Shyann Nicole Ferrer Ive been coming here for about a year now and i can say with full confidence that every time Ive walked out their door I left satisfied. Ive done acrylic tips, acrylic overlay, manicures, pedicures, and dip powder. My nails never chip or break and the retention is amazing. I get my nails done every 3 ish weeks and I always communicate what I want done. Ive had my services done by everyone who works there because they are all very capable of delivering on what you want. You get what you pay for and their prices are worth the service they provide! I recommend this place to my friends and family every single time I go. For the designs and services Ive had in the past, Ive never paid more than $100 (doing nails and toes) which I think is amazing.

Lydia Stewart These people made were doing okay until they didn’t. I went in to get my nails done on a Monday, by next day Tuesday things began to fade and peel, and while I was upset that I had to go back in just before work , I became more disappointed when they began speaking in their native tongue about it, especially since the one who did my nails speaks perfect English, and she never acknowledged me. Another person did it, and you can tell she wasn’t happy, she kept pulling my hands, and when she was done, she just walked away without saying a word!!! So me feeling bad, I took out a $10dollar bill and was going to at least give a tip. It when they saw the bill, she must have said : what should I charge and the women (with all the tattoos) said $10!! Seeing the $10 bill in my hand!! Knowing that I should not have even been charged because it was clearly their error. I was just going to give the girl a tip!! DEFINITELY will not go back, and I will DEFINITELY tell as many people as I can so that they can make judge for themselves. The biggest problem with these and others people that come here from other lands is, that WE are idiots. We can tell when we are spoken about!! What we need to do is 1) learn their language even just the basics, and 2) we need to open up more English speaking nail spots, especially in the Bronx, I have been thinking HARD on it for myself. china canela This is one of the best places I been to. They are very respectful and are ready good at their jobs. They are friendly and down to earth when you speak to them. The nails are magnificent and professionally done. I have been here since the day the salon opened. I highly recommend for anyone to come here to get their nails professionally done.

Jo Honie My mom was treating me for my birthday and I got a Gel Mani/Pedi with Eric. He did an awesome job from walking in through the door everyone was very attentive. I’m glad we chose to give this place a try , Eric will be seeing me in a few weeks. The best massage. My mom had Lee do her feet and she loved his massage. Great place to go and just relax music is very quiet.

Mayling Torres Beautiful, clean, and great ambiance. Henry did my pedicure. He did a great job specially the foot massage but Lucas was definitely the star of my experience here. I showed him the design I wanted and he did the exact same design. He even noticed details I didn’t even see in the picture! I think I found my go to spot!

Nelise Vargas An experience! I came here for a little self care with my boyfriend and we left feeling super satisfied.spring did my pedicure and it was amazing! I read about Cindy from a previous review and I’m so glad I came across her too for my filling.Both of them were so pleasant and good at what they do! My boyfriend had Julia and he was also happy with his service. The free drinks were such an amazing touch for the self-care. We wanted a true sorta spa treatment so we got that package which was a little pricey but so worth it. The messages were great with all the mask. It really just depends what you get.I think this area in the Bronx really needed a nail place with this feel. The environment felt new and clean. In which I actually saw spring and Julia take out fresh tools from the disinfectant heater thingy. I read a lot of reviews because I’m sick of leaving nail salons around the area dissatisfied and I’m glad I decided to come here. It was so worth it lol we will definitely be coming back here! Amanda Velez Usually go there every month with my cousin to do our nails. T is my fave nail artist. She’s fast, creative and clean. Prices do range depending on what u get but better off going here than paying 160 for a set at a private person. Prices are reasonable.

Black Salsa Let me set the scene. I enter at 6pm And am given my period are immediately. Henri was great. Thought I would have him for both my hands and feet but he had an appointment so I was passed to another man. I don’t know his name but he works at the end of the shop and is heavyset. I got an acrylic set and the paint job was messy. He had to do several designs over again and still missed the mark. He was rushing. Then at 846 he asks if I’m paying with card or cash. I tell him card. Before my nails are even dry, he says I have to get up and pay. Like actually put my nails in my bag and pay. So I would have messed up my nails and had to spend an even longer time there. After nearly biting his head off, finally he suggested I go to the deli next door and get cash. I don’t like the way I was treated. He had the nerve to say next time we will do payment before 8. Next time??? Are you outta your effn mind? I will never return. It sucks because Henri was bomb on the feet. I’m utterly displeased and disgruntled. I’m in customer service myself . Without that, I will never patronize a business.

Jullisa Hibbert HORRIBLE!!! Worst nail salon ever! I would give zero stars if I could. Last week Tuesday, I spent over to hours in the salon and was not able to get my nails done. Only the acrylic was put on! No polish at all !!! I am disabled and this was horrible service!! The first person who serviced me didnt even know how to do a full set! How are you working in a nail salon and dont know how to do a full set. The second person that service me took 45 minutes just to file my nails!! They are very unprofessional ! Only John knows how to do nails. Everyone else in that shop dont know what they are doing, and thats not a way to run a business. I was charged $36 for this ( see photo) , which is the price of full set with regular nail polish, but I got no polish on my nail whatsoever!!! Never go here if you want good service. Waste of time!

Sabrina Rosa Here I am again to say this is seriously the best place I’ve been to. 4 months and I have never had an issue with my nails in the slightest, other places they would peel up before two weeks. Vivian’s last at least three. This whole set (with the gems) was $50. Provided a very comfortable and cleanly experience as usual.

betzabet Giron I do not recommend this place. The first time I got my nails, my pedicure and gel manicure both started peeling the next day however I didn’t get a chance to stop by to fix it. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and returned and the same thing happened. I went back the next day to fix my pedicure and requested a new color because I feared that the nail polish went bad and that’s why pedicure was peeling but they wanted to charge me extra for a different color, so I just went with the same color. I will not be coming back here because my time is wasted and if you want your pedicure and manicure to last there are establishments that will get the job done the first time around.

Sobeida Castillo The service was excellent. Except for the wait. I waited almost 1 hour to be seen because there was only 2 workers. They were kind and took their time! The massage chair was not offered. It was off. I could have asked but didn’t. I paid $43 for gel pedicure (includes $8 fee for callous removal). I hope to return for a manicure and see how that goes. I think I want the lady next time. I had the gentleman do my nails.

