Rachael Burroughs I have been with Tina for over 20 years. My primary service are acrylic nails but have had other services rendered . The thing that drew me to her, was her technique with nails. She never used the drill on your nail bed and is always flexible when life happens. In many establishments if you break a nail you are charged for repairs. Tina Maria does not charge for this service it is included as part of your service when again life happens. She has a positive atmosphere, clean facility, and is always on time and professional . Every time I go there I feel like one of the family. Tina and her staff treat each person/client with respect and care. If you are looking for a FABULOUS place to pamper yourself with a inviting atmosphere for any services, look no further Tina Maria’s is the place.

Alexander Brodhead Katherine and Kristin are amazing and the environment at Neon is one of a kind. The studio has a very exclusive feel in comparison to the stereotypical open beauty/nail studios. I have been getting my nails done by Katherine since she started in July 2021, and she is incredible! Not only is she extremely talented, she is focused on the health and wellness of my nails. I have gone to my fair share of salons, but the quality of work here is unparalleled. I previously had regular acrylic and dip acrylic nails, but I have loved the switch to gel. I have had less issues with gel manicures than I ever did with dip or acrylics. I have had both Gel-X and Structure Gel manicures. My preference is Gel-X, however I have had issues with my nails where Katherine advised against getting them until it resolved. Structure Gel has been a great way to focus on nail regrowth and healing. At first the appointments seemed long, but it is easy to pass the time chatting with Katherine and Kristin. Appointment length is dependent on what you want in terms of polish and level of art. I suggest asking Katherine if she has any ideas she wants to do. Multiple times I have gotten amazing nails from her ideas. I cannot recommend Neon Beauty Studio and specifically Katherine enough!

Ashley Diaz A retreat worth speaking about! It was my first time at A&C and from start to finish I felt like an official princess getting pampered. Susan did an amazing facial and I made sure to utilize the extra amenities (rainfall shower with body jets, dry sauna) post service and I left feeling so rejuvenated! Their private sanctuary is like out of a magazine and really allowed me to unwind in amazing comfort and ambiance. I would recommend to anyone!

Ashley Robson I celebrated with Ape & Canary on my birthday. My facial with Susan was AMAZING! My skin was glowing when I left. It’s so cozy and relaxing in the waiting area. You have the choice of changing into a robe and slippers while you wait. I got there early and read my book :). Best birthday gift ever!!

He found the areas that needed extra attention, asked for feedback to ensure the pressure was what I needed and worked hard for the entire time. It was so luxurious. Elizabeth Resendiz I made an appt. for 2 and called back and added one more of my friends. She said yes, come on in. We arrived and they asked us to choose the color. Then they put us all in a massage chairs and had our feet soaking. So far so good. They then tended to my two friends and kept telling me five more minutes someone would be helping me. One hour later, a gentleman came in, and he then took care of my feet, I’m still waiting for my manicure. My girlfriends were done and waiting on me for 30 minutes. I understand they wanted the business, but if you cannot accommodate your clients in a timely manner, then you are doing nobody a favor! They did a great job on my nails which I was preparing for a cruise. I even added art on my big toes which turned out very nice! tried gel for the first time and was very happy with the results. Which is why I still gave them 4 stars!

Maddy was amazing and I knew while there that I made the right choice! The studio is clean, the removal was gentle, and I adore the shaping she did to my nails afterward. Lynne Sanchez-Fries I couldnt be more pleased with the service at Pure Sole Nails! Every single staff member took time to make sure I was comfortable and they were all friendly and accommodating. The ADORABLE pups were a bonus! Their location is large but comfy, extra clean, and beautifully decorated. Theres a seemingly endless variety of polish colors to choose from, and every staff member and customer were fully masked. I was so pleased with my visit!

Anna Not only bad, but as bad as it gets. These photos are not weeks (or even days) after the appointment, theyre from less than an hour later. Cracks, peeling, bubbles, chips, blood. When I asked for a refund (on the same day as service) my requests were ignored until several days later, and then denied. "We need to pay our employees a living wage." By screwing your customers? Not to mention the damage done to my cuticles, which were left peeling and bleeding. Apparently, this was somehow my fault, per the response I received from the salon. I dont know if every manicurist there is terrible or not (this was my first and last visit), but to call what I received a professional manicure is an insult to actual professional manicurists. Dont take my word for it, the photos speak for themselves.

Latoya Stewart-Fox Maria is the best! There is not enough words to describe my experience with her services. Since my first visit, I have seen so much progress in the looks of my feet. I have thus far recommended 4 persons to her and I will continue doing that. She is exceptional! Maria i appreciate you so very much!

Alena Blasio Maria is an incredible nail technician, with a heart of gold! I brought both of my teenage daughters for manicures and pedicures and the space and services were amazing. She also taught my daughters tricks to care for their nails between pedicures. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a nicer spot with reasonable prices and excellent quality. Loved it here!!!

Jill Scott I like to keep it simple and I always get the same thing, which is a French manicure. Made an appointment and was taken in for service on time and they did such a good job. Pedicure was super relaxing as well. Will definitely stop by again!

Bridget Hurley Had an incredible first experience here. Very clean and relaxing facility, convenient location. Was really grateful to the person at the front desk who was kind and helped me work around some of my scheduling challenges that day. Vic did my nails and he was phenomenal, haven’t had nails I like this much in a while. He perfectly captured the photo I showed him and even made it better than I expected!! He took a lot of care to detail which was much appreciated as it was for a special event. I felt the prices here were fair as well.

