHING! My sister told her she was being rude and Ella just ignored her. I believe that customer service is everything! If you treat your customers like garbage, then your business will be garbage!

Keydy Mendez Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. The service I received was a pedicure. Every time I would ask for some adjustments during the pedicure (ex: I asked if he could cut one nail shorter, and for some of my nails I still had a bit of grime under them so I asked if that spot could be cleaned up) I was met with attitude (eye rolling, sighing, shaking head). I understand having a bad day or other things going on, but it was uncomfortable sitting through the service you are paying for and receiving that type of treatment. Won’t be coming back :(

Odessia Jackson Terrible service, gel nails peeled off one day after doing it, I returned to get it fix and the manger or new owner (only guy there) acts annoyed and like he was doing me a favor as well constantly talks about you in their language, how are you a leader yet not showing workers how to treat the customers. Very rude on the phone Very rude in person. Service sucks, nail polish are no good, but yet they charge top price. Workers act like five dollar tip is not good enough. To make matters worse from my Nails that were peeling, he only change 5 nails that peeled, and put two different colors on my nails never again!! They won’t be in business very long if they keep up with this. I agree with all the one stars on here.

Bianca Zara Absolutely terrible service !! I normally do not leave reviews at all but this was just horrible. I wanted my gel tips removed and just to get a regular gel manicure. It seemed the woman did not understand my request but proceeded to attempt to remove the tips and after about 5-10 minutes someone else had to take over because she had absolutely zero idea what she was doing. At that point I said just remove the tips and forget the gel manicure, clearly it seemed to be too much to ask. Well at that point the man who took over simply removed the tips and sent me on my way. Did not shape or file nails at all they are completely uneven and you can still see the remainder of gel left behind on nail bed. Looks so bad I will definitely not be returning

Smitha Daniel Have you ever felt as if you don’t belong because you are not American. Today I went to get a gel filling for my nails and Jessica was the person ( manager) who was taking care of me.Not only was she rude and did not appreciate my business because I was not American and her regular customer. You can definitely see the racial differences she has among her American customers compared to those of other races. Absolutely, rude and unacceptable behavior for a manager or any individual to behave this way to her customers. Racial discrimination should not be happening anywhere under any circumstance.RUDE!

Sara We made an appointment for 2:30. Three mani-pedi and one manicure. We werent taken until 3:00 and the last Mani-pedi at 3:45. They took walk ins before us because they were "regular costumers." The lady who did me, the MANAGER, was so impatient and not gentle at all. The acrylic tips I got were so thick, and when I asked her to make it thinner, she said thats how thick it is and she cant change it. She dug so deep by the cuticles, I flinched, and she tells me Im ruining it because I moved. Maybe if she was more careful!

Julia Riordan My nails came out horrible and my pedicure lasted maybe 5 minutes. Not relaxing. When I told the woman at the front desk how much she can add for a tip on my card she started arguing with me that I just tip 20% even after explaining a wasn’t happy with them. Finally I told her at this point I won’t be tipping at all I repeated 4 times to charge my card the 80 dollars and to give me my receipt so I can leave. She kept insisting I must tip 20% and handed me the receipt. I took the receipt (thinking it’s my copy) and put it in my bag. Before you know it the woman at the front desk tried grabbing my purse from my and shoved her hand in my bag repeating I need to sign it. I told her that was no problem and all she had to do was ask and to never grab someone’s purse or dig your hands in someone’s purse for that matter. I should have called the police. I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life. I typically tip no less than 25% but I am certainly not going to tip 20% when they come out not nice and I’m not gonna allow someone to tell me how much I need to tip.
