Julianne Schweigardt Getting established as a new patient is a nightmare. My previous GP retired 12/24/2024. I have done my due diligence to get my records to the office. Now I have to wait for the doctor to review the records before they will schedule an appointment. In the meantime I’ve developed a respiratory issue and my refills on needed prescription are running out. Than goodness for my allergist Dr Robinson. That office is fantastic and been helping with respiratory issue because I can’t get an appointment. This has been going on for over a month now

Jessica I have seen two different providers here for many years. I swear that they have saved my life, when specialists have failed me repeatedly. They are very thorough and don’t dismiss any symptoms. They take their time with you and really listen. They truly care about me as a person, not just a patient. I’ve had both of my children switched over here from their pediatricians when they aged out. Every staff member here makes you feel special and well cared for.

Randell LaRock I have been going to primary physician at irongate family practice for I believe about 20 years. Its kind of disheartening when your dealing with a permit medical condition. On top of that i have a medical history of having bursitis and arthritis in my left shoulder. I asked to get a cortisone shot, I was told to go see ortho ny. This is ridiculous! So after this long I need to find a new primary. Not extremely happy right now.

Doug M Pick a different Dr. The staff is very matter of fact. they promise to call back, and never do. They claim that the Dr has to review your file before you can make an appt. After 3 weeks the Dr has not reviewed it, as per the people that answer the phone. Any other practice in Warren Ct is a better choice. EDIT: and after my records were "being reviewed" for 2 months++, a message was left for me that Dr Aarons would NOT accept me as a patient, with NO reason given. There is no excuse for their horrible "medicine". How these people can call themselves Doctors is beyond me.

Ty and Karen Moore I moved my primary care to Dr Love a few years ago. I can’t say enough good things about his practice. He is very attentive and caring. His nurses and support staff are extremely responsive. I am an avid user of the portal to communicate with the Doctor and nurse. I get a response usually within the hour. Amazing. Dealing with other health care providers, you can see and feel the difference. I rarely write reviews, but my satisfaction here deserves a post. Highly recommend.

James Lapointe My Dad is almost 83 and lives in the Mountains. He relies on the town to provide him rides. His ride was late so he was going to be 40 minutes late and they refused to see him. No human compassion or understanding.

Mark McLLC Earlier this week, I went to the emergency room with uncertain cause of chest pain. When I was discharged, my paperwork said to follow-up with Adirondack Cardiology. When I called, they told me to get another referral and they would be able to schedule an appointment a few months from now. Im searching for another practice.

Stacey Fish So, were not off to a great start being a new patient. I have heard others complain about this group, especially the front office. Falling through the cracks, seems I might be too. A month ago I needed to make a 3 month follow up at the time of my out of hospital visit. I could not do it at that time because a new system was being implemented AND the 2025 schedule was not yet out, she asked me to call in a few weeks. I call 2 weeks ago for my 3 month follow up, nope, cant. Schedule is not yet out, I call again today, schedule not yet out. The lady I spoke with today, did NOT want to give me her name, after 3 attempts, she finally did. She tells me there is a recall system in place for the new system still being implemented, and the 2025 schedule still not available. GRRR. I need 3 months with an ECHO and lab work prior. Am I going to fall through that crack like so many others have? Am I going to Plattsburgh like others have? "Here with you, Here for you" is the motto right? Im not feeling it!!

Christy M I am warning people on here. I just got blindsided by a bill because this office is using a third party for their heart monitoring. Due to that any financial assistance will not be used toward the Bardy Diagnostic Solutions heart monitors. I only went through with that because I asked about my financial assistance through Adirondack cardiology. They assured me it was in their system, never ever told me the assistance would not apply to the Bardy heart monitors. So I went ahead with it. I got a large surprise bill and am now being told my assistance will not go toward it because they went through a third party Bardy Diagnostics Solutions. Beware. Also I called Bardy Diagnostic billing. It is Friday. They say they are open 8am to 5 pm. It is 10:30 am and they will not pick up. It is saying to call back during normal business hours which it is. Nothing says we care about you and your health like a blind side bill when your already sick. No one informed me they were a third party and financial assistance would not apply and no one is helping.

Marissa Hill 3 yrs ago I had a major heartache at the age of 39. Because of this I met Dr. Jordon Blackwood, the man , the legend that has been keeping me alive since my attack. I can not say enough good things about this man, he is angel sent from god. Dr.Blackwood definitely raises my heart rate!!!

Gretchen Rock I have had an appt scheduled since mid August. For over a month. Conveniently the day of my appt theres an emergency. They left a message Friday afternoon saying to call... mind you I had been getting ema9ls and texts reminding me of the appt. You probably should make sure to fix that. I wont be back. Absolutely unprofessional!!!