Kimberly Peake The shape, the customer service, everything was so impeccable. They deserve a bigger location. I went to do my nails with them and immediately found my go to girl. I highly recommend to everyone looking for a great location for nails. They don’t rush, they take their time and really care for the work they do and it shows. Everyone left smiling. 100/10

Mia Algarin I got my nails and toes done on the 13th and everything came out to $90. This included tips, acrylic, and design at the cost of $65 for the manicure and just $25 for a regular pedicure. The guy was really nice and super delicate with my hands. The guys really concentrated on the details of the design I showed him. I’ll definitely come again. Note: They only do walk in. No appointment, so first come first serve.

Ashley Medina So I asked the person if they knew how to do this nail design, and I got sloppy lines, some of my nails is longer than others, he was shaky while doing my nails this is the last time Ill be going to them, and I let 2 people know that it was sloppy and they just looked at me like I had numb written on my forehead. He is in the front table by the chairs, just sad!

Jazmin Duran Loyal Customer since way before Tina opened the new salon I came in at 6pm and they told me I COULD NOT get a pedicure and fill-in Mind you there’s 3 employees on their phone doing nothing. I waited 20 mins just for a pedicure when I could’ve been getting a fill in this whole time I have waiting. Once I paid they asked me “why we gave me 1 star”I explained why and she continue to tell me I’m not welcomed anymore because I gave them 1 star”. Great customer service

A Google User UPDATE 8-15-22 I decided to give this place another chance and just get my nails done by a different person. It’s only been 6 days & 2 of my nails have popped off from the top. I got gel tips & never had this problem before now. I read another review where someone said they think they’re watering down the gel & I agree. ORIGINAL I came here to get a gel pedicure & gel tips after reading all the good reviews but I won’t be back. I have no complaints about my pedicure it came out very neat and the lady who did it was very nice. She also did a great job on my eyebrows. My problem is with the guy that everyone is saying supposedly does nails so good . He’s rude af and tries to rush through the work to hurry and take the next customer. I spent $52 for some gel tips and I don’t love them. If it was just the bad attitude maybe I could’ve dealt with it but his work isn’t even neat

Delilah Daniel Only go here for your toes . Usually I only get my toes done here but on Valentine’s Day I decided to get builder gel also . Instead of builder gel they gave me hard gel which is chunky and I did not want this not only that but the lady did not do my full nail. I got my nails done Feb 14 and 12 days later I need a full in . The service felt rush. They get 3 starts b/c the lady that did my toes was good .

However, when I got to work, I was really surprised because she created a wonderful set of eyelashes and eyebrows. The results made me very satisfied and more confident. Sammy also gave me amazing service for my pedicure, the massage was lovely and my toes are beautifully shaped. Prices were very fair, and their treatment didn’t feel rushed at all. Vanessa Brown I hate my nails everything about it! I have a wedding to attend and hate that I trusted them with my nails. First I asked for a cut and the lady BUTCHERED my nails just to add this ugly ass acrylic to make them longer when my nails were already long but they seen nothing wrong with this. Then I asked for a design I thought was simple that would be the pink nails in the pic only for her to BUTCHER THAT!! The burgundy ones is what they did! It’s uneven and ugly as hell $105 to be dissatisfied smfh! I’m sure the shop will ignore this like they did while I was there! I don’t recommend this place if you are attending something special my feelings are so hurt right now! I’m definitely going somewhere else to see who can fix them but please know your nail tech before sitting don’t let them just give you anyone! Horrible experience

MISS Morgan The owner, Alex seems to do bad nails purposely. He seems very unhappy in life and it shows. Not sure if he likes the area or the type of customers he serves....He also does not listen and is quick to say no to everything. The pink and white work is amateur. Just look at the picture on the left. $60! Nails are misshapen, thick and uneven. Ombre effect is different on each nail... Now, I have to go elsewhere to repair. Very tragic..

Tracy Molloy So I went in and had my nails done by someone I just seen get yelled at by a customer, I really should have known better as she is doing my hands I immediately notice she is skipping steps.I pick a color out and notice as shes putting on its a different color u know to me at the time she cant speak English no surprise their I tell her and she gets the color I told her and proceeds to paint over the color I didnt pick.I then tell her I have never had a nail tech do that, she still doesnt understand me.I can feel my blood begin to boil and ask for her Manager I then attempt to explain to the manager what has happened, mind you it is the same manager who the other women was complaining to about the same nail tech.She doesnt ask me what happened she asks the girl who is doing my nails , I then flip out and say we are not gonna do that and speak in a different language in front of me about me.And I tell the manager we are either gonna get someone to fix my nails and get paid or I walk out right now.I also tell her the customer is always right.After some back and fourth I tell her Im not continuing this conversation I will not pay $80 and leave here unhappy.She then puts me in another chair and someone else fixes my nails and then that same Manager trys to make me pay an additional $25 I said absolutely not and you should learn customer service and English and I paid my original fee and I said you wont see me again ever!P.S.My nails still were done horribly.Worst experience I have ever had in my life at a nail salon in over 20 years!

Lillian Gwyn I recently visited Kso nails. I got a hard gel manicure. I keep my nails kinda short but I wanted a little trend with a oval shape. the nail tech did an amazing job and she selected an in trend color for me. I was very please with my nails. I highly suggest you check them out.

Christina Halikias I had an amazing experience at Pinetree nails! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The salon is clean and beautifully maintained, and they take hygiene very seriously. My nail technician Linda was very skilled and paid attention to every detail. She took her time to make sure my nails were perfect, and the end result was stunning! The polish selection is fantastic, and they offer a variety of designs and treatments. I am absolutely in love with my nails.I will definitely be back!

Santiago Christina “Tina” Just an update that this is my new place and Ive been going for the last 4 months and they dont disappoint. This was my first time going here a friend recommended this place to me and I am so glad I went. My nails were in bad shape. Linda & Maria ( I believe) was amazing. Maria cut, filed and put my nails to soak with care. Linda took care of my real nails then added the tips with the UV gel. She took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted. I wanted simple because it was a new place but definitely will be going here from now on. Next time I am 100% getting one of these amazing designs. From my understanding you bring in a picture and she does the exact design. Definitley excited about that.