Megan Russo I don’t remember how I found this salon but I travel from Le Roy ny to here to get my toes done. I’ve never had any issues with quality of services. The salon is pretty small but cozy. It’s clean and overall a pleasant place to be. My only complaint is the parking. There are about 4 actual parking spots and when it’s busy they ask you to double park and they will play car Tetris to get everyone out if you’ve blocked someone in. I also do wish they had more selection of gel polish as they don’t get new colors very often. Otherwise I will not risk going to any other salon, I know when I go here I’m getting a good pedicure that will last.

I was going to get just blue, but she and my sister lena talked me into this cloud/twinkle design and I’m IN LOVE! Chelsea Wurstner First of all this place is absolutely beautiful inside. I needed a last minute fill since my usual place didn’t have openings. The lady who did my nails was so nice. I had high hopes. I simply wanted matte black nails with a couple spider webs for Halloween. OMG my nails look like terrible!! Chipped, the matte looks like crap, and it’s not even. Took 1.5 HOURS! My nails should be flawless smh. The girl who did the design(different girl) actually did really well but WOW. If they could match their skills with how that place looks it would be much better. 100% wouldn’t go back and it’s a shame because it’s so close to me.

Zaria Rice This was my 3rd time going here and I’m truly disappointed. My nails never make it to the full 2nd week without lifting and it’s a shame because I had high hopes. I guess I’ll just go back to my other nail salon that has good products and quality.

Jessica Bright I had a great experience here!! I believe Hana (apologies if I’m wrong!) did my nails this morning, she helped me get exactly what I wanted and gave me great recommendations! She also made sure I was satisfied with everything as she went. 10/10 they came out beautifully!! Also, it is a cash only place, they do have an ATM machine but I would make sure to bring cash prior to avoid the service charge! Awesome experience :)

Billie Carroll Star rating: zero - 0. Service asked : Pedicure and manicure. Total changed amount: $80.00 Summary: I sat in cold water for 30 minutes while I waited for a nail technician to be available. Once, one was available I picked a basic pedicure $35.00. No skin was removed from my feet, no hot towel, no massage. Originally I asked for a gel pedicure but when the nail technician was removing the nail polish she tore layers of my toe. Resulting in them being to Tinder to put gel on top of them. I went to regular nail polish and they use a piece of paper to dry my feet. They have foot dryers but refused to offer them so you only gel services. After my pedicure is done I noticed there is still dead skin on my feet, clumpy nail polish on my feet. I told the owner he said my feet are free. Also as for my nails I had a full set on them . they refused to let me take off my nails naturally(soak). They ran a nail drill over my fingernails resulting in them being extremely tender and me not being able to put a fake nail on them. Then I was forced into acrylic overlay on my nails. While I was receiving the services for my nails I was asked to pay for all of the services prior to completion. I spoke to the owner Tim about my pedicure not being completed such as: dead skin still on my feet, clumpy nail polish, salt still on my legs due to the fact that the technician refused to use hot rags during my service which that is included. Upon check out the owner Tim stated I didn’t have to pay for my pedicure. But I would have to pay for my nails. Upon checking out he charged me for my feet and nails=90.00 then took off $10 on the service and thought that that was acceptable. This is how they handle business I spoke with the owner. He refused to refund me. Run while you have the strength. Oh and the nails were awful too. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Roxann Richards During my third visit, I was once again pleased with the wide range of nail polish and dipping powders available. I opted for the dipping powder and it lasted quite well. Although the price was on the higher side, the quality of the products justified the cost.

Aurora Jean Alexander I was here for the second time now for a pedicure and will definitely come back! Angel Nails is warm and welcoming and friendly, and they know what they are doing! They took care of my slightly ingrown toenails, and I barely felt any pain. Also, they take their time for each customer, so I had time to lean back, relax, and just enjoy. Jessica Brown While my nails turned out great, the time leading up to the appointment and the experience was not great. I called a week prior to this past Sunday to make an appt for my mother , my daughter, and I to get mani/pedi. I spoke with a lady who said 11am should work. When we get there at 1055am, I tell the owner ( who is doing a manicure ) that we have appointments and he says it will be 10-15 minutes. Well 40 minutes goes by and we still havent been taken back yet. Mind you, my daugher is 3.5 and keeping her occupied is hard for that long. So we plan to leave by 1145 am if we arent called back yet. Then we get called back and my mother in law tells the owner that we waited a long time and had appointments, whats their process and the owner tells my mother in law that they dont take appointments on Sundays ....like WHAT! That makes no sense since the lady I spoke with on the phone clearly made me one. They never apologized for the inconvenience and honeslty I felt brushed off and disregarded for the mistake they made. So because of this nonchalant behavior and disregard I wouldnt go back. Other than that, our nails turned out good.

Eve Wisniewski Went on Saturday had a great experience. Not even a week later nails are chipping and it’s gel. I’ve had gel last me two months without flaking. It hasn’t even been a full week! Very disappointed and bummed. Also noticed my toe nails weren’t fully covered in nail polish right after I left.

katmel8r So this is what they were suppose to look like and that’s what they ended up looking like!! I’m giving it a 3 because the place was low key, quiet, cute, relaxing and had really good prices. One the other hand the lady did not copy the picture and after only a couple days the nails started falling off. Personally i won’t go back there or take my daughters there because quality is important!

