David Lowell I called requesting a haircut. It took the owner over 24 hours to return my call. I was trying to inquire about her availability. She rudely and abruptly ended the call. Horrible customer service. Ill cut my own before I allow someone to disrespect me like that. Where are decent manners these days?

Ellen Gregory Janice takes her time with you and I always get a great cut and style. If youre looking for a new hair salon, I highly recommend Golden Touch.

Maddie Hoke This place has unfortunately gone extremely down hill. I made an appointment many days in advance for two pedicures and manicures. When we got there we waited over an hour, which I understand they were busy so we dealt with it. Once seated at the pedicure stations, my bath ended up malfunctioning and completely soaking my pants and the person next to me. The lady quickly came over and fixed it but didn’t offer to put me anywhere else. So I remained at the same station sitting in water the rest of the pedicure…. And was wet and freezing the whole time… the pedicure was not great and lasted about 10-15 minutes. I was shocked they didn’t offer a discount or anything for this horrible service. I paid pull price and still tipped well because I don’t believe in punishing the workers for a poorly managed place. I won’t be going back here again. Update to the comment below. Yes this is the right salon. I have been here many times over many years. My mom and the girl I was sitting next to (who I happened to also know) can vouch for this day. We waited over an hour and yes there was a water incident… there were quite a few people getting pedicures that day as well. The place was very busy.

Kathy Randall Ive been going to Mindy for many years and she always does a great job. And shes always willing to fix my nails if they happen to break within a few days for free. Her salon is beautiful and relaxing.

Stephanie Delano Nails look good but the shaping is a little bit uneven. I would recommend if you don’t like noisy nail salons, they have a very quiet salon.

Layla Ali This was truly the worst experience my family and I have ever had at a salon. My mother, sister, and I went in hoping to treat ourselves to full sets and pedicures for a relaxing day together, but we left feeling upset, embarrassed, and incredibly disappointed. We waited an hour and 15 minutes to be seated at the pedicure chairs, which we didn’t mind because it was busy, and we were just happy to spend time together. Unfortunately, things went downhill once we were seated. The pedicures were rushed and careless—our cuticles weren’t cleaned or touched, the polish was sloppy and flooded our cuticles, and the nails weren’t even fully covered. On top of that, the promised callus removal and scrub (included in the pedicure we paid for) were skipped entirely. It was so disheartening to see such a lack of care when we had been looking forward to this for weeks. To make matters worse, I was overcharged by nearly $20. When I kindly asked for clarification, the man working insisted I was charged for polish removal and nail designs. I came in with no polish on my nails, and I had plain white nails with no designs whatsoever. They didn’t even use a curing lamp for the “gel” I paid for, which makes me suspect I was charged for gel but given regular polish instead. When I questioned this, the man became loud and aggressive. He spoke over me and my sister, dismissed our concerns, and blamed us for misunderstanding. The situation escalated into a scene, and I felt humiliated as everyone in the salon turned to watch. All I wanted was to resolve the issue calmly, but he kept going, insisting we were wrong and even telling us not to come back. My sister, who rarely shows emotion in public, was brought to tears. Seeing her upset on what should’ve been a happy day broke my heart. Her nails were particularly awful—chunky, uneven, and rushed. The polish flooded her cuticles and looked like it had been done by an amateur. She ended up going to her regular salon right afterward, where the staff were so shocked by the state of her nails that they redid them for almost no charge to fix the damage. This experience wasn’t just disappointing—it was hurtful. We went in hoping to enjoy a day of self-care, but we left feeling mistreated and embarrassed. My advice? Skip this place. Spend your money at a salon where the staff take pride in their work and treat their clients with care and respect. It’s worth every penny to avoid the heartache we experienced. Katelyn Seeley horrible. asked for a full acrylic set and charged me for gel which is double the price. when we came back to ask why they gave us gel they said from the picture we showed they knew it was gel and that’s why. also they nails came out horrible, didn’t even try. told us it was our fault for showing them that picture. don’t ever come here

Darlene Bawolak Yesterday was the first time that Ive been to this place. Me and my three sisters went for a birthday get together for my sister Linda. We all manicures and pedicures. It was the very first time Ive ever had a pedicure. Ill be going back again. And only the second time Ive had a manicure. The people who work there are very polite,respectful and friendly. And the atmosphere was very nice.

Kristen I booked an appointment a few weeks ago and they had someone in the chair and someone ahead of me waiting when I got there. I rescheduled as I understand stuff happens. Two weeks later I called 15 minutes before my appointment before I arrived. Emily told me Roger was on schedule. I show up on time. They had me wait 50 minutes past my appointment time. This is a photo of my nails less than 24 hours. Gel dip.

Morgan Morrell Went yesterday. Sat at number 4 with a young gentleman and he was very kind and gentle. First time in a while that I got my nails done and they were straight and what I wanted. Love them!