I regularly get great pedicures there from other technicians. All staff are courteous, pleasant and personable. Having a place like this so close to home is such a treat. Roshely Delgado Don’t do your nails with Adela, this lady cut two of my fingers, Couldnt finish my nails because she couldn’t do the design, another tech had to finish the job since she wasn’t able to. I had a full set and pedicure, the pedicure was amazing but I won’t ever go back to get a full set.

Liz If I could rate zero stars I would. Do not spend your money here. Every positive review here fails to mention that you will spend 5+ hours waiting for service and you will be treated like a peasant. They are rude and constantly gossiping about each other and customers. Majority of the employees are always drinking alcohol while working. This is an establishment full of women who are not certified in anything they are doing and do not care about the work they are doing. I went in for a simple color change on my toes. The very rude woman decided to cut my skin off and now I have an INFECTION!!!!! When I asked her why she cleaned my toe nails when all I wanted was a color change, she put her hands in my face and got defensive. The audacity lol, a professional with class would have apologized. On a separate occasion, I went in to get my hair done. They single handedly damaged all of my curls. They burned my hair and ruined it. They were all rushing to finish so that they could join the drinking and smoking festivities that were occurring in front of the business. Very ghetto. Never again.

K R I like the quality of the service here but it was pricy. I did mid length gel full set with different color polishes and they charged me $65, and $40 for plain gel pedicure. Also had to pay a service charge of $8 on top of the $105 I paid for my nails plus tip the ladies. Edit- downgraded from 3 stars to 1 star. Went in to get some wefts sewed in and the lady absolutely destroyed my hair with excessive heat and aggressive blow drying. The end product was a frizzy flat mess. They dont know what they are doing. I had to even adjust the temp of the dryer myself because it was SO HOT, literally burning my scalp. When the lady saw I adjusted it she came over to me and had an attitude, basically chastising me. I would NEVER support this business again. My hair has broken off in a way it never has before. The employees show no concern for their clients, just loud and unprofessional. They drink and gossip all day. The music is extremely loud and jarring. The experience is always horrible.

Cheryl Traylor I had chipped my color on the thumb of recently done nail manicure and needed a quick repair. I walked into the shop at 9:45 am and after only a 15 minute wait, I was taken care of by Margaret P. My only critique is that her work station could have been cleaner and wiped down,but the shop space is beautifully designed and decorated,and Margaret was so pleasant and her work well done!

Jenilee Tuitt The nail techs seem to be talented when it comes to acrylic nails and gel manicures. I got a powder gel manicure, but the nail tech didnt seem to have much experience with this technique. In my understanding powder gel doesnt require uv light, but she used the light to dry my nails after using a normal gel topcoat. Also the powder gels were stored together in a plastic bag and it was clear that one of them had opened or spilled as all of the jars were coated in powder. The space is extremely tight and crowded to the point where it can be very uncomfortable if you dont do well in a setting like that. The nail on my index finger chipped less than 24 hours after my manicure...

I went 2 weeks ago and a week later one nail broke, this week another. And they have the nerve to charge the same as Cindy. That has NEVER happened when Cindy did my nails. If her or Amy dont come back, neither am I.

Allison Rodriguez My first time at Nail Factory and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I’ve been coming to Stephanie for years prior and she’s such a great artist and add here. Plus the location is perfect and close to home. I was not excited to call to make an appointment but that touch was honestly so worth it, I got to speak with the owner and she was absolutely the sweetest. You know she cares a lot about her business. You will not be disappointed coming here! I will be back every 3 weeks!

gabby forte discusting. catorlina gave me the worst attitude. too much to say on a review but i’ve been a client about 4 times and never had this problem. told her what i wanted, did the complete opposite, and the manager later told me they couldn’t do medium length in sns, when that should’ve been told to be beforehand because i would’ve never had this problem, they still charged me for “‘active nails” when these are clearly short. nail tech was eating food, on the phone, and even put her hand to my face to wait 2 times. i told her specifically what i wanted in the beginning and like i said, it couldn’t be done and that should’ve been told to me in the beginning. didn’t even ask if the length was okay or what i wanted, just did what she wanted. also spoke bad about me in spanish thinking i wouldn’t understand but i clearly did. overpriced and not worth it!

Yaya T It took me a while to find a great quality nail salon with APPOINTMENT service only which is fantastic for me!! The services that Carolina provided (gel manicure and acrylic nails) and Maria (gel pedicure) exceeded my expectations. Not only did they work with passion and attention to details, they made sure that i was comfortable and listened to my needs. This is a quality nail salon - not a “nail salon sweat shop” like many of the nail salons that i have encountered in the Bronx. Ladies, make sure to visit Nail Factory Express. Excellent quality nail experts that care and to me, that means a whole lot!

Kay Rosario Worst experience of my life, they don’t even deserve 1 star but I had to put it so I can be able to write this review. Really bad attitude. This was my “final product” and as ya can see is horrible!!! The shape is terrible, the nails are bulky, she didn’t even try to clean them up or make them look nice. On top of all that she got mad because I told her to stop I rather go somewhere else. They started laughing in my face and talking about the nails in their language while continuously laughing. Since Tiffany and Jennifer left this place isn’t worth coming to. You being in business 2 decades doesn’t guarantee a good service. Hire better employees and then you can brag.

Antoine Farrar I dont get a manicure often and when I went to this place they pressured me to get a gel manicure instead of a regular manicure. When I went back they took the gel nail polish off by sanding it off with the electric file. They kept filing and filing until my nail was paper thin. My nails have been breaking, chipping and painful ever since. I didnt know they were supposed to wrap them with acetone to get the gel off. I later found out that low level salons arent patient enough to wait for the gel to soak off so they file it off. I went back and brought this all to their attention. The man in front dismissed me by saying "your nails will grow back". SMH

Rachel marchall Bliss Nails and Spa Inc did a awesome job on my gel mani! Ria cleaned my nails very well, whatever I asked she did it, found all the colors, and has a funny personality! I think his name is Lulu he is really good too! He has done my nails a couple of times and they last forever! Good polish application, no chips for weeks, shape on point, and good design. Definitely recommend this salon. Everyone there is good. I have not been there and left disappointed.

Angelique Stylez I love coming to Bliss Nails to get my nails and feet done. The prices and service are to my liking and its not to far of a travel for me. They have a lot of staff available to take care of your needs. My nails are always done nicely and designed the way i want them to be. I get lots of compliments with the designs i get. My nails usually last a while. I go every 4 weeks for a fill in. My pedicures leave my feet nice and pretty and silky soft.