Beck Manicure and pedicure done 10 days ago. Gel nails were forced on me after I got normal polish on my toes(that are now chipped off). Gel polish was far from the uncut cuticle on the first day, today it looks like I got them done two weeks ago. Dont go here, they force gel polish and do a shabby job trying to get you to come back sooner. My cousin says the same for her extensions she got. No cuticle trim and the polish was far on the nail. First technician also was burning my feet at the pedicure bath. Someone else finally turned the cold water on.

The nail tech took his time doing my nails and the length was perfect. I like them short and other places can never get it right. I was beyond impressed with my visit and will be going back !!

Jamie Coleman Not even sure where to start. The lady doing my pedicure was extremely rough, fast and inefficient. Appointment was set for 6:00 pm for a pedicure and French tips and was called in to come early for an unknown reason. Started my pedicure at 545 and ended at 625 after being burned by the electric file and being rushed through the entire process. My feet were in pain, uneven & my heels were pretty much the same roughness as when I walked in. Absolute waste of money and time, which apparently my lady didn’t have much of. Immediately after my pedicure, she put on her purse and disappeared into the back room for 15-20 minutes without even putting me under the lights for my toes to dry. I ended up being cashed out by another worker. Unbelievable experience, can’t believe that this place has such high reviews. If she didn’t paint my toes well, I would give it a 0.

The communication about how I like my nails was amazing and he made sure that I liked them and the colors matched my vision! jonathan Andrade I received spa package as a gift. And I’m giving it 3 stars as the facial was the best part of my 5 hour spa day. Liz was knowledgeable about skin care and gentle. The only thing missing was the steam which I think might be something Rochester spas do not offer. As for the massage, it was decent however she didn’t want to massage my feet or hands bc I was getting a mani and pedi. I’m sorry but a mani pedi massage is not the same as getting your feet/hands massaged from a real deal massage therapist. As for the mani/pedi def not the best I’ve ever had. Emmy seems nice but didn’t seem like she was into doing it. she didn’t soften up nails by letting them soak in water instead used some solution that she left in for 5 secs. I skipped the sugar scrub as I figured it wouldn’t have added anything to the already lackluster experience. Came home with hang nails and some jagged edges.

They make you feel so welcome and everything is very clean and neat and the best part is they take their time and make sure you get THE best service. Best nail salon I’ve been to hands down! Michelle Reed This was the worst experience ever at a nail salon. I went in there after calling and the tech stated she could take me in 10 min. I get there, there is 2 women already waiting. She then tries to take me before one of the other women and the women objected. So one of the other technicians were finishing up and took me, however she had no patience, none of the colors that she applied to my nails were the one that I actually asked for after trying 2 of them she walks away and starts another client leaving the owner to come over and try to correct her issues. There was product all on the side of my nails, clumps of product underneath the nail and the color that I ended up having to get due to she had already put black as the base coat was terrible. The owner then also go frustrated and finally told me just to go and not worry about it...but my nails are still a mess. The customer sitting next to me that had an 11:00 appointment was still waiting for her nails to be done at 11:45. I ended up having to leave with my nails a mess. Sometimes its best to go where you know the services, tried to get this done on my lunch due to an engagement later. Wont do this again.

Lena I live in the area and I decided to stop in for my first time at this salon. I am so happy and satisfied that I did! First off, the salon is small and the decor is cute and clean. I had Tammy do my nails and she knew exactly what I wanted and was a perfectionist! I will be making this my new go to salon. Highly recommend!

Ashaee Trishaa “ChattingWithT.” I went to get my nails on a Saturday. Saturday night, I opened my drawer and the nail on my pinky finger broke and my nail polish was chipped. I went to get it fixed on Sunday . By Wednesday my nails started chipping again and then two more broke by Wednesday. I am highly disappointed in my nail service. I love my eyebrows though. My pedicure wasn’t too bad, just rushed….

Janine G Today I visited Plum for gel manicure. I ran with an idea I had of a French manicure with sparkles and the outcome was absolutely perfect! One thing that impressed me was how Doris handled a nail that tends to grow a bit sideways. Most technicians just ignore it, but not Doris. Without me even mentioning it, she noticed and took the time to fix it, ensuring it looked straight. Not only that, but she suggested the white outline on the pink sparkly French and I think it made a huge difference. I cant recommend Doris highly enough; she really takes her time and pays attention to every detail. Thank you, Doris, for delivering fabulous results!

jaelyn paid $80 for acrylic nails $50 for pedicure. they didnt put any acrylic on. my nails could literally bend. asked for french tip nails all white toes. they gave me french tips toes that were horrible. lines were not done all the way down. the lines were drawn on so mess for both the toes and nails. dont recommend and will not be back.

