Kayla C Dr. Bookbinder and the team here are amazing. My pit tore her CCL August 2021 when she was 1 1/2, thankfully my vet referred me to here. My dog is reactive to strangers touching her and she does not like going to the vet. Her first surgery was a success but Dr. Bookbinder told me to be prepared in case she tears her other leg. He was correct and she needed another surgery March 2022. He used dissolvable stitches so he didn’t have to remove them and stress her out, which would possibly leading to messing up the healing. The second time he allowed me to take her home same day because the first surgery she was so stressed out staying the night. I was in the room when she woke up from the second surgery and took her home. Diane here is so wonderful I have emailed them because she was limping around 8 month after the second surgery and she assured me that the rate of failure is almost impossible and to give it a few days and if she was still limping they would examine her. Thankfully she was right and my girl is happy and healthy! Its been almost 3 years now and if it wasn’t for the scars on her legs you would never know she had surgery. Much cheaper than other quotes I got and he did an amazing job. She is running, jumping and playing like a dog should. I really can’t thank Dr. Bookbinder enough.

Jlynn Still so caring and compassionate which seems hard to find in the field at times from desensitization. He did an amazing job with total knee replacement of our precious girls past. Highly recommend

Carol Nash Dr. Bookbinder and his staff are the most caring, professional people. They operated on my dog to remove a tumor in his jaw. They explained everything to me so I would know exactly what was going to happen. They were there 24/7 to answer any questions I had and to let me know how my boy was doing. Now he is home healing and doing well. For surgeries on your animals this is the Doctor and staff to see!

Chuck Young Dr. Bookbinder repaired Ellas ACL perfectly! His bedside manner was as incredible as his surgical skills are the greatest bar none! We drove from Henrietta NY to see him!

Nathan Olsen Dr. Bookbinder and his whole team are just amazing. He has repaired 4 separate ACLs for my dogs with excellent results. Paul really cares about pets, and you can tell he really just wants to help them live long, healthy lives. They patient, answer a million questions, extremely fair with how they handle billing for checkups and meds and such post surgery. They have someone in the building 24/7 taking care of pets who have had surgery that stay overnight, you can call the office and get updates on your pet all night long if you need to, and Ive called Dr. Bookbinder personally at night and on the weekends and he was always happy to mostly just calm my nerves about things that werent a big deal. I am tremendously appreciative of him and his whole teams help. They are not the cheapest option from what I understand, but the level of service and quality of the work is well worth the premium. I wouldnt even consider another option at this point.

Amy Hamilton Everyone at Village Veterinary Hospital is wonderful!! From the vets, to the assistants, to the front staff and everyone in between. Everyone is so kind and caring. The facility is always super clean and has a very professional organized atmosphere. The smallest details that everyone there puts their energy into is noticed and greatly appreciated. Flexible scheduling, great hours for a working professional, always caring employees that are knowledgeable, compassionate and outstanding at what they do. I have experienced only honesty and empathy from everyone. Acquaintances recommended this office because, they work with our cat rescue but, WOW, I’m truly impressed.

In our experience, the doctors are very knowledgeable and walk you through every step of the way. From the routine visit to diagnosis, treatment and after care they make it simple. Tylor Hunn Came in for a routine physical and brought up a few concerns about general health. 1 month later, I get a bill for $90 because the fully covered physical turned into an office visit just because I asked some questions. Very shady behavior and will be looking for a new doctor.

Diala Karadsheh My husband called the office yesterday for an appointment because he doesn’t feel good. He was told he can’t been seen till Monday. He called again today because he was getting worse and was told by the very rude person who answered there is no way he can be seen before Monday and he should go to urgent care. What is the purpose of having a GP if I can’t see them when I am sick ? The whole reason for the call was to be seen by the GP and avoid a trip to the awful urgent care we have in town. The only reason this is a 2 star is because his provider is good WHEN and IF he gets to see him. What an illogical poor patient Dx system you have in place.

SOG Ronnie Ribs Love our family doctor there The message lines are a joke and trying to get a hold of anyone to talk to us like pulling teeth .. the hour and a half lunch break all taken at the same time is silly also, as thats most peoples lunch and the only time before 4pm to try to get anything done. Plus they usually shut the phones off at 3:45 its sad I know there are people in a lot worse shape than me out there running into this problem. Answer the phones fill the scripts do better

Melissa Main Dr. Michael is the best doctor I’ve ever been to. I would never go to another doctor. Him and his staff are so caring!!! I’ve never had an issue since I started going to his office almost 2 years ago! Highly recommended!

QUEEN SNIPES Dr.Capone is the best doctor ever! He’s been my doctor for over 15 years and I dread the day he retires.. I suffer from really bad anxiety and he’s always made me feel comfortable and I can tend to overreact sometimes and he handles that soo patiently! Wish there were more doctors like him!

Newbreed Zorro The phlebotomist and all the staff are amazing people! They treat you with respect and are always helpful. Most other dr offices the receptionist are not to nice but here every time I call they make me feel like I’m important and I’m not a bother. I honestly don’t think there is a better dr office in all of NY. So thank you for all you do.

Alexis Evans They are a wonderful county service that provides great services. My experience with them has been nothing but exceptional, kind, and courteous. I wish there were more services like MCMH. Its difficult to find the necessary help in a medically deprived area. They are difficult to get into at first due to high case loads, however once you are approved the service is great.

Rebecca M Just want to give a shout out to the ER staff and how amazing everyone was from the second we walked in to discharge. I brought my 4 year old there as advised by her pediatrician and I am very pleased I chose Oneida. All of the nurses were amazing but especially Michelle who treated my daughter as if she was her only patient, even though I know how busy emergency rooms are. Thank you Michelle, Patrice and everyone else in the ER whose names I can’t recall.

D C Do not go near this ER. Most of all if you have a disabled child. The nursing staff is horrific. Specifically an elderly one with wide hips who kept making the rudest comments to every nurse that came in to help our child who was panicking as it was his first time in an ER. As for me and my experience. I have been here for my endo. Walked in pain, waited for 8 full hours only to walk out pain and told to follow up with my obgyn who told me to go to the ER in the first place. I’m sure they thought i was pain seeking. Because what other woman would love to sit in a hospital ER lobby for 8 plus hours with a heating pad for a little bit of pain medication?? Not me. The only way i’m going back to that hospital is with a toe tag on my foot. Good luck.

Kathy Dingman My mother has Parkinsons and has been at your hospital since Thursday nite. Me and my father have been coming numerous times everyday and bring my little 10 pound dog in a pouch to soothe my mom.. saved her from a full blown attack tonight. The staff this far have been EXCELLENT! I never tried to hide her and no one has said anything about bringing her! Until tonite! At closing of visiting hours one of your staff I never saw before must hate animals and got a security guard to come into my mothers room to tell me I cannot bring her anymore. Her feet never touch the floor. My mother is having hallucinations and severe anxiety attacks which my dog helps with. I have not seen a single sign on your walls anywhere saying you cannot have an animal and Ive walked past security downstairs numerous times and nobody has said anything to me until tonight and someones going to tell me I cant bring her and make a scene in front of my mother who almost had a major attack tonight if it wasnt for my dog. Shame on you people. If I couldnt have her in the hospital begin with someone should have told me that 3 days ago!!! And by the way she is an ESA dog.