Andrea Amaro The man who takes down appointments and greets you is super kind and welcoming. Other than that the rest is just a regret. The woman who did my nails was incredibly unfriendly. Not rude but clearly didnt want to work on my nails. Overall the manicure is poor. If you cant do a reference photo well then just say that. I asked for gradient/ombre on two nails but theres no blend of color. It looks like a large blob transition to a super vibrant color I felt like I had to accept because the lighter lilac I chose wasnt really visible and there really was no talking to this woman without having her mumble under her breath about it being complicated. And underneath my pinky nail the powder gel hardened and completely fills under my nail. I didnt realize until I left that my nails nor the gel were properly cleaned off. Maybe this place is great for simple color but this just isnt going to be for me. For the price I guess its okay if youre okay with it.

Porscha Leigha Lisa is the go-to for all designs. She puts mad passion into her nails. She’s also in hot commodity so you need to book her 1.5-2 weeks in advance. Po is also great tech she takes time and shapes nails wonderful. Appointment system is fairly easy. Facility is always clean. Masks always worn. Prices are reasonable, cash only and they don’t have ATMs. So make sure you have cash on hand.

Natalie Martinez I’ve been looking for a new salon to go to since moving up to Wakefield and Nice Perfect Nails Spa seemed to have really good reviews. I gave it a try and am very pleased with my nails!! Sonnie did a great job and was very welcoming! Prices are pretty affordable. Definitely recommend 10/10 :)

The sets in the picture are my real nails. It was never “soaked “off” like he said. Then I sat another 20 minutes. I asked what was the wait time once again and he told me the person was on lunch so I asked how long is lunch as I’m asking an estimated time and he said 30 minutes. I proceed to get my coat and pay the $10 for the $5 file off and $5 cut because what’s the service I got and he told me $15 as it was a $5 TAX FEE OF CASH. Sir how?! I’m showing him the sign they have and asking where is this extra $5 coming from and he said these are add on and I told him I didn’t even receive a service and still paying. He then said these $10. But for you to try to up charge a $5 tax fee on cash was so disgusting! Especially since I’ve been there 3 times already. I will never be going back. Also to find out they say “Gel X” and charge you a crazy price for it when it’s really only builders gel. So yes they’re lying and stealing from customers. 2 hours of my time wasted to get no service and then for them to lie and cheat. Horrible

dayyanah saunders This place is unsanitary I have a detached nail on my big toe because the workers don’t take precautions, they use the same sponges, brushes and scrappers on every customer. Literally a chop shop, they rush their work and still insist on tipping. I am disgusted to see that when i remove their nail polish I seem to have a fungus that infected my toe.

Melody Was recommended by a friend to come here and try their wax service. I enjoy getting my arms waxed, it doesn’t hurt at all and it’s painless. However, I got a Brazilian wax the first time and although I was awkward the staff was friendly. It didn’t feel rushed which I genuinely appreciated. The second time was surprising because although I did choose a different staff member, I didn’t expect the wax to be applied kinda hot. Im sad to say but there was wax residue on my poor labia. I would probably stick to waxing my arms but I appreciate the friendly service and hospitality!

I was excitedly surprised that they also provided a speciality in Eyebrows .. so I gave it a shot. I came this morning for a 9.30am appointment and had scheduled myself for a Nail Extension Gel builder, An intensive Pedicure and an Eyebrow Consultation. I must say Jossey the technician was through, delicate, and patient with my confusion, my nervousness about the neglect caused to my feet and though there were a cut or two .. it was not her fault , it was due to my abrasive skin… she took care of my skin effortlessly, and with caution so it wouldn’t burn or be irritated. When it came to nails there was some confusion due to what I actually was looking for and the owner Ms. Ely who introduced herself when I first came in , sat with me for clarification of what I was envisioning and we worked together to make it happen. I appreciated her presence and participation in my process and especially her expertise. The nail industry has its own language! ;) and I am not the professional! They offered me a Mimosa and though I don’t drink. They also offered water, tea, coffee and a sweet several times. It felt oddly nice to be thought of. :) I then went to meet with Ms. Ely for a consultation in regards to my eyebrows and was instantly in love with the simulation. She provided me a step by step process and called me beautiful. I will be returning in 3 wks for a follow up of my nails and feet and definitely will be scheduling my eyebrows session. I truly hope I found an establishment that I can build a relationship with. Thank you so much for your service. I truly recommend this place. Your work was thoughtful. LIMITLESS RESILIENCE Dissatisfied customer! This is not my usual nail salon, but it was closed Thanksgiving day so I attended this nail salon instead & I never will again. When I first walked in the lady was fast talking, I requested what I wanted and asked for the price & she said she would tell me at the end (like it was a secret) & that’s how they overcharge you. She charged me $135 for Mani with acrylic for natural nail growth & pedi chrome gel polish that didn’t even last for more than 4 days.. I received service on November 28th & took these videos December 2nd. I faithfully get my nails done, so myself and any woman that get her nails done too knows how ridiculous that sounds.. during a recession you pay $135 for nails & feet that doesn’t even last for more than 4 days? Yeah, you would be upset too and cannot receive a refund, but wanted to offer to fix both of my nails as if that was the only thing that needed fixing. (The shaping only looks decent because I filed my nails myself once I got home)

Jadii I wish I could give this place zero stars. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 AM because I prefer long nails; the owner told me to come at 9:00 am. I woke up exceptionally early to ensure I wouldn’t waste anyone’s time or money since I believe time management is crucial. I found it still closed when I arrived at the shop at 8:50 am. I waited patiently until 9:15, then texted the owner for an update. To my dismay, they dared to respond that they had forgotten about my appointment and suggested I come back. After all the effort I put into being on time, it was incredibly frustrating to feel dismissed. I had already endured the cold while waiting outside, and now I was expected to return for service from someone who does not value their customers or their time. I also preferred acrylic for my nails, but the shop only uses builder gel. I lost my business and will not recommend any of my friends to come here

Aurora_V it was my first going there. my sister recommended it. the wait wasn’t that long considering the fact that we walked in with no appointment but i will say that because there’s only 4 people (could be more but not sure) that work there you may have to wait a bit. i got an acrylic powder set and regular pedicure. overall i don’t have any major complaints about their service other than the fact that you have to pay an extra $10 for the nail shape. i wanted almond but i stuck with the square because i already took out my money. also they are cash only (according to my sister).