Keeva Hudson Bolsa Salon is where my good friend gets her nails done. I missed my appt with my tech, Julie, at VIP Nails and I decided to go closer to home. She’s on vacation as well as my backup tech, Lilly. Michelle did a decent enough job to hold me over until my next appt. The reason I rated this so low is because when I asked the price, Michelle said it was $50. All I received was a dip color, no designs, nothing extra. When I checked out she charged me $62. The $2 was a credit card charge. When I was at her table I saw her write $60 on her receipt book but I didn’t realize she was adding $10 extra to my service so I ignored it. She wrote it and slipped it in her draw quickly. When she realized I didn’t have cash she told me to bring cash the next time. Then she asked if I had Venmo. I said no. We walk to the register and the total was now $62. I was upset because she assumes I’m so tired I wouldn’t remember the price. I should have called her out but I’m never returning. I don’t like businesses that cheat their customers. I don’t mind paying for services rendered. I always tip and because she was dishonest I only tipped $5 since clearly she desperately needed extra money. I called my friend and she told me she pays $50 for her dip powder. So now that I’ve confirmed that she robbed me, I’m writing this review. I heard customers speaking during the appointment and they said the owner is in Vietnam or I would have walked back in and complained to her. I’m a middle aged woman who lives a drama free life and I did not want to cause a scene in this establishment over $10. Update to your response. An apology would have sufficed. Blaming me when I did ask the price and changing the price she quoted me was an insult. So now I will post more pictures as proof. Your math is off. You raised the price $5 to make it look like I paid the correct amount. But if you reread my review you’ll see that the $62 DID NOT include my tip. $60+ $2+ $5=$67.00. I paid $60 for the nails, $2 for the service charge and I tipped $5.

Nubia McFadden Theyre always so friendly and down to earth. Love the fact that theyre first come first serve also seeing that so many nail salons are requiring you to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Theyre also doing lip waxing too which made me REALLY happy bc almost no one is doing lip waxing at this time.

Bella Please do yourself a favor Do not go to this guy!!! I have not had my nails done in years because of work. I decided to treat myself and get a mani for a special occasion. This guy did not even give me the basic mani with a full set. Nothing!! no cuticle oil massage or basic file. He used a high speed drill / filer which he cut me with 2x !!! Also , I told him from the beginning that I wanted them short! He refused to cut them down and filed them like squares. I am sooo beyond disappointed and dooped! Not everyone should be doing nails! These guys just want your money ! They do not care about customer service or satisfaction at all!

Elaina Chen This place was recommended by a friend. I came here to get a french tip pedicure, which I usually do myself but cant anymore because of my pregnant belly getting in the way. Nice staff, great massage chairs for pedicure, and nice hot stone massage included in the pedicure. I wasnt able to get my pedicurist to get the right temperature of the water (first it was too hot, then I asked for it to be a little cooler and she made it too cold, then I said it was too cold and she acknowledged me but didnt change the temperature, then I said it again and she pretty much ignored me.), and I also couldnt get her to trim my nails shorter, and I couldnt really get her to straighten or shorten the width of the French tip... not sure if this was just a language barrier thing or not. The French tips were also kind of uneven and I could do a much better job if I could reach my feet (picture shown, pls excuse my swollen sausage toes). Also I listed the prices in another photo, all of which are quite competitive. If I were to come here again I would probably just do a solid color next time. French tip is too variable at pretty much every place Ive been!

But if youre not in a hurry and you can get beyond that when making a phone call this is a great place to get your nails done

Griffith Corintia “Tia” I have never experienced so much disrespect and blatant racism in a salon. Firstly I’d like to start off by saying the lady I had fit my nails did not do a single thing I asked her to. The shape, length and color is incorrect. The lady doing my nails was insanely rough with them and now I have scratches all across my hand because of her incompetence with the nail file. Secondly, I got charged 60 for a service that was priced at 35. I’ve had friends go and have been charged cheaper. And lastly, the amount of backhanded statements and the dirty stares were disgusting. Talking about how I look and talking bad about my skin color is absolutely ridiculous for adults to do to a teenage girl. I am beyond upset and I truly do not think this salon is worth anybody’s time or money unless you want the exact opposite of what you’re asking for. Do better and don’t scam your customer.

Even came in with a nail half broken off and she built it up beautifully that you wouldn’t even know it had been broken. Also very gentle and attentive. Asked my opinion and made sure I was happy with them before she moved on to the next step. Definitely my go to nail place now!

It is not mentioned however that a polish is not included, which it should be. Especially since you are told to pick a polish before being serviced, and since all polishes are gel and add 10 dollars to your price it might be worth mentioning up front.

destiny padillka My experience here was very horrible, first my nails were very Crooked, bulky and one side wasn’t the same as the other side. Some nails looked to be very small and big.The lady left streaks of acrylic in the nail, and the nails popped off quickly. Honestly if you even get your nails done from here I recommend going to the owner Micheal.

Roxann Richards I used to go to Lily Nails Art occasionally because they were affordable. However, I started going less and less due to their limited options for dipping powder and lack of quality. I was surprised by the decline in quality because I had never experienced this before. I requested a dipping powder manicure, as it had always lasted for me, but this time it started falling apart in less than a week. Usually, it should last for three or four weeks. I have my receipt to prove that I was there on August 17th. In addition to the manicure, I also had a regular pedicure (I usually get gel pedicures but wanted to give my toenails a break). The worker kept telling me that it would take a while for my nails to dry, which I understood. However, I later realized that she hadnt added the top coat. I had to add it myself at home. Whats more, the menu did not mention a "loyalty program." When the worker asked me if I had been there before, and I said no, she increased the price from $39 to $44. If I go back next time, the price would apparently go back to $39. I was hesitant to leave a negative review because I had been a customer for a while, but the decline in quality compelled me to do so. I believe the reviews should reflect the declining quality of their services.

