Maria Padula I visited on 1/2/25 with my son and the woman that helped us was amazing. Im sorry I didnt get her name. She was super patient and explained everything very thoroughly. She kept our documents and called us back to her window between other clients while we obtained additional insurance docs that we needed. She changed my sons address for us as well. Much less stressful experience than a typical visit to the DMV. I am so thankful!

S. Bailey For the 16 years that Ive lived in Wayne County and have used the DMV office in Lyons, I have always been treated with respect. The tellers/ agents have been helpful and courteous no matter time of day or month.

Justin Klazinga Best DMV experience I have had. Despite being a small place and rather crowded, they got through people quickly, worked with us to fix a mistake we made, and were extremely helpful and efficient. No other DMV in any other state or county I have been in comes close.

TheAmbulating Ferret Wonderful people work here. Not only did they quickly take care of my changing the registration of my car and getting my new plates, they lent me a screw driver so I could swap them out in the parking lot and bring the old ones back right then.

Joy Reynolds Some of wayne county’s most kind hearted work there. They know there stuff and go out of there way to help keep out community safe. In this overwhelming world of covid, they helped our local schools get covid funding and covid tests. They run all kinds of different programs that help keep out community healthy.

Cory Reynolds Tried calling to inform them of my positive Covid results and most of the time you get a prompt response “we’re sorry this number is busy” and then one time out of 20 the phone finally rings but no one answers! Furthermore no voicemail either!

Chris Lipari They are so helpful. When I moved here 3 years ago I had nothing but the clothes on my back. They helped me find an apartment, and they got me clothes and furniture for my apartment. Everything you would need. Including food, dishes, eating utensils, and pots to cook with. Everything you see in the photos, they helped me get it.

Sarah As someone who had been a military spouse for many, many years I can say Ive seen my fair share of doctors, good and bad. I cannot STAND this man. Hes rude. He constantly interrupts. Rushes out just as quickly as he bursts in. Gave him a couple chances, and all I can say is that Im a glutton for punishment. Staff, however, is awesome. Shame they have to work with such a pompous jerk!

David Fuller Dr. Tavares is the most competent and most kindest doctor Ive ever had. Prompt and astute.

Sarah Jacka If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had such a negative interaction with a doctor. After being instructed by my primary to call over the weekend Dr Wehrle was the doctor on call. I was told "this is not something to call about"and "I should be bothering him at 6am for this". It wasnt 6am and he was on call. Not my problem. My doctor instructed me to call for medication over the weekend and this doctor made me feel like a complete inconvenience to him. He wouldnt even send in the medication to boot. 0/5 stars from me. It makes me consider leaving all RGH practices so I dont ever have to come into contact with him again.

Josh The staff in the maternity ward are amazing people! My fiance and I have had our 2 daughters here and both times have been such an amazing experience! Such friendly staff it felt like they were family! Sara E is one of the nurses that comes to mind, she was so awesome through the whole experience while my fiance was giving birth, even left our daughter a birthday card!

Precious LeFlore ER is full of patients from the previous day that have been admitted and they have no rooms for them. Some have been in the hallway for 24 hrs. This is supposed to be a place to come and get help. Facility is just getting worse and worse. Would recommend take that drive a go to a different hospital

Cindy Most of the time, theyre pretty efficient and much of the staff is kind. Some drs actually listen while theres a few who refuse to listen to patient symptoms adequately. Some actually look in records to find out more. Ive been taken to rooms and sometimes in some weird chair in hallway with curtain around it. Theres several. Depends on how busy they are. Some drs are preferred over others. Most of the staff is kind.

Debra Beaudette I don’t care what anyone says this hospital goes above and I love the nurses and pcts on 2 west! You guys go above and beyond to help your patients in anyway! Dr, Rizkalla and her husband are amazing Doctors that work here too!

Gary Stewart Docs and nurses were professional and courteous. Took more than 2 hours to get discharged though. Seems like there are more comments than just mine on how inefficient the discharge process is. Maybe something to look into.

They truly want to help and you can tell they care about the safety and wellbeing of their clients. Tyler Cant stand all the comments about how bad this place is for so long. I assure you if you put in the work this place will save and change the entirety of your life. It did for me because Im understand what happens there is only half the battle

Cassandra Knapp Tremendously Under staffed. No compassion. The Nurse practitioners will make you feel 2 inches tall when speaking to them about your disability or mental health. Donna Fladd will be the first one to tell you, you don’t need medication you need more therapy. What a joke. How’s only therapy going to help someone who absolutely needs mental health medications to function in every day life? You will wait 6 months to finally see a “nurse practitioner” whom tells you medication is not the answer therapy is…. That’s a severely uneducated answer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve now had to go straight to the management twice to fight for my right to be treated confidently, with respect and dignity. as outlined in the NYS law. google reviews speak volumes on their own. 15 out of 22 reviews are 1 star. Average of a 2.2 star facility.

Nic Very poor record keeping here and incompetent staff. We only entered the building 3 times for appointments. After discovering the Dr accidentally prescribed my daughter the wrong dosage of her medication we decided not to return. We did not schedule any other appointments yet we are being billed for 7 appointments. When I asked the woman at the front desk for proof of us checking in to the building she could not provide that but still billed me.

K V My son had an first time appointment with Rachel Mace. My son was sitting in the waiting room when his name was called by Ms. Mace. The first thing she said to him in the waiting room before even saying hello was “are you high”. My son was taken back and said no why? Ms. Mace said “your one eye is red”. My son proceeded to tell her he was blind in that eye from a childhood accident and if your high both eyes would be red. This was all out in the waiting room. It gets much worse after he went into the room for his appointment. Ms. Mace proceeded to be very rude not only to my son but also his girlfriend. When my son explained why he was there to get information about a certain treatment. Ms. Mace kept interrupting and my son and his girlfriend both having a very hard time just telling her why they were there. Ms. Mace acted like she could have cared less what they were there for and started making faces like she was just over the conversation. She then told my son he needed to sign some papers to continue the session. When my son and his girlfriend asked what the paperwork was for, Ms. Mace would not explain to them what they were signing. My son’s girlfriend said that’s it, if you cannot explain the paperwork then my son was not signing anything. My son and his girlfriend then left the appointment understanding that going to see Ms.Rachel Mace was a complete waste of time. She is not their to help anyone. She treated my son like he didn’t have a brain in his head. What Ms. Mace didn’t understand is she was dealing with two professional people that do very well for themselves. My son and his girlfriend were treated like common criminals and that’s not how to treat anyone coming in to talk about such personal issues. Shame on Ms. Mace she should not work for this county office. I wonder how many other people come for help or just information and get treated like this?