Ana Mor First off I want to start by saying how excited I was to do my nails with Jenny I had booked a month ago. I arrived 30 minutes earlier. I showed her my inspiration nails picture(500 dollars) she requires a deposit of $50 so I decided that I wasn’t going to spend $500 dollars on my nails so I told her that I was willing to pay $250. So for $250 you get 4 rhinestone nails but not full , she left acrylic residue on my nails she was bothered that I had dry cuticles and she didn’t even bother to check if my nails were perfect because I have a hair in one of them. I do understand that you get what you pay for but I honestly was expecting a better service not this! even if it was simple she should have made sure that the nails were perfect and that I was satisfied but I wasn’t! I guess if you are a celebrity or somebody from the media you’re going to get pampered and an excellent service but since I’m a regular person she doesn’t care and I’m not a complicated person I’m always open to suggestions .. i’ll leave some pictures here...

Victoria Decided to try this place and NEVER AGAIN! The service is horrible! I started with one tech and in the middle of her prepping she told me another is going to take me. I thought maybe has someone else? No she just didn’t wanted to do my services. The other nail tech was so rude and very unprofessional. They sit by eachother left side. I told her and show her a picture how I wanted my nails and shape and did completely opposite. I kept telling her please fix this nail or please make the shape like I showed you and I told me I can get up from the chair if I don’t like it bc she has other clients to attends. The customer service from this place is horrible. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The upper management or onwer needs to change the whole staff if they want the salon to continue open. None of those nail tech know what they are doing and the funny thing is they all talk about eachother too. No one is professional there.

Francesca Lujan I love the amazing work and friendly attitudes of the staff here. I highly recommend for extra cute styles. I wish management would accept more than cash. Its an obvious tacky money grab. Its so unnecessary to inconvenience your clientele for this. I also advise management to clean up and upgrade the bathrooms and other facilities. The salon isnt spa-like at all. The staff is AWESOME. But, the owners are not engaged with the business at all and it shows that they make no investments in the salon.

ash t Ive been going to this salon maybe 1 yr plus never had a bad experience till this lady in the images fked it up for me. I went to get a pedicure and full set. Im not picky who does my nail i just want to get the job done. I sat down she started putting the glue and nails after she cut them i noticed one side was longer than the other i asked her nicely can you please cut it more on the side that was longer. After i told her that she completely shut me off and said no. I told her i can see it and to look. She just got angry and told me she did not want to do my nails. I told her it was ok ill go else where and she proclaimed she was the owner so i took a pic of her to ask around and verify it was true. Point of this the other employee are decent this chick was the only one with attitude bad customer service.

Good Eats Worst experience! I do not Recommend coming to this salon, you’re better off sending your money else where for better service. I got a manicure done here and the polish work was so sloppy, the polish was flooding my cuticle. I told the man to take off the polish and just do them clear. He proceeded to take the polish off and he leave pink on my nails and tried to paint my nails clear with pink still left on my nails. I didn’t want to pay for this service and ended up paying because I didn’t want to argue. Long story short I’m never coming here again and neither should you.

Serenity Facey My daughter went here to get a Pedicure and this is what her big toe looks like first let me say they cut her toe up cutting her cuticle when she is only 13 they isn’t much cuticle to begin with she than put peroxide on it which wasn’t the bad part but because it was bleeding a lot she than put nail glue on the wound and said that will stop the bleeding as you can see in the picture how bad her big toe look and to top it off they didn’t even do a good job painting her toe nails will differently be going there tomorrow to get a refund on her pedicure that costed $25 for them to have my child toes looking like this I don’t recommend coming here and this will be the last time we come here The nail technicians need to be a little bit more gentle when it comes to cutting cuticles and stop rushing and take there time I’m paying you for a service

Charlie Chill I was treated with so much rudeness & disrespect for absolutely no reason by the staff. Specifically notable was a "gentleman" whos English was very bad and hair blond/brown made me feel so unwelcomed I was surprised someone who obviously doesnt like (black?) people is even allowed to deal with the public.

They do a rush job especially when they see other customers walk through the door and have very bad attitudes … one woman complained about her pedicure while there smh for the prices you guys are charging step ya game up and pump the breaks on that attitude!.

H Ramos Please don’t come here!! First time doing dip powder at this nail salon and it was the worst decision I ever made. The guy that did my dip powder manicure did a horrible job. The whole time he was on his phone watching what I believe was Asian only fans because he seemed to be too concerned with the phone versus doing my nails. When I left my nails were ok looking. My nails started to chip and peel off that very same evening and one of my tips came off immediately !!! I went back a few days later and another male nail tech offered to do my nails but I simply declined. I will never get my nails done here after having this experience with my nail!! I was charged $50 for dip powder service that didn’t even last the same day. I don’t care if it’s being done for free!!! I will never come back and get any service done here !!! The Bronx needs to do better. Can’t get a good outstanding service in this borough because of business like these, high prices for low mediocre work!!!

Treniese Ladson Dont go here!!! I paid $25 for a gel manicure and it didnt even last a day before it started cracking. I went back for the technician to redo my nails and the same thing happened. They are obviously cutting their products or using old products. Whatever the case is, you will waste your money. Customer service is horrible as well. K R I dont like going here because they take alot of shortcuts and the work is shoddy. Almost everytime I get my nails done here, they break within 2 days of doing them. Mind you, Im not even doing anything strenuous. This doesnt happen with my regular tech. They cant do the trendy nail detailing that alot of other salons do because they dont have the accessories/knowledge. The shop is run down as well I went in for a pedicure and inquired about the cost of waxing upper lip and eyebrows... the lady I asked called another woman and both were looking me up and down speaking in chinese. Just because of my attire and my engagement ring, they told me $35. I could get my entire face threaded for that by someone who does a much better job and has a more aesthetically pleasing location. Then when I said no, they tried haggling the price down...No thanks! Edit: extremely unsanitary and lacks accountability. They never sterilize their tools and this has now caused me an unsightly infection. I was convinced into getting acrylic on my toes despite not needing it. I came back over 4 times requesting them to be removed and being told no. Finally pushed for them to remove it yesterday and I had full blown fungal and green nail infections. Would never recommend.