Jeilene Brito Don’t spend your money here! I had the worst experience here!!! The boss Lily had a bad day and was doing horrible the whole time for French nails, mind you, I did not ask for gems and the cute bow I wanted because I knew that would raise the price to about $70 so I told her just to basic french and draw a heart on the 4 finger, she re-drew the heart so many times, and my nails were not the shape I wanted, she also didn’t even do CLEAN French!! It looked like a 4yr old drew on each nail, imperfections in each. We come to them for professional work and they act like they didn’t train past basic stuff, I wasn’t even asking for things I’d love to ask for like a cat, cheetah print, they don’t even know how to do that, but anyways yeah, she burst out complaining and crying, charging me $70, talking about how her husband is sick blah blah and she did her work, listen… I don’t ever open my mouth and the day I do, she forgot to remain professional. Yelled at ME and walked out to then take her lunch. I apologized so many times, me, the customer. And she yanked her shoulder away when trying to console her smh. I had to have the guy next to her, ANDY re do my nails, I got there at 11am and left at 4pm! My Saturday was ruined and I’m a health care worker, I go there to destress!! If I wanted to spend 5 hours doing my own nails I would. And I will now, I bought my own professional stuff(I used to do my own at first anyways). They come to our country & think they can treat us like that n mind u, im Hispanic and would never. I told them despite that, they didn’t lose me but it was horrible, horrible.they don’t deserve our money. I used to promote them a lot like girllll go to lily nails, now F them, I dislike them so much! Horrible, they need to be shut down! But thanks to opening my mouth I left with the bow and it was $50 what I expected to pay in the end cuz I told her no I would pay $45-$55 for ur crappy work n time wasted, no more than that. I’m glad his work was super good & clean, I wish I took a before for this review!! This is atleast the what I wanted, and an after pic of Andy’s work, thx Andy. Have a good one.

Que I absolutely love Lily nails wonderful customer service , never a long wait and very friendly. Please ask for SARA she’s amazing with customer care very detailed she’ll get you RIGHT. This pic is a couple days after but she did an amazing job!

Victoria Pendley I just had a horrible manicure with Tony at Lily Nails Art. He was incredibly rude and condescending to me when I asked for short nails. He kept laughing at me when I asked for him to continue shortening my nails. I kindly explained to him that I am a pianist and need short nails to practice and perform, and he refused to style them to the length to which I was asking. He ended up slicing into my pinky, and the nail polish did not even cover all of my nails. He rushed through the gel polish and didnt let it completely cure under the light in-between layers, so there are ugly bubbles in my nails. Some dirt or other material from his desk also got into the polish or acrylics and are now stuck in my nails. The whole process was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I have a horrible manicure now, and this was absolutely not worth the $60 I paid.

Laine Luckenbach Went a couple of years ago for a gel fill and within days my nails were breaking. Thought it was a fluke. Went Wednesday for a gel pedicure and the next day one of my toe’s polish completely came off. I went back and they fixed it and said it shouldn’t have happened. Even showed me the box saying lasts 21 days. Today I glance down and another toe’s polish is completely gone. We are on our way back home to RI. I didn’t have time to have it fixed. Sucks when you spend your money and don’t even get a week out of it. I’ve never ever had this happen at my place in RI. Won’t be going back here. Let me know if anyone has a place they recommend in the same area. We have family there and visit periodically.

Mildred Williams My technician would not listen to me. The communication was terrible. It seemed like the communication is better with white customers. My technician did a terrible job with polishing my left hand.

Lynn Amy We went the Art nails because it was a Saturday and the decision to get a mani/pedi was spontaneous, so we needed a place that took walk-ins. They were very rough on my 13 yr old daughters feet, as well as on mine (literally pressing nail up center of my foot, repeatedly), the water was cold, the tools (like the nail file) were clearly used and not the type that can be sterilized, and my cuticles were cut way back. I was bleeding when I left and currently (2 days later), I have two fingers that are tender, red, and slightly swollen around the edge of nail bed (i.e. the cuticle area). I will not be returning and was really disappointed that it was recommended to me. Oh, and the very first day, the polish completely peeled off of two of my daughters toe nails (meanwhile, I tried to remove my nail polish and it wont budge).

Ellie Perrin Everyone here is so nice and they do beautiful work. Ellie does my nails and always knows how to match the color or do some obscure design I find on pinterest. She is always up for the challenge and gets my nails looking perfect and exactly how I like them. Its hard to find places that do the poly gel manicure I like and its a great atmosphere

thembi chisi tc nails was recommended to me by a friend and i am so so glad i went. i’ve only been there twice so far and have had a lovely experience both times! the staff is very friendly, it’s always very clean, the place has such a cute vibe, and very reasonable pricing. both times did they accomplish exactly what i asked for and did it even better than i could’ve hoped for! definitely a wonderful salon everyone should check out!!

