Savanagh OdinnWind I love coming here - best prices around and every one does good work. Theyre very efficient too, the only time there are wait times is because theyre providing a lot of services and you just have to wait your turn even with appointments. Plus I never mind waiting, they have a cool fish tank and plants to enjoy besides just browsing the colors. I always get exactly what I ask for with my designs and shapes and I havent lost a nail yet! Personally I like to have Emily do my nails, shes very gentle to my cuticles and with the dremel tools, I never have the edges lift and theyre never too thick - and she always gives me a stunning almond shape!

Nevaeh Scott i was a walk-in, they got me in a seat within minutes after i chose my color and TJ did my nails! excellent experience, very friendly!

Amber DeMar Gigi never disappoints - my nails always look perfect, never break or lift and she always has me in and out quickly. I won’t get my nails done anywhere else or by anyone else.

Tamara Wilson Not happy with my experience. It was not very clean at all. I got my nails gel painted and theres gel all in my nail beds. On top of that it was $40 for just gel polish. The guy that did my nails was dripping in sweat. I will not be back. Is there a single good nail salon Fulton County? Stop going to these crappy places so they have to close. Between them and Sunny Nails idk whos worse.

Stefani B Not a very friendly shop. Was told no to a few colors in their own books, was looking for a deep deep purple. But looking at quality is why Im giving a low review. A few needed to be redone on the spot as they had white marks all over them, they a fairly sloppy work and a few are crooked or not smooth. Disappointed after getting a few recommendations. Already looks like I need a fill from the first day. (Painted two black as one had white marks in it upon leaving )

Jenna Roberts This was the worst salon experience I have ever had. From the jump when walking in I could feel the animosity in the air. I sat down for a pedicure and when I was asked what kind of pedicure I wanted I picked the milk and honey pedicure and the tech snatched the menu from me and rolled her eyes. She proceeded to smack my legs and feet when she wanted me to move them. Never said a single word to me. No how are you, no small talk, nothing. I ended up just shutting up and sitting there not wanting to make her attitude worse. I always like to pick a package with a massage but she basically ran her hands over my calves and feet for 10 min. My nail polish was done very quickly and looked bad. I shouldn’t have tipped 20% but I did and when I handed her the cash she clicked her tongue and stuck it in her pocket like my tip was not good enough for 30 min of her time. I was very unimpressed. I will not be going back.

arie logan Terrible! Would NOT recommend. These are my mom’s nails. They wouldn’t let her sit there to dry. They made her pay right away because they didn’t trust that she would pay???? My mom kept saying “please stop I will pay let my nails dry”…. They wouldn’t stop and kept telling her she needed to pay!!!! Do not go here!!

Priscilla Dodds Walked in with a friend on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to get us right in (although, I think we were lucky - make an appointment!) Tim did a great job on my nails and kept making sure I liked them (shape, color) during the process. Reasonably priced. Very happy with this spot :)

A Heuerman I took my daughter to get pedicures with me. We made an appointment, since it’s a small staff here I heard it was the best way for service. We were seated within 5 minutes of our arrival and we had an amazing experience. I got the organic deluxe pedicure, and my daughter wanted flowers painted on her tiny toes. We both got what we wanted and came away very happy. Despite the reviews complaining about the wait times, we were taken care of in a very timely manner. The pedicures both felt and look great and I will definitely come here again. Prices are comparable, or slightly competitive to other salons in the area as well.

Gabriella Orozco I just moved here a few months ago - and I was desperately looking for a good nail salon that had great customer service, and good shaping. This place amazed me the moment I walked in. The owners are super friendly, and now even greet me by name. I’ve been here maybe 5 times, and each time I walk out, I’m in love with my nails. For those of you who are scrolling the reviews and looking for a new nail salon, please give this nail salon a chance. They’ll amaze you!

Maria Really bad service. Waited an hour before we got attended. They didn’t have any of the supplies. The layer of the powder were so thin and the technicians were so in a hurry didn’t even give the polish time to dry. Actually hurt my sis and nieces fingers in the process. By night time their nails were already chipping, cracking and nail polish were peeling off. When we asked the nail tech to fix a nail she was so rude and got upset. I tried to call but the guy told me to face reality. Now we have to go elsewhere to get their work fixed.