Luna Burgos I do agree they are very attentive of the clients that come in this was my first time. I hate the manicure job the lady gave me. My nail polish has bubbles all over it and looks messy. (Pictures don’t do justice) she kept asking me about doing gel manicure after I told her no 4 times. I tried this place because my actual lady at a different location was booked. But honestly I do not like the job they do. I think their speciality is acrylic and gel. But if you’re trying to keep it all natural they just rush you

Anonymous 6/9/18 It was my first time here. Hannah did my nails. Although there was a good amount of people there, I was immediately addressed by a man when I walked in and had no wait to get my nails done. The other reviews are correct. They are very fast and I love it! My boyfriend could not believe when I called him that I was done in less than an hour. I got a fill in and Hannah was patient with me choosing my colors and going back and forth. The diamond job could’ve been done better but the nails look nice and their prices are really reasonable and on point. I felt comfortable there and there was no drama nor did I feel like I was being constantly gossiped about in another language like SOME places! There were many nail techs there and a sectioned off area for eye brows and upper lip waxing that I will probably try next time I am there as well as a pedicure. I will definitely return. :)

BARB C Ive been coming here since I was a teen (mostly for eyebrows) and now I go in for acrylics. I like to keep it simple: no gel and regular shape. Perhaps the simplicity is what works? You pay $25 (plus tip), and quite frankly in other places you will easily pay more than $50 for a similar job. In my experience, the younger staff usually take their time, which I prefer. Yes, this place can use new decorations and more cleanliness, and hopefully in years to come they consider this. I will continue to support this local business.

Maleni Kae I finally gave this nail salon a chance. I think overall this place did my nails and feet really good. The service for my pedicure wasnt all that. They shouldnt charge for basic things in a pedicure like gel remover or callus remover. Unless you have rock hard feet and ode callus then I understand but w.e. Chris did my nails. I loved how honest he was about the condition of my nails. He asked if it was okay to redo them since almost all my nails were lifting etc. I said yes and he did a beautiful job. Originally I was going to do acrylic but I ended up using the builder gel and I love it. I love how they came out. He even gave me such a good hand massage. However for what they charge for the pedicure I expected at least a food massage. Not just lotion on my feet and legs. Next time I will just do my nails since I feel for what I paid for them it was worth it.

LIFESTYLE WITH ADE My first time at the salon I had my manicure and pedicure done. Manicure good but the pedicure not so good . Today I was there for my manicure, pedicure and lashes. Pedicure was really but the lashes was a total waste of money and time. The lash tech was not so nice. The lash and glue was placed on my chest. The lash tech came on pressing down on my eyeballs. The lashes were so uncomfortable, I had to take they out while have my manicure done. The manicure was the worse, the staff could not get the shape right, he tried severally and when I told him to take it off . The guy roughly to filed my nails and my flesh. Fallon Warren Hi Everyone, me and my husband visit the mall frequently and decided to stop by. We seen the sign about the special. Please be aware it’s only for Mon-Thur. The front door was broken so we went through the back. At first glance very clean and eye catching. Now let’s get into prices. Our total was $330 which was beyond disturbing. Since my job is to go and view shops and experiences and this was just a spree of the moment for us. Now let’s get in it. My nails and design had no business being $120 like are you kidding me and if it wasn’t for my husband I would have asked why. Because no fancy artwork no 3D designs and so many people asked and thought I was crazy for letting my husband pay $120 for this and 3 days later the one stone Is off. Look at the pictures. His nails manicure was about $60 he was truly disappointed was cut three times and left bleeding. The only thing was amazing was the feet it was an husband wife duel they sit next to each other, can’t remember his name but it was a work of art he was amazing made me feel like crying in a good way from pure bliss. Again, every little thing was beyond unreasonable callus treatment extra $20. $120 for my feet was unreasonable. I believe their prices is truly ridiculous and that would be the downfall because they will not get returning customers from word of mouth about the price discrepancy. I know others that went there and paid way less then what we did. Then at the end they did not let my husband get points because we was a walk in. So basically declaring that they do not even want him to save money if he decided to take me there again. Truly disappointed in the customer service, my nails and my husband service. Let me add we as good people tip each person we dealt with $20 each. This was a hit and miss for me I expected and wanted more from here.

Ive always received excellent service, and their staff is very pleasant, Professional, and very skilled in what they do. For many years, I used to suffer and have to go back and forth to the Foot Dr.,Because I suffer from in grown nails and since Ive been going to Nails and Spa. Ive not had to go to the back and forth to the dr.. I like that they treat everyone as if they are family and they care. About giving you Excellent service and a good experience.

Gabrielle Rhule Omg I wish I could insert 0 stars !!!This is by far the WORST nail salon I have been to. The only positive is the salon is aesthetically pleasing and appears clean and modern. I was recommended by a friend and last minute decided to try it out. On google it shows the salon closes at 9PM. I got there around 7:42 and asked how much for a fill and was informed $42. They have a sign that states discount with cash so I asked how much with cash and was told $40 I said okay no problem. The guy stated “do you want to do it or not” which threw me off because the statement and the tone came off rude but I wanted my nails to be done so I remained nice. When he started the process I realized he wasn’t using acrylic powder but some pink gel so I asked if that’s the fill he informed me yes that’s what they use they’re strictly a gel based nail salon so I said okay. He asked if I wanted cut down and shape which I assumed was part of the fill process as it is everywhere but he said not it’s $5 for each so I said never mind it’s okay just the fill. As he’s filling my nails bubbles are forming and he’s rushing the work so I pointed out the bubbles to him which he states he didn’t see and added more product to what he already did so I advised him no it’s gonna be too thick now just focus on removing the bubbles. He got upset and took a paper towel and wiped the product from all the 6 nails he had already did. He then stated “I’m not gonna do your nails anymore we’re closed bye”. I said what do you mean you’re closed he said they close at 8. When I went in at 7:42 he should’ve never started on my nails then because that wasn’t enough time but no they’re so money hungry that he thought he could rush and pull a fast one. He left my nails in a worse condition than what I came in and I had an event do go to. My nails were so sticky from the unfinished product and I couldn’t even put my jacket back on. A kind lady advised me to put alcohol on the nails to make it less sticky which I able to do no help form any of the nail techs. I was extremely upset and no manager was around to speak with and every other worker started ignoring me. I asked one for help and he replied “no”. This places is just awful all they care about is your money I will never return nor recommend this place.

