Heather Pehrson The whole team is amazing I call to come in and usually they have openings when I want to come, also the pricing is amazing and how quick and efficient and how great the nails are done. Very polite and and friendly environment. I would and have recommended this place to everyone that asks about getting nails done. And when I have come in cause I have accidentally broken a nail they get me right in. And the place is very clean

Amanda Becker Went here for the first time yesterday, got a dip manicure and the woman did such a nice job! She took her time and was very sweet. I wish I knew her name.. she was younger and had dark hair and wore black plastic frame glasses when she did my nails. She was very neat and my nails turned out great! The salon is very clean inside. Nice atmosphere. Very affordable too, was $10 cheaper than the other places I have been going.

Elizabeth Allegro Recently moved to Batavia and was very nervous to find a new eyebrow person after going to the same one for 10 years. Jordan was absolutely fantastic at the benefit brow bar. She talked through everything until I was comfortable, looked over my reference pictures and was extremely kind, giving me suggestions for some one knew to the area. My eyebrows came out perfect! Highly, highly recommend.

Joy Ella is the best! On my first visit, I told her exactly what I wanted and she gave me the perfect cut. On my second visit, she recommended a different hair color than what I previously used and she was right on. It was perfect for my skin tone. On my third visit, she recommended a slight alteration in my style and again, she nailed it. Ella is very professional, friendly, and a very caring woman. I recommend you try her; youll be glad you did. I know I am!!!

Christopher Williams Donna is great, my whole family goes to her for haircuts. I just went for the first time now that I moved back to Batavia and the whole place takes Covid seriously, for all our sakes. Masks only, one customer at a time, and sanitizer at the door. Great first experience and will be back!

Kathleen Evens April is so talented! I am a licensed cosmetologist also, and have never been happier or stayed with a hairdresser this long. She has been doing my hair for several years. From short blond razor cuts to now grown out past shoulder length darker hair with low lights. Go see April , you wont be disappointed!

Ro Bo Do Not have Joy cut your hair worst experience ever, showed her a picture, she couldnt even follow, had to tell her to stop cutting my hair so short, just wanted the length trimmed, she got Mad and walked away someone else had to finish my hair cut, these people need to realize they are to follow the style we choose not take it upon themselves to do whatever, its not very hard to follow a picture, the second person still couldnt figure it out the picture showed a straight cut not curled up or down yet she kept curling the hair downwards. They have no idea what they are doing, go somewhere else your better off.

For someone who really isnt a fan of hair trims, I only trust her to touch my hair. The suggestions and knowledge she has to also maintain the healthy hair I want also is something I never had at any other salon. Ive been with her for over 5 years and her large client following speaks for itself. Everyone at Platinum is awesome and I recommend everyone to schedule with them.

Jenn M I have been seeing Becky Schott for a couple of years now and she just recently moved her business over to Platinum Salon, My first impression was the salon was clean and adorable. The vibe was awesome, great music playing and the ladies were all welcoming. Becky is amazing and always does my hair exactly how I like! I have very thick hair and she always manages to layer it the right way and work her magic to thin it out a bit so its not so bulky and thick. My hair color is always done right and exactly how I like. I trust her and love her input and her expertise. Def. a great salon and will always be back!

Em S At this point if I could give 0 I would! I had a credit to use sense I was denied my refund due to my lashes falling off like snow flakes. I had an appointment set with Alicia and two days before was notified she was canceling it! She asked what dates and times I had open to reschedule and she said those are also not available! Then Alicia said it is wedding season and she will get ahold of me when SHE is available!!!! Keep in mind I made my appointment in advance with Alicia and she stated that it was a good day and time we selected! I was denied my refund of $135! Then in text message was advised I was to get my refund! It’s now been two weeks and have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from her or this salon!!! You do NOT treat people like that! I was good enough when I was spending more money but not good enough when promised credit due to the fact they denied me my refund!! A call to the BBB is coming! You don’t promise services and then deny them for no reason! I was more than flexible and understanding but this has gone on to far! Gilberto did amazing on my eye brows and is very attentive! Even when my lashes were falling off he was very helpful.

Caitlin Bado Be aware that most of the negative reviews are fake. Absolutely bizarre. Ive been coming to Alicia for almost two years and not once has it been a bad experience. Alicia is very sweet and she always exceeded my expectations for my hair. Definitely recommend