Lexie May I’ve been here twice and both times left disappointed. I wont go back and don’t recommend them. I experienced very poor customer service, felt judged by the staff, and wasn’t pleased with the ending results either. Here’s a little background on why: Being new to the area I was excited to have something that was 5 minutes from my home. The first time I went in I got a new stylist who gave me a painful pedicure and kept asking me questions on the length of nails and made it feel like what I was getting was ugly. I’ve never had that experience and felt like I was doing their job for them - this was their first downfall. Second, despite showing them a photo of a nude shade and a design I felt like I could do at home, they couldn’t match the color on my toes or nails which took so long and the design was very sloppy despite trying multiple times. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted and felt frustrated leaving. Next, even though they took me on as a client closer to close because of my schedule, they had me leave in the middle of winter with flip flops walking on ice and in turn the polish smudged and my feet were freezing - third downfall. They at least could make sure your toes are dried so you walk out safely and happy with the service. This was my first time. My second, I had a stressful day and needed a mani pedi for an important event the next day and really didn’t have the time to go further away from the house. I didn’t have high hopes, but figured I would give them another shot. 2 hours before they close I walked in for them to tell me they are closing early. I asked for a recommendation of another salon because I needed to get it done and the lady just said “um..no but you can google it”. I was shocked that they for one - couldn’t mark their door if they were closing early so customers aren’t surprised and two - make a recommendation if they themselves can’t provide the service. I was frustrated that I had to travel so far out when I had plenty of other tasks I needed to do that evening. It only set me further behind and continued to leave a bad impression of this salon. They desperately need better customer service overall.

lovin jra I can not say anything bad about Star Mails or the staff. Everyones friendly, accommodating and personable. They dont rush through the services and are still very efficient. Ive never had a bad experience.

C M The salon is extremely outdated and does not feel very clean. Although I can easily look past the outdated atmosphere, my nail tech was extremely unfriendly and did the absolute bare minimum when it came to my manicure. She did not do any cuticle cleanup, and when I kindly asked for a 3rd coat of polish on my gel manicure (because it was see through), she laughed and smirked in my face as though this was the most ridiculous task she’s ever been asked to do. It’s really not that difficult to smile, be polite, and put in a little effort. I would not recommend.

She even worked with my budget and made sure all my girls were set ! Will definitely be returning. So thankful for all the kindness that made my day special

abigail olm I recently moved into town for the summer, and have had a very hard time finding a good place to get my nails done. I’ve been to a couple other nail salons in the area and this one was by far the best. Kim was very attentive and even stayed open late to accommodate me. She listened to what I wanted with my nails, and they came out beautifully. I got them done five or so days ago and they still look great. Happy to say I have found my go to nail place up here.

Brittany Foss Worst nail experience I have ever had. Lady didn’t listen to what I wanted and didn’t understand what I was saying. I wanted just pink nails with silver glitter on top, not a hard thing to achieve if you ask me. I feel like they do what they want to your nails, she tried to do an ombré at first. My nails came out looking horrible, was asked if I liked it said no. Another lady tried to redo them, at that point I didn’t care what they did as I was on my lunch hour from the work and needed to get back. The clear gel topcoat doesn’t cover the whole nail, there was clumps of clear gel on the ends that I needed to file off myself when I got back to work, there is acrylic overlapping my cuticles. Just an over all horrible job. And to top it off I was charged $10 more than I was told it would be(probably bc they had to fix it). I always feel obligated to leave a tip, so I added the tip to my card. Was told next time I need to pay tip in cash….wow just wow!!! Definitely do not recommend! Waste of time and money!! Go to Linda Beauty nails in Amsterdam, they never disappoint!!

Nichole Waight I had my nails done on a friday( Gel Mani and pedi) ... Saturday morning while doing dishes and house work I notice my polish came off on 3 fingers. Went back and asked then to repaint those 3. They did.here it is Tuesday and my polish is chipped off on 2 other fingers. This happened last time I had my nails done here about a year ago. Going to request a refund. I usually go to Amsterdam.

malinda palmer The guy tried to grind my cuticles up so he could cut them with the cuticle cutter. It hurt so bad the whole time. The first three fingers bled because he cut them so close to my skin. I helped in pain several times so he didnt even bother cutting the cuticles that were already grinded up and barely hanging on. Then he proceeds to use a dirty brush to wipe away the anc powder on my bleeding hands. On top of that he painted the skin on each side of my nails. They look terrible. Im just praying I dont get an infection. Thank God I didnt get a pedi