Anacay Sanchez Im not one to write reviews but Im absolutely disappointed with my service here. I didnt have the time to do the review yesterday but I had time today. Yesterday was my first time going to this nail salon since it was my birthday yesterday and considering that they closed the one I used to go to I figured to try this place out because the place looks really nice on the inside, very spacious, and inviting. I called before in advanced and asked if they can do dip powder sets and they told me yes, I asked I didnt want mine acrylic and they said no problem. So when I got there they took me right away. I sat with one female who looked like she was prepared to do my nails but the Min I said I dont want it acrylic she sent me to be with another worker named Linda. There was a huge language barrier with her and not only with her, with other workers. I told them I wanted short tips, black matte and gloss tips , with 2 of my nails having a design on it. The design being instead of black French tips on two of my nails I wanted to substitute it to a slime look. I showed pictures which I will post up. And they gave me the okay. First red flag was that it seemed like the person they gave me was new or something because they kept having to come and check on her. Another was the process felt rushed because she didnt do my cuticles, she didnt file my nails to get form or anything. Then when it came to her doing the powder, and shaping them; my nails are very thick and have ridges and you can visibly see its uneven. Ontop of all of that, I didnt get what I ask for at all, she did regular black French tips and as far as the slime look, i had to literally grab the nail pen and do it for her causd she didnt know how to design it. The slime still didnt look how I wanted it to look and she did it in the middle of my nail and not the top of my nail like I asked for. All in all I was extremely upset cause this was supposed to be nails done for my bday and I had to leave frustrated because even when I kept having to tell them this isnt how I wanted or w.e it was I would request they seemed annoyed and overall over me requesting for so much especially because of the language barrier. I just dont think I should spend $117 dollars on nails that I dont like or didnt even want in the first place. And when I asked them for a discounted price because its not what I asked and I literally had to do the nail techs job for a second because she didnt know how to do it. And they refused. Im super furious with the service and the nails I have on. I literally went to take them off the same day. Dont recommend going.

The only reason why I kept coming here is because Bank was a great nail tech but now he is management. Preciosa Deana I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but this place is really hilarious and I had to share my feelings because I’m that disappointed. This is not my first time coming to this salon, so I’ve given them a fair chance before I am able to say DO NOT GO HERE. The ambiance of the place is cute, it’s big inside there are bathrooms there’s just space. You don’t have to be on top of other customers so much which is nice. However, the nail techs move realllyyy quickly, and I’m not sure if there’s some type of competition behind the scenes or what, but I got my nails done and it almost felt like the tech was rushing me trying to get through my set and onto the next customer. Idc about their commission, I get my nails done as a means to pamper myself. I’m an anxious mom, that was not the type of service I needed. To me, they seem very greedy, their prices are VERY high and their work is not worth it at all. As my tech was doing my nails, it seemed she was more focused on getting done than the shape or integrity of my nails they look horrible. I’m pretty sure they hiked the prices rn too because it’s a high volume time as kids/students/parents are all going back to school and work and they’re just trying to make that much more. I’m gonna include pics of my set by the nail tech MiMi, and I paid $78 for the set including the $5 tip. Neverrrrrrrr Again! (Forgive the plastic bag background it was my nearest “backdrop” and I really want yall to see the TERRIBLE shape, which I did communicate I didn’t like and she did little to fix, the cuticle isn’t flooded it’s literally the exact opposite and there’s no apex at all. Makes my nails look like they’re angling upwards and off my nails. Very poor service. Not every time has been this bad generally, but each time with any nail tech I’ve sat with they’re all very fast and don’t take care of the integrity of your natural nail at all.) would not recommend. Eyebrows, feet, everything sucks here. I paid $78 just for my nails alone guys.

Rosado Rosado DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY‼️‼️ THIS PLACE IS EXPENSIVE AND FULL OF AMATEURS. Came here once 5 years ago and now I remember why I never came back. I came in today for Mothers Day to get pampered, I was so excited. The lady doing my pedicure handed me a flyer for my options of pedicures. I decided on the Tea Tree Pedicure for $33. I asked the lady to please make my water nice and hot, but it wasnt. I told her the water was cold, and she warmed it up, but not much. She didnt clean under my nails, nor did she cut off my cutiles fully. Another young lady approaches & starts on my nails. So I just layed back & enjoyed my foot message and let her do her thing. Once I was done, they told me my total was $109. I gave $10 tip. They added an additional $19 for gel that they charge $10 at any other salon in NY. So I paid a total of $119 for a mediocre pedicure in cold water and nails that looked like they were done by a 5 year old. Sherlene, the manager, argued back and forth with me the entire time. She would not admit that the nails were poorly done and just not a good-looking set. She refused to give me a refund and instead proceeded to do an art project to fix my nails over the girls work. Once she was done I told her that she should remove the photos in her window as she is falsely advertising someone elses work, and no one in her salon knows how to do a professional set of nails. She told me that its because my hands are different from those in the window. I told her she was delusional. Not once did she apologize, and she even huffed in frustration when I told her that I wanted her to add extensions to all my nails if she wasnt going to cut them off and re do them. Doing nails is an art. Shaping nails takes skill and patience, and once you have mastered your craft, you can do a clean and beautiful set on any shape of hands. Clearly, Sharlene is just as much of an amateur as the staff. She hires. Take your job seriously, train your girls and maybe your customers will come back again and you wont have to be falsely advertising someone elses work on your window and charging such ridiculous prices for the terrible work you and your staff provide, robbing the women in your community. Do better. Personally, I will never go back. Worst Mothers Day set ever.

Rosemary Minaya I had done my nails here once or twice before and I liked it, but I feel it’s a bit pricey for me. Today I came as an emergency and had my nails done by Kevin. I hated it. I never write reviews, but I feel many customers (like me) rely on reviews. He was in such a rush; kept burning me and cut me while filing. He didn’t clean my cuticles or any of the surrounding acrylic as a result of the fill in. I asked him to cut my nails, and I guess he was in such a rush that didn’t wait for me to show him the length I wanted. I asked for coffin style nails and they are not at all. I feel he skipped steps and at no point they give you a chance to wash your hands. Overall, I won’t be returning (even in an emergency situation). When we come to these places, we want to feel relaxed, but he was worrying about finishing and getting the next customer that he lost me as a customer (even if it was seldom).