Ajla OBuck Do NOT recommend this place at all!! Came here for the first time, and walked out with completely botched nails. Different sizes, shapes, and gel polish that was all bubbly. The nail tech seemed very miserable doing her “job”. She seemed very irritated when doing my French tip, talking under her breath and rolling her eyes. Was advised over the phone they take card & cash. When cashing out I was advised they only accept cash as a form of payment, even though I was advised over the phone they do accept card… not to mention there was a credit card machine right at the front desk. Also, charged me $55 for an acrylic fill. (regular powder & white polish). Overall horrible experience, and would recommend you take your business elsewhere!! Stephanie They do not do gel X! I’m from out of state for work and i asked if they did gel X, they do not, they do polygel which is not the same thing. I went with it anyways, I told them it looked way too fat and thick and asked to make them look thinner and they said no. I was offered to take them all off and just leave which was mind blowing bc all I asked is for them to make them not look so fat. I asked for narrow square, or narrow short coffin and still had no idk what I was talking about. They ended up cutting them too short on top of that and didnt want to reapply to fix the length. I’m so upset bc i paid for this 2010 out of date wide square shape! Replying to the owner: I walked in yesterday and specifically asked you and you said yes, I showed up today and sat in your chair to find out in reality. The real answer was no, which is extremely inconvenient to me because here I am trying to get my nails done for the holidays, hoping that you can do a good job and somehow make my nails look great but you didn’t. Instead of fixing or making tweaks here and there like I asked you bc I am paying for your service you told me that I could go across the street. So unprofessional.!

shylisa cattling I went to antuans for a manicure. The customer service was great but the mail job was horrible. I paid $45 and had to come back because my right hand nails had begin to crack in two days. The redid my right hand but that lasted for three days and the left hand followed. Everything was good but the paint job. I will not recommend them for nail service.

Definitely needs a deep clean in there. 3 toddlers n an adolescent running around 3 kids belong to the ppl who work there. One tech got up mid nail set to go to the potty. I thought tht was disgusting cuz she cld have done tht in between customers. Another tech was digging in her clappers then sat down to do someone nails. To congested for me. My nails are amazing tho n my toes are to. But I was looking for a relaxing moment n o didn’t find it there today.

M.G. Not sure how they are still open! Its pretty dirty in there and Im not sure how anyone could actually get a Service. I went to get my gel nails off as a last minute thing. Where Id normally go was short on staff. This place needs to be shut down due to the filthy environment and unsanitary used towels and manicure equipment that is not being sanitized.

Marie Emily Not sure why I keep giving this place a chance honestly. They pressure you into getting dip powder bc it’s easier for them to do than actual acrylic nails and they charge MORE for the dip powder and claim it’s stronger and lasts longer, but the last 3 sets I got I had broken 3-4 nails within a week. Just got a set 6 days ago and I’ve already broken off two nails and both thumb nails are cracked straight across on both sides and about to break off any time now. Complete and total waste of $48 every single time. I will definitely never be back.

Liz Murray Ive only been here once. It was to get my brows done. I had been growing my brows since last October and wanted to get them done for the B2K Concert. The wait wasnt too bad and for the price she did phenomenal!!! I kept hearing about the brow lady in Goodman Plaza and she did not disappoint. I wish I knew her name, but I will def be going back!!

Nerpa Derpa I leave this 1-star review to inform, not to judge. My nail experience was fine; the people were kind and my pedicure looks great. However, when I was placed in the nail drying station, I couldn’t help but notice the conditions the turtle’s above me were living in. There was black mold growing on the inlay of the tanks, the water was filthy, and the little guys didn’t have enough heat or light to go around. One turtle in particular had no heat lamp whatsoever and it sat aimlessly walking a 1 inch perimeter of a small fish bowl. Watching the turtles as my nails dried, I was distraught. If this could get the attention of the owners of the salon, I would tell them to have their turtles adopted and opt for a large fish tank instead (it’s more affordable food-wise and you can have a variety of pretty fish on display). I hate to go full on animal rights representative, but jeez, I felt for those turtles. Have a nice day.

Samantha Fragassi First time visiting and I will be back! It was my first time getting the powder manicure and it turned out great. My technician was very nice and polite and the wait was relatively quick for a Saturday! My manicure lasted about 4 weeks.

Lauren Titus My sister, myself and my daughter who is 10 came for pedicures. They denied my daughter and said they did not do kid pedicures because she was too short (she is not, we regularly get pedicures) I explained this and was met with an aggressive “no kids” and i continued to push back and another employee gladly set my daughter up and said they have basic pedicures. They up-charged us throughout the entire experience. A flower design costs 10.00. Removal of old nail polish apparently costs 5.00. Website is not in English and was unable to price check any services. I would not recommend for children, even “older” kids. There was one out of the 4 people that even spoke to us, or acknowledged my daughter. Not a good experience, and service is not worth the little charges they throw in when you’re literally foot deep in water.

Alyssa Rodriguez I booked my appointment 5pm on a Sunday an hour before closing and the owner of this salon went out of his way to ensure my nails were dry before I left. He added additional anti-chip polish and stayed a few minutes late to wait my nails to finish. They came out flawless and I would go back!

Mina Magdalena Fastest pedicure I’ve ever had— and that’s NOT a good thing. I have come here multiple times and the quality of the experience has varied, but this was by far the worst experience. I should have known better, the male techs generally don’t do a very good job. The young man who cut my toenails must have been new because they were cut/painted so unevenly that I want to cry. The edges look broken and the polish was all over my toes. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I was waiting for them to dry. I should have stayed and made them fix it but we had already paid and I just wanted to get out of there. Buyer beware!

