Jessica Emhardt Awful job! A new girl did my nails so I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but my nails looked sloppy and after 1 week they looked horrible! I had a new dip set and paid $45. Really disappointed! I know the young girl was new, but she also had zero table manners and very unprofessional.

Kelly Drago Amatuzzo They were so sweet with my daughter who loved gettin her mani/pedi and were great with me too. Its clean and has lots of options. They get busy at times so i think it helps to call ahead but they were able to get us both in right away and had everything ready for us when we arrived.

Grace Lizel did great with my wedding nails. the shape is perfect and she was so quick. also got a pedicure from someone I didn’t get the name of but she did a great job as well

Emily Faust THIS BUSINESS IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT - The bad reviews previously posted on goggle are not as a result of the current staff. I went to Nifty Nails recently and it was #1 FUN. The women are friendly, speak with you throughout your service. It was like a night out with new friends. #2 Reasonable Priced. Enough said. #3 Good Results!!!! Give the new owner and staff a try. I will be going back!

Danielle Gordon Absolutely loving Model Nails! The Salon is beautiful and the service is excellent. This is my third time going there since they opened and I couldn’t be happier. I go to Celine, who is incredibly nice and very accommodating and she is very good at what she does, I’ve never had anyone do my nails as good as her and I am really loving the cat eye colors which they have a VERY large selection of. Highly recommend!!!

Aleyna Oksuz Been coming here for YEARS and Thuy never ever disappoints! I believe I discovered Model Nails when I was 18 and I am now 24 still going to Thuy! She is so warm and sweet, will give you suggestions if you need or help you decide if you’re debating like I am the most time between color and designs. Everyone else is incredibly talented and great, but Thuy never ever fails and always makes sure I am leaving with a smile on my face and a perfect manicure exactly how I want it. Their remodel is absolutely INSANE and beautiful, very well deserved and earned! It is the only nail salon I will go to and Thuy is the only Nail Stylist I go to! Wont disappoint

Gaby Martinez Everyone was very sweet, the prices were fair, the nail tech was very detailed and i appreciated that she redid things when they werent perfect without me saying anything instead of just leaving it, and the massage was actually really good. I only got a simple gel design but she copied the picture exactly, so I loved that. Plus they gave a little Christmas gift for the holidays! Overall a very nice place to get your nails done and its pretty inside and clean :) thank you for my cute nails!

Kierstin McNamara Model Nails and Spa is gorgeous and a great environment for dedicated services. The new salon is super comfortable and welcoming to customers. Me personally, I get acrylic nails and I always go to Nikki. She does great designs and shaping to anything you like!! I definitely would recommend Model to get the best of the best!

Emilianna Schneider Not the one to leave negative reviews, but I couldn’t let my experience this past weekend go unnoticed. The spa itself has a great atmosphere very clean & well kept and in addition the owner is very kind. Writing about my experience, me and a friend of mine had getting blowouts by a young stylist. Due to the texture of my hair, I asked for some extra curls to be thrown in because my hair does not sustain a blowout, The curls were already falling out by the time I had left. My friends “blow out” Left her hair pin straight with little to no volume. This left us both having to rush to style our hair, before our event. Also, not to mention, the lack of experience from the young stylist left my scalp Burnt due to the high heat during the blow dry (see attached photo). The pricing between long and short hair is unfair, and if you are going to charge the same prices for each service the stylus performing the service should be more experienced.

Kevin Clor For Jennifer Leigh Mariano. Amazing massage. I am normally very picky about massage therapist and certainly ones that are going to do a more therapeutic type of massage. I can say honestly, this was the best therapeutic massage I’ve ever received and I will be booking consistently with her for two weeks at a time.

Cheryl Harris This was a wonderful massage experience! Julie and her team were amazing. My husband and I both had massages. Kevin and Sara had incredible technique. The rest of the facilities were beautiful. Wish we’d had time for more treatments! I’d highly recommend!

Rachele Branson The spa was clean and all the staff seemed very nice. I signed up for a 80 min massage. It was just OK and only lasted 70 min. The massage started at 11:40 ( my appt was 11:30) and at 12:50 the therapist said ok we are done. I have had many massages at different places and they all start the time at the time the massage starts. The massage therapist also did a lot of the massage through on top of the blanket and not on my skin. Don’t get me wrong as there was massage on my skin but needed to be more and less through blanket. Also for 80 min there should be massage on my scalp and my temples. It just was a very weird massage but I still enjoyed having one

Nichole Olvey We read all of the reviews and being they were all very good, we decided to give them a try. My design was simple, but still somehow not simple enough as it wasnt done to my request. My friend also wanted a very simple design, she told the man doing her nails multiple times what she wanted, and he said "yeah yeah" but did not do anything even close to what was asked for. Upon coming home, and looking at my nails, every single nail is filed to lean, crooked, uneven, etc. Theyre not cut to match lengths and the polish either didnt fully cure (which I told the man several times it felt sticky and he told me its supposed to). I will not be a returning customer to this salon.

Chelsea Barmore I had never been to Q Nails before but had heard great things so I called in for a last-minute appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. The shop itself is very clean, bright and welcoming. Kendra was so friendly, quick and talented. She nailed the look I was going for (light pink chrome); I couldnt be happier with the service. Ive recommended their shop to family and friends and will continue to get my nails done here -- theyre wonderful!