Chocolate Honeybee LADIES DONT GO HERE THEY ARE OVER PRICED WITH BAD QUALITY WORK. I showed him what I wanted and didn’t bother him. Each of my nails were uneven. The application of the acrylic was soo thick and clumpy he used the drill for about an hour to try and get them smaller. My pinky on my left hand is literally crooked to the right. I have acrylic stains on my nails from such a bad job and my cuticles itself were not done at all and they tried to charge me $80! For such bad work (look at the sides of my nails. Almost every nail is either uneven or drilled down and now the nail is too small!!!)

I was charged $118 for sns nails which were supposed to be $45 and $40 for gel toes. Don’t understand where the extra money came from. But I will never come here again. Close this place down.

Jen Save your money and go some place where they care and take their time. I Will NOT be coming here ever again. I don’t ever leave reviews. But after today and their horrible customer service I will not be supporting this business. Today was the last straw. The nail tech did not do a great job on my acrylics. I pointed out the issue and he proceeds to laughing and joking around in his language to the other nail techs. He skipped steps. Didn’t file my nail correctly. Was cutting and burning me. Rushed the acrylic and left pockets and bumps. Told me he’ll cover it up with nail polish. I asked the lady if she could fix it she then spoke to him in their language and just ignored me. No help whatsoever. He rushed the whole process and my nails look bad! This is not the first time that they rush with my nails. But after asking to have my nails fixed and being laughed at and then ignored I will not come here again.

Diana Rodriguez The technicians are awesome, especially Lorena, Maria and Denis…. But the boss Marcelo is difficult at times…. He didn’t allow Maria to use the same color on my feet because it’s a “new” color…. So why was it allowed to be used on my fingernails last week? I am NOT happy with his customer service today!!! Not feeling valued as a customer that’s been coming here for more than 10 yrs!!!

Leidy Pena Went in as a first time customer and the girl named Ruth did my nails. I had a "full set", but it was the acrylic poder on my short nails. Paid $28 bucks plus tip and She did a horrible job and when I had asked her if she was to fix them she told me no. The entire time she was on her phone and supposedly had neck pain, but then again if you in pain why would u be working? I just left the place and wont be going again. Wish I can post my nails so people can see.

Sasha Lou I went there for the first time yesterday to get a manicure and a pedicure. During the manicure she kept pulling on my skin which cause my nail to bleed she never said sorry or anything she did not paint my nails good neither my toes, I did not notice how terrible the polish on my toes looked until I got home. I’ve been calling the shop and no one answered.

Fania Chigrinsky I have been to this place twice, first time was okay, few cuts and completely wrong color than I asked for but nothing serious. I decided to give them a second chance. On top of making my nails extremely uneven, The nail artist cut every cuticle on my left hand and 3 on my right so aggressively that it caused me to bleed. She then proceeded to file my acrylics while paying zero attention (with a regular file) and slit my finger open. After I cleaned my finger she then glued it together without even telling me which then came off and gave me an infection.

Gariyana Williams I went to get my toes done on my birthday and she charged me $40 to cut my toe till I was bleeding then I saw none of there Utensils where clean ,and she used hand soap. And my gel color was not what I asked for I wanted them to be mood and she gave me a random pink color. Malikah Mahone I’ve been here about three times and will continue going and requesting Kylie. She’s the best with nail designs and trendy artwork. They work pretty quickly and I haven’t had any complaints as of yet. Another bonuses at the retention is really good. I typically will have a set last for about a month.

Ursula Razo I’ve done my nails many times and since they post pictures with artists names on instagram I know who to go to….. they do not do this for pedicures so i’ve had two bad experiences. This is the second bad one. Todays nail guy was clearly new, he spoke no English, people kept coming to explain things to him, pedi took over an hour, all toes are different shapes, and the total cost for pedicure with extensions was $90.

Kyra Briggs I just got my nails done here. Steven did a poor job — advice to everyone DO NOT go to him. I asked for a dip powder with a simple design. It was a complete rip off and he could not even communicate with me to check in to see if I was liking my nails and as far as I’m concerned gave me a bit of an attitude. He was mostly on his phone watching a video the entire time. At the end of my service he didn’t even apply lotion to my hands. I usually tip but this was the absolute worst service ever so I walked out without tipping. People including myself need to stop pouring money into these Asian owned salons. They’re only about money and rushing to get to the next customer. Never coming back here again.

Nini Var First impression was kind of off putting. The man Stephen/Steven took off the hard gel I previously had and was extremely rough. But Stephanie did my set and was kind, gentle and helpful. I did a simple color so it wasn’t anything amazing. It could be a bit better but I needed my nails done ASAP. I would go back to see if I’d like to commit to this location. Overall, their service is quick and fairly priced compare to what I usually pay but the service will be trash. But I guess you get what you paid for

claritza fana The girls are rude and always in a rush, they give you an attitude when you as (politely) for what you want done on your nails (they cut my fingers while filing my nails). I decided to give them another shot and 2 weeks ago me and 3 other customers waited 1 hour and 55 mins for our turn only to be told at 8:20 that they were taking more customers. This was after we signed our names and were told to sit for our turn. The manager said its not her problem the girls want to go home. Do not visit this place.

Melissa Santos If I could give this place a zero I would. Don’t even look at this place. I went with my mom and asked if we were going to be attended before deciding to wait. The owner told us that it was gonna be a 45 minute, which was fair. We awaited almost 3 hours. During that wait we asked ONCE, if we were still going to be attended. The owner ignored me and the sister barely said anything. After waiting all that time, she then tells me that she can’t attend us because the girls want to go home. When I told her I asked if we were going to be attended before we decided to wait and she shrugged and said they wanna go home. It’s filthy, poorly managed, lazy workers and incompetent owners who don’t know or care about that “ business. ” Just go down the block, you will definitely find more professional and suited place.

I arrived early because I know the wait time is ridiculous. The nail lady I had today started off gluing her arm rest with acrylic and her acrylic brush that she used to do my nails (it was cleaned before use) then she mixed in new powder into her bowl with the opposite end of her pen. Unsanitary. She was very rough with her machines on my nails and had cut one of my fingers with her machine. I felt as though it was rushed when the day wasn’t even busy. This place increased their prices but their nail techs remain at mediocre level. This place will remain the same if things don’t change. It’s sad to say that they’ve lost a loyal costumer. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here.this might seem dumb to some people but this has been building up over time.