Tashi Dema Got my nails done SIX days ago. They were very clumpy and uneven. They look grown out on some nails because not all the nails were put fully back making it seem like some nails are outgrown while some are new. For reference i got acrylics and i asked for the pink nails and the guy refused to look at my picture and help me with what i wanted so i just picked a whole other style. I was charged $85 when i was told the other day when i came in it would be $70. I still tipped $25 because i felt that they still did a good job and maybe it would hold for awhile but it has cracked and my whole nail broke while i was moving a chair. I was also hoping to get long nails but when i told them what length i wanted they kept pushing me to get them shorter and wouldnt stop till i went shorter. I came here hoping my first time i get my nails done i would have a good experience but honestly i will never be coming back and i hope other people have a better experience.

Astha Mantri I’ve had the worst experience with them. The person who was doing my manicure was very rude. She was making faces all throughout and was not doing the nails properly. I wanted chrome but there was no shine. They took 68 dollars from me for the worst nails ever. They cut my own nails like anything. They couldn’t understand English. I will never come to this salon ever. They cut my natural nails also so badly without any shape. I strongly recommend to not go here because they were very unprofessional and it was actually the worst experience ever. I went with the motive of getting gel polish and they did dip on and then charged me double. It’s better to go somewhere and pay more than to get it done here because these people were just not professional and good. I am just scared now how this will affect my natural nails.

Kaitlyn Sevilla I came here a couple weeks ago for dip polish removal as I didn’t want to ruin my nails by doing it at home. (The initial dip polish was NOT done by this salon.) I left absolutely appalled with the state of my nails, she had drilled down not just not only the polish but the top layers of my nail… they were so thin, I came home and had to cut off the ends to prevent them from breaking. Throughout the next week they continued to chip and break despite putting on keratin nail polish. I’m so disappointed and wish I just did the removal myself. I will NOT be back.

Danielle Arieno Destroyed my natural nails. I decided to try this place because my usual place was too far from me. I had an appointment at 10am, my nails were not started until 10:30. FOUR different people did my nails. Not only were they late to start my nails, but they were not prepared for my appointment apparently because I was pushed around to four different people. I was going to let this go because my nails looked nice. I left there around 11:30 and by 3pm my nails were breaking. 3 of my natural nails just cracked like they never have before. I went back they put another layer of dip on so those 3 nails are extremely thick and look terrible. I was told I was too rough on my nails... I have been getting my nails done for 7+ years I know how to handle them. A few days later the rest of the nails were cracking. Today my nail completely ripped off. I will never be back here. They ruined my nails. I paid way more money than I usually do at my old place and the quality was SO MUCH WORSE.

Marc Newman One of the Shortest and worse pedicure I have ever had. It was nice that it only took 15 minutes, and I was also informed that if I wanted any calluses removed, that would be an extra $10 charge. I’ve had pedicures in many different cities and they are always relaxing and enjoyable. The use of a disposable pumice Piece of paper didn’t seem to do much for removing rough spots. I would certainly never use this salon again.

Kindra McDaniels Maria is very rude and nasty. The nails fall off very fast. She trys to tell you what to get. She changes the price randomly. She doesn’t have a lot of customers. I do not recommend this shop. Peter does not do nails or pedicures he will mess you all the way up!!! She will even refuse to do a customer nails. Do not support her she doesn’t respect the community or the people in it.

The staff were helpful and attentive without being pushy. It made the whole experience much more pleasant. Ill definitely be returning for future service. Jessica Chamberlin Worst pedicure experience of my life. No music playing , space heaters everywhere, staff was not friendly. My feet were only in the water to rinse off, no soaking at all, the man was rough and rude, I was told I couldnt use the massage feature of the chair which is half the reason I even wanted a pedicure, I selected the deluxe pedicure which was $45. When I went to pay I was informed it was an additional $25 because I wanted a French Pedicure. $70 for the worst pedicure of my life. I left feeling more tense than I was when I walked in hoping to relax. Never again!

Free I came in from out of town and treated my daughter and I to a pedicure. The experience was lacking in a few areas. The water temp and the basic pedicure were fine. I had been ill and my feet weren’t in the best condition. When the young man scraped my feet there was a lot of skin and he and the lady doing my daughter’s feet actually enjoyed a laugh about it in their language which was very rude. They never offered to turn on the massage chairs we figured it out on our own. When I went to get a different polish color he lifted my arm rest knocking my keys on the floor and never picked them up or apologized. Then we went to the toenail drying station and he left me there and never came back to check on me. I got up to ask twice if I was done and could barely understand what he said. After 15 minutes I finally got up to pay and he never took the paper towels he used as to separators off my feet so I left that way. I still tipped $15 dollars to teach a lesson in professional behavior. The shop is nice but I thought the man doing my feet was rude

Courtney Rodak I’ve been coming here since 2022 somewhat regularly even tho the quality and cleanliness is subpar. They use all the same files and sanding bands on every client and don’t disinfect their metal tools in between customers at all. Though I still ignored this and continued to come because it was easier and faster than doing them myself like I normally would. They know me well there and know I always tip and tip very well, this time I didn’t have cash on me and wasn’t able to provide my regular generous tip and as I turned around to leave the man cashing me out says “you need to leave tip. You HAVE to leave tip for employee. You don’t come back if you don’t tip” I am extremely shocked and disappointed in the way I was treated as a regular customer. I will absolutely not be coming back, as half the time I don’t even leave with what I asked for in the first place. They’re always rude, seem irritated and unwilling to do even simple “designs” like a French tip. I don’t normally leave reviews especially of this nature, but to say I’m upset is an understatement.

Kristina K The deluxe pedicure you only get 2 towls but before it was more. The salon is clean but expensive for low quality. My friend and I head 2 deluxe pedicure. My friend has a better pedicure than I did. Mine felt rushed. I will return but I might just have the younger girl do my pedicure again. The prices always changes. It keeps going up, but nothing changes. Take your money elsewhere. Or go next door.

Marissa Aratari Super unfriendly. Asked for a French tip and they gave my wife blue duck nails and then charged full price! They didn’t offer to fix to what she actually wanted. They argued about how they were in the right and hung up the phone. Awful hospitality. Do not recommend. Updating review with photos of expectation vs. reality. You should know what a French tip is. Stop making excuses. You shouldn’t have let her leave upset. You never asked if she liked it and did not take it off to redo it when she said it was ugly. You still charged her full price. She got them redone just 2 days after because of how ugly they were. It’s very telling how you get so defensive/ try to discredit your customers. When I called you hung up up on me both times when I was just trying to tell you how upset you made my wife. I told you that she chose to go with another place due to your place’s incompetence. Take accountability. Worst customer service. Also, my wife knows some Vietnamese and she heard you guys curse about her not liking what you did to her nails in the salon. Real professional and understanding .

Tamieka Valdez Terrible experience. She left hot rocks and towel on my legs and walked away. Then come back and threw a small basket on my feet, looked at me and threw it on the ground. She never used a nail file to even off my nails left them rigid and jagged.

Cassandra Terry I love making an appointment and coming in to see Sandy. She knows I’m somewhat picky and a pain to deal with at times and she puts up with me and listens to everything I ask. I take forever to pick a color so if she puts it on and I don’t like it she takes it right off and we pick a new one. She doesn’t ever make me feel like an inconvenience and I know she wants me to love my nails when I leave. I have never had a bad pedicure or manicure from her ever and I’m so thankful I found her!

Nicole Falkenstein Never going here again. The lady was EXTREMELY rough and several of my fingers ended up cut and bleeding. My nails were all cut crooked and I did not notice until I got home. One of the cuts ended up getting infected. Another nail didn’t even cover my whole nail. I ended up having to fix everything myself. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend.

Amber I would recommend to NOT go here. If I could give zero stars I would. The nail tech was extremely rough with the initial dremel to where it got so hot it burned my natural nails and I had to pull my hand away. Then in the pictures I posted she cut the white nail tips down so they don’t even cover my natural nail. Also cut me twice and when my fingers started to bleed she said “ oh it’s your skin your skin is bad” after literally dremeling my fingers to make them bleed. Also every single nail is filled with bubbles I will never go here ever again from the extremely poor quality and how rude the nail tech was. Ive also never been to a nail salon that doesn’t put lotion or cuticle oil on after, granted it was $40 for a full white tip set but there are other places in the area that charge the same for way better service and quality

Shea Tennity Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I did not have a good experience. I went the other day and asked for UV Gel with tips. They told me my nails aren’t strong enough so they recommended acrylics. I don’t get my nails done often so I went with it even though I did question it. I then showed my design which was just some line work. Really NOTHING crazy at all. They said they couldn’t do it only French tips. I was thrown off but let him get them started and then thought we would figure it out after I got the nails on. He then had to do someone else’s nails so I went to someone else and she also told me she couldn’t do the design because my acrylics were too short and not the almond shape that was in the picture. Again, it was just some thick lines that I didn’t think were hard. I got coffin and didn’t think it was a real issue to get somewhat the same idea of the design. I had to search to find something, but everything I found she kept laughing telling me my nails were too short and not the right shape. So I settled. The next day, my boyfriend went alone because we wanted to be somewhat matching. He went in and showed them the design and was immediately told that’s impossible and can’t be done. Someone came up and offered to give it a shot. He just wanted a gel manicure. He got somewhat of the design he wanted, but they charged him $80. He’s never been to a nail salon and just went with it. They also charged me $80 so I’m confused why they would charge him SO much given it’s just a gel manicure with only two designs, meanwhile I got acrylics. I will post below what we WANTED and what we got. $80 is the main reason I’m angry for him because that is way too much for what he got. And the laughing and telling me I’m crazy for wanting what I asked for. It was just not a good experience. Mine are also crooked and eye just rushed and wasn’t listening when I would ask for it to be cut shorter until I was very persistent. $80 for his GEL manicure is insane and I feel like they jipped him big time.

Kristen Patton They are very inconsistent at best. Yesterday I got a gel manicure and its already chipping in less than 24 hours.. The last time I was there the technician was wonderful and the manicure lasted for weeks. This time the technician spoke to the girl next to her the whole time and they were both very rude to the customer beside me.

Joseph Rothrock Manicurist kept twisting my finger and wrist, even though I said I have carpal tunnel and that my finger and hand dosnt move so freely. The gel polish was rushed and looked like absolute garbage and was all in my cuticle. They use inferior cheap product. Go anywhere else.
